Whether you’re driving along Route 101 or lucky enough to be in Coos Bay, if you're craving some good Thai food, this place is a must-visit. We tried the pineapple fried rice, Thai chicken basil, fried tofu, and guichai (crispy garlic chive), and every bite was spot on. The flavors were authentic, and everything tasted so fresh—we only wish we had room to try more.

The prices are super reasonable, especially for how good the food is, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. It’s family-owned, and you can tell they care about both their food and their customers. The food service is very fast, but keep in mind that the kitchen team is small and family-operated, so if the dining room is full, there might be a bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it because they put so much care into every dish.

Also, a note on the spice levels: if you’re not used to authentic Thai heat, be careful! Medium spicy is already pretty spicy for most people, and ordering the highest level is really only for those who know they can handle serious spice (probably Thai-level spicy). Don’t overestimate your tolerance, or you might end up wasting some really great food. We’ll definitely be back to try more, and we highly recommend sticking around to enjoy everything this place has to offer!

Consistently great food. I’ve been going here for over five years now and have loved any entree I’ve tried. Dine in or delivery, I know it’s going to hit. Many entrees have good vegetables in them too, I like getting the pad see ew because I can pretend it’s really healthy for me (there’s broccoli, carrots) when actually the noodles are just really big and fill me up well. So yummy. Love it so much.

Very good food! Large portions with great flavor. Today was Chicken Yakisoba, Garlic Pepper Pad, and Rad Nah. Very good. We even got to taste test possible new to crab puffs for their menu.

I was surprised to find quality Thai food in Coos bay but wow this place didn’t disappoint. The curry was delicious and the noodles were perfectly cooked so they didn’t stick together. The pad se ew was really flavorful and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

What was That!? I'm sad to say I struggle to find a compliment At the most surprising attempt at Thai food. After a could of inquiries we were doubtful if the waitress knew much (then again my friend lived in Thai for nearly a decade). When we got out food we were both in stunned silence at the what we were served. Mine was completely inedible, my friend picked a bit of veggies out because she was so hungry. No check back to see if it was ok, in fact avoided us until she dropped off the check and ran. Not surprised when we did Not want to take home our barely touched food. Sorry, folks. Pass Hard on this one.

Really really great food here, full of flavor and the service is friendly too. I like the Pad Thai, Yaki soba and House fried rice which all came considerably fast despite the place was almost full of people on Friday. Best and authentic Thai Food in Town!!

The seasonal specials Gui Chai Tod and Mango Sticky Rice are so good I am craving them constantly right now! Those and the always on the menu Rad Nah are my favs. I like to order them extra spicy but they can be ordered with no or less spice as well. All vegan/vegetarian friendly along with most of the menu!

Food is good, but I sat and waited 45 minutes for a small take away order. Just way too long to wait for food that should take a few minutes to cook.

It was ok. I ordered a 2 on the hot scale, and I could barely eat it. I'm not a wimp about spice either. It was so hot you couldn't even enjoy it. I can't imagine what a 5 would be. Place was a bit run down....nothing special about place but not bad.

I am extremely annoyed that this restaurant cannot provide consistency in a number of areas. One that sticks out is the spice/hot level. They will ask you " how spicy do you want on a 1-5?
5 being hottest. It's never the same. Their beef salad is at best amateurest.

I want to mention that I was told that practically any dish here can be made VEGAN. It was a little hard to find vegan food in Coos Bay, but this restaurant was welcoming and very accommodating! My meal was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back.

It’s really real Thai

The food was fantastic. Really, really great. I loved that they asked how much spice you want and that they can adjust the heat to your tolerance level. The only thing a bit negative was that I finished my glass of wine before our food came out and someone else brought our food out (not the server/bartender who took our order) so I waited for our server to come but she didn't. My glass sat empty throughout our whole meal. Our server never asked if I wanted another glass of wine or asked if we wanted dessert before just dropping off the bill and we did want both. We changed our mind after getting the bill because we didn't want to wait for her to come back and then wait for dessert/ wine and then wait again for the bill to be adjusted, so we just left BUT the food and wine were great, we would've had more! 😀

Ordered over $100 in food, items were missing, I've never had such small portions at an Asian food place.
Owner was over the top rude "you got food" was said, poor staff shouldn't have to put up with this type of treatment

Delicious food! Went with a house special beef stir fry. Then had a serving of egg roll cheesecake with ice cream - wow!

The food was very good, although it took a while to come out it was worth the wait. My husband loves their yellow chicken curry. I got pork larb with a side of rice. It was almost as good as my mom's. Forgot to take pictures. We were hungry, lol.

I had the Panang curry, a favorite of mine when I have Thai food. It was mostly green beans and the sauce was like spicy red water. No taste at all. Very poor and cannot recommend, sorry.

I asked our server for detailed info on a few items and she was spot on with her description, can't wait to go back for more awesome food...

Self seating if it isn't busy; we say in the back so we could watch the football game. The Korean decor brings about a calming ambiance. Sierra, our server, is amazing! Cute, knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting--everything one would want from a server.

I had the beef noodle soup X2 on the spice rating (it goes up to x5). I will get it hotter next time since I love spicy food. 2x is average, so if you desire fire, I suggest you find courage and bump it up.

We also got vegetable tempura and pot stickers for appetizers; Wow! So nice, I have to repeat it twice. Wow! Veggies were bomb. The sweet potato and baby corn are primo. The sweet chili sauce is better than the tempura sauce. Ask Sierra for the secret pot sticker sauce. It's like a wine based...perhaps red wine vinegar...delicious.

My uncle had the orange chicken. It's good and non spicy; your kids would love it. My aunt had the pad Thai X3. It's phenomenal.

I'm going here again for their noodle soup and B.S. with Sierra.

Did not have high expectations for a Thai restaurant in Coos Bay, but wow, was I ever wrong. Simply some of the most flavorful Thai food I’ve ever eaten. What a pleasant surprise.
The menu has everyone’s Thai favorites and a number of specialities rarely seen.
Bottom line: do not pass up this hidden little gem!

Delicious egg rolls and pad Thai.

Rolled into town late and most places in the area were closed. Thankfully someone recommended this restaurant. We walked in, placed an order and it was ready to go in about 10-15 minutes. Everything was steaming hot and delicious. The next day we called in our order to go. The second time was every bit as hot and fresh as the night before. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I like Thai food. We have one place that has set the bar really high. Every where we go, nothing seems to compare to it.

That just changed! EZ Thai is the new bar. We were greeted with smiling faces and told to sit where you like.

Came over with water, napkins, and silverware and handed over menus. They waited a few minutes and asked what we wanted and moments later, our food started to arrive.

From my first bite of my Cashew Chicken to the last, it left me wanting a bigger stomach. It was great!

Recommend you try something you’ve never had before and just go for it.

Their chicken tasted very strange, their broccoli tasted like fish. The kind waitress gladly fix it for us.

We love E Z Thai. The service is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Their Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes. They ask you for what level of heat you'd like, I normally get 3. It's a nice spice level that builds. They do take out if you prefer or just feel like eating at home. You get a perfect sized portion, not too much, not too little. Overall I'd highly recommend this venue if Thai food is your thing.

Second time back after a few years. Really great food! I had the yellow curry with a spice of 1 and it was still super flavorful, my husband had the massaman Curry and it was amazing.

Pineapple Friend Rice was delicious. The only issue, was I asked for 4 out 0f 5 spicy and it was more like a 1.5. Barely any spice. The waiter even said "Are you sure", which made me think it was going to be spicy. The flavor was so good that I didn't complain.

Only advertised thai restaurant in town. Decent recipes thrown together quickly with cheap ingredients. The vegetables are usually over cooked and the sauces are half the strength they should be.

Not bad, not amazing. Staff were polite, but could've checked on us at least once to check if we liked everything or needed anything like more water or a different drink, etc.

Please reduce my rating to zero. Drove 8 hours. Arrived at this restaurant. This is the second night this week we went to this restaurant. First time, arrive at 8:20. They close at 9 and the server stated we are closing, only doing takeout. No customers present. We left.
Second night: we arrived waited 20 minutes to be seated. Another family of 4 came in behind us. They were seated, given water and orders taken. We sat, and sat. No water, no orders taken. I put my timer on my phone and laid it on my table.... no one ever came to our table for 26 minutes. We left. Very horrible and insulting behaviour. No eye contact, no water, no explanation, nothing of course. We enjoyed a fabulous meal 2 doors down at the sushi/korean/Japanese restaurant. Fabulous attentive, service, delicious fresh food. They get a 5 star. Ez thai: minus 10. No EZ thai recommendation. Horrible x 2.

We were driving through looking to get some food. I got the calamari app and calamari pad Thai, which was delicious to say the least. This was my only meal of the day, and the next day I woke up not feeling right in the stomach, but didn’t think much of it until last night when I realized I had food poisoning. No idea what in the meal it could’ve been from but with me feeling like I got matizumas revenge again I will stay clear from stopping here.Hope this was just a one off but very unfortunate.

I recommend the duck and red curry and the #58 was great as well. Clean environment and excellent service easily puts this restaurant at five stars. The least spicy rating still has a kick so know your palate.

This place is always stellar! I live in town and eat here often! This weekend I was out of town and tried a Thai place that had decent reviews. It made me realize how special EZ Thai is! My favs have to be the yellow curry and the salad rolls. Love everything I have tried though. 😍

Best thai food I’ve had in my life

Overall it was good. I had the Salmon with Green beans asked for not spicy and it was delicious. My friend got the Tom Yum Soup with vegetables only, asked for no spicy and it came out spicy tasting like Lysol with hot sauce. Won’t order that again. The water tasted like hose water and had to order another drink. Gratuity should not be added for large parties as I feel the waitress doesn’t check on your table as often as they should for the party size of 6. I had to get up twice to get service. My son got the Orange/Honey Chicken and he loved it. My other son got the egg plant vegetable with the number 4 spice and he said it threw the flavor off so next time will order spice 3. We got the vegetables tempura and that was delicious. Fried ice cream was good also. We will try this restaurant again hoping maybe they were just busy with call in orders.

Amazing service, food came incredibly quickly and was delicious, and they were happy to give us some forks to go so we could eat the leftovers in our hotel room later on.
