You pay for what you get. I love the scallion pancake appetizers.

The food here is amazing, fresh, and affordable for such fine sushi. You can't go wrong with anything their amazing chef comes up with. So clean, you could lick the walls or floor. This gem is a little hidden (look next to the mexican place by the Giant door). There is nothing like this anywhere in town.

It’s just so bland and dry (ordered with no bean sprouts & no scallions) - I can only squeeze so much lime onto it in an attempt to make it palatable. On the other hand, portion size is good and the folks whom I’ve encountered working there have always been pleasant.
Everyone else seems to love Wasabi 4, but it’s consistently a miss for me.

They pack their sushi with a lot of fish unlike many other places and it’s fresh. They also have the best lo mein in the area! Ask for extra sauce (and extra spicy if you like spice) on the lo mein, you won’t be disappointed. Our go to spot for sushi and Chinese now.

Here's the current menu for reference, they were clear from the start they had to raise the prices by 10%, you do have to do the math to figure out what the price is, but when you leave a review they give you a free appetizer. The appetizer we got today was the Oshinko or Japanese pickle, it is tasty but be warned it's a bit spicy.
My son had the Sweet Potato maki, the Eel Avocado Maki and an octopus sushi, while I snacked on an Alaskan roll. We typically get a boat or a sushi for two at sushi restaurants but he wanted to pick specifically what he wanted to eat today. Everything tasted good. The servers were kind and attentive. We'll be back and update this review after we try more of their options.

Relatively hip and less expensive dining option for hibachi, in house rolled sushi, Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Usually not extremely busy. Friendly staff, very fast service typically, friendly prices that equate to a very decent meal before maybe going to the regal theater just around the corner for a dinner and movie night that won't kill your wallet these days. If you're looking for a dine in option (take out/delivery available as well) that's not formal or overpriced, yet still decent Chinese/Japanese food, this is definitely a great choice.

We ordered the garlic sauce chicken meal, came with mushrooms. It didn't say it had mushrooms on the menu. I'm allergic to mushrooms I've never heard garlic sauce has mushrooms. The manager gave us a hard time as if we were supposed to know it had mushrooms in it. Be aware and make sure ask what's in it before you order.

The orange peel chicken to go order I purchased today for $16.69 was tasteless. It was not spicy and the chicken was dry as sand.
My bad for ordering to go. Beware of missing dehydrated felines in the area.

I work down the street and whenever we get Chinese for lunch it's from here. Everything's so good! I've never actually been there to sit and eat so I can't speak for atmosphere or service but they always get our orders right so I have no complaints.

Wasabi sushi is second to none. Sister of Abuja, and as good or better than Tiekoku. Love that you can brink your own bottle too. Hidden gem!

I've tried many things from here, and they have all been excellent. One of the best places for Asian food around here.

Lovely, simply decorated interior at this unassuming spot in Newtown Square. Staff welcoming and friendly. Service was fast and efficient. Food we ordered came in a timely fashion and was well plated. Would have liked to have been offered dessert options, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Was the food above and beyond? I can’t say so, but I would go again and try something else on the menu. Give it a try!

Great Sushi place. Excellent quality. Great selection. I ordered the Green roll and it was very good. Salmon and tuna sushimi was very fresh. My only food complaint is that their spicy crab roll is the fallacious variety. Not a fan. Went there at 630 on a Friday night. Not too crowded. Nice vibe. BYOB and liquor store is one door down. Staff were nice enough but food took over 40 minutes to get to our table. Hopefully just a one time glitch. Anyway, great food so we will go back again.

Darn good sushi. Partner says it's the best salmon sashimi she's had in 10 years. The tuna dumplings were very, very good. Seaweed salad was unimpressive, however.

Will have to remember this one if we come back around to the area.

It was the worst sushi ever. I’ve been ordering from the Wasabis for a very long time. Their spider roll was the smallest I’ve ever had from anywhere. Their Out of control roll was full of tough parts that I don’t even know what it was. I’ll never order again. I don’t usually post public reviews so it must really be bad.

Another wonderful meal from Wasabi4. I had a couple large catering trays for a small family party at home. It was a hit! Even thr kids enjoyed. The staff at Wasabi4 are always wonderful and the food is consistently 👌🏽. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have had Lunch there twice and the sushi was so good we had a birthday celebration there last Sunday. I recommend the sashimi as well.

Had the lunch combo and ordered three rolls, it was pretty average. Felt like I was paying downtown Philly prices for the amount of food we got and it was already priced down because of the lunch combo offer.

Food, service, value, decor all were exceptionally wonderful! Great experience w the family , and everyone REALLY enjoyed the food, ranging from exquisite raw oyster and sushi apps, to General Tso’s chicken, tofu red curry, Thai basil chicken and seafood combination. Seamless restaurant experience

Some very good dishes, but nothing truly exotic or authentic to Chinese or Japanese cuisines. Very good for American-preferred standard Chinese and Japanese menu items. Generous portions, careful attention to ingredients and presentation. The management, kitchen and wait staff all evidently care about serving quality food. The comfortable dining and spacious bathroom areas are quite clean and show attention to their interior design and hygiene.

Terrible experience from Grubhub tonight. It's a real shame that the world of takeout and delivery has been scoured and smeared by the ineptitude of Grubhub....there has to be a better option for restaurants to get great food to residents in the area

Fantastic! My boyfriend and I dined in and had a few sushi rolls, wonton soup, chicken teriyaki and hibachi chicken, everything was FANTASTIC and fresh! We left happy, full, and with left overs for lunch. Wait staff was fantastic and attentive. I highly recommend you stop in!

Everything was delicious. I got the lunch sushi (3 rolls). I didn't think it was going to be enough cause I was hangry lol but I ended up being full and didn't finish my General Tso's Chicken. The spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll finally have a hint of spicy. Usually when I order these..they taste the same as the regular rolls. If you like a hint of spicy, go to this route. Enjoyed my experience here.

We were greeted with smiles and service was excellent all the way through. I had come to meet up with friends I hadn't seen in a while and admittedly we stayed closer to closing time than I usually would and still nothing but kindness from the staff.
