The food is delicious and has so much flavor. BEWARE of spice levels as they are in Thai scale (much hotter). Steve up front is very nice, great service. Patty is the chef, authentic taste. Great portion sizes and price is affordable as well. (I ate some fried rice before taking the picture). This is the second time I’ve stopped by here. First time I got chicken drunken noodle and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Today I got chicken fried rice for myself and chicken drunken noodle to take home for my wife.

Only downside is this place is far from Seattle where I live.

Super delish and legit, with real heat from a Thai chef! I got the drunken noodles (hot 🌶️🌶️🌶️) and it was freshly made, well portioned, and delicious. The friendly staff served me quickly and generously. The food truck is in Henry's food court, tucked by a Loves truck stop, so drive mindfully ;-).

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING flavors! Exactly what I was looking for! Food is cooked to order which I love because it is made fresh and they can add or take away from the dish if there's anything you want to change. Thai tea was also very good! (Another thing I'm picky about)

The couple who run this cart are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They genuinely care about ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience.
My husband and I visited, and they greeted us warmly and always makes us feel right at home.
We absolutely love their cream cheese ragoons and pineapple chicken -- you can really taste the love and care in every bite! The ambiance is clean and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal or simply a to go meal :)

As a truck driver, I’m always on the lookout for a good meal during pit stops, and Patty’s Thai Kitchen blew me away! While waiting for my truck to be repaired at Love’s, I decided to give it a shot and ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp, opting for a spicy level 1. It was hands down the best Pad Thai I've ever had—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of spice. This place is a gem, and I'll definitely be back! 👍 I wish there were more places like that for truck drivers - healthy, delicious and affordable!

Delicious and fresh food! The owners also give free refills for their Thai ice tea which is totally unheard of. Superb pairing with any spicy food.

If you are tired of the Americanized five-star spice level, the five-star here definitely fits true to the rating. If you are used to three stars somewhere else, try two star here instead.

We ordered pad kee mao, green curry and chicken pineapple fried rice. They said that the wait might be 15 minutes but they called us 10 minutes later and it was already done and delicious! Our kids especially liked the pineapple fried rice and asked us to pass by when we come back heading north again. We now know a great place to stop when we’re in the neighborhood!

Ok. Wow. Was on our way to Portland but would go out of my way for this place. Pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had! Just delicious. Our family got four different entrées and they were each excellent and everyone was super happy. Whatever spice level you were thinking of go one down.

If you live in the Salem region, the drive is worth it. Even if passing through, I would insist on stopping by, only a few minute detour from the exit, you will not regret it!

Stopped here for lunch because I'm bunked down in the loves truck stop right behind this place. I was impressed with the food and service! Right before I ordered my meal, somebody called in with a order of ten meals, so I knew I'd be waiting a while, but the cashier gave me a heads up about the wait, thanked me for my patience and offered me a free lemonade (which was a very good lemonade). Portion size was huge, I went with the mild, because I didn't happen to be in the mood for spicy food today, yet even at mild level the meal was full of flavor. I returned for dinner and got the orange chicken, which was generously portioned and came with a delicious tangy home made orange sauce for dipping or drizzling

Awesome food. Delicious and multidimensional. Great food from wonderful people. And AUTHENTIC levels of spicy! I got the 4 and If you order 5 you are a brave brave soul. But the low levels are also soooo flavorful without much to any heat. One of my kiddos doesn't like spicy at all and the level 1 is just fine for them.Just like it should be. For me...My face is burning and I'm smiling ear to ear.
And they do my dietary restrictions (gluten free for me) happily.

Best Thai food I have ever had in the valley. I highly recommended. Great portions, value and quality. I usually go for the fried rice pineapple with chicken. Absolutely delicious.

When I was in the military, I served 4 years in Bamberg, Germany. There was a Thai restaurant right outside the gate. It was the best Thai food I've ever had ( until now). Patty's Thai Kitchen brought back those memories and created so much more. My wife and I usually get the pineapple rice with the cashews. We get it with all three meats and sometimes with the tofu. The portion sizes are enough for 2 people or a large person with a healthy appetite. The spicy levels range from 1-5. I recommend a 2 or 1 if you can't handle spice. 2-3 if you can do spicy and 4-5 if you like playing with fire. Nevertheless, you're gonna love anything you get from here.

I got level two chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious! Definitely worth the drive from Corvallis. Food was amazing and the owners were so kind and friendly. So i wasn’t sure what to try but I knew what I wanted in it. Some spice yet flavorful with noodles broccoli & chicken. The husband recommended the Drunken Noodles with added broccoli. Man it was hitting she put her foot in it. I’m not sure why it’s call drunken noodle but my hat turn several times i was feeling the spice. Oh in the size of the platter Nice size. No complaints any time your in time check them out.

Mom and pop place, mom in the back pop up front. Extremely friendly, dude gave me a free Thai tea while I waited for my yellow curry level 4 spicy. He chatted me up too, love it! Beware the spice, level 4 and up is really spicy, just how I like it. Curry a bit oily, but the service and atmosphere make up for it.

The service here was excellent!! The gentleman working there gave me 2 extra refills of lemonade which was really nice of him. The food was made to order and did not take long at all. The teriyaki chicken was so fulfilling I was actually surprised on the amount of food that I was served!!! If I ever drive through this area I’ll definitely remember to stop at Patty’s Thai Kitchen again.

The owner/ server was kind. However the pad Thai was terrible I think we had stomach aches for 6 or more hours. My first bite was awful and the rest.. I don’t know if they used a premade sauce but it was super thick and probably the most worst pad Thai I’ve ever had… I wouldn’t call it Thai but maybe like Costco / packaged American food.

The food was hot- pretty sure the egg rolls were also store bought and cooked maybe microwaved in the food cart? Super dough-y with not much inside. The dough inside was kind of wet.. again I think another extremely American store bought product.

I don’t understand all the good reviews. Maybe people are just used to extremely American / poor quality food in the area.

Again- we felt sick for the rest of the day

Patty’s Thai Kitchen is located in a small pod of other food trucks and we are so happy we came across it for our lunch date!! 10/10 all across the board! My boyfriend is a truck driver, so I’ve had Thai all over. He had pad Thai and I had Drunken Noodles. These were by far the best Drunken Noodles I’ve ever had. My boyfriend raved over his Pad Thai. Oh, and the spring rolls are to die for. Now I see why the reviews are so high. This definitely will be a regular stop for us when we’re in this part of Oregon. Thank you Patty for the amazing food!!!

If you're in town stop by Millersburg Oregon Patty's Pad Thai. Their Drunken Noodles With Chicken is the best and even though they use chicken breast they shave it thin so it's not dry and it's a large square takeout plate portion filled to the top. Better than most Thai food places. For $13 per dish it's hard to beat.

just as good or better than any dine in thai place. amazing food! would rate higher if i could. Super sweet owners; they had quite a few customers so they made me a thai tea while i waited (even though i was happy to wait)... best thai tea ever though :)

First time ever having Thai even though we had to wait until a new batch of rice was ready and was not disappointed at all. When oir food was ready he even brought it out to us. I had the shrimp fried rice and my wife had the chicken fried rice. Needless to say there was nothing left I stuffed myself could not let it go to waste. I highly recommend trying them out

Ordered pad Thai dish. Sauce had a nice and very tangy flavor. Noodles were cooked well, not mushy. Also the cashew chicken and it was tasty. Nice portion for the price. Very quick and friendly service. I appreciate the fact that being a road side food truck they take credit cards and don't add a fee cost to the customer like other food trucks in the same food stop.

The food truck area has a covered area with tables and outdoor heaters to enjoy your meal sheltered from the rain.

The food are definitely delicious, I like their garlic pepper sauce with fired tofu the best. It’s the best Thai food in Albany area if you want something real, yum yum.

We were traveling otr and stopped at the love’s nearby. Seen Patty’s and wanted to try Thai for the first time. I’m typically skeptical of “food trucks” however I’m glad I put my skepticism to the side because their food was amazing. I ordered the stir fried black pepper chicken, orange chicken and red curry soup extra spicy 😜. Patty put a lot of love and flavor in each dish. Her husband was nice enough to give me a free black tea which was also delicious! Excellent customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Fast, fresh, affordable, and delicious! I will certainly be back!

Super happy happy with my experience here. The cream cheese wontons were amazing and the pineapple fried rice was delicious, and of course a Thai tea to wash it all down was the icing on the cake. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming and I would be happy to recommend this food truck to friends. I will certainly be back!
