Thai eatery serving classic dishes & vegetarian options, plus sushi, in a family-friendly setting.
They remember us every time we come in, even if it's been a while. We've been loyal customers here for nearly 15 years. Their pad se ew is the best I've ever had anywhere, I love their fresh rolls, Thai tea (delicious both hot and cold), mango and sticky rice as well as their spring rolls. Superior service and food. My favorite Thai place around. The pad Thai is my husband's favorite. I am pretty sure he could eat it every dsy and not get tired of it
I wanted to like it, because I generally love Thai, but this....
If you're going to give a tiny amount of food, it has to be great food.
This was neither.
I got three things, and each was more disappointing than the last until I simply threw away 80% of a spring roll.
I.... have never given a bad review to a Thai restaurant before, so.... congrats?
Really beautiful place. Nice atmosphere and nice decor. Food was really good, I had the pad Thai with chicken which was amazing, it had a really big portion. You got to choose the spice level. The rice came in a heart which was the cutest thing ever. The waiter took a while, it's probably a little understaffed. Otherwise everything was amazing and I had a really good time.
I most definitely don't recommend. Ordered take out to our hotel for vacation and as soon as the food arrived we opened everything up but to find my favorite dish had a roach in it. This was my first time ordering from this place costing me $50.00 for a few dishes but ended up disappointed. This will be my first and last time ordering from there.
The place is old it's apparent when you walk in but that's how you know the good is good. The workers are very nice and accommodating 10/10. The food was excellent and the chicken was great. I have had better at some other places but this felt real and wonderful. 10/10 would come again
Very tasty food, friendly owner. Ugly interior. I like getting the springs rolls, tom kai soup, pad se ew, pad thai and chicken red curry. The beef has always been tough. I get the chicken there. I think the noodles dishes are even better when you eat there. The noodles stay more moist, but that’s typically in general for noodle dishes. Update: Last few times none of the above was good except for the red curry. Consistency is key. Gotta step it up guys. Another Update: Red Curry was pretty nasty and thin recently. Then another time was excellent. I think there are different chef's on different days.

I have had soup and red curry chicken on two occasions and enjoyed it both times. It wasn't crowded at lunch either time.

Beat spring rolls and pad thai in town!! We come here again and again!
Food was really good and so was the service. Best Pad Thai I've had in a long time.
They got my order wrong on literally every thing I ordered. Super bland pad Thai, no salt or pepper, didn’t even include the medium spice I asked for. the spring rolls that I didn’t order but got anyway were bland. I’ll never know how the deep fried shrimp was bc they forgot to put it in my order and I got spring rolls instead. If I had to guess it’s not very good though. 3 stars for service because the girl behind the counter was very nice. I hope they can turn it around because it seems like a nice family owned joint, but they’ve got work to do.
I've traveled to many countries and tried countless thai restaurants but this blew all of them out of the water and was and still is probably the best food to ever enter my mouth. 👌💯 W
Decided to check it out on a whim and the food was absolutely delicious! I got the green curry and it was so creamy and flavorful. I’d definitely recommend the Thai Iced Tea as well!
The vibe was so nice as well with soft, calm lighting. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever eaten.
To go order. Food not that good. Noodles dry, panang curry and rice had no flavor.
Definitely recommend this place. Best Thai around.
Best Thai food I've had in Greenville. Try the green curry! They also have my favorite peanut sauce.
Wonderful food and great service. Definitely reccomend.
The BEST spring rolls, and awesome customer service!
Very, very good food. Fast, excellent service. Place is a little cluttered. I sat at a table with friends that was in good shape.
Some of the best yellow curry I've had in town. Their spicy fried rice is delicious too, I'll definitely eat here again.
Very tasty food with a really good serving size. The owner seemed like a very kind person. I liked the small lamps on all the tables, especially 😄
The beef pad see ew was alright. The beef was flavorful, but it was dry and tough. The noodles were good, as were the carrots. The element that saved the dish was the broccoli - cooked to perfection, tender, and well-seasoned. I’d steer clear of the beef and pick a different protein. I also ordered medium spice, and I wouldn’t even say it was mild, so definitely artificially inflate your spice level.
The chicken lard salad, pad Thai, por pia rolls, and massaman curry are some of my favorites from here! Service is always friendly and very quick. Their lunch special is a great deal.
Best Thai food and service in Greenville. This is a family owned restaurant and it shows in the quality of the food and service.
Friendly staff. Delicious food.
The Thai fare was tasty and served up readily
Enjoyed everything and we will be going back
Always love their food. Fresh and tasty.

Ordered yellow curry with chicken for takeout and got a very generous portion! It was delicious!
The people were awesome. Food was even better❣️And if you want the best crab Rangoon you have ever had, you need to try their's...it's amazing
Best Thai around. Thai fried rice is amazing. Fast service and constant quality.
Wonderful, personalized service, good food and a cozy location.
Amazing customer service! The owner and staff are the sweetest. Food is excellent and my orders to go are always made so quickly!
Always so tasty and quick to-go service!
Food is tasty , felt a bit less portion for dinner.
Very friendly staff and family owned. Food had excellent flavor. I had the Basil stir fry. My wife had the green curry and it was excellent. Good portions as well. They can also make very spicy if you like. Not a fancy atmosphere but authentic. Highly recommend.
We've eaten at Thai Jing for over 15 years now, and they have the best yellow chicken curry. Absolutely delicious!
Delicious crispy duck. Seasonings were well-balanced. Would go back again when in Greeneville.
Got the chicken pad Thai and it smells like BBQ.. no limes, it was ok. Wouldn’t order again. Spring rolls were ok. Not much flavor in either
Consistently tasty and unpretentious. Maybe not the most prompt service, but everything else makes up for it. They don't serve alcohol, but neither do they charge a "BYOB"/ corking(?) fee! Their curry salmon and/or mixed seafood w rice dishes are devine.
NO complaints here, thank y'all very much.
Very good thai in a small family owned space. Small portions for lunch. Best Tom Yum!
Had food from here twice now and great experience both times! I’ve gotten the duck rolls and Panang curry- both are incredible. Duck rolls are a must. Flavorful food and portion size is great! Mine were both takeout experiences but both times the staff were very helpful. This is going to be in my rotation of frequented restaurants for sure.
Went in with some friends this weekend, it was super good! I noticed a lot of people saying portions were small, I ate all of mine in one sitting and I'm used to taking half my food home (still plenty of food though).
I’ve done both dine in and pickup and it’s pretty good! They are quick and efficient and the food is yummy. It does change day by day and sometimes the food is less flavorful or more watery than other days, but generally it’s nice and perfect to grab for a quick and filling meal!
Listen, part-time and pick up a lot of orders people are usually nice professional kindly and I'm not saying that it's all the time but this time was the last time that I will deliver to anyone from this place. Outside the bathroom doors I took this picture of a complete engine out smelly greasy leaking fluid in a place where food is prepared and made and delivered to its customers is this really adequate storage for mechanical devices I don't think this place is zoned for motor vehicle use or engine storage. I'm not going to eat here.
This is the best hands down! Staff is friendly and amazing food quality
Great food, friendly service.
Tasty
Just, loved it, fresh great portion great experience for my first time there tried ordering it tonight but there closed until Wednesday dang..
Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent scenery.
Highly recommend the duck roll (delicious pancake like rolls).
Very nice quiet place tucked off in the corner of E.North street if you love Thai food you should give it try. Been here 10 years will be back!!! Duck Rolls off the chain!!
Okay... The mixed reviews had me skeptical. I'm glad I took the risk anyways. The flavors are on point and the portion size is generous! This is the best chicken pad thai I have had. I ordered via Seamless. It was ready quickly and arrived hot. I got medium spicy which is good, but I'll try spicier next time. I'm currently stuffing my face as I write this review because it's too good not to share my opinion.
Would be more stars except for one pretty serious flaw: whenever we order takeout, there is always a significant discrepancy in how much meat and vegetables their are vs broth. One container of curry might be 50% meat and veg 50% broth, the next one is 20%meat and veg and 80% broth. They need to find a more consistent way to ladle this stuff into containers.
Thai Fried Rice, Yellow Curry, and Pad Thai - yum
Sadly the reasons I have given this place so much of my business is because they’re close by and the only Thai restaurant that stays open midday. Food is subpar and service is always bad. I came in to pick up my to go order and the owner was blatantly looking at my breasts. He then guestured to his chest and said “you’re looking good” Unbelievable.
Thai Jing is awesome. The family that owns it is so sweet, and they are willing to accommodate for dietary restrictions. Food is delicious, and affordable. One of my favorite Greenville haunts.
The food is always fantastic, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten from here and I’ve never had a single complaint. Service is great, food is great, definitely worth the visit every time.
Great Thai food!
I haven’t had anything from here that wasn’t delicious. Even if you don’t like tofu you would like theirs. Thai Jing is a fortnightly staple at my house.
The owner is a very nice man who cooks himself. Nice place
Possibly the best Thai food we’ve had. A++. Will certainly be ordering from here again. We had delivery from Grubhub and it was awesome!
Food quantities are small, and the food was okay! Definitely over priced. Don't think I'll be ordering again.
Only problem I really have is that they don't have soda's on tap they bring out can soda's and a glass of ice
Good food and service but I wished the portion size was a bit bigger, I had the pad see ew but the portion was so small I had to eat a snack immediately after to feel satisfied.
Love everything about Thai Jing- the casual non-pretentious atmosphere and warm owners, the amazing food and the fast service. Try the drunken noodles, yellow curry and Penang curry. The Thai iced tea is awesome! I’ve always been happy with quality and portion sizes, everything I’ve ever ordered has been more than enough for two meals. Best food in Greenville
I have had consistently great service and food from Thai Jing. They even remade my whole meal once when I messed up the “spicy level”. It is run by very nice people. Best Thai food around.
Most delicious food I've had in years
Decided to give it another try after a previously less than great experience. Tom Ka Kai soup was bland and watery. Pad thai was good, but overall disappointed in quality of the food. Maybe I've been spoiled with the other Thai offerings in the area.
The restaurant itself isn't the greatest to look at. In fact, I would say it's way overdue for some modifications. However, don't let the looks of the restaurant fool you. Their food is one of the best around Greenville. If you know Greenville, you know there is tough competition. The pad thia was the best pad thia I've ever had. Had to get it to go but I attach a picture.
Really great food with a hole in the wall atmosphere. We ordered iced thai tea, duck rolls, fried tofu, tom kha soup, and pineapple fried rice. Everything was on point. Seems like a family owned and operated establishment. The service was great. This will be my go-to Thai restaurant from now on.
Pad Thai and Chicken Teriyaki were on point! 🥰
Delish beef salad, som tum, tum yum and and green curry. And loved it when I get owner busted out his guitar and started playing Stairway to Heaven 😋
I hate leaving bad reviews. Thats all am going to say...
Quality pad thai
Thai Jing is the place to go for Thai. Affordable and delicious. I would highly recommend the spring rolls and pad thai. Pam makes you feel right at home.
Mixed emotions. The food was delicious but the portion was way to small - I ordered Talay Thia and ordered EXTRA MEAT for 4$ ....... The container was less than half full and I had a total of 3 medium shrimp .again I say the food was delicious but not at the cost of 20$ for 3 shrimp and some sauce
Called in to place an order and the man was getting irritated with me for asking questions. Then when I was still talking, HANGS UP on me after he got my order. I call back to find out what time I should pick up to where he yells “20 minutes! We are busy right now!” I almost didn’t go to pick up my food, but my partner is a better person than I am. The food used to be amazing too, and the customer service to match. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. Portions are smaller. There was a weird odor to my fried rice. My boyfriend also said the entire place was empty when he went to pick up. If you don’t want to treat your customers with respect for spending their hard earned money on your establishment, then maybe you shouldn’t have a restaurant.
I love yellow curry, and Thai Jing does it great!
Ordered through postmates this past weekend. Flavor was good but portion size was small.... missing at least 1 serving on two of the three dishes we ordered. Will not order again unless portion sizes are addressed.
This has probably become my favorite Thai restaurant in town. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the owners are friendly.
Foods great, can take awhile when they’re busy but I’d say it’s worth it. My wife and I will return
Delicious food, especially the Thai fried rice. And the service was kind, professional, and prompt
$12.95 for a sorry little five dollar appetizer called a Combination Plate. Save your money and time. Also a bland, sorry excuse for Panang Curry Chicken that was clearly only coconut milk and chicken boiled together. I have never had a panang curry without a signature curry ring of oil. I have tried many local Thai restaurants, which offer better at a better price. First visit is my last visit. Burn me once....
A small, charming restaurant with reasonably priced meals that are truly delicious. A wonderful choice for a quiet, intimate dinner.
Mixed bag here. The food was good, no issues there. But the portions were absolutely tiny. Literally the containers were less than half full - photo is before we'd eaten anything. When we pulled the first entree out of the bag, we thought it must have spilled since it was so empty - nope, the paper bag was dry, just a small portion size. We regularly get Thai food and Asian takeout, and compared to other restaurants in the Greenville area, it's definitely less for your money. Oriental House or Sweet Basil offer better portion sizes for around the same price. Good food though.
Kind of hard to find but worth it
Authentic family owned restaurants
I ordered through GrubHub and there was a minor mistake (with the wrong soda delivered). The staff was sincerely apologetic... and quality of the food quickly made me forget all about the error. The red curry chicken was amazing! I'll definitely be ordering here again. One of the best Thai restaurants I've found in Greenville!
Veg clear soup was the best.
If you go here, understand the delivery service drivers are served first. I recently moved nearby and discovered Thai Jing. While some of the dishes are very good, the customer service is poor. I went in today to place an order to go. One of the delivery service drivers came in AFTER me. I was waiting for a good while before one of the employees came from in back, she asked if I was picking up, I said I was placing an order to go, she looked passed me and asked the deliver driver who he was picking up for and took this person ahead of me. I left. I'm not sure I'll go back. Obviously they prefer the delivery service over walk-in customers.
You get a generous amount of rice or noodles. On my last visit the rice was bland and overcooked.
The best Thai I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this place by accident and have t stopped coming since then. Flounder with Thai sauce and curry sauce level 4 spicy…so so good but hot. If you like spicy foods you can change the level of spice up or down if you’re not a spicy food fan. The customer service was good they explained the food menu and even offered some suggestions.
Smaller portions but delicious food and fresh.
Had food delivered through GrubHub. There were no issues receiving our food and it was delicious. Generous helpings. The spring rolls, spicy fried rice, and Pad Thai were all excellent. We will be dinning here again.
Great neighborhood "Mom and Pop" Thai restaurant.
Thai Jing has the best pad thai Ive ever had.
Phenomenal Pad Thai
Best thai food in town
We will be glad when the Thai lady (the owner and chef) returns from Thailand. Still giving smaller portions compared to other restaurants and it's a lot better tasting when she cooks. Sorry, I don't want to hurt the cooks feelings but I will wait for her return before we go back. It tastes like you're in Thailand when she does the cooking. 4 or 5 stars for sure.
The Thai Tea and Pad Thai was great 👍
It's a fully themed restraunt. They have good chicken pad thai noodles and spring rolls. It was quiet when we went and the staff there was friendly.
Very good. Nothing groundbreaking, but nothing I can complain about either. Solid Thai food. I will be back. If you're a spicy lover, go for Thai Hot. I got 2nd hottest and wished I had just went for it. Good food and portion sizes though.
Stopped in for take-out today (ordered ahead online and the order was ready exactly when promised). Delicious and a great "zing" to the spice. If you like spicy food then fair warning: Thai hot was the real deal. Will definitely return.
The food is delicious
Fantastic Thai food! Great heat!
My experience has been terrible, I ordered from Grubhubb and our food never arrived, they just never made the order. I ordered again today and they completely left out an order without notifying us on time so one person had to go and find something else to eat. You guys need to get it together, I know of other people who’s orders never come. This is terrible and I will unfortunately not be giving this place another chance.
Thai Jing is THE BEST! It's LITERALLY my FAVORITE restaurant. And the man that I THINK both runs and owns it (or at least always runs the front of house and cash register and serves the patrons who eat at the restaurant) ALWAYS recognizes me, even over the phone and is ALWAYS SO sweet and kind to me (sir, if you're reading this, this is the girl who ALEAYS orders the chicken pad Thai with zero spice, extra green onions, and no peanuts, the yom kha gai, a Thai iced tea with no ice, and sometimes the fried banana or the Thai custard when you have the ingredients to make it...I just want you to know that I think THE WORLD of you because you are one of THE VERY BEST people I've had the honor of meeting and getting to know a bit while going about everyday tasks and errands (like eating at or picking up takeout from a restaurant) and it is ALWAYS a pleasure to get to see, talk to, and interact with you!!! I am FOREVER grateful to you for ALWAYS being SO VERY kind, thoughtful, sweet, and generous to me!!! YOU are the reason that a neighborhood restaurant has staying power and becomes a beloved local institution and lives on for years and years...keep up the good work and stay golden, I love you and the ENTIRE staff at Thai Jing!!! 💖💖💖). This is THE BEST restaurant to go to for FIRST RATE Thai food and service!!!
The owner is always very friendly and pick up orders are almost always coming out hot exactly when I get there
Cozy restaurant, great food, friendly staff!!
Food was so delicious!!!! And reasonably priced!
Order online delivery, my food came without Fork, Spoon, napkins..... they probably eat with hand and think that we are are pesents from 12 century.
Pad Thai to die for. Enough said. The spice is like a party in my mouth. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. I always get two meals out of one dinner.
The food is fantastic, genuine, and their thai tea is the best I've ever had. The host is very friendly and hard-working. It can get pretty backed up so it does require some patience, but the service is honest and amazing. All in all, awesome experience every time I come here, highly recommend.
Amazing place, seems to do mostly door dash /grubhub type business but I always eat in. Great service and great prices.
Delicious food, peaceful atmosphere
Asked for vegetarian pad Thai medium spice and they delivered. Perfect amount of spicy and the best pad Thai I’ve found in the area.
The owner is the nice guy....who would know that a airplain mechanic knows how to cook so good...great food.
Great people and great food.
Very personal, always delicious, reasonable price, not slow.
They have the best Thai food in town.
The food is always delicious.
The food was really tasty, and the service was polite!
This was a very pleasant surprise for us! A small little hole in the wall place which had FANTASTIC food. I can see why the reviews were so good. You can tell it was fresh and well prepared. Our waiter guy didnt seem to speak English well and we had to ask for a few items, but he did great service and was very friendly. It actually added to the originality and ambience of the theme. Definitely coming back there were tons of items on the menu worth trying.
Great place, thai coffee, red curry, tom yum soup all excellent. Very friendly staff, super reasonable prices. Homey, quiet, atmosphere, family run business. I love this place!! Maybe the owner will play guitar for you on a quiet night.
I dined in with my parents, and though it seems like it’s predominantly a take out operation, we had great service! Everything was delicious; I think the Tom Yum soup was a stand out. We ordered extra vegetables with everything and they seemed fresh (not frozen). What we ordered extra spicy still had excellent flavor. Probably a contender for best Thai in town?
Only reason why I came was for Thai Tea. They were out!!! Not pleased
I want to personal thank the owner of the restaurant. My husband Matthew works for bitesquad. The other day he had an order to pick up, but the owner was closing. Find out someone else mistakenly got my husband customer's order. So the owner prepared the customer's order again, and on top of that he gave my husband a free meal of rice with veggies and chicken. He shared some with me and it was so good. Our favorite restaurant Jasmine Thai closed down and I was skeptical about trying another restaurant's Thai pad because Jasmine Thai made the best Thai Pad. Not every Thai restaurant makes it as good. It's rare for me to find a similar taste. But today I decided to order Thai Jing's Thai pad. I am not disappointed. My goodness it the BEST! Tastes if not exactly, like Jasmine Thai's Thai pad. Also the tofu is thick and juicey that's something that beats Jasmine Thai's tofu. Theirs was smaller and not as juicy but still good. I'm am SO please and will be coming back again and again for more. Thank you owner for the kindness you showed my husband. You have customers as long as your business is open. Please don't go out of business just yet. Lol thank you thank you thank you.
I was craving Pad Thai so I looked around at different places to see where I could have it. The food there is really awesome. The restaurant is small but it's a very comfortable atmosphere.
Great food. Such a nice guy. He is the only one in the front but a very sweet person.
Excellent authentic Thai food made from scratch. Delicious and definitely worth the drive from Easley!
