Nestled in the bustling food court of King of Prussia Mall, Ruby Thai Kitchen stands out as a gem offering a limited yet delectable menu. The culinary experience here may not boast an extensive list of options, but what it lacks in variety, it compensates for with bold flavors and mouth-watering dishes that promise to tantalize your taste buds.
The staff at Ruby Thai Kitchen greets you with warm smiles and an eagerness to serve. Their friendliness adds a personal touch to the dining experience, making you feel welcomed and valued. However, a little more patience would be appreciated for those new to the flavors of Thailand, as navigating through the exotic menu can be a delightful yet daunting task for the uninitiated.
Their combos are decent for what they are, but the Pad Thai just looks and tastes gross—the worst eve, even for a food court establishment. It looks and tastes nothing like a stir-fried noodle dish; instead it’s downing in this sweet and sour sauce. Just so bad. I had to throw it into the trash.
There are several asian food options in this food court, I but this one is standout. I went last one night last week. I took a lap around the food court and the people at the other asian restaurants were so agressive I didn't even feel comfortable walking up to see what they had. The gentleman at Thai Kitchen was much more chill, I saw all the tasty options and wow. SO GOOD!!!! They give you so much food too - I ended up saving the rest for lunch the next day. Lot's of choices, great flavor, and more or less spice option with the Thai chicken. YUM!
Ordered the Pad Thai and the restaurant made it fresh to order. The taste was authentic and the quantity was quite filling. Comes with big pieces of chicken, peanuts, lime, noodles and sauce to complete the dish. They also offer a free taste of their chicken which is also delicious. The lines were decent and wait time isn't too bad.
As afar as I can tell the only Thai food here is the noodle soup. The rest appears to be Chinese food. I wanted soup so ordered the spicy beef. It took almost 10 minutes for them to make it. They charge 25 cents for a cup of water also.
Watching them dish out the stuff on the counter made me think I that you could share a combo with somebody and still be full. They fill the containers until they are ready to break but must hold 2500 calories of food.
The soup was pretty good. Decent broth and OK spice. Lots of resh book choy. It came out as hot as the surface of the sun so be careful. Minus one star for the long wait.
Got food poisoning
I had the spicy beef noodle soup here. It was so yummy.
Nice employees unfortunately my chicken was undercooked and I think I have food poisoning

Anytime I go to the mall, I’ll be stopping here. They were really nice and the food and proportions were great!
Great quality everytime, very kind and humble people, love this place
Me and My Bestfriend took a hour long bus ride just to get some food from here it is that delicious an worth it and they not stingy on they portions like all hood Chinese stores they were friendly great customer service I will definitely be going back
I constantly go here for my lunch breaks while I work at the mall. The staff are consistently quick, friendly, and generous. Prices are cheap, the food is good, and there’s almost never a wait. Love it.
Great pad Thai which is made fresh. People there are always nice.
This was the best pad thai I have ever had. Shocking for a lil spot in the mall, but it’s SO good! I ordered spicy beef bad thai to be exact, and the portion was great for the price. The staff was also super sweet.
Wow excellent! I recommend the lemon grass chicken.
Delicious and very pleasant ladies
We ordered food here and they refused to give us a tiny cup of water.
That’s rude. Never come back.
My go-to place at the KOP mall food court. Huge portion sizes, for $12 you get enough food for 2-3 people. Food is surprisingly fresh for a food court stall, not too fatty or greasy either. If you go here, the one thing you NEED to try is the pepper chicken, very crispy and flavorful.
Nice little place. Little sis loves Thai food
Pad Thai was ordered, and the restaurant freshly prepared it. The quantity was substantial and the flavour was true to form. comes replete with large pieces of chicken, noodles, sauce, lime, and peanuts. Additionally, they provide a complimentary sample of their excellent chicken. The wait time wasn't too bad, and the queues were reasonable.
Way too greasy.
Food tasted bland.. and made me upset
Really good Veggi/tofu pad Thai!
I ordered Bourbon Chicken with rice & veggies.... the rice was hard, the veggies weren't seasoned & the chicken was ok, kind of salty. It's food court mall food so no high expectations.... you do get a good portion for the price, I don't like that they charge an extra $1 for veggies, I wouldn't go back
Massive portions and great food
The food here is so good! I've been a few times on mall trips, but I may start coming here just for take-out. The food is always fresh, delicious, and really well made. I love Asian-style food and eat it often, but this place is definitely top 3 I've ever had.

I bought two entrees with noodle at Ruby Thai Kitchen in King of Prussia Mall yesterday. The women at the register told me it was $10.06. I gave her $20.06 and expected to get $10.00 back. However, she took my money and closed the register immediately. When I reminded her that she needed to give me $10.00 back, she insisted that I gave her the exact change of $10.06. I told her I knew what I gave her as I only had three $20.00 in my wallet with no $10:00 bills at all. However, she kept saying I only gave her the exact change of $10.06, and I was unable to prove what I gave her and lost $10.00 as the result. What a crook and dishonest person she is! I will tell all my friends, relatives, acquaintances, and colleagues about this incident so they will never eat at Ruby Thai Kitchen from now on.
Service is great and the workers are so nice. They give you a lot for your money, portions are big! Laughing at Karen’s expecting this to be a five star restaurant… we are in the mall bro calm down. Great spot
2 stars for the very friendly service. Maybe we came here on a bad day but the Pad Thai we ordered tasted horrible although freshly made (which is why we had to wait 10-15 minutes for it). Unfortunately the wait was not worth it.
Best food in all of malldom. In the history of mall, Ruby Thai Kitchen is the best.
Food was very good, and service was prompt with a big smile--very pleasant. Overall, very good food court experience today. This food court is on the Court side of KP in the lower section.
Pad Thai is made fresh when it's ordered, so you have to wait for a short while. They will bring it out to your table for your convenience unless you wait for it at the counter. I assume noodle dishes with broth also are made fresh. Rest of the food is served ready-made style like any other Asian fast food or buffet place. It looked like the kitchen replenishes food very efficiently during busy lunch time.
I thought serving size was very generous. Though I thought I was very hungry, I could not finish my two entre combo because it was so big, and my wife only ate about a half of her pad Thai. Though she ordered no-heat/mild version, it had some kick to it, she said.
Ruby Thai Kitchen meets the stiff competition in this food court since there are at least four other Asian food outfits--teriyaki/bento, sushi, Chinese, poke... Ruby provides solid performance to satisfy your appetite IMHO.
I am a somewhat regular here, and I look forward to eating here every time i’m in the mall. The food is always topped off with a great portion and a great variety. The temperature of the food is pleasing and the taste is amazing. This place is great!
Super friendly staff! Food tastes great and great value :)
i got it today and it so underrated. everyone goes to chipotle and never goes there but that place has the best food i kid you not. TRY IT. it’s very inexpensive and cost 11 dollars for salt pepper chicken, fried rice and green beans along with water. please get that order and you won’t regret it
The best mall food. Lots of flavor and they give you a lot for your money.
Great food.
Quick friendly service. The kids meals were perfect size for my kids. The cream cheese wontons were SO good!
Amazing service, great portions, friendly staff! Will come again!!!

Seems like noone was lining three so probably the food is not very good
