Ordered the chicken pad Thai and the papaya Laos salad. The chicken pad Thai had good taste but the chicken had a texture similar to shrimp. It was very very rubbery and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Some of the chicken tasted a bit off too. Almost fishy.

The papaya salad Laos style was supposed to come with crab but it had two very small pieces with no meat in it.

It was delicious, gluten free and again huge. I filled a large take away box with my left overs. The jasmine tea was also great. Excellent prices, lots of options, friendly service. Definitely recommend!

This is our first time back under new ownership. I wish the food tasted fresher. The food tasted metallic in a way, dry and no flavor. If things change maybe we'll go back, but currently not likely.

I tried Tomkha Soup mild version, very tasty and filling. Service is good, pleasant atmosphere and good price.

Have to change my rating after the change of ownership unfortunately. I ordered a pad thai shrimp with chicken added, but they only gave me shrimp because I ordered it wrong. For the same price I could have got a pad thai chicken with shrimp added is what they told me. Seems kind of silly that they didn't just give me what I ordered since it would have been the same price anyways.

I found this place online since I was looking for a Thai place near downtown close to my job and this by far has been the best Thai food I've had amazing so flavorful and the ladies were very nice and welcoming.

We ordered take out for the first time from this restaurant and unfortunately were disappointed. The meat in all of the dishes tasted “off” and didn’t seem like a good idea to eat. The noodle dishes lacked flavor and overall was meh. Wish we could have made this a regular spot for us!

This was by far the best restaurant experience I have had in Hillsboro. Quiet, with excellent location and excellent food quality. The service was outstanding and extremely helpful. 5 of us dined on 2 appetizers, 1 soup dish with seafood, and 1 pad Thai chicken dish and one terrific mango sticky rice desert. We were all stuffed and thoroughly enjoyed sharing the variety of dishes. Will be making this a regular dining experience.

I ordered the chicken satay and the tofu pad see ew. The satay was enormous. Honestly I could've just ordered that and I would've been satisfied. It was very tasty. The pad see ew was appropriately spicy but the flavor was just a little off to me. It sort of tasted like unwashed veggies or something overly earthy that I couldn't put my finger on. I didn't finish, in fact I only had about 5 bites. I asked for a box but it was very small so I just left it all behind. Highly recommend the satay and perhaps starting with an appetizer and going from there once it arrives! As a single diner it was wayyyyyy too much food. Service was amazing though!

The food was great but I ask for a level 4 out of 5 and it was not even a 2 but over all besides that I can't complain about anything besides the portions being a bit smaller and the spiciness was not close to what I had asked for. Service was nothing less then expected. Only reason I rate a for was because if you have an option then you should receive that or something close.

I just ordered $50.00 of take out. I have never been here just assumed it would be good as most Thai places are. OMG, I was wrong. I ordered Crab puffs, pot stickers, yellow curry and Pad Thai. Lets start first, the Crab Puffs were so burnt you could barely bite them, the pot stickers were pan fried and hard as a rock. The curry taste is ok, but it's like they took a whole chicken breast and just shoved it in the container not chopping it up. I will have to ask my co-worker about her Pad Thai but overall, I would never come back again. I didn't think it was possible getting bad Thai but this is just plan horrible. Stay away!!!

Ordered the Pineapple Chicken fried rice w/ a side of potstickers. The rice was fantastic, the vegetables were fresh and delicious. Next time I will probably dine-in. The decore was beautiful and the atmosphere was intoxicating.

Tried the Larb (hot) and the chicken satay appetizer. This restaurant is a step up from the one that preceded it. The food is nicely prepared and as authentic as I've experienced in the US. I ordered takeout and the generous portion of Larb was enough for two. It was nicely hot but flavorful. The chicken satay was nicely flavored and the peanut sauce was very rich. I cut the fattiness with lime at home. The chicken was tender and juicy.

Unassuming little place on Main Street in Hillsboro. We had the shrimp fresh rolls. Delish! The wrap was fresh and the peanut sauce was thick and tasty. 👍 We also shared the lemongrass chicken pad Thai, which was wonderful! I usually get regular chicken pad Thai, so we tried something a little different. The flavor was excellent. We were not disappointed!
At the end I opted for a Thai iced tea, which was very tasty. ☺️

The food is good, but I recommend not using a card of any kind to pay. I ate here with my son last week, I paid for the meal with my card left a cash tip. A few days later I got a notification from my bank that my payment was update to "include a tip." So someone in the restaurant decided to change my total and tip themselves a second time after we left.

Food was great and they had lots of options. Staff was friendly and attentive. Small and comfortable setting. My sister and I had the Lemon Grass Chicken Pad Thai with medium heat. Definitely Thai medium not American medium which was perfect.

The food has yet to let us down. Conveniently located in downtown Hillsboro. We tend to get Pad Thai, Tom Yum or Tom Kha soup and Thai iced coffee each time we go. Food has been flavorful and spiciness seems to match what we request. The staff is friendly, service is relatively quick, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

I love this place for their great Thai food, but unless I'm in town I longer order from them. I am very disappointed that they quit accepting GrubHub and now stiff you with this local Randy's Delivery as your only option. As a GrubHub+ Member with Free Delivery I just have no other sensible option to utilize places that don't discriminate. I'm all about supporting Local Businesses, but no sense paying Randy's fee when I already pay for a service. I'm just bummed as I miss Thai House, but now it gives me something to look forward to when I venture into downtown Hillsboro. Sometimes.

A local treasure in downtown Hillsboro: the best of Thai comfort food, with a lovely dine-in experience and fast fulfillment of takeout orders. The food was excellent. They need to add a knife and spoon to the cutlery. I couldn't cut the larger pieces of chicken or vegetables. Waitress was a bit unhelpful. The fantastic smell in there makes your tummy rumble and mouth water.

Ive been a regular here for 4 years 😍 I always get the yellow curry tofu, pumpkin curry chicken, masuman curry veggie, thai fried rice, spring rolls, and pad thai. Best out there for a good price!

It is sad to see this business struggle. However, they aren’t helping themselves with their food quality. We ordered the basil chicken which was dry and tasted like old Panda Express orange chicken. The sauce leaked out of the box, through the bag and into my leather seats. The beef pineapple fried rice was decent but there was a whopping 5 thin pieces of beef in the entire dish. The fresh rolls were all broken when we opened them and the peanut dipping sauce had chewy chunks in it… terrible experience. Had some bites ended up throwing it all away.

Take a look at the pic again, is that a mistake?!? Oh, and my food came with a bug in it, at which point the waitress proceeded to balme it on the fact I was eating outside. I can guarantee that it was not that but whatever. Eff this place.

I've been going to this place for years now and it's incredible! The best Thai restaurant I know of. The tofu tom kha is one of their best items, and it's paired perfectly with a fried rice. The waitress/owner is so sweet and provides amazing service. Go support your local small businesses!

Thai waitress in the evening is not aware of customer service. No water. No utensils and when we said no meat, there was meat. When we came before she was attentive. Now it's like she doesn't care that she has customers in the restaurant. She speaks English, so I'm not sure what is the problem that she doesn't do her job well. Maybe because we stopped tipping because of her behavior she doesn't care. Sometimes in restaurants the food may be good, but not the service or vice versa. There are other places where both are good. No more with this place.

Pad Thai noodles over cooked and gummy. Tum Yum soup with seafood was supposed to contain shrimp, scallops and squid. Soup had 6 shrimp, no other seafood. It was basically a watery tomato broth with mushrooms and some slice onion. Fresh roll were tasty, but rice paper wrap was very tough and extremely hard to chew. I'll not go back. I'll wait for my favorite to reopen for sit down dining. We just wanted a nice sit down dinner out for the wife's birthday. This definitely was not it!

Absolutely disgusting. First off they serve lunch dishes with Dinner prices to scam their customers, and the dishes are prepackaged frozen items that they defrost and fry. The pad Thai was disgusting and drenched in a sweet and sour sauce to basically mask the taste of their stale meat. Save your money and don’t go here.

Best pumpkin curry I've ever had! I recently revisited this fine establishment after not going in a few years. Still delightful! They have a flavor unlike any other thai resturant I've ever been too. Several years ago me and my coworkers would get take out several times a month. They never disappoint. So glad they are still as delicious as ever. It's usually fairly quiet inside which made for a very lovely, intimate date night.

Unfortunately, after many months of relatively good service from this business, I will not be eating here again. Today I grabbed my lunch order, and had found a moth (winged insect) attached and cooked to the top of my spring roll (if these reviews would allow me to attach a photo, I absolutely would). I went back to the staff, with food in hand, and showed them the insect (which had wings and antenae, mind you), expecting an apology or an offer of replacement; I recieved neither. Instead, the staff insisted that what I was looking at was crispy/deep-fried basil, which it CLEARLY was not. One of the workers literally picked the bug off of my food and handed it back to me, like it was an everyday occurence; no apology.
If you are going to argue with a customer about if whether or not they nearly ate an insect, which is clearly in front of your face, then do not expect any further business from them.
I am not an unreasonable person- I am aware that bugs exist and that these accidents happen. However, if this is how they handle these types of incidents, then I truly question how they handle their food prep and how they handle customer concerns. I am truly disappointed by the inadequacy of how the staff handled this situation and would offer caution to other customers- check your food before you eat it.

We were looking for a Thai restaurant in Hillsboro and this one had the best google reviews, so decided to check it out. There were almost no customers on a Wednesday evening, still the service was a bit slow. The Ginger Salmon I ordered was covered in a pile of undercooked vegetables, but the Salmon itself was tasty and a good size portion.

Pad Thai is super sweet for some reason which is pretty gross and the ingredients are obviously not fresh.
Ginger stir fry is boring. Only taste is ginger and even that is not strong enough.
Thai is my favorite and I can barely eat this. Will never order again.

This was my first visit here. I ordered Chicken Pad Kee Mao. I asked for extra spicy (or Thai Hot), and they definitely delivered on the heat and it was very tasty. Probably in my top 10 of all time for best Thai food and I have eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants in my life.

At many OTHER places when you ask for extra hot or Thai Hot, they will either fail at making it very hot (because they don't believe you can eat it), or if they do make it super hot they kill the overall flavor in the process, but not this place, they got it absolutely right on the button.

Me and my group all loved the food, not one person had anything negative to say. I will definitely be back for more :)

Waitress was super responsive and welcoming. The food however was a huge disappointment. We ordered pad kee mao in hot and thai hot, the dish we each received was bland and less than a mild level with zero spice. The only bright spot was the fresh rolls.
