This place is the new gems of Myrtle Beach! The food was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a variety of sushi and rolls, and let me tell you, I have never had better sushi in my entire life! The flavors were out of this world!

But it wasn't just the food that made this experience great. The chef, Yoshi, is a true artist in the kitchen. He made the whole dining experience so much more interesting by explaining his recipes and sauces. Trust me, you'll be asking him all sorts of questions because his flavors are simply mind-blowing!

What really stood out to me was Yoshi's warm and friendly nature. He treated us like family and shared stories from his travels that inspired his culinary creations from so many countries. It added a personal touch to the whole experience.

I'm already planning to go again next week because once is just not enough! If you're a sushi and Thai food lover, you absolutely have to try this place. You won't regret it!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have really never had thai food more than once and I can’t imagine a better first experience. The curry puffs were phenomenal, I’ll be craving them for weeks. I got the drunken noodles and my boyfriend got the stir fry basil and they were both SO good. Love that they have the chili sauce/powder/peanuts/sugar to add, plus the level 3 spice was totally perfect for me. The service was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and we will definitely be back ASAP!!

We went for a small family dinner on Sat night. The place is very quiet and very tastefully decorated. We ordered sushi, noodles and tom yum soup. The food was delicious. Special shout out to the service. Definitely recommend for a low key gathering.

I’ve been coming to this Thai restaurant for 3-4 years now and was a loyal customer and have recommended it to everyone. Many of friends come to this restaurant. I have been coming here since the previous owners. The food pricing has changed quite bit since then. However, I’ve always been willing to pay for good food. However, last night I decided to go make the drive and grab food here. The quality over time isn’t as good and service was not very good. The portions have definitely gotten smaller as well. I asked for a boba to go and the waiter was on the way to make it. Then people walked in and he stopped and entertained them for a while and took their order before looking at me and then heading to the bar to make my drink. I also ordered an appetizer, that came out at the same time as my entree. Which is crazy because there were people who got there way after me, that got all of their apps before me. Not usually one to complain. However, this was the worst experience I’ve had here. And I’m not sure I will be coming back.

It was DELICIOUS! It will now be a MUST when we come back to Myrtle Beach. To the Owners, DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!

FINALLY, a really good Thia & Sushi restaurant in Myrtle Beach! Got Tuna Sashimi (served with sliced/shaved beets, carrots, cucs, seaweed, ginger & a Wasabi dip), pork skewer (appetizer) & vegetable Pad Thai. All of it was fantastic.!!! The food here was absolutely delicious! I got the Drunken Noodles and my fiancé got Yoshi’s Maki roll and Golden Dragon roll! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the Golden Dragon roll is! The service was also amazing, our server was extremely helpful in making a delicious choice and so nice!

The person who cook have no idea about how this lard salad supposedly taste. I have been going to thai restaurent almost an ages but this is the worst larb salad i have ever tried. I am not recomending this place to anyone who knows the taste of real thai food. Secondly, We order the basil fried rice without broccoli, and definitely they brought the dish with broccoli on it. Thanks to the server who was helpfull enough to change it. And lastly they have no common sense cause on our next table guest were playing kids music so loud, which is very annoying and bothersome, and this servers/management doesnt even bother to tell them to turn the volume low as other guests are also here to eat peacefully.

For starters from floor to ceiling this place is CLEAN. We had Thai and sushi dishes. The food was good, authentic, and fresh.

Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar boasts a pleasant and intimate dining space, with a focus on quality. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I was absolutely blown away by the tuna roll, dumplings, crab Rangoon and drunken noodles. This is the best kept secret on Myrtle Beach and I can’t recommend it enough.

For appetizers chicken wings were very crispy and flavorful and the crab ragoon was awesome. For our entree We had the surfing turfing roll, Yoshi's maki and volcano roll all very delicious! Yoshi the sushi master took time to explain each roll and was made to perfection. Very nice staff!! I can't rave about this place enough. Must try!!!

I came here w/ friends while on vacation and it was a highlight we keep talking about. The food was incredible! I am vegan and had wonderful food, strongly suggest the red curry!! 😋 We came when they had 40 mins till close, were not rushed at all, happily served and even around closing time they offered desert and everything (i never felt rushed out of the resturant one bit) The place was phenomenal and loved their light up cat sushi sign!! Service was terrific, food was amazing and the food was made insanely quick, which was great. If you here local or visiting id suggest stopping by if your looking for amazinf thai food!

We have lived in Myrtle Beach for 2 years and hadn't come across the sushi place that was worth coming back to. Thai Cuisine has changed that! From start to finish, the food and service exceeded our expectations. Yoshi is not only extremely talented with his creations, but overall great to have a conversation with at the sushi bar. The bartender made great drinks too. It was just an overall excellent experience, I (selfishly) hope it remains Myrtle Beach's best kept secret.

PROS: Pad Thai was excellent! The vibes are great, and so was the service. Large serving sizes. Delicious! Curry was excellent, too!

CONS: The MYO sushi was okay, not great.

This place is top notch. They re-did the place about a year ago. I didn’t care for the old place. Different owner now. It’s the same name. The sushi chef is very good. It’s honestly the best sushi I’ve had in Myrtle beach area. The rest of the staff is very nice. The interior is clean. Also the best Thai food, since “Black Thai” closed down. I’m pretty excited we found this place.

We had a phenomenal lunch at a Thai restaurant today. Daughters ordered Pineapple rice, which was fluffy and flavorful, the traditional Pad Thai, and I opted for the spicy Drunken Noodles. The food was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time.

Wow! Just stoped by for a quick bite to eat. To say we were blown away would be an understatement. The food was amazing, the taste and the presentation. The atmosphere was laid back and fun, the music selection was on point. A special thanks to chef Yoshi, he made what started as simple meal and entire experience. Great conversation with tons of laughs and in-depth info about the sushi rolls on the menu and what inspired them. He really had us feeling like we had the restaurant to ourselves. The entire staff really embodied what going for meal should be like. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!!!

I am thoroughly impressed. The food was great. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and served you with a smile. They were very accommodating and the wait wasn’t long at all for our party of 7. The ambiance was good. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Lastly, the prices were really good for the portions and quality of food. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar. I was welcomed enthusiastically as soon as I walked in the door and I chose to sit at the sushi bar. The sushi chef is an absolute delight, and immediately I knew I was going to have a great lunch. We chatted a few minutes about my likes/dislikes and I put my lunch in his hands. My first dish was hamachi toro sashimi served over a salad of torn seaweed and delicate angel hair cucumber & carrots. The light dressing and fresh wasabi root balanced the dish perfectly. While he was preparing a take out dish, he offered me a taste of his beef tataki, which was probably the most flavorful beef I’ve ever had. I asked if he had inari, and he made me three different inari nigiri - baby octopus with housemade island bbq sauce & scallions, shrimp with Kewpie and rice crunch and ikura with fresh wasabi root. I will absolutely be back - maybe even tomorrow.

Fried crispy tofu, a rare find these days, can be had here; it's delicious. Portions are generous, flavors are spot-on.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on the menu. They offered vegan alternatives such as veggie spring rolls and drunken noodles without egg, which both were excellent! I ordered another order of both to go! Will certainly be back on our next visit. Thank you for this great experience!

We came in with a big group & no reservations but the staff was so gracious and kind to accommodate. Our server was so sweet & friendly! During the course of our dinner, we were attended to by at least 4 other of the staff, all of whom were very nice. The food was awesome! The best Thai food I’ve had in a very long time! The cocktails were delicious as well. This was the first time anyone from our group had seen the option to have duck with drunken noodles which we took advantage of. It was absolutely wonderful! Look forward to coming back whenever we return to the area.

I have lived in Myrtle Beach for 30 years and this is the best sushi I have had in the Grand strand area. The staff is welcoming and the food is amazing. This is a real gem .

I don’t even know how to begin putting my experience into words. I posted on a forum called Myrtle Vegas on Facebook looking for a good sushi place in the Myrtle beach area. A few people commented Thai Cuisine- so I thought, why not.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the ADORABLE Fern, who told us we can sit at the sushi bar, and I am GLAD we did. The minute we walked over, the sushi chef greeted us with a smile and charm that had us laughing- and that laughter lasted until the end of our meal. He had us try his rice that he specifically uses for sushi. It was different! Yet soooo good! Perfect sticky texture. Then I mentioned I wasn’t a fan of yellow tail and he had me try his knowing I would change my mind and boy did I! None of his fish was overly “fishy”- if you catch my drift. We had the sushi martini, my husband had pad Thai and I had yellow curry. My husband also had nigiri and ate both pieces which made me sad so our chef made me a baby one to make up for it haha. We also had sake with our meal which he recommended and it was delicious!

The atmosphere was fun and uplifting, the food was out of this world, and the personalities of all the staff made us feel extremely welcomed.

Also, side note, they recognized me for my post on Facebook asking for a recommendation and came over and spoke with me, thanked me, and gave me Rangoon’s as a thank you for choosing them….come on now WHO does that ❤️❤️

I walked in on a whim, having never been there before. I was there in the late afternoon, so there was no one else dining. The server (who I later learned was named Fern) greeted me and was so wonderful! I told her I wanted to place a to-go order. She helped me pick an entree and gave me a water in a to-go cup. The sushi chef, Yoshi, asked if I liked sushi and when I said yes, he asked if I wanted a quick bite while waiting for my food. I said sure, why not! Let me tell you - I would trust Yoshi with my LIFE. He presented me with two pieces of nigiri, omakase style. They were the best bites of sushi I've had in this whole city. They were both SO friendly and kind and genuinely happy to treat me as a guest and I will be RAVING about this place to anyone who will listen. I ordered the fresh rolls and the drunken noodles with tofu and, surprising no one, they were both delicious. 11/10. Hands-down my new favorite.

Hands down the BEST food around!!

I was told that the food was good here… but overall it was not. Too much fish sauce (in soup, in pad Thai) no spice in curry (waiter didn’t ask if we wanted it spicy), the beef was over cooked and the sushi took 30-45 minutes and came out when we were ready to leave.
On top of all that the sushi chef gave us attitude from behind the counter. ‘You don’t like our service’ he said combatively. Tables were not pre bussed l, drink service took 10 minutes, food not tasty slow and over cooked… I guess the answer to that question is no, we don’t like your service.

Thus place was amazing

Me and my co-retiree came upon this spot on January 24th. I loved the food and the restaurant. We came in just prior to the break between its open hours. It was empty, but they still allowed us to come in and order in.
The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. She is very nice and has a friendly personality. We all had good laughs throughout the visit. We both ordered the duck dish to eat in. It was good enough that I also order one to go. I will definitely return to this place next time I'm in the area.

This is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. We ordered beef larb, panang curry, and the Thai cuisine fried rice. We also had a Sapporo beer and a pina colada which was delicious, smooth and strong. I can’t wait to eat here again

When I tell u this place is AHHHHMAZING, u got to know I am super picky and will tell anyone I am super critical of people saying someone or a restaurants food is good. A lot of ppl don't really understand good food. The owner is Thai, and it shows. Authentic to the core. They also have fried sushi, which I have a hard time finding good fried sushi. We also had curry dumplings, muah!!!! & pineapple shrimp fried rice. Presentation was impeccable. I tried to take pics before we dove in, but forgot!! It was soooo amazing. I can't wait to go back to visit my mama!!!

We were greeted by a server immediately upon entrance and seated. Our order was taken within a few minutes. I ordered the Drunken Noodles with Chicken and he ordered the ribeye hibachi. Both were served steaming hot and all vegetables in the dishes appeared and tasted very fresh. Both dishes were excellent, I look forward to dining here again when we visit MB. Definitely 5/5.

My favorite Thai restaurant in the beach! They are so friendly and they always remember a face and your order lol. Even made me a flower out of an strawberry.They are pricey but it’s good food. My favorite is the rice, volcano sushi, chicken wings,and wontons.

2nd visit was even better than first. Shrimp Sushi was excellent as were the Goyza. Drunken Noodles had a bit more noodles which added to the dish. Staff are professional and very accommodating.

The food was amazing.

The chicken satay was perfect.

The 3 flavors duck was a tad sweet but very crispy and cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of heat.

I would share photos of the food, but I ate it too fast. I went because my mom was craving wonton soup, but their Thai pho soup looked too good to pass up. Both were excellent choices. I also recommend the lychee bubble tea.

2nd time I have been to Thai Cuisine and it’s excellent food. Sushi bar (closed on Tuesday nights) is not to be missed. If you want excellent sashimi, Chef Yoshi will carve it up for you. Add in Thai and excellent service.

This was a new restaurant for us, and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and inviting. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere is very appropriate for cuisine. It's not huge inside but roomy enough for a comfortable dinner in. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. There were steady customers, some take out, and everyone seemed pleased with their choices. This was a great find, many things on the menu to try for next time! It is located on business 17 near the Boardwalk and Skywheel, convenient for locals and visitors!

I come here all the time. This is one of my favorite restaurants in myrtle beach and the food is amazing every time. I usually get pad thai or yellow curry but wanted to try something new last time I was here so I got the massaman curry with the duck. It is my new favorite! The curry sauce was so rich and flavorful and the duck had a crispy outside, tender meat and cooked to perfection. The roasted cashews gave it a nice light crunch. They also have a really good lunch menu.

Best Thai restaurant on the beach. The food was phenomenal as was the service. Clean, Friendly, Food Very Fresh and Hot from kitchen, you could tell it as cooked fresh. Portions very large and reheating at home still tasted fresh. Highly Recommend

Service was second to none, extremely friendly staff. The food is nothing short of amazing. We had crab Rangoon, Ribeye Hibachi, Salmon Roll, ginger salad and the Rainbow roll. Will become my new favorite place.

This was literally the best restaurant I've ever been to. It is a hidden gem! Everything was good. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really made it an experience and not just a meal. I am a person who usually doesn't like new foods but everything I ate was new and it was all delicious. I will be coming back every time we visit! It's definitely my new favorite.

The Yellow Curry, and Yellowtail Roll were delicious! Our server Fern and very friendly and on top of things, chef Yoshi is a master at his craft and all of his sushi rolls we tried were delicious and unique in a great way. Highly recommend this place, I love yellow curry and order it often and this place did not disappoint!!

Best sushi in Myrtle Beach, hands down.
I am a native and avid sushi lover. The sushi literally reminded me of NYC sushi, the chef, Luigi, is an artist. We had an app, toro, uni, rainbow roll and salmon sashimi and it was unreal. We also had curry and it was fantastic. The staff was super nice, friendly, and made you feel at home. 10/10, go!

Exceptional food and service! We eat here at least once a week - everything that we have tried has been wonderful! Very reasonably priced and authentic. This place is definitely one of the hidden gems of Myrtle Beach!

Yum, yum, and YUM! My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner and we're already looking forward to many more visits. Everyone is so friendly and our food came out quickly! We started with the papaya salad - so flavorful and fresh! My husband ordered the drunken noodles with duck and could not quit raving about how perfectly cooked the duck was. I ordered the pineapple curry with beef and also could not be happier with my choice, although there are a ton of other dishes I look forward to trying in the future! We had their dessert special to top the meal off - crème brûlée. Hands down worth the drive from Pawleys and our new favorite spot to get our Thai fix.

This place is awesome. Staff is excellent. The guy running the sushi bar is super friendly/outgoing. We had sticky rice red curry and a spider roll and spices tuna. Everything was perfect. I'm very picky about these places this ranks with the best.

I ordered through Door Dash since my wife doesn't care for this kind of food and honestly the price was not that bad considering the portion sizes. The chicken basil fried rice and spring rolls appetizers made for 2 meals for me (and I eat a lot) and the flavors were on point. There was excellent menu variety and I'd gladly order from here again.

Mind (and taste buds) are completely blown away right now. Could tell everything was made completely fresh with meticulous attention to detail, and complex flavors melded into a perfect harmony . The duck had crispy skin with soft moist meat. The bamboo was prepared fresh, not from a can. All the sauces were heavenly. Every bite was 🤯😂🎉🥳🕺💃 in my mouth

Amazing food

Pey was the most wonderful server! Great meal! We enjoyed the Pad Thai with pork and extra mixed vegetables! We loved the extra spice they brought to the table! We also got to chat with the bartender Yoshi. Wow, what an incredible human! We will be back while we are in town!

Exceptional in every way. Delicious sushi, beautifully presented dishes, umami at it’s finest. The service was also superb. We loved it so much, we ordered extra to take home. Yummmmm.

It was really awesome! #1 in Myrtle beach now! Food was not so hot and spice as original Thai, but very delicious! pad thai - one of the best, mmmm!, you don't need to go in Thailand to try best one!
Tom kha talay - needs more kaffir lime leaves and thai chili, but still very creamy and tasty! Highly recommend! Singha beer forever! Thai country music would make more authentic atmosphere, but rock 80s - its ok...
PS. next day I removed 1 star because:
1. if you have no kaffir lime leaves - don't cook tom yam goong (shrimp) soup, just say - "temporally not available"
2. Thai fried rice (kao pad) should be serving with lime. Always. no exceptions.
3. If you call yourself as Thai restaurant - put on the table Nam Prik Pla - it's necessary condiment.
However- Pad Thai really best in America

This place is the new gems of Myrtle Beach! The food was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a variety of sushi and rolls, and let me tell you, I have never had better sushi in my entire life! The flavors were out of this world!

But it wasn't just the food that made this experience great. The chef, Yoshi, is a true artist in the kitchen. He made the whole dining experience so much more interesting by explaining his recipes and sauces. Trust me, you'll be asking him all sorts of questions because his flavors are simply mind-blowing!

What really stood out to me was Yoshi's warm and friendly nature. He treated us like family and shared stories from his travels that inspired his culinary creations from so many countries. It added a personal touch to the whole experience.

I'm already planning to go again next week because once is just not enough! If you're a sushi and Thai food lover, you absolutely have to try this place. You won't regret it!

Most amazing sushi chef ever just delicious

Fresh lobster sushi was wonderful. Thai Iced Tea very tasty. All the food was excellent.

We just saw this place in passing and it doesn’t look like much from the outside. But thought we’d try it. Very surprised as we walked in door…So clean inside and very nice atmosphere! The Thai food was over the top amazing!! I can not say how exceptionally delicious the food was. And the service was top notch too. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly Highly recommend. Putting on our “must visit every time we are in MB list!” The red curry was so yum and the massaman chicken yum yum yum

Simply put, the food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the sushi was spectacular.

It had been a while since I last ate at Thai Cuisine and when I walked in I was instantly surprised with the remodeling of the restaurant. The decor is very nicely done, but the food is what will keep me coming back.

Lastly, the sushi chef (Yoshi) prepared sushi that was as fresh and delicious as any I’ve ever had. Plus, he gave me a great idea for the Pad Thai I was ordering that was incredible.

You will not be disappointed with any aspect of dining at Thai Cuisine.

Amazing food. The owner Yoshi gave me a few recommendations and I went with all of them. Didn't let me down at all! Green Curry W/ shrimp with a mid-level spice was amazing. My girlfriend got the chicken hibachi which she said was her favorite in town. Will be back to try the sushi.

The. Best. Sushi. I. Ever. Had. Yoshi, the sushi chef, does an amazing job. He takes a lot of pride in his sushi, and his sushi looks like art. The servers are very nice, and the chef(s) in the kitchen do an amazing job as well. I love the yellow curry! Some of the best food in town. A must try!

Oh my gosh I am in love again! I was heartbroken After one restaurant closed down town. I know this new owner in town. She transformed this place into upscale dine in, or take out like door dash. Watch out Shoho!

I met there, Sushi Shef Yoshi, makes his own, his spicy “kizami wasabi “ oh man 🤯👍& beautiful sushi’s 🍱 are like being back in my Okinawa home because he is half Okinawan too! So much fun! I was taking a selfie he jumped in & took one too lol

Yoshi is always making the best sushi rolls, introducing me to new dishes, and caters to my pescatarianism.. Restaurant is clean and inviting. Thai cuisine is fantastic! By far, it's the best sushi around! The chef keeps you entertained, and you can tell this is his passion. The food is worth every penny, and you can’t beat being by the beach. The service and atmosphere were wonderful as well.

Food was incredible! The sushi chef’s rolls were outstanding and the display was the icing on top! Very beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Most genuine staff and place you’ll find. Definitely a place you should check out!
