What a screwed up operation. Ordered pineapple fried rice with shrimp and we got chicken and no pineapple, why didn't they walk down the mall to Safeway? Also ordered a soup and they forgot to make it and said to come back in 25 minutes. That isn't a good idea. They must be counting shrimp on the Pad Thai. We got 5.

Came in on a winter evening looking for Pho in Beaverton, as I had moved from out of town. Ready to judge it, I was humbly surprised by the great taste and fresh ingredients. Friendly atmosphere and great service, backed by delicious food. I'll be back to try more of the menu.!

Im white guy and a lover of SE Asian food.
Been eating pho for over few decades. After this pho i don't feel i need to go to Vietnam for pho. So much tendon, brisket, meat, tripe, and everything else, - if u know what i mean! Never had better, maybe because of how much tendon i got! ❤️ After i was done i felt i don't have to eat for 2-3 days. Highly recommend!!!

I have had pad woonsen a couple of times here. The managers/owners are very nice and polite people. The woonsen that I ordered with beef added was extremely tasty and not too greasy. Atmosphere was relaxed. Service was relatively quick, prices reasonable. I would commend coming here again.

We ordered the panang curry with tofu (spicy), vegetable basil fried rice (spicy), and the bun dac biet. Each dish was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Everything was so flavorful, cooked so well, and had the perfect balance of spice. The portions were more than generous. Definitely an absolutely lovely small-owned business and we were so pleased with our whole dining service. Will for sure be returning!!!

I love pad thai but they aren't all the same. This place makes the best and the other food is great too! Edit 2024: Still my absolute fave. Food is very well made. Staff is friendly and professional. I still go here often and still love it!

This is probably the best Phad Thai on the west side, and their Panang Curry is out of this world. Wings are excellent and I've never had anything bad from their entire menu.

Best Tom Kha soup I've ever had, and I'm a Tom Kha connoisseur! The salad rolls were amazing. Got the S3 Bun Dac Biet as well, didn't love the chicken but the shrimp, pork and egg roll were perfect. Highly recommend, their prices are very fair and portions are great. They were very welcoming and appreciated that we chose to eat there. Not enough of that in restaurants any more. I'll be eating here again!

I love both their Thai and Vietnamese options here. Their Ugly egg rolls are delicious. They're not on the menu but you have to ask for it by name. They're super crunchy and are rolled with rice paper. Their pad Thai is just perfect, not too wet or dry, or too much tamarind. My other go to dish is the Vietnamese fried rice. I don't know what seasonings are in there but it sure is delicious!

This is my all time favorite place to get Pad Thai. My boyfriend and I decided to do a taste test of the top rated Pad Thai entrees in the Portland area. We did a side by side comparison, and both decided that CT Bistro’s was the best- by FAR. No others can even compare. My children also ask for it often. It is so flavorful, and such a good price point. The owner and staff are all beautiful people. Very, very friendly and hardworking. Thank you all. 10/10 experience!

This is probably the best Thai food place I have ever tried in my entire life. I've been to quite a few venues both in Los Angeles and Portland, and this is absolutely the gold star winner! I do prefer my Pad Thai on the sweeter side, and their Pad Thai is perfectly sweet and savory with wonderful almost caramelized red onion strips and the chicken is super tender and juicy, not tough at all. Everyone was extremely welcoming when I came in, and genuinely friendly. The light instrumental jazz music was extremely nice, and it was a lovely place to have lunch by myself in one of the comfy cushion booths. They do have plenty of tables and chairs if you wanted to bring a group though! I will definitely be bringing my husband back here, and extremely excited to explore more of their menu!

Pretty good beef soup pho - lots of beef

Really was craving pho and came here and it was really delicious and hot. The waiter was quiet but he worked hard especially as it started getting busy. The owner I assume came out and helped us box our food, talked a bit and just checked on everyone. Super nice. The only thing is that my friend was trying pho for the first time so we wanted more of a variety which they don’t have for pho but they had other things that looked so good when they serving them. I would go back. Just be patient, it’s a small spot and if they get busy you might not have your food in 10-15 mins but that’s okay.

Love the food here. Garlic beef is our favorite and adding fries makes it even better. Vermicelli is also great. The curry not so much but there are lots of extra options.

Garlicky greens with beef so fire. I have been here 5-10 times and it's always good. They have viet,thai and wings/fries. I've ordered from their Thai and had their wings. I'm sure the other offerings must be good. 5 stars everytime

These people are unaware- I'm shy! but every time I get their food for dinner and I've had a sad day, it comforts me SO much and lifts my spirits. I love them! They are the only Thai place in our area that reminds me of the place near my home, I've tried different places that have watery Panang or unseasoned pineapple fried rice that disappoints, but this place never does that, and always has delicious amazing food 🥺

The definition of mediocre. Egg rolls were nice but did not include a dipping sauce. Pad thai ordered 'thai hot' was barely spicy at all and did not have any noticeable amount of peanut. Tiramisu was clearly premade and frozen -- still had ice crystals on top. Super overpriced for the experience you get, but the quality is at least decent, which saves it from being 1 star.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants for Pho in the entire Portland area. They also make delicious curries and noodles, and have a great Vietnamese and Thai menu.

I just love this place. I get the chicken satay every time and it is amazing! I am sure everything else is awesome too...I just have a hard time straying from the chicken satay. Their peanut sauce is one of the best I've had AND they give you extra sauce for free! You just have to ask! Always friendly, always great food!

This is such a great place for food they have wings, French fries they even taste the best, they give you alot. Also good to eat their is pad Thai Woodson, yellow curry is the best around. If you feel like dessert get a slice of mango pie🔥.

Just had lunch at this restaurant, I ordered the red curry and my girlfriend had basil fried rice. We both really enjoyed both of our meals and the customer service was very good. The owner is also very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food I highly recommend! The owner Kent Dang was so sweet and attentive. My boyfriend and I felt so welcomed by all the staff. I ordered basil thai fried rice and my boyfriend ordered red curry they were both so phenomenal. I will definitely be coming again with an empty stomach so I can try more of the delicious food. Just look at the picture below, we completely devoured that food.😁

I hate to be writing such a negative review, but the food and service was horrible.

I visit CT Bistro at least twice a month it’s that good. They do great takeout and the service in the restaurant is very fast. I highly recommend the Pad Woosen, basil fried rice, cashew delight, and any of their soups/pho. They also have a large variety of gluten free options for those who need it. 10/10.

Easy, simple and surprisingly good quality Thai/viet food. Take out orders at dinner can get chaotic and on the phone folks can seem a bit short but that’s more to do with cultural differences. The staff has always been friendly in person

5/5 around 6pm. Went here for the first time and was looking at the menu. The guy at the front was very impatient and annoyed that I’m taking time to order. I got chicken vermicelli and the chicken was rubbery and overall I’ve had a lot better vermicelli (at luc lac and pho gabo restaurants). I don’t recommend this restaurant. Definitely not a good first time impression…

Excellent. I've been here many times with consistently delicious dishes every time. The staff are friendly and accommodating with extra caution with regards to allergies.

Got the salad rolls with pork & shrimp and the S1 beef pho special with tendons and honestly everything was great.

The broth itself was not as complex or salty as I would have liked but the generous portions more than made up for it. Really just solid all around, will definitely be coming back.

Family Owned and Operated. The owner Ken creates the best Thai and Vietnamese food in town. Try the #2 Bangkok with glass noodles. You will not be disappointed. All of his dishes are prices well with huge servings.

Popular local restaurant due to high quality food for a reasonable price. Hot wings are solid. Their pho is loaded with meat. Their salad rolls which are Vietnamese spring rolls are good, not authentic but good.

1st time having Viet & Thai. Cute little place and the customer service was great. The plate taste fresh. Veggies were nice and crisp. I enjoyed my plate but if/when I return, I will definitely have a different choice. Lighting was very dim, I apologize for the poorish pics.

The lady in front made eye contact with us and still didn’t come to us . She answered the phone and we were already sitting for 7 mins . To the point where we had to get up and order up front . They need more staff if they don’t want negative reviews like this . Customer service should be at its finest .

It's 2021 and their New York wings - lemon pepper and garlic pepper - are still the best in Oregon. The wings are very crispy and flavorful.

Have eaten here a few times now and overall happy with it. The Vietnamese soup and grill dishes are particularly good. The Thai food, noodle dishes, are okay, not great. There are several better options nearby for the Thai food. It has options for French fries & chicken wings which is nice, particularly the fries for the kids.

The Vietnamese food is better than the Thai so would recommend choosing that and doing Thai someplace else.

CT Bistro is by far the best!! So much so that we asked them to cater our annual Christmas party this year and WOW they did not disappoint!!! One of the worst dining experience so far in Beaverton. I went in with my wife and was not greeted with any source of kindness just you sit here or there and here is the menu deal, he brought out our waters did say a word, then came back after a min to see what we wanted, I wanted to say how I wanted my order to be extra spicy he said what !! like he did not understand and said hot right. He rushed through the order process I did not have time to ask questions. My wife got her dish first with no utensils, and then I got my dish a few mins later rather then wait a few mins. We ate our food did not come by once to see if we needed water and I saw everyone else had a container of water in there table and we did not. I asked for a box he went straight to get it before I could say and a check. I had to go up to pay because that this point me and my wife felt unwanted. He looked annoyed for some reason because he was having lunch and had the other guy do it. Out of all my years of reviewing places this will be the first time I say this. But I felt like it was because we where brown people that's why he treated us badly. Dont go here people. The food was not good as well it was subpar. It was eatable but made worst by the service. I understand bad service but this was let's get out as fast as we can servace.

Doesn’t look super inviting from the outside, but I decided to give it a shot since I live near by. Ordered take out, chicken pad Thai, and it was super yummy! The chicken was moist, not dried out like most Thai places that keep reheating their food. The guy who answered the phone was difficult to understand, but when I got there, he was super nice and attentive. Threw in a free side of peanut sauce.
Don’t be surprised if you walk in and no one else is in there. It’s good food, and service is great so you won’t regret staying.

It was a random pick and it was delightfully good. I had the beef Pho and the broth was excellent! Well spiced and not bland. Meat was not chewy and over cooked. I would eat there again. Staff was prompt and pleasant.

The beef pho had very distinct and flavorful soup, noodles well cooked. It was just a bit small although fair for $9 (would have liked a bigger bowl for $2 more).

Everything is completely clean and well cared for. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfectly and in good proportions. Chicken satay was moist and grilled perfectly. The peanut sauce was excellent. The fried rolls have the right amount of filling in them and were some of the nicest ones I've had in a while. We were just looking for a snack, but we have found that if you can do your appetizers well then the rest of your food usually follows suit. When we are back in town we will definitely come back.

This place is a strange one for sure. Not in a bad way.

Staff was very friendly. A little hard of hearing I think but the restaurant was surprisingly busy (almost full) and quite loud.

Had pork spring rolls and chicken satay as apps. Spring rolls were not great. Kind of like a long meatball wrapped and fried. Satay was pretty good but I probably won't order it again.

I tried a few entrees including the pad thaj chicken, garlicky greens with beef, and panang curry with chicken.

The garlicky greens were way above the rest in quality for presentation and taste. I wish I got a picture. Compared to the other dishes it looked like someone actually assembled it (greens on bottoms, beef and onions on top, topped with seasonings and scallions)

The rest of the dishes just got plopped on the plate and a lime thrown on the edge. Mediocre presentation.

Pad thai always basically tastes the same to me. And panang curry is hard to screw up. So they get passing scores.

The garlicky greens dish though: that's what will bring me back.
