Great Thai food for a great price too. Very friendly staff and usually not too busy. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly and they're great about food substitutions. We got the pad Thai, pad se ew, pineapple fried rice, and spring rolls and they're were amazing. We are the spring rolls before we even got home. Can't wait to return!

Ordered the pad thai combo plate with veggies egg rolls. Absolutely delicious on spot on with flavor. The chile sauce for the egg rolls was on point. The pad thai had that sweet and sour flavor I expected. There's a reason why this food trailer is rated #1. Don't hesitate eating here ypu won't be disappointed.

This place was really good, lots of things on the menu to keep coming back for. I really liked the hot wings, and the red curry tasted delicious! The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I ordered beef with my curries and got all chicken. But it was still good!

Pretty good flavor and very hot! I do wish there was a lot more veggies and chicken. It was pretty much white rice with protein and veggies as a garnish. I'll try something different next time.

Dear God, this is the best food I've had in my 2+ years living in Eugene.
My boyfriend and I got the tofu pad Thai, veggie spring rolls, and Tom kha soup and they were all perfection.
Pro tip: get ALL the sauces, even the peanut sauce which is an upcharge. Just do it.

Amazing food truck

5 stars because they are so consistent. Consistently friendly, consistently good and everything I order is perfect. My food is hot until I get home and then some. I live 5 ish min 10 with traffic away for reference. Even when I'm doordashing they are friendly. Such a convenient location, they always tell you about how long it will be and it's almost always spot on. The flavors are wonderful. Portion size and cost are great! Tried their Rangoon for the first time today and it is such a great texture and flavor. The sauce given is just right. Not overly sweet and I appreciate that! Just a great place to get a good dinner.

I just tried their food today and I'm very happy with it.
We bought two orders of Pad Tai and I was able to feed 3 adults with just one order. We are stuffed! Lol

My signature Thai dish is Pad Kee Mao so that is what I like to order in comparing restaurants. And Moo Ping has one of the very best in town, with good quality ingredients (including beef), everything is cooked well, and there is a reasonable amount of vegetables also. The portion size was good too!

My Thai tea was also exactly like it's supposed to be, flavorful and strong. I feel I shouldn't even have to mention that but some places in town are weak or use non-dairy milk that overpowers the natural flavor in a bad way.

In Eugene for a few days and this place was close to the Airbnb. We ordered the pad Thai and pineapple fried rice, both were incredible.

Incredibly sweet. Could not even eat half of the red curry, it tasted like sweet dessert rice.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here because the Thai place next to my house was closed. I’m so glad it was because I can’t imagine it being better than this place! Flavor was a 10, portion size is a 10, satisfaction definitely a 10. New favorite comfort food spot! Recommend the potstickers :)

I love Moo Ping food cart! I get food from them at least once a week. Their ingredients and quality is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Yellow curry, in my opinion its the best in town. Everyone who works there is super friendly, I've been satisfied every time I have ordered from them. I HIGHLY recommend!

I stopped at this food truck for some emergency Thai food. The owner Levi was amazing. He was able to put a lot of things on the side so my partner could enjoy their food the way they wanted, and I could add everything to my side. Really fresh ingredients and made to order. The service was wonderful, super friendly which adds to the tastiness of the food. It tastes exactly the way it should. I'll be frequenting this food truck more often. And I'm going to bring my friends from out of town too.

I love Mooping. I go regularly because it's the best Thai option in town. I love the flavors and how everything is cooked.
Several vegan options and the rolls can be made vegan by cooking them on the pan, and I think they come out crunchier that way!
Other Thai places either cost a ridiculous amount for even smaller portions or simply have no flavor/sauce to it.
They have it all - I am also obsessed with their chili sauce, it's to die for.

Best pad see ew I've had across five states, and the staff was super friendly even though I rolled up close to closing time. If you're looking for Thai food in Eugene, this is the place.

Went here because of the reviews and it definitely lives up to the hype! Got the pad see ew and the potstickers, lots of veggies and chicken with the fish and the hot chili sauce is delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or passing through!

We heard about Moo Ping from a previous co-worker, so we decided to order for lunch.
The meat on my Pad Thai was over cooked and dry. The tofu on another Pad Thai we ordered tasted fishy and hard. In general our Pad Thais were bland and dry. We will never order from this place again.

We really enjoyed the phad Thai and phad see ew. They're the best we've had so far. Definitely recommended!

The wontons were on point. Crispy fried, not oily, with a delicious meat filling. Pad kee mao was really good. Not too salty or sweet. Wide rice noodles were a little bit overcooked but that's my only food criticism. Reasonable portions.
Ambiance could be better - maybe somewhere with a little communal area like some of the food truck pods.

Great appetizers, delicious curries, very affordable. The tofu and chicken dishes have been excellent. We will definitely get those things again, but very disappointed with the Tiger Cries. Steak was cheap and fatty, over seasoned, and extremely overcooked. No one liked it enough to eat and we had to throw it out. 😒So that was $15 for rice and cucumber.

Best Thai food in Eugene. We were lucky enough to try it on a Sunday and get in on the Sunday salad rolls...which were amazing! All the home made sauces make the place that much better. The Thai iced tea was the best flavored Thai tea I have ever had as well. We will be back whenever we are in town! Would have taken pics but was too busy eating!

Tasty and unique dishes

I've stopped here just because it was open and we were hungry. It was a great choice and now this is one of my favorite food carts. Absolutely delicious curry. Excellent prices.

Because this food truck has good reviews, I made a point to try it. I ordered the #9 and #10 also the spring rolls with the homemade spicy sweet sauce. The portions were huge, even the spring rolls were plenty. Food was deliciously Thai authentic. Spent $29 which included a 15% tip. Food fed 4 people.

For the price point you can’t beat it. Their Thai food is delicious and the portions are great. Just wish they stayed open until 8 mon-wed.

Decent and adequate thai food!

We tried this place for the first time recently. Everything was amazing. The red curry is different than most places around here but I love Thai peanut sauce so I absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.

We just appreciate your good food and service, so much! We ordered the Pad See Ew with tempeh, and the Tom Kha with tofu, and requested very mild spice so my child could eat it. It was perfectly mild, and perfectly flavorful, and my son is delighted by the Pad See Ew — even using chopsticks for the first time, with success. The thin medallion carrots were a hit with him, and while he’s not up for even tasting the Tom Kha, yet, I love the extra firm tofu, and fresh scallions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bright flavors of lemongrass. We LOVE. The tempeh in the Pad See Ew was well marinated and caramelly toasted good. Anyhoo, very good, not too spicy for the child, fast delivery, thanks so much!

Our 1st time here. What delicious food good portions and you need Very Little Chili Sauce on the side because it it killer hot the sauce, not the food. We had the Pad Woon Sen, Green Curry, Tom Yum soup. All exceptional. We will become regulars, so happy to discover this find. Such fresh goodness, all cooked perfectly. And they are nice people on top of all that. Food prepared quickly too.

Stopped by this place while passing Eugene based on high reviews and it lives up to the hype! We had a pineapple fried rice and spicy udon noodle, both of which were delicious, fresh and flavorful! Affordable prices too.

So far I've had their Pad Thai, Pad See-Ew, potstickers, wontons, and egg rolls, all have been AMAZING! The sauce they give for each appetizer has a spicy kick but are so delicious. Everything's always fresh and wait is never too long. HIGHLY recommend!

Some of the best Thai food in town, most authentic flavors (spent a couple months living on street food in Chiang Mai some years back, trust me!), friendly service and relatively quick for how tiny the cooking space is! This will be my new go-to Thai spot when I get that itch.

I like to get the pork pot stickers and the pad see ew. Definitely work checking out. The hot chili sauce is really good too, but watch out!

Feel bad for people who thinks this is a good food. Pad tai and pineapple rice with meat were both tasteless and dry. Big portions though.

The food is wonderful - one of my favorite orders is the moo ping wontons, Thai wings, and Tom Kha soup, with a side of the fabulous peanut sauce - and the people add that extra touch of joy and welcome. Treat yourself with a visit to Moo Ping!

I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken. Very tasty and freshly made.

Authentic and fresh Thai food. We ordered the Spicy Udon Noodle special and Tofu Larb. The spicy udon was about a 3 star and the Larb a 2 star. We added some of their delicious homemade chili oil that kicked it up a spice level. Both dishes had tons of flavor and everything was cooked well.

Tried Moo Ping for the first time tonight, and I'm glad we did! Friendly people and great food. If you like garlic, there will be some dishes for you! We had some very nice udon, but the highlight was definitely the moo ping themselves, which are sausage patties on little sticks, in a rich sweet garlicky sauce. Get this food cart into your rotation!

I love this place, the food is always amazing with the sole acception of the rice being inconsistent. Sometimes there will be wet clumps, indicating rice probably was washed too fast and thus cooked unevenly, and today my entire fried rice meal is basically between soggy and pudding... Which is barely edible in my opinion... I'll raise it to 5 stars if you start checking the rice more and stop selling it when it's soggy because the rest of the cooking is 5 star but soggy rice can ruin an otherwise perfect dish. Rice is cheap, if it's messed up throw it out and start new. You might need a new rice cooker, idk, but please of you fix the rice I will eat there every single day I swear

Officially my favorite thai place in town. Stopped here on a whim because i was really hungry. The food was delicious and the meal was even way more than i needed. It's a great little truck with great prices. Stop here if you're wanting to try a new food truck!

Wow wow wow! Just tried this place for the first time tonight, and was not disappointed. Best Thai noodles in Eugene. We had the Pad Khau Kai ( so so good - will definitely order again) and the drunken udon special. So much flavor!

Had the fortune of picking this place on a random whim tonight when I was craving some authentic Thai cuisine. The staff duo were very friendly, and the red curry I ordered was plentiful and delicious. Maybe a touch sweeter than I am used to but the zing of the Thai chiles balanced it out quite nicely. The chicken portion was generous, and the dishes win best value in town for $9 each!

Plus I am a spicy lover and they make their own extra hot sauce. Fast, affordable, fresh, and clean. All the things. Moo Ping, you should feel proud of what you have done.
