Thai Bowl combines culture, ambience, and authentic Thai and Lao cuisine for a unique dining experience. A family owned and operated business, we take pride in bringing masterfully flavored family recipes to Clarksville.
Stopped here as we were passing through the area. Service was fast and the food is sooo good. Our kids loved it too, they inhaled it and wanted more. We had the chicken wings with the sweet and sour sauce, which were some of the best wings we’ve had. The red curry and Thai boat noodles were also very good.
Best pad Thai in town! I’ve tried other places when Thai bowl is closed, and I always regret it. I always get their pad Thai, but recently gave their basil fried rice a try and it did not disappoint! I’ve never dined in, but their service for pick up is great! Only complain I have is they close too early.
*I will be enjoying and giving this place my time in the future* A tucked away gem. I can say I'm embarrassed that iv waited so long to try this little place. Outside, it looks small and slightly underwhelming, but DONT let that fool you. Inside is clean and quaint. The lighting was a little off would be my only complaints, and it really wasn't an issue. The server was professional, smart, and knowledgeable on the menu. Providing excellent customer service without issues. The food was extremely tastful and fresh. Everything really bursts out and gave me what exactly I hoped for. We ordered the Pad Thai and the Pad Kee Mao. This place is absolutely worth a visit if you're in the mood for something satisfying.
Thai Bowl stands out as one of the finest restaurants in Clarksville, no doubt about it! Its ambiance authentically captures Thai culture, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The owner, a retired Veteran, extends a heartfelt welcome to all guests. The food is masterfully prepared to perfection. Personally, I can’t get enough of the shrimp spring rolls, especially when paired with that delectable peanut sauce. My regular choice for the main course is the chicken Pad Thai, but I recently ventured into the world of spice with the Pad Kee Mao at level 3 heat, as showcased in the attached picture. It was absolutely flawless! And don’t even get me started on the mango sticky rice – a must-have dessert. Thai Bowl has become my go-to spot for Thai cuisine. If you’re a fan of Thai food, it’s a definite must-visit on your list!
Food is always delicious no matter what I eat.
Amazing food and amazing staff that give excellent service!! A great spot to have a meal anytime of the day.
The Chicken Pad Thai was so damn good!!! And also Tofu Red Curry was PERFECT!!! My wife she's Thai and she loves their food so much.

Excellent food as always
My husband and I really enjoy Thai food, so we are always looking for our" go-to" place. This is the first Thai restaurant we visited since moving to Clarksville. The server was super nice. The food was fine, and the drive to get there was nice. We will continue to visit restaurants seeking the "one. "

Love the food!
I had high hopes
for this establishment, but having lived in Thailand for over 5 years they came up very short on the authenticity of their dishes. I ordered the papaya salad which had huge chucks of papaya (should be finely shredded) and slices of tomato drenched in just fish sauce. This dish should be packed with more flavor including shrimp and peanuts. Very disappointing. My main dish was ok, but I ordered it Thai hot and they just threw some extra dry chili peppers on top. It wasn’t spicy and the dish did not taste fresh like all Thai food should. I asked for the quintessential fish sauce with peppers to add spice and flavor and they didn’t even have that. Not sure they should call themselves a Thai restaurant…..
Food poisoning. Ordered Uber eats, one pad Thai was missing. Owner was great and drove the new one out to us. Got food poisoning!
“I highly recommend this business.” I love the food. My go-to pad thai and papaya salad spot.
Always has the best food and service ever!!! My favorite is the fried chicken and sticky rice🤤🤤🤤❤️❤️❤️
Food was fast and amazing! Highly recommend and it has military discount!
The green curry is amazing!
Best Thai in Clarksville. Reasonable portion sizes and friendly staff.
I love Thai curry and noticed this place while driving by, so I decided to give it a try. Right away, I noticed something unusual on the menu—the red curry included broccoli, which I’ve never seen in authentic red curry. On top of that, they charge extra if you want to add a protein, which seemed odd since red curry typically comes with a protein. Without it, I guess it’s just broth and rice? Despite my reservations, I decided to call in an order. I ordered a milk tea boba and two red curries with chicken, adding extra chicken to one of them. They told me the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes.
Since I live about 10 minutes away, I headed over right after placing the order. When I arrived, the restaurant was dimly lit, almost as if it was closed. It was completely silent, and there wasn’t a single customer in sight—on a Saturday afternoon, no less. I paid around $45 and left, but things quickly went downhill from there. I tried the milk tea boba in my car, and it tasted like watered-down milk. It seemed like they made it as soon as I called, which was odd considering there were no other customers, and the girl working was just sitting on her phone. Why not make it fresh when I arrived?
Still, I tried not to let that affect my opinion of the food. When I got home and poured both curries into separate bowls, I was shocked to see almost the same amount of chicken in each—about 6 pieces, even though I paid extra for additional chicken in one. The one with "extra" chicken had maybe 8 pieces at best. While the broth was flavorful, the broccoli completely threw off the dish, and there weren’t many vegetables or chicken, just a lot of broth. For $45, I felt like I paid for rice and broth, not a satisfying meal.
Overall, this place was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
The food is fantastic. The servers are friendly.
I’d like to preface by saying that although I wouldn’t classify myself as a “self proclaimed Thai food expert” I have worked at a Thai restaurant before and also had the privilege to try my Thai friends authentic Thai dishes as well!
I love that this restaurant offers authentic Laos cuisine as well as Thai. I usually go to Thai restaurants and have tried everything on the menu, but this place offers new dishes which is really exciting.
As for the food, it is delish!! Fresh vegetables and ingredients including galanga in the Tom Kha. Their Lao style papaya salad was also nice. But I will say… respect the SPICE! In traditional Thai fashion, they take spicy food seriously!! don’t order 5 stars unless you can handle the heat!😂 learned that the hard way…. Anyway can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m new to the area and glad I FINALLY found a good Thai restaurant to frequent :)
The food? Awesome. It's kinda basic inside, but we don't need it to look like rainforest Cafe to be nice, do we?
It's pleasant, clean, delicious, and the service was great.
I saw all the 5-star reviews, so I tried this place and was very disappointed. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the place was very clean. The food, however, was poor.
Let me quickly explain something: I cook a lot. For years, I had a 12-hour night shift. We had a kitchen, and I would cook. I used to cook a big meal, such as chicken with vegetables and eat half right after cooking it, then put the rest in the fridge in a sealed container and eat the rest 6-8 hours later. I noticed that chicken tasted a lot worse after being in the fridge and re heated, so I stopped doing this. It has to do with how the fats and juices in the chicken breaks down after being cooked and then cooled, you can read about it if you google search. Anyway, the point is: I know what reheated chicken tastes like; no sauce/spice can hide it from me.
I got the "Spicey" Lemongrass Chicken for dinner. The sauce was ok, but not very spicey. What killed the meal was the re heated chicken I got. I can tell they cook plain chicken when the place opens, then throw it in Tupperware. Then when you order, they reheat it and pour the sauce on top. This makes for old tasting, rubbery chicken. Vegetables can survive a reheat, but chicken cannot. If you grew up eating at places that do this, you won't notice (thus all the high reviews) but if you eat at places that cook fresh, or cook a lot as I do, you can taste it immediately. You can also tell they cook plain chicken to fit ALL meals, then add the sauce on later. It doesn't taste as good as fresh chicken cooked in its own spices and sauce. Sadly, this method seems to be a thing at Asian restaurants in AR/TN. I can't find a good Thai or Chinese place, after growing up on them in New York City.
It's sad, because it's a nice place. If they cooked the food fresh, I'd be a regular. Might be ok for vegetarians, as the vegetables tasted fine but not for beef/chicken eaters.
This is BY FAR one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve literally had dreams about the Massaman curry. For those who are a little skeptical of trying curry, I promise you will not be disappointed. My go to is the chicken, but I’m sure all the meat options are great.
5 out of 5 stars, great service, atmosphere, and food! Bravo, love it and will be back!
Really small but very cool vibe. The food was absolutely delicious and surprisingly super quick. It is on the expensive side in my opinion, but the portion was quite large.
Best Thai place in town
I went there today to eat and I try the rice, wings and egg rolls everything was good. Waitress were very attended and prices are perfect. I highly recommended this restaurant. Thank you Mr: Benz for the service and the time you take to seat on the table with us.
The staff was very friendly. Karena and Jasmine were very help in making sure my order was gluten free.
Food here is great and the staff are on top of everything. I've only been a few times but I've tried something new each time and each choice has tasted great and been a good sized meal. And even when it's busy, the staff stays on top of every need. Elinor especially has been really helpful with answering questions about the menu and getting us taken care of while also juggling other customers and responsibilities
Wonderful sxperience! Food was accurate and came out nice and fresh. They even gave us a special treat for Mother’s Day. It was such a sweet touch. We will be back for sure!
I ordered some food that was supposed to have Thai basil and I did not even find one little leaf. The vegetables in the dish we're raw not even al dente. The only thing I found that was passable was there Thai tea.
Absolutely Fantastic!!!!!
Beautiful vibe and clean restaurant. Top notch food. Recommend 5/5.
This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant in town! I’ve tried red curry from multiple places in town and this one just tops them all. The restaurant also takes my dietary restrictions very seriously so it’s good for vegan/gluten free people. Thanks for all the delicious dishes Thai Bowl!
went here last night for some quick dinner, it was so good and very clean. i had a couple of modifications for my meal and all were met, and food was out very quickly. staff is really nice and helpful.
This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Clarksville. The food is always on point and the owners are friendly.
The lovely aubryn took our order and did phenomenal with her service! thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience and great food
Came across this place while passing through Clarksville. The best Thai I ever had! We arrived late and they were so welcoming! The owner even said to take our time and eat.
Favorite Thai place in the area! The food is amazing every time! Typically we get the same things (vegan spring rolls, vegan drunken noodles and regular fried rice with tofu). I have also had the vegan pad thai and loved it as well. Service is always in good time and staff is nice. The place is always clean and I like the vibes.
I ordered here based off reviews and was disappointed. The Pad Kee Mao was VERY dry and skimpy; the pineapple fried rice with beef was mediocre, lacking flavor. Dishes are overpriced compared to the quality.
Excellent service. Sizzling Beef with a little heat, PERFECT.
My wife and I have eaten there several times since our first visit, and every time the food was GREAT.
Note: I rarely give good recommendations in my reviews, but this place "Is the bomb for great Thia food.
Customer service is great, food fresh, atmosphere peaceful most days.
The restaurant is always clean, staff is always attentive, and the food is always fantastic!! I moved up here a year ago and come here at least once a week!
I usually love this place but this time it was horrible! I just picked up my favorite dish Drunken Noodles with beef number 4 spicy and it's was so bland with no spice whatsoever and had pieces of chicken all through it with only two pieces of beef. I don't know what happened but I'll be looking for a different thai place to go to. The whole reason I even get thai is because I love the spiciness.
They are always so nice even if its busy. Never had a bad experience. Pad thai is always good.
*I will be enjoying and giving this place my time in the future* A tucked away gem. I can say I'm embarrassed that iv waited so long to try this little place. Love love love this place! The people are amazing and so is the food 🤤 This is the place that has set the bar for all of our Thai food experiences
Hands-down, the best Thai food in Clarksville and surrounding areas.
Unfortunately this restaurant has lost its quality over the years. The pad Thai is chewy and tastes like it was batch prepared ahead of time and just microwaved for the order. The shrimp in the pad Thai was over cooked separately and thrown in the dish as it was not seasoned at all. That aside, the staff has always been polite and the restaurant itself is clean.
Thai Bowl stands out as one of the finest restaurants in Clarksville, no doubt about it! Its ambiance authentically captures Thai culture, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Always good here the best Thai restaurant in Clarksville Tn
Drove past this place multiple times when going to the movies and I’ve always wanted to try it. A few days ago, I had a taste for some pad Thai and I thought about trying this place out. Drove all the way out to tiny town and I was beyond disappointed. I’m even more disappointed in the reviews because that’s really why I ended up going, because I thought these reviews were legit but I think some of these reviews are from families and friends.
1. My boba tea was watered down.
2. The Thai egg rolls were very plain with no seasoning.
3. I was beyond disappointed at the pad Thai, I have never spit food back out of my mouth at any restaurant before I came to Thai bowl. That pad Thai bowl had a very strong nasty smell. The noodles wasn’t all the way cooked, it was chewy. The meat seem like it’s old meat with a strong smell. I lost my appetite.
I’m not sure how others are rating this place 4-5 star because I love authentic food and I don’t think I ever had a bad experience with any pad Thai dish until this place.
Always a pleasure eating here! I'm no longer a resident of Clarksville- Tennessee at that. But whenever I'm in town, I stop here with the same order (Basil Fried rice) and I love it so much that I take it back home *up north* with me, in a Ziplock bag. It's that good. The prices are right, and the owner is friendly! Best thai rice around!
Ordered a Honeydew & Strawberry Boba Tea that was flavorless and watered down…as it was already prepared upon my arrival. I waited about 5 more minutes before I got the Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp. It was cooked fresh, but sorta clumped together. I can appreciate how they put foil in the takeout container to keep it hot. The fried dumplings were not like the ones I’ve had before and was told that sometimes the orientation may change due to what is available.
Maybe you’ll find it appetizing, but I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve tried it 3 times.
I tried this place on a whim and Omg their food is so good! They have a nice vibe as well. 10/10 recommended
I stopped by this restaurant in Clarksville, and it was the best Thai and Laos food I’ve ever had!!! Definitely recommend.
I stopped here today for Boba teas for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. They were busy and I’m sure added to the bad service I received. I ordered 3 Boba teas. The first one was made within 5 minutes and I waited 25 minutes for the other 2. To top it off they were bland and the first one was watered down by the time we got to the car. I honestly think my server forgot about me. Which I get it, I was in the service business for years. But the worst part is there was no acknowledgment on their part, no apology or common courtesy.
Amazing food, got the marinated ribs appetizer and it was delicious. Thai Tea is great too. Service was amazing, Carina was very attentive and kind. Thank you Thai Bowl, I’ll be back.
Just like when I was stationed there 1971 yo 1974. Brought back wonderful memories.
I got some boba and the servers were great, especially Carina! Benz has a great name too!
Food was e quite. Best vegetable spring rolls I’ve ever had. Great value.
Pad Thai did not have much flavor.
Great tasting authentic food with vegetarian options. Very friendly owner! Great service! Warm ambience! Plenty of parking spaces with wheelchair accessibility and kid- friendly. Keep coming back for more great authentic Thai Lao food!
Trying to make trips down to this area for the restaurant alone c
too sweet 🥲
This place has the best pad thai in the area! I always get the chicken pad thai and a honeydew Boba tea. The staff here are always so polite and work to get your order quickly. The owner is also a great guy. You can tell that he is passionate about his business and he seeks out customer feedback. This place will always have my business when I'm in the mood for some Thai food!
Soild Thai food. Everything was well done and fresh. We really liked the variety of dishes. Each of us were able to get our favorites and the portions were big enough to share and have left overs.
Many Vegan options, just make sure to tell them it’s Vegan. Very nice atmosphere and great food. The staff are friendly. Will definitely be back for more great food!
Muchas opciones veganas, solo asegúrate de decirles que es vegano. Muy buen ambiente y buena comida. El personal es amable. ¡Definitivamente volveré por más buena comida!
Try the taro bubble tea 🧋!!! My favorite bubble tea I’ve ever had!! They also have delicious food with so much flavor, I love their thick buttery noodles!
Great food, quick service
I ordered the Boat Noodles, Thai beef salad, Jerky and Rice, and Short Ribs.
I need to preface this by saying I usually eat at Thai Paradise but they were closed. Also, I have had authentic Thai food made by Thai nationals or other 1st generation families. I have been to over 30 different Thai restaurants all over the US.
1. This is the most disgusting “Thai” food I have ever had and I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant has their owners’ friends and family give 5 star ratings. I paid $60 for the 4 items above.
2. This restaurant was highest Rated on Uber Eats. Absolute lie with 87 ratings.
3. All the meat tasted old, recooked, and was paper white/grey when served.
4. The short ribs were all gristle.
5. The Thai salad didn’t even have fish sauce in the dressing!! I had to add my own!! Plus, the salad leaves were soggy and there were only 3 large Iceburg leaves!!
6. The jerky was so over fried with such small strips, I ended up eating beef flavored GLASS.
Beef jerky is made with thicker cut beef slices and should be juicy. Not rock hard and bone dry.
Idk who rated this restaurant but they obviously have never ate at another Thai restaurant.
Literally any other place in Clarksville. Save yourself the money and bathroom visit.
I love this place. The boba is awesome everytime and their pad thai is wonderful. I especially love the lao beef jerky, and the service is impeccable. Would give it more stars if I could.
Wonderful food and service! Thai Bowl is our favorite restaurant in Clarksville by far. They’re very accommodating and have delicious vegan options.
I always enjoy coming here for lunch and dinner. It is one of the best restaurants in Clarksville. The owner and staff are hard working and always friendly and accommodating. Give this place a try!
the food was kinda good but the service was pretty bad because I had now where to sit because I’m a driver
The food was very good but the service was bad because someone stole my order and did not remake.
an incredible restaurant experience in all aspects. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is authentic and inviting.
delicious fresh thai food
Red curry stir fry is so good
Best Resturant in the world. I love all the meals, they taste good. And I’ve plan to order the whole menu someday.😋😍
Good food and service
Good food and decent price. I love the pineapple fried rice. So good.
Not bad, but not great. Nice place, maybe the food was just off when I visited, but the Tom Yuum was too sweet and didn't have a lot of lemongrass flavor. The lemongrass chicken also didn't taste like lemongrass. The place is nice but it felt a little rushed.
It's a small restaurant but the food was good. A bit pricier than other Thia food places we've been to. With that in mind we probably won't be back!
The food here is fantastic! Everything tastes very fresh and delicious and flavorful, and is the best Thai food I’ve had in some time. My sisters and I will definitely be stopping here again - it’s a great place to eat for vegetarians, and it sounded like they could accommodate vegans too.
I had the pad see ew and it was exquisite! I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for an authentic Thai/Lao’s flavor. The workers were great!! especially my waitress, Carina, she was one of the best server i’ve ever had!!!!!!!
Nice people nice room to eat but flavor no and size wise for what pay 🙄 😒 not good.
If you try it, you'll love it!
PLEASE READ IT ALL!
My name is Noah. I'm from Memphis Tennessee. I've had Thai food from every place that calls themselves Thai food in Memphis and I have had Thai food all across the East Coast from Florida all the way up to New York. I used to date a lady from Thailand who was the best cook and made the most excellent Thai food I've ever had. High bowl in Clarksville Tennessee is the most authentic, delicious Thai food that I have ever had out of a restaurant. Everything they do is fresh, fresh, fresh cooked to order and it is so awesome. When I asked for Thai hot in a restaurant they usually smirk and bring me something that is not even warm. I explained to them that I eat food hotter than mot Thai people and they don't believe me and will not serve me the way I want it. Thai Bowl even knew what kind of hot sauce I wanted that had to be special ordered and they made it and it was delicious and hot. The people are also beautiful and hot and extremely nice. If you want the real deal when it comes to Thai food you must try Thai Bowl. Because it is so good, I will not even eat what other people call Thai food ever again because it is a waste of money to go anywhere else but Thai Bowl.
Horrible drunken noodles, noodles soggy, barely any meat, bland disgusting.
Got take out here for the first time the other day and it did not disappoint. We ordered the pad Thai, masaman, and egg rolls. The pad Thai was a little sweeter than I’ve had before but it was still delicious. Masaman had a good present coconut taste. Will be returning.
Great food, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. We will be back.
Delicious of all my Thai Craving! sweet people
Excellent food, served hit and with a smile. Libby was very courteous and handles everything going on with ease. She is a super star!
Loved the curry and the freshness of the menu items ordered. We don’t get to come here enough! I love this restaurant!
My favorite Thai restaurant in town. The flavor is authentic and tasty.
Ordered the spicy sweet and sour shrimp. For the money spent was barley enough for myself. There was no broccoli or carrots in it as described in the menu. I will not be ordering again. I am usually satisfied with this place, but this time was a great disappointment. Maybe better if you dine in instead of doing takeout. Also food was not spicy and I didn’t like the tomatoes in it.
I’ve been all over Tennessee & Kentucky Thai Bowl is by far the freshest best Thai food you can have end of conversation if you want good eats no need to look any farther!!!!! Clean and great atmosphere, service A++
This food is delicious!!!!!!!!
The closest to a perfect dining experience I had in a long time. Other than the waitress there isn’t anything spectacular about Thai Bowl. It is simple and doesn’t try to be something it is not, which ends up blending into a wonderful experience.
Service is always great. Food is always delicious. Parking is always available. My only complaint is the value. If everything was a little less expensive or a little more substantial in size, it’d be a five-star restaurant for me.
Best Thai food this side of Nashville (only one other restaurant in Nashville that is comperable). Absolutely authentic, flavorful, and quality. I only get to go once a month but I ALWAYS stop and take dinner home w me. I get enough to last for 2 meals. The Thai ice tea is my treat/dessert. The staff is so friendly and helpful! (photo is Lemongrass Chicken).
Hot and excellent.
Very good Pad Thai dishes! Recommend! My fav is with chicken but my daughter likes the tofu. A bit pricey but worth it. Large servings. Friendly people working there.
Really good authentic Thai and Lao cuisine.
This place is definitely my new go-to joint, and even better than the most accoladed Thai spot in Nashville (that spot is nice and has good food; this place just has better food hands down)
Kinda small, but cozy eatery area.
The food is good and their 1 thru 5 level spiciness grading is fairly accurate, with 1 being a hint of spice and 5 being for the brave spice eaters. No spicy is an option as well.
I had a yumtastic level 3 papaya salad for appetizer; their Lao-style uses fermented fish, Thai-style does not... If you don't mind the slightly fishy smell, get the Lao-style! The fish sauce gives it all the extra umami flavor and saltyness deliciousness! I can tell they used a mortar and pestle to make this green papaya salad, which is the correct and most delicious way because the green papaya strips absorb more flavor and they're not so stiff when you eat it.
For main meal, I ordered level 3 chicken pad thai. The serving size is a good portion. The noodles were just a little softer than I like for pad thai, but not a big deal for my first time here. The flavors were mostly there. I just needed another lime slice and a little Huy Fong Sriracha sauce and I was in business on this dish.
Great food! 🎉
Looking forward to try the Lao sausage with sticky rice and beef boat noodle soup next time! 👍
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food is really delicious and authentic. Pad Thai, Som Tum, Massaman, Boat Noodle Soup, All so tasty and that's coming from someone who visited Thailand 5 times and am married to a Thai. Most authentic Thai food in Clarksville hands down! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great place to dine. The food is very tasty! I recommend the chicken wings & papaya salad (so fire!) and the staff were very friendly!
The food was aweful! The spring roll tasted like old bag salad. There were no rice threads, fresh mint etc usually found in traditional spring rolls. The Pat Zee Wo was like American food. No flavor and hardly any noodles. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Sweet and SOUR pork was bland and poorly made
It seems like they were in a hurry making my food. To start off I have ordered from this place multiple times in the past today will be the last time. I ordered N3 and they must have made sea food before it because it didnt even taste like normal pad Thai. I also ordered veggie spring rolls and I think they ran out of the normal sauce they usually give it with and gave this awful one instead. I can only hope I don't end up getting sick. Never ordering again from here.!!!
Loved it best place to get Thai food.
Best Pad Thai Papaya Salad and Lao Sausage. Trust me I know.
Best Thai and Lao food since slice bread. Veteran owned business.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🫶🏼
Really tasty food! The sticky rice with mango was an amazing dessert. Also good service.
Start with the one good thing...the staff was pleasant.
Had the Drunken Noodles and was not impressed at all. First of all I asked for no mushrooms but I had them. Dish was very dry and the meat was overcooked like chewing on leather. Also they did not offer different levels of spice and the dish itself was not spicy like drunken noodles I've had in the past. Took way too long to prepare.
I’m so sad with my meal 😫. The staff were really nice and I really thought this place will be my new favorite Thai/Laos restaurant here in Clarksville.. but, everything was so bland. Ok, I’ll not say everything but everything I ordered at least was. Papaya salad had no flavor and usually I eat very little at a time since it usually has a kick in the end but this one was just a crunch from the papaya and no spice whatsoever or even the kick of fish sauce smell that usually leaves my boyfriend questioning my taste in food. The beef Larb was also sad 😩😩 usually my favorite thing but was surprised they used ground beef instead of really sliced beef and it was very watery.. where is the lime, mint and peppers? This was more of sautéed ground beef. Still wish the restaurant the best of luck.
The food is always delicious. Customer service is excellent. Best Thai restaurant in town. Come back here in a regular bases to enjoy the authentic experience.
Great food. Excellent service. Clean establishment. Very pleasant meal. Will be returning. Don't be afraid of the spice. Just saying.
Food was good, more americanized than I would prefer, but when Thai food choices are as limited as they are, beggars can't be choosers. If you're looking for more authentic Thai food, I would suggest Paradise Thai, they're the most authentic I have found in the area!
Love this place. The only thing is this: if you like hot/spice, you have to tell them. When they first opened, I could order it 3/5 and it was decently spicy. Now a 3/5 is nothing and my kiddo and husband could eat it. Which- is ok! They changed to alter to the town's taste and most of Clarksville doesn't like spice. But if you're like me, you have to tell them.
The fried tofu is delicious. The fried rice is *legitimately* the best in town. Our nine year-old shoveled it in as fast as she could and didn't even complain that there was no "yum yum sauce."
I had the red curry, which is my absolute favorite. I always get it with chicken. It's got bambo shoots, green peppers, basil, all in a slightly spicy and deliciously creamy coconut broth. Dipping the rice in it is my favorite.
My husband Pad Ka Paow Chicken Basil, which has ground chicken, basil, green peppers, onions and rice, with a fried egg. He says it's "ruul good."
Food and service is fantastic
Pretty extensive menu - unique & tasty offerings, even of the classics. Service is attentive and plenty of seating. I found their Massaman to be pleasant…definitely more savory than it’s traditional, slightly sweeter & creamier soup base. It also is finished with peanuts, versus cashews - still a good complementary addition/substitution (I did have cashews added as well - I tend to like a few more for texture. Probably should have just added extra peanuts - they taste slightly toasted)
We have been going here since it opened, and have loved it. But recently the quality has not been as good. last time the chicken was so rough and tasted old. I couldn't eat my meal. The time before that I only had 1 carrot and 2 potatoes in my Curry. I know that the economy is hitting hard, but for ~15 bucks for a half container of curry I at least want to enjoy it.
Food was amazing! I'm visiting my friend and he recommended this place. The food was incredible!
Food was amazing and on point!
My favorite Thai dish is red curry. I got the red curry here. Easily the best red curry in Clarksville. So delicious, just perfect spicy.
The staff was very kind, prompt, and efficient. The layout of the restaurant is very warm and inviting and not cumbersome in any way. The menu and the food is GREAT and even have options for vegans like myself. It was a very pleasant visit and I highly recommend that you try this place.
Food was good, my only issue was the beef was not to my liking and I only got two shrimp in my rice after paying an extra 3 dollars.. but overall the food was good.
Went there once I got the red curry with chicken. The curry was quite good though the chicken was on the dry side. I will return just for the curry. I wanted the curry spicy I got it four star next time I will get it five star spicy I like it to make me sweat! I love the chilli buzz. The staff was quite nice and helpful. I wish one of our Thai restaurant would serve crispy duck. We returned today and dined in. I had the red curry shrimp 5 star 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 spicy. It was so 👍👍 👍👍👍 very good! My wife had the Thai basil fried fish. She is not as adventurous an eater as I am, and she loved 😍😍😍😍😍 it. I tried it and it was so good 👍👍👍👍👍. Start eating here people we wouldn't want to lose this jewel of a dining destination!
Had the fish Ka Pow and it was some of the best food I have ever eaten! Highly recommended.
Very good Thai food right off of exit 1. Its so great to have food options like this right off the interstate.
Fresh hot food and friendly staff. Just wish the dishes were a little larger, the food was that good and I wanted more to enjoy 😉.
First time to eat dinner here. Service was very good and friendly. Food was quite good. I'd give this a 4.5☆. Excellent if you are GF. The red curry could use more vegetables/substance and possibly a different presentation, but the flavor was good as was the heat. Friend enjoyed the garlic shrimp. Others love pineapple fried rice and 3X with all proteins. Thank you. Will definitely return. The location and proximity to the movie theater is nice. And, the restaurant is nicely decorated and spotless! 🙂
I didn't think it was authentic. The food wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly.
Food is delicious. It is authentic but a mix of Thai and Laotian. The spice is very tasty and yes spicy is you want it to be. I recommend to really get the authentic taste, at least put a little spice.
Just had my first visit to Thai Bowl. I had the Pad Ka Pow with pork. It was delicious! I asked the wait person for recommendations. She recommended several things. This was perfect. I will be going back.
I don’t usually give reviews but this review is well deserved! We eat at Thai Bowl multiple times a week. Me and my wife have traveled all over and experienced a lot of Thai restaurants, Thai Bowl is truly the best Thai Food we have both experienced. ALL the Currys are phenomenal & seasoned with obvious love! The Fried rice options are all just as good and perfectly prepared! The Pad Kee Mao is one of my favorites & I usually order it with another entree every time. Truthfully the whole menu is impressive & seasoned with love! On top of the food being great the owners are very humble and extremely nice people which always makes our experience very pleasant. If you are looking for a local family owned restaurant to support that offers healthy-price friendly options for you & the whole family this is your spot!
Ordered the red curry, which is typically a safe dish to go with, but it had almost no flavor. A little surprised about all the 5 star reviews because I've definitely had way better Thai before than this
Great food and service. Park lot is a disaster to pull out of. Basil Fried Rice with Chicken is a must try. I like to pour with plum sauce from Egg Rolls over my mine.
The food was amazing! The waitress with the buzz cut in the back was very sweet, and attentive.
I have loved Thai Bowl since they opened! We come anytime family comes to visit or to conduct business lunches. They have a great atmosphere and the food is CONSISTENTLY GREAT!!
This is about the most authentic lao/thai cuisine in town! The staff is amazing and sweet! My favorite dish here is the Pad woon sen and Garlic shrimp! If you guys ever get a chance, stop by and dine in because it’s totally worth it 🤗
