This is one of my FAVORITE places to eat in Salem. There are so few places with vegan option around here and I just really appreciate how many option Thai Cuisine has! And, it's delicious! I love the yellow curry and the yakisoba specifically.

Nice inviting place. The art on the walls are beautiful and the music invites a calmness over the mind. I was able to slow down and just journal and enjoy the vibe of this place.

One of the things that sets this place apart is the freshness of their ingredients.The Salmon Curry, with its delicate balance of flavors and succulent chunks of salmon, leaves you craving for more. And if you're a fan of unique combinations, their Tom Yum Pho is a must-try. A Thai-inspired take on the classic Vietnamese dish, this soup boasts a fiery chicken broth, complemented by tender slices of white meat chicken.

They have different spice levels which is nice for people who like a little more of a kick in their meals😋 they have a whole separate vegan menu and they even have gluten free options so there’s something for everybody. 10/10 would recommend to anybody wanting some delicious food 😁

This is hands down my favorite restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. I get the jungle noodles and coconut soup. It’s soooo good every time. And I love that you can pick the spice level bc I love spicy food. I don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one for this restaurant bc it’s just soooo yummy. And the people that work there are so nice and sweet.

Ordered to-go, delivered by UberEats. NO PROBLEM with UberEats delivery.

BIG PROBLEM with food order.
1) Chicken Pad Thai: NO garnish whatsoever. No chopped peanuts. No fresh bean sprouts. No Lime wedge. No silverware. Just a bunch of sticky, barely sauced noodles and chicken shreds (2-3 ozs. is my guess on the chicken portion). There was maybe one scallion, sliced and sauteed with the glop of noodles. $20.00.
2) Fresh salad rolls (2 orders, 4 rolls total). No tofu within rolls. Only received one 2-oz container sweet sauce. No heat whatsoever. Each order should come with its own sauce and the rolls should contain tofu AS STATED ON THE MENU. These babies were $10.00 per order. Total: $20.00.
So, not only did I spend an additional few bucks for delivery and tip (my choice), but was completely ripped off on a very sub-par meal. They should be ashamed of themselves. Restaurant food is so expensive now post-covid. I'm sick that I treated myself to what I thought would be a nice lunch and dinner. Even though I did my best to "dress up" the pad thai with peanuts, lime and some peanut sauce, it was tasteless, and I tossed it. Ridiculous.

Ordered two yellow curry lunch combos One of them 2 star spice, other 3 stars with Thai tea. The curry was so spicy we couldn’t eat it. ( spice goes up to 10 so we figured 2-3 stars would be mild/medium) but it was unbearable for me and I love spicy. And they gave us coffee not tea.

I always order Laab or Larb salad and Thom Kha Gai to know if I’ll like the food at a new Thai restaurant. One word: Bland.
The Larb was lacking in flavor, no mint, no Tomatoes, no lime , or any hint of Thai chilis.
The Thom Kha was full of cabbage and lacked that quintessential coconut lemongrass flavor. Again no hint of Thai chilis.
Majorly disappointed. The food euphoria I usually get from this combo was no where to be found.
Sad I wasted $50 for severely Americanized Thai food, my soul has not been nourished.

I love this gem of a place. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with warm smiles. I love that they have a picture menu to flip through. As well as 3 seperate menus for GF, Vegan, and regular.

This is a place where you order and pay for your food at the front desk and they will bring it to your table.

My partner has celiac and the 3 times we’ve eaten here we had no problems. The food has been delicious every time! And huge portions. I always have a couple of meals out of one dish.

WONDERFUL!! The dining area is in the back so you're not bothered by customers coming in and out and picking up their Togo orders. Also their level of a 10 for spiciness is spot on. Usually it's never spicy enough and this was on fire with excellent flavor!! Very fresh and I just really was impressed!! I love Asian food!!

Absolutely amazing! Family of 5 including a 1 year dining for lunch. They have vegan and gluten free options. The food is flavorful and hot. The owner is SO incredibly nice and thoughtful. I didn't get to finish my tea and asked for a to go cup and was given a cup full of hot fresh tea to go out of pure kindness. 10/10 recommend this place to eat!

Put wrong meal in my to-go bag. Drove home to a hangry wife. Drove back across town to correct their mistake. I asked for a discount to help compensate for their mistake. They offered 15% off. I told them it was nothing and it cost me more in gas to come get the correct food. The old man in the back spied over the counter while he had the poor new guy explain they could only give me $4. They obviously value a few bucks over a long time customer. That is a bad business move.

The owners are so nice - plus they have my favorite pad see ew in town. They are a couple $ more than other places, but it’s absolutely worth it for the huge portion. This is our first time trying this place. The person who took our order was pleasant and helped guide us to the right food. Our boys got the chicken fried rice and it was delicious. Big portions too. We could’ve easily split one between of our kids. I got the vegetable pad Thai and it was really good as well. We will most definitely be coming back here again.

Grossly greasy. I had the fried spring rolls which were awful and greasy. The salads rolls were so poorly wrapped that they fell apart and I had to eat them with a fork. And lettuce is supposed to be green not yellow. The drunken noodles were not good but they were greasy. I took two bites and threw the rest in the compost bucket. Gross!

Very greasy Pad Thai, burnt “crab” rangoons (mostly cream cheese, maybe the tiniest smidge of any semblance of crab). Fast & kind service but the food is not to be desired and I have a few other places in Salem that know how to make this a much better meal.

The Pad Kee Mao delivered the amount of spice I was craving. Everything was delicious and generous!

I went for the first time and it was overall a good experience and the staff were especially super sweet. Some of the food (what my partner ordered) wasn’t the best tho.
You order up front from one of two menus, one being a vegan menu(they also provide a picture menu in case you’re wondering what some items look like). Then you take a seat anywhere and they come with the food.

Service was outstanding and had the most amazing time waiting. The employee that helped me was the nicest person ever.

Excellent experience having them cater my employee Christmas luncheon for about 30 people. The food was hot, absolutely delicious, a very nice variety that included dairy and gluten free, attractively presented, and the pricing is good. We were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Just wow this is the spicy fried rice been to plenty of thai spots and never seen this before. Go to the thai food truck at the beehive or blue thai BBQ always fresh.

This site says they close at 8:30. We ate there and though we had not finished our food, the 2 teens working came and told us they close at 8:15. I asked if they were asking us to leave and they said yes, and mumbled something about them being under 18. That is the 1st time in my life I've been asked to leave a restaurant. The food is mediocre and for sure we will never go there again. Also you are expected to buss your table.

$12.50 for 10 teeny tiny fried shrimp..salad shrimp at best..REALLY! And my order did not come with any sauce! I wish I could post a picture...it's pretty bad!!!

Thai is my favorite food and this was the worst dish I’ve ever eaten in my life. Pad se ew, the vegan version. It had such a bizarre taste, hopefully it wasn’t mixed with anything. When I left the owner or manager asked if I didn’t like my food. I said it was really not good. No offer to make something different or refund. Worst noodle place I have ever, ever been to :(

DELICIOUS! We picked a random restaurant from Google to hit for dinner as we passed through Salem, and this place was phenomenal! We got pad kee mow and the panang curry, both were absolutely incredible. Dining room was comfortable and clean, and the host/server was polite and friendly. Have only had food from here once, but my chicken larb was not as great as I hoped it would be. I asked for 4-star spice and it was quite bland. Mostly it was salty. Their description says it is served with cabbage, which is typical, but it wasn’t. It was served over iceberg lettuce, which gets wilted from the lime juice.

One of the best restaurants in Salem! The owner is super friendly and if you have any dietary restrictions he's super accommodating. Friendly staff with some delicious, good portion sized food. Some of the people complaining don't seem to realize that with inflation nowadays you can't expect to get the same food at the same price you would have years ago unless these small businesses would go out of business. Some of my favorite dishes are the spicy fried rice and the yellow curry. You can even add varying spice levels if you like your food with a little more kick. They have a nice selection of drinks and I definitely recommend trying their Thai iced tea with coconut milk or even one of their blended Boba drinks.

Good food but wow... shark pricing! High price, then they charge add ons for everything, then they ask for up to 25% tip when you order at the counter, you get your own to go boxes, and you bus your own table when done.

Excellent Thai food with an exquisite taste. Take-out delivery time should improve.

The menu was a maze, over 70 options to choose from. Food was okay, but prices were high for the service we got. We sat at our table with a table behind us stacked up on random books and restaurant material.

It seemed like the restaurant owner has lost focus. The restaurant seemed disorganized, we didn't have a regular server take our order, we had to bus our dishes. I'm okay with doing those things, but at a food truck and not at restaurant-level prices. This place has potential, but it's lacking effort, in my opinion.

Eaten here twice in the last few months as per a friend's recommendation. Flavor is amazing! Food is always fresh and super hot (temperature). I gave 5 stars because the food has such amazing flavor, but do have a complaint. Both times I ordered it "level 10 Thai Spicy" and it felt more like a 2-3 on a scale of 5. I've added extra red pepper flakes at home to help a bit. I'd expect a scale of 1-5, and ordering a 10, to make me so miserable I have to stop eating before I'm full. My mouth has a slight burn to it. That's it, before adding a lot more red pepper flakes myself. For most people, this criticism won't make a difference because you won't order it "10 Thai Spicy". But if you want 10 level spice, make sure you have some hot sauce at home.

I went to this place because it had so many stars and good reviews. I was disappointed. It was very bland. I got the prik king. I also asked for extra sauce and I asked for it to be very hot. There was very little sauce to use mostly green beans and not the good kind. Was very very disappointing for $16.

We have tried this place a couple of times and I think for the quantity of food for the price it is a little bit spendy. I ordered pho and it was more of a curry base stew and to spicy for my taste.

I love this place, everything I have tried has been very good. I eat here at least once a week. They have improved their take out containers, the food is packaged nicely and stays fresh and hot until you get home. Thanks you guys!

This restaurant needs a new name--nothing thai about the food at all. Lots of mushrooms, celery and onions and no other vegetables at all. sauce not good. white rice was instant rice. trying to figure out how they have 4.7 stars.

We spotted the sign from road and decided to try it out.
For one order of Pad Thai Noodles with chicken, a beef salad, and two mugs of tea was almost 40.00.
The Pad Thai was bland with almost no spice. The chicken was nicely cooked and a good amount of been sprouts was ok by me.
The beef salad was also bland and very little beef.
No refill offered on tea.
Just not good enough to ever go back.

WOW! I am blown away by my experience here! The restaurant is small and cozy with nice artwork on the walls, pretty trees outside the windows, and a good vibe. The customer service was great and the food was cooked surprisingly fast. My meal was absolutely delicious and was a huge portion for a good price. I got a
blended strawberry with honeydew bubble tea and it was the best drink I've ever had.

Great food, friendly staff, good selection, the Tom yum ki could have been better but the pad thai was fire!! Pot stickers are a blast, the bubble boba tea is very good, many different flavors to choose from. The food was very fresh and had some very delightful flavors. Cooked to order! One of the only this places around that serve Tom yum ki. Give this place a try, you're stomach will thank you. Even my picky kids enjoyed the food which is unlike them. Only complaint is you have to really be on game when they are charging you because they will try to double charge you. I ordered 2 meals a soup and pot stickers and they tried to charge me $76.00 be careful.

I wish I could reply to the lady who gave the bad rating. There has never been an instance where I received small portions nor have I ever laid $18.50 for a single dish. My Pad Thai has always been a generous serving and under $12.50. I have been eating here at least once a week since I moved to Salem in 2019. The staff is always friendly, the food is always plentiful and flavorful, prices are some of the best in town. I have tried every Thai place in town and there’s a reason I only order from Thai Cuisine. I also appreciate that they are open on Christmas and ready to serve you with smiles on their faces.

Thai Cuisine is by far my favorite Thai food in town. I have loved everything I have tried on their menu, and their selection of vegetables is great!

Food was very fresh and tasty. Ordered the chicken wings, pot stickers, sweet and sour chicken and pad Thai. Meal came with a pint of steamed rice.

Unfortunately, the portion sizes are extremely small. $18.50 for the Pad Thai and Sweet and Sour Chicken EACH and they only served 1 person? I figured that $60 of food would serve a family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) as is the norm for most Asian restaurants. The chicken was $5.50 for 3 pieces - literally 3 little wing pieces, not whole wings and quite small.

The sweet and sour menu description indicated it would come with noodles. No noodles and may be 2 oz of chicken.

I’m wondering if the portion sizes are reflective of the financial challenges brought to the restaurant business due to COVID-19? But, while everything tasted great, $60 for the food we received is exorbitant, at best. My family is wondering what’s for dinner.

I will not be ordering from here again.

Best thai food in Salem

Thai cuisine of Salem has the best thai food I've ever had. Very fresh ingredients and friendly people. I've only eaten delicious food here and the couple that owns it are very sweet and kind. During a year like this it's nice to know there is a restaurant where I will always feel welcome.

We love Thai Cuisine of Salem. Thier food is fantastic. Pad Thai, Lemongrass Chicken, Garden Rolls and the Thai Iced Tea are great. The peanut sauce is amazing.The service is wonderful and friendly. Our go to place when we want Thai food.

I ordered two Larb salads it was a bit spendy but the to go box was full and it all tasted really good! The flavors were amazing! We will definitely be going back! The service was also really great the person who took my order over the phone and gave me my food when I arrived was really pleasant the atmosphere was really nice! I highly recommend them.

Our son just moved in down the street and we decided to try this place! It’s amazing! Good portion size and the food is so full of flavor! We’ll definitely come back!

Rating may go up or down based on next visit. This visit seemed hastily prepared. Flavors and quality were okay. Our plates would have been improved with a peanut sauce, a touch of Thai chili, and maybe a fresh slice of lime. I will comment that it is a good value as far as quantity for the dollar. We'll order differently next time and pay more if it means adding the options to meet our palate. If you're curious about trying this place, they're decent food.

We love to get the vegan pad see ew with tofu as the protein. My entire family loves it! We also love the summer rolls that come with the peanut dipping sauce and also the deep fried egg rolls with the sweet chili dipping sauce are both sooo good. Just let them know if you have dietary preferences or if you're vegan or vegetarian.

You should definitely check it out! Their Thai tea is also super delicious.

I’ve had my fair share of Thai delicacy, all equally delicious. This place by far surpasses anything I’ve had at other place. My go-to dish is the beef pad se ew. The difference is the ingredients. They use all fresh vegetables and protein. The beef wasn’t mushy or gamey. The service is awesome, friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Salem and I’m so happy this place is just two blocks away from my home. They have definitely gained another loyal customer.

Not the best thai food I've ever had, but it was really good. I will be coming back purely because I have a lot of vegan friends and they have an expansive vegan menu and even offer multiple plant-based meat alternatives. The service was also super friendly. Happy to see more places cater to vegan folk and have a menu they can order from without having to go through all of the substitutions and worry of the kitchen forgetting about them. Very exciting to have a place where people without dietary restrictions and plant based folks can feel comfortable and welcome :)

Loved this place. We came out to visit family and the food was great and the workers were very good and took good care of us. The flavors were spot on and I highly recommend it. We'll be back on our next visit. ^_^

Never had Thai food. Boy was this good.

I attempted to eat here for lunch. The restaurant was empty so I didn’t expect to wait long before being asked what I would like to order. I got the menu and some water. I need up leaving after the waitress never came back to take my order. I could here the waitress and other male there talking, she even walked around the counter so I know she saw me sitting there. They weren’t to eager to take my order once I told them I have to go since I am on my lunch break. I’m really hoping it didn’t have anything to do with my race but being that I was the only person there, I’m not sure as to why I received that treatment.

Have been searching for Thai place in town, and after trying Thai Orchid, Thai Beer and Yup Tim Thai, this is definitely my pick. Great service by a friendly young waitress, and the Pra Ram sauce was great, with vegetables not overcooked! Happy I tried it.

Noodles were over done, server could use deodorant, but Salad roles were amazing with the warm peanut sauce. All the spicy seasoning was clumped together in one bite so my dish wasn't spicy for the most part, good size portions. Overall average Thai place that you will leave not hungry, but nothing special to rave about.

The food here is awesome, and I have no idea why you wouldn't like it here. The atmosphere and decor is amazing and always very welcoming. People there are all very kind and inviting. The food here is phenomenal and without a doubt is the best thai food in salem.

This place is above excellent in my opinion, my wife and I have eaten here several times and have never had a meal that wasn't fantastic. The waitresses are always polite and helpful, it doesn't matter if it is a lunch or dinner the service is good and everything we've eaten has been very delicious and filling you don't leave this restaurant wondering why you're still hungry. If you like Thai food this is a place to explore.

The crab fried rice was great. The shrimp rolls were not rolls and were overpriced otherwise I'd give this place 5 stars

Thankful to find good Tai food at a strip mall! Off the main drag, quiet, with competent service and nice music. The food was excellent, the real deal, tasty and a great value. Our server was polite and helpful. The next time we're in this part of town this is where I'll go to eat!

Wow! AMAZING FOOD! One of the best customer service expierences, great little gem in Salem. The taro bobba tea tasted like lucky charms cereal milk, and the curry is so creamy and delicious! You will be very satisfied leaving this place.

Go to Thai Beer on Lancaster, much better.

We had a large table (for 7) and took our time for the meal, the assorted dishes were all enjoyed. I enjoyed my meal so much, a friend picked us up dinner the next night. I had pork fried rice with vegetables the first night, with appetizers, & dessert, with plenty left overs; and the next night a wonder noodle dish with a fabulous green curry. The food is fresh, and we enjoy it both dining in (service and atmosphere were very good) and our take out too.
