The shrimp in my papaya salad was uncooked. Literally still translucent. When I brought it back the woman running the register acted like I was crazy.

She also took the iPad back before I could select a tip amount and hit 20% without asking me, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much if food was better honestly.

1/10 would not recommend

The food was delicious. I would recommend lab gai (chicken salad) or papaya salad. The beef salad was good too. Pad Thai and pad see ew was just on top of tongue.

I’ve been to a ton of thai places and this cart hands down has some of the best thai food I’ve ever had. Their noodle dishes and wok dishes in particular are some of the best I’ve ever had.

Delicious Basil Fried Rice. It was actually fragrant and flavorful.
Thai Omelette dish came with rice and that was a delightful surprise. Is the perfect for quick simple home cooked feel meal.
10/10 would make my regular Thai spot.

Papaya salad was more chunks of tomatoe and cabbage. The salad was a high dose of fish sauce.

The gyoza tasted old and were clearly a frozen brand.

It was a hot day. And Rad Na was pretty hot(temperature) food which I liked. Great for the winter time.

It's easy to find pad thai, but it's hard to find GOOD pad thai. I wouldn't say that it blows my mind away when it comes from Thai Sunflower, but it's definitely good enough to keep me satisfied, filled, and happy. This food cart has a good selection of Thai classics to choose from. Service was pretty nice, although my partner and I did ask for mild spicy and what we were given had no spice at all, though I can understand that they probably didn't want to overwhelm us. It's a cute cart and I would definitely recommend it to someone visiting the food carts at The Heist.

Good spot but something weird with their curry, it tastes like curry-flavored water. But good overall.

Very good food, and they made accommodations for my gluten free needs. Good prompt service. Kind people. And a yummy random New Years surprise came with our order!

This food cart has great flavors and the portions are very generous. Also their spice levels are spot on, would definitely recommend!

Seriously good; our new go-to Thai spot. Friendly service, short wait, generous portions, and absolutely delicious. This new cart is a gem; we must protect them at all costs.
