Thai comfort food shack serving up curries and egg noodle soup, frying pork belly, rice and noodle inside Pine Street Market.
TERRIFIC THAI
Don’t sleep on this spot, as the word is out and they are BUSY during peek times. It’s important to note that their quoted wait times on their pickup TOAST online platform are often double what was quoted during peak meal times.
I love the number 13 with the pork belly, meatballs, broccoli, and curry sooooo much that it’s been difficult to branch out…
Very vegan friendly. I got their signature curry which was a Panang with tofu and it was delicious. Docked 1 ⭐️ because it was so boiling hot I burned my tongue several times. Even after 10 minutes of letting it cool it was still boiling hot. This is a hazard. Flavor and Spice level however was perfect! Veggie Spring rolls were the best I’ve had because they actually had flavor! My friend got the veggie stir fry with tofu and it was also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
I had the Thai Peacock Curry with rice. It was piping hot and absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and spicy. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!
Honestly one of the best Thai places I have been to in Portland and I think that is saying something because we have a good amount of options! Located at Pine Street Market in downtown, Little Thai Peacock is in a perfect spot to relax with some comfort Thai food and head out to explore and experience more of our city.
The food options were plentiful especially for such a small and compact kitchen and better yet, it is absolutely delicious. The chicken fried rice here is the best I've ever had and has had me back within the week to get it again. Alongside that, they have the cheapest Thai milk tea I've ever gotten in Portland at only $3!
Little Thai Peacock is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Portland in one of the best spots to enjoy a cozy dinner at. It is a place you should go to and I think it is a restaurant that will have you excited to go back and try something new. Highly recommend!
I am Thai studying in the US. I have been craving the taste of home for a while now. This place really surprises me and my group of friends! The food tasted so good all of us (including 6 Thais in the group) agree it’s one of the best thai noodles/thai food we have had in a long time. I cannot say enough good things about the taste.
The chef was Thai and can speaks Thai. Atmosphere was good. Price was reasonable. I wish this place have been nearer to my campus or else I would have visit very regularly.
They’re newer to Pine Street but I highly recommend you give them a try! Absolutely delicious and really quick preparation. Self-order system. Thai Peacock is one of the best Thai places in Portland, so you know their “little” restaurant will be a big hit too.
The cashew nut (PAD MED MA-MUANG) was perfectly flavored with the right crunch on the veggies.
The lychee hibiscus juice was SO good.
The menu is labeled for gluten free and vegan options which is super helpful! They aren’t celiac-friendly as equipment is shared, but okay for people with gluten intolerance.

The UI isn't good enough for the "serverless" experience.
This place is always so good! I’ve never had a bad experience and the food is consistently delicious. I’ve only ordered takeout so I can’t speak for the atmosphere inside, but this place is one of my few Thai go to’s!
One of my favorite places - always order the curry noodle. I guess they changed their recipes? Meat and curry broth were just bad and the spice is too much for me now. Not sure I’ll be coming back :/
Took me a bit to find this place as I didn’t realize it was in one of those multi “restaurant” buildings.
Self ordering kiosks.
Expected them to call out the order number but they didn’t. Food was waiting when I went up to ask about it, not sure how long it was there for.
Portions are large and the food was good.
Flavorful and great price. The veggies were not overcooked and the chicken wasn't dry. I got the pad ki mao (spelling may be wrong).
Cool old club turned into multi restaurant establishment. Their food was truly incredible. You certainly won't regret it. Evey entrée we've tried so far 5 star. And they are cool people with excellent service.
Their pork belly pad Thai is SUPREME!! Like chicharrón on Thai noodles
Stopped by this food hall the last day of our trip. I decided to try something new, BaMhee Tom Yum Naam… it’s a soup noodle. I worried it was going to be bland…. I was so wrong…. It is a flavor bomb… Chinese broccoli gave it a good balance. I also had their Thai milk tea. I ordered less ice… they added tea, for that it’s 5 starts by itself. I had to go back and got another cup to go. I will definitely be back if I’m in town again.
Such a great hidden gem!! Huge portions and high quality food with great flavor. They also adjusted the spice level perfectly for my wimpy taste buds, but my partner got the heat they were looking for too. The menu is labeled gluten-free, which was a great comfort for my partner's Celiac disease as well.
But even better, they have kind staff and unexpectedly good service, especially for a place where you order on a touch screen and only have contact with a human to pick up your food. I had a minor complaint about the taste of the pineapple in my fried rice, and with no questions, they immediately made me a new one with new pineapple and told me to take both portions home. Then, two different employees came out to make sure the second round of pineapple was better, and even offered to make me a third one 😂 we will definitely be back!!
Amazing taste, good portions good prices.
Seriously the best thai food I've had in a long time! So good. Wish they had given me more of the chili oil.

Had the pad ka prao with chicken. Was delicious, especially with a bit of added chili. A really well-done version of this dish. Cheers!
Quality ingredients, large portions and excellent flavor!

Great food and friendly fast service. Dining-in is in the food hall, which can be fun, but not an intimate or private setting, FWIW.

People will literally eat anything and rave about it. I'm convinced. Ordered Pad See Eew. I got pad thai noodles with broccoli stalks and basil leaves. At first I thought they gave me the wrong item, but no, they just don't make it correctly. I hate being catfished by restaurants. 0 flavor. 0 spice and I mean ZERO. Waste of money, because I will have to order it from my known place again to satisfy my hankering for THICK rice noodles.
We're big fans of Thai Peacock, so our expectations were high for Little Thai Peacock. Unfortunately, we found that the food at Little Thai Peacock fell short of our expectations. The service was acceptable and the staff were nice, but considering the price, we've decided to stick with the main restaurant in the future.

fantastic second location of thai peacock - food is equally good and still very expansive menu. happy to have this location even closer to me!
Pretty good little restaurant in the Pine Street Market. Options were a bit limiting. I ordered the Chicken Pad Kaprow. It was good, but not really great. I felt there was too much sauce and it was a bit too runny and lacked robust flavor I have had at other thai restaurants. The spring rolls were good.
This was my first time to Pine Street Market. Interesting industrial food court vibe.
Having eaten Thai food in so many different cities/states and at some really excellent restaurants, I did not go into Pine Street Market expecting to end up eating Thai. But, I’m truly glad I did. Their pad thai is absolutely the best I’ve ever had in terms of taste, ingredients, and portion. The gyoza and trout appetizer were also superb.
What an awesome spot! Really delicious and good portion sizes. I asked for spicy the first time and they didnt disappoint. It wasnt just pure capsaicin either; there was some great flavors in that too. The milk iced tea is sooooo good as well. Really hope they continue to do well :)
Writing this review before I’ve even finished my House Curry Noodle because it’s so insanely delicious, easily a top tier Thai pick in this flavor rich city. Can’t wait to check out the rest of the menu.
Wow, this place is amazing. The ba-mhee tom-yum is delicious and good portion. The broth has the perfect amount of sour and spicy. Will come back to try other dishes.

Pad thai with meatballs were delish!
Really kind staff and really great food!
Yes! If you’re wondering if you should try this place, YES!
We had the PadThai and Spicy Panang Curry and both were delicious.
