Absolutely terrible experience.
1. They skipped the appetizer and brought the entrees without any explanation.
2. The wait times were ridiculous—it felt like we were forgotten.
3. Drinks arrived after the food, which made no sense.
4. I specifically asked for no spicy food, and they still brought me a dish that was unbearably spicy.
5. All the dishes, cups, and plates were cracked—completely unprofessional.
6. To make things worse, we asked them to split the check, and they ignored the request, giving us one bill instead.
This place has terrible service and no attention to detail.
Never back again.
Noi is a nice Thai restaurant in the middle of downtown Bend. The restaurant has lots of seating and looked to be very clean. I was there for lunch and they have a nice lunch menu reasonably priced. I had the drunken noodles with chicken, and they don't scrimp on the chicken. There were lots of vegetables with wide noodles. It was not too spicy and it was delicious. Service was excellent but the restaurant wasn't busy when I was there. Recommended!
I moved to Bend from Colorado just a few months ago and have had my eye on Noi Thai since arriving.
I had every intention of getting a to-go order, but changed my mind upon arriving today. I was greeted immediately with a kind smile when I walked in and decided to go a head and sit at the bar.
Chastene was wonderful and we had great conversations while I enjoyed a drink and a very delicious meal.
The other servers that were around the area, were all extremely kind as well.
It can be hard to find consistent and quality Customer Service-I really appreciate it when I see it and get to experience it.
Thank you :) I’m excited to be back and try more of your delicious dishes!
First time here and debated over Pad Thai or curry. Ended up with the yellow curry (tofu) and it was delicious! It had a mild spice as requested and it had a sweetness to it that I absolutely like. I believe Liliana was the name of our waitress and she was absolutely delightful. Very informative and professional. The place is decorated nicely and of course seems clean. I will most definitely be back!
Paloma was the most amazing server I have had in years. She provided us with genuine service and took the extra step to ask about the time we would be spending in town. She build connection in a few minutes I am eager to reserve the special table next time we visit! The hostess Emma was great too.
The food itself was great. High quality ingredients put together well. Some many good options I didn't know what to get! Ended up with Pad Thai... yummmm!
Pretty overpriced for lunch options - food was decent but not anything spectacular. The crispy chicken seems to be made from chicken pieces with the most fat and gristle.
Also incredibly confused with the portions of the two lunch options. Unsure why the Thai basil stir fry comes with such a massive helping of rice and so little actual stir fry. $15 for what was 70% rice is insane. For $40 I expected a bit bigger portions.
We had no problem walking in and getting a seat, even though all of the reservations that were readily available for Friday night on Thursday evening disappeared by Friday morning. We ordered a couple of cocktails, had the cock-a-doodle-doo appetizer, pineapple fried rice and crispy garlic chicken with coconut rice for our entrees. Our server was friendly and the food came out very fast. For cocktails we ordered the Thai Tea and the Rye Not and both were very good.
The food was pretty good, but it's very Americanized Thai food. If you're looking for something more traditional I would look to dine elsewhere.
I came in to get some work done and have lunch, they were so nice about me using my laptop and the food was excellent. Will was my server and he was attentive and kind. I would totally come back :).
Great flavor, heat levels were spot on
Servers were kind but not tentive. Given the check before our food and drinks were done and waited quite a long time to get back the card.
The food is excellent, the decor is quite lovely and the drinks are delicious. They have great lunch and happy hour specials as well.
I love Noi Thai...its now becoming a tradition for my birthday meal to go here.
Great place for a date night. Atmosphere is nice until you see mice running around. Literally went to use the restroom and noticed a small furry thing run across the floor. It’s unfortunate that such a nice place has such bad cleanliness. Hopefully they can figure it out, would be a shame if the health inspector or OLCC caught a glimpse of that.

This place has terrible service and no attention to detail.
Never back again.
Ambiance & decor is really nice. The food is only so-so.
Ordered the shrimp clay pot noodles, spice level 4. It was very salty (lots of soy sauce) and the shrimp was not fresh, so that was disappointing. Also very greasy.
Service was good and very nice ambiance inside though. Great for dates.
Very good
Atmosphere is nice. Food was cold then asked them to heat it up, it then came back burnt. For the price I expected better. Food was mediocre. Had way better elsewhere.
Had chicken pad Thai.
I know it's Oregon lol but I ordered a 3 on the spice scale and there was zero spice.
SILAS the server is an absolute stud, he had a killer attitude the whole time. You’ll be luck to get him! The food got out pretty quickly! Definitely coming back for the Chicken Pad Thai!
The food was perfect, and the staff were very polite and professional.
Highly recommend!
Really neat spot. Has a great vibe and very inviting. Staff are very nice and accommodating. I recently had surgery and they accommodated me for the extra space I needed. Very kind and the food…was amazing. Our table ordered a variety of entrees and everything was exceptional.
Dining at Noi was an unforgettable experience that deserves the highest praise! I had the privilege of visiting with a party of ten for the Boys & Girls Club of Bend, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an atmosphere that felt warm, welcoming, and absolutely electric with positive energy.
The service was nothing short of impeccable. Our server was the perfect combination of kind, knowledgeable, and attentive—always there when we needed something but never intrusive. It was clear they took pride in ensuring every guest felt special, and they absolutely succeeded.
Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and prepared with such care and precision. From the appetizers to the entrées, it was clear Noi prioritizes quality and presentation, making every bite a delight.
The icing on the cake was the incredible sense of hospitality and joy that permeated the entire evening. To enjoy such exceptional service and cuisine right before our holiday break was truly a blessing. It felt less like dining out and more like being welcomed into a home where every detail was crafted to make you feel cared for and celebrated.
To everyone at Noi, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this anfternoon extraordinary. Your team set the bar for what a dining experience should be, and I’ll be singing your praises to everyone I know. This was, without a doubt, one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return!
Out of what we wanted to order, then we tried ordering more drink several times and they never came, what we could order food wise was ok but nothing special, will not be back
My complaint is not regarding the Bend restaurant it is in regards to the Noi Thai food cart at General Duffy Redmond. The service was terrible, food good, but service wow! They were rude did not acknowledge me when I approached. The employees a gentleman and girl at 630p Saturday July 23rd. I stood waiting it was not busy so I said excuse me are you open and the response was "what?". I asked if they were open and the man said yes and went back to conversation. I interrupted and asked to order was told ok. When I picked up the order I said thank you and could I get some extra Pad Thai sauce? They did not acknowledge, but handed me a box with sauce. The girl came over the counter and told me the sauce would upset my stomach because it was not cooked. I of course handed the sauce back and said I was not interested in an upset stomach. Crazy to be treated so poorly for no reason.
Great food love the environment
We usually sit in the bar so we can catch happy hour prices, and today was no exception. The service is always good and the restaurant is lovely. The wife and I shared several happy hour items plus a full-sized drunken noodles dish. Everything was tasty!
Service is normally good
This time it left a bit to be desired. Soup was brought out with no means to serve it into individual bowls, I assumed the server went back in to get one 10 min later we finally were able to flag down the manager to get us a serving spoon, then shortly our server returned with our meal so then we had our soup and meal in front of us and no place to set everything.
Paloma was the most amazing server I have had in years. She provided us with genuine service and took the extra step to ask about the time we would be spending in town. She build connection in a few minutes I am eager to reserve the special table next time we visit! The hostess Emma was great too.

Officially don’t want to come back. Only giving this review for feedback to the restaurant (and warning to customers).. I’ll start by saying that last time I was here, I found a dirty staple in my food. When they brought it back out, it was the exact same plate/ food. The food was actually gross and could not finish. Been coming for years and it used to be good but I’ve seen prices go wayyy up and portions way down. Also flavor has gone down and food does not taste good. My pineapple fried rice was dry and flavorless. When we showed up for our reservation (Monday 7:30… barely anyone In restaurant) they took 10 mins to “set up the table”… should have been ready to go as there was no one there. When we sat down, both benches of the booth were covered in ice. It took 10 mins for the waiter to come greet us and we had to flag him down first. When someone came to clear our plates, he had a mouth full of food and actively chewing as he reached across the table. Awkward. Gross. So disappointing for a restaurant that we and many others come to for “special occasions”.
This is an excellent thai restaurant with wonderful ambiance- I have never had a disappointing meal there!
Great meal accommodating 6 of us last minute.
This was the most magnificent experience for my brothers birthday! The food was top notch, the service was amazing, and the mood was perfect!
We have been eating here for over 10 years excellent service and food
If I could give more stars I would. Amazing all the way around. They are super pricey, so be aware.
Nobody knew when happy hour started, waited 30 minutes for our server to tell us it started 30 minutes ago. Food was alright, pretty good portions for HH prices. The gimlet we got was just gin and a basil leaf. However, our server Dalton came in and saved the day.
Incredible service, the food was delicious and made for amazing leftovers. Try the crying tiger, perfectly cooked steak 🥩
Haven’t even left the restaurant yet and had to write this place a review. The food is great and the service is even better. The kitchen was able to accommodate my mom’s dietary restrictions and cook their noodles in butter instead of oil. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.
Excellent Thai food with lots of flavor. Beautiful environment, nice and quiet. Highly recommend.
Consistently delicious year after year!
Delicious food and great service!
Really great food. Happy hour specials available ONLY in the bar. Great deals. Garlic chicken. Pad Thai. Spring rolls. Curry.
Wow.
Great service. Clean place.
What an amazing place. Absolutely the best meal I've had in Bend. They handled our large group magnificently and everyone was very pleased with what they ordered. I personally really enjoyed the clay pot crab rice noodles and the spicy green beans. I highly recommend coming here for a special gathering or event!
Nice time food was good. Waiter was good.
Our food was excellent and the service was perfect. Our server, Silas N., made some excellent recommendations and took great care of us. We're from out of town, but we will come back here again.
Chastene and Mya give the best service hands down will be coming back! The chicken friend rice and the yellow curry are my favorite!!
The food on our last visit was excellent as always but I’ve never visited Noi Thai without experiencing some sort of issue with service and organization at the restaurant. This time it was being placed with a high chair in a place where they don’t allow high chairs then having to move all our stuff and two little kids (despite reserving with special instructions that we’d need a high chair), a lack of physical menus, having to actually go find our server to take our order, and then not getting one of our drinks until the entrees we’re about to be served. This isn’t the first time the service has been a let down and I assume it won’t be the last if I ever go back. Frankly the cost of the food is too high for such poor organization.
The food was delicious and it was a great place to visit!
The service was subpar and the presentation of the food prioritised style over ease of eating the food. I was very disappointed by the fact that to make the food four stars they just dumped a bunch of crushed red pepper over the curry (there was a huge pile of red pepper flakes on the top of the curry in a massive lump) instead of actually using Thai chilies and mixing it into the dish. I highly doubt that I will go back.
Enjoyed several meals there and have not been disappointed. We were able to walk in for lunch this week and be seated immediately.
Mya did amazing! She was professional and attentive. She answered questions and was very friendly. I will definitely be back because of her!
Food was decent but expensive, slow service, neat atmosphere
Always our favorite spot when we are in town! Great food and amazing service. Our favorite by far is the garlic crispy chicken!
Noi is a nice Thai restaurant in the middle of downtown Bend. The restaurant has lots of seating and looked to be very clean. I was there for lunch and they have a nice lunch menu reasonably priced. Thank you :) I’m excited to be back and try more of your delicious dishes!
My wife and I often eat at Noy Thai because the food is delicious, served beautifully, and the Atmosphere is just right. We also feel that it is moderately priced. The combination of all of the above, make it the perfect dining spot!
Ordered multiple dishes (party of four) food was great. Service was great. Restaurant looks nice and staff is friendly. Would highly recommend and will be coming here again!
Best happy hour in town!
I love Noi Thai! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years with my family, the food always hits! And everyone is so friendly, and wow do I feel fancy eating here! Thanks Noi Thai
We visited Noi thai back in 2019 and loved it. Sadly, this is not the case anymore. Food quality deteriorated over the years. Pineapple fried rice had no flavor and tasted bland.
I've gotten take out a few times from Noi and recently ate at their restaurant downtown. I would highly recommend dining at their restaurant instead of ordering take-out, as you'll get notably larger portions and the food seems to be a bit lower priced. My take-out experiences have been variable-- some fantastic and some below par. Dining in person was excellent though, and our waitress was very attentive. We most recently had the fresh rolls with thai peaunut dipping sauce (which is insanely good by the way -- they should bottle and sell that stuff!), and I had the pineapple stir fry while my wife had the salmon stir fry. We both loved everything and left with plenty of food for lunch the next day.
If you are in the area and like Thai food, this is one of two really good restaurants to try!
You can't go wrong here. Amazing!
My good friend and I ate here for lunch today and had an amazing time. The food, atmosphere and service were great! 👌🏾
Ordered DoorDash and introduced my friend to Thai food, it was the best Thai I’ve had and a damn good way to introduce someone to a new cuisine. Got chicken pad Thai, curry, and chicken satay, all outstanding.
I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always been great. Tonight made me not want to go back. Went for my 4 year anniversary. The waitress never stopped to check in to ask how our food or drinks were. It all felt too rushed. The food was quite oily compared to usual and didn’t make me feel great after. Not the same as it used to be.
Food was fabulous, super friendly staff. My husband's from Thailand and the food was spot on. Thank you Noi Thai. I will be back the next time I'm in town.
I ordered delivery because they left me this postcard saying that it's cheaper if I order through them. So I ordered through them and then it looks like Uber is delivering my order. So this Brad Uber driver has been heading to pick up my order for 8 and 1/2 hours?!? The store doesn't answer their phone. Uber won't help me. I will never ever ever ever ever ever order from Noi Thai again. How could you not notice that an order sat there for 8 and 1/2 hours without being picked up. You made no effort to contact the person that placed the order. You made no effort to refund my money and you made no effort to rectify the situation by offering me any discounts or future gift cards. If I ever want to be dumb enough to order from you guys again. Shame on you
The food here is amazing!
Small portions, really pricey, I think I ordered here for the last time. Not even any vegetables in the curry. Dont waste your time here go somewhere else.
The food was beautiful and delicious. The coconut with curry in it (banang?) Was so delicious and presented so beautifully. We stayed at Mcminamins and it was only a little stroll to the restaurant. Of course the pineapple fried rice was perfect. 10/10 we will be returning next time we are in town! The server so quick and polite and the drinks were also delicious
At the front door itself, you will get very unwelcoming vibe from the lady greeting you. We were a group of 4 people and could see a lot of empty tables on one side of restaurant . But she insisted on either waiting for 30 mins or take a table at bar area. Then , comes the food. The only taste one could sense was sugar syrup. Even with spice level 4 , dishes were too sweet. Also, the staff is not at all friendly or smiling while talking. We almost wasted more than half of our food and they were not even accepting the feedback constructively.
Great time!! Paloma provided perfect service. Delicious food!!
All the employees were so accommodating and patient. I brought my 84-year-old veteran friend for lunch. The atmosphere is just absolutely gorgeous. You've got plenty of options. Different types of seating. Plenty of different rooms and there's tons of selections! I always get the garlic chicken with coconut rice and chicken pad Thai because it never fails at both Noi Thai and Bai Toong on wheels. Thank you Paloma for the incredible service and for all the other staff. I just appreciate you helping me make a memorable time for my friend who deserves it more than anything! Thank you thank you thank you
Great food. Fast service. Everything was excellent!
I ordered a green curry for my wife's anniversary dinner, take-out. It was so spicy that neither one of us could eat it...and I eat habanero's so I know spice! This was *after* I selected the absolute lowest spice level. I even tipped on this takeout order, and they didn't bother to look at my instructions. $30 for a couple cups of broth, down the drain. I won't be ordering again.
Me and my family love coming here to eat. One of our favorite thai places, it’s a must try if you’re new to bend or have lived here your whole life! You can never go wrong with the crispy garlic chicken. The service is always great too, we always feel like we’re well taken care of.
They never disappoint! Staff attentive quality of food AMAZING!! That’s why I drive to bend !
It was a little challenging getting to Noi Thai Cuisine due to the fact that downtown Bend was partially closed for a bike race. It made it a little easier to get some dinner.
My wife had the Yellow Curry with Tofu. Her only concern was the spice level. Both of us are not fond of very spicy food. Our waitris assured her the mildest level would be flavorful and not hot. She was correct. My wife enjoyed her meal. Her only critique was her veggies were cut very large and were hard to eat. She had to ask for a knife to cut the veggies into smaller pieces.
I had the Mixed Veggie Entre with Pork. Both meals come with a choice of rice. We both choose the Coconut Jasmin rice . I enjoyed my meal too.
The staff is friendly and our waitress steered us in the right choice of our order.
We loved the food and ambience here ! Tons of vegetarian options and great service!
The ambiance is one of the reasons we have been coming here for about a decade!
Pad see ew, yellow curry, the tower & the infamous crispy garlic chicken w basil pieces are some of our favorites!
Karla & Karen have been the sweetest servers over the years!!!!
Great food, great service. Noi Thai is on my "must do" list whenever I am in Bend. I am celiac and there are enough GF choices to make it hard for me to decide what to pick. Then the waiter there were more things on the menu that could be made GF...
Fabulous food at a very reasonable price
Noi Thai has jacked their prices and reduced their quantities. I can’t believe how small the quantities are on a takeout order for $25/dish. Much better options out there.
Very disappointing for the exorbitant prices. Dishes ordered (delivery): Pad Thai with tofu, Tom Kha with tofu, Tom Kha with chicken. Pad Thai was generally okay but there was basically no flavor to the tofu; for 25 USD not acceptable. Both Tom Kha's were very sour/overly sweet, small (both same size) portions, and one almost completely lacked vegetables; again for the price unacceptable. All 3 dishes were ordered with 3 different spice levels (3,2,1) but they all came the same with no spice at all. Overall, would definitely not recommend.
However, I cannot speak to the service or atmosphere as it was ordered via door dash.
I’ve never been a big fan of Thai, except this place. The crispy garlic chicken is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.
It was quite expensive for me.
Great service good lobster tough flat iron steak
Country music, so I took off a point
We came here for our anniversary and it was perfect! Great food and great service!
Absolutely fantastic!
I would normally rank Noi Thai with a solid line of 5 stars but on my last visit there my Best Friends dish had lobster in it and she couldn't eat it because the lobster had gone bad. When we told our waiter about it and he could see she hadn't eaten any of it and he agreed it smelled like that lobster had gone bad - he only offered to comp her lemonade and not the lobster dish which she hadn't eaten. Whatever happened to taking the food that was not eatable off of the ticket? Seems fishy to me.
Went for Happy Hour, excellent service!! The red curry and crispy garlic chicken were out of this world. The beer was ice cold and you can’t beet the prices. Will, the bartender was so friendly and personable. We had a great time.
Love Love this place!!
No ordinary Thai restaurant - this is a place of calm and excellence. The four of us had separate dishes from the lunch menu, preceded by appetiser sampler. The quality of the food was absolutely great.
Ok food.
Delicious curry! The service was slightly lagging, but would recommend.
The service was very poor. They sat us down with out menu’s and told us to use the QR code however our table was missing on. They didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks and the server barely checked on us. He was condescending when we asked him for box’s for our food. Overall very poor quality service.
Very good food, minor errors in orders. Servers were wonderful and accommodating servers and staff. Busier than many other restaurants, a bit loud. Overall a great place to eat!
Food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff were fantastic!
excellent in all areas, love the staff and the food is delicious and can be fancy or frugal, the garlic chicken is my favorite. absolute gem.
Great food, high prices for the high end feel but nothing really upscale about the restaurant.
Food portions not quite sharable.
Authentic decor. Service was not personal but good.
We did feel rushed as appetizer and entree arrived at the same time and the bill was offered when we were clearly still eating.
Reservations are a good idea.
Excellent flavor, quality ingredients, and beautiful plating.
This place is immaculate. Staff is super friendly and food is amazing!!
Been there twice, food was low quality. Don't recommend it
Low quality food and overpriced
First time here and debated over Pad Thai or curry. Ended up with the yellow curry (tofu) and it was delicious! It had a mild spice as requested and it had a sweetness to it that I absolutely like. Love the food!
I LOVE Jules. She’s so attentive, personable and efficient. The best ever!
Crispy garlic chicken, that's all!
NOI is our favorite Happy Hour in town! Plenty of excellent food options, the garlic chicken is particularly addictive, I do a HH white wine and my man does the HH cocktail of the day. We sit at the bar and the bartenders always remember our names and banter with us. It's our personal Cheers. ❤️ We come here every week or two. (I might have to start paying rent for bar stools so we have our spots throughout the summer...)
Since 2018, We continue to enjoy the
Noi Thai Cuisine!👍
Jason is our favorite waiter who is always very welcoming and professional and so attentive to our needs.
Definitely, 5-STARS is our review.
We Love ❤️ the HAPPY HOUR from:
2:30 PM to 6 PM. Monday-Friday.
Ron & Liz Rommel
La Pine, Oregon
Been coming here for years. Staff is always pleasant. Food is well flavored and always plated with style.
This place was so wonderful! The staff was kind and attentive, the food was incredible, and the portions were very good size for the price. My fiancé and I were able to share two meals and an appetizer and were both super full by the end.
Such an amazing place. Food was mind blowing. Good scenery. Seems like their entire staff loves their jobs. Go here for an experience
Food was pretty decent. The green curry was delicious. Larb just okay. We got the pork but it was very dry. We ordered Pad Thai without egg as one person in our party is allergic and of course it came out with egg on it. The server immediately apologized and brought out another. But when we got our bill we were charged for two Pad Thai's. But the worst part of the experience was that they started vacuuming right next to our table before we even got our food. We were there close to closing, but even still we hadn't even gotten our main dishes when they started making all the ruckus of closing up with vacuuming. We had to stop talking at our table for five minutes while we waited for them to finish. Not sure if I'll be back.
Literally cannot get enough. So good every single time. Especially the fresh rolls!! 😋
Wine pour was ridiculous, 3 of us had wine and all complained about the serving. Food was good but better in previous dining experience here.
The only reason is that it is not a 5 star is the hottest they have is more of a medium spice. I expected some heat. The service was great.
Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere!
I highly recommend this Thai restaurant for its amazing dishes like drunken noodles and Masaman curry. The ambience is great, and the staff are welcoming and provide quick and attentive service. It's definitely worth a visit!
This place blew me away in every aspect. The food, and the service had one bold thing in common: authenticity. Do yourself a favor. When in bend, try Noi Thai.
Came here for a birthday dinner. Everything was great. Loved the ambience, best Tom yum and Tom kha I've ever had too! Memorable evening.
Beautiful decor and I really wanted to love this place. We didn't have reservations and it was a short wait but it felt like the no reservation thing impacted service. The hostess said there weren't enough menus when she sat us, but the server came by immediately and wondered why we didn't have any, then brought some.
Food was just ok but for the price it should have been much better. Nobody came by during the meal and water glasses were emptied without refills, but they were quick to clear the plates once we were done eating.
Overall just a bummer of an experience.
I got food to go and it was delicious and a lot of it I got 3 meals off one order, the service was great I will be back to try other items..
When we first moved to Bend, Oregon, Noi, Thai was one of our first experiences. We love Thai food great restaurant atmosphere was good. Food was good. Price was good lately things have changed I order the same thing crispy spicy chicken I noticed overtime less and less chicken, less and less rice Yesterday we decided we would order our usual. Me and my wife wanted takeout after we picked it up got home noticed the price it went up we opened our boxs so it was half full mine and hers. I looked at my chicken there was maybe a half a order For $25. For my order and 24 for hers I’m not sure if we’ll be going back there after 12 years.
Great food and service!!!
It was overall very great. The salmon over jasmine rice was delicious. They served my coke in a funny cup, though.
Recent take-out order was pretty bad and expensive. Pad see ew and drunken noodle were both some of the least exciting we've had in Bend yet. Used to be good :/
Went for appetizers, great food, drinks and quality. The staff were amazing..
The foods garbage unless the owner are in town. Simple
Poor employees, heard no one gets benefits
I was in there for lunch yesterday afternoon and kelsey's customer service was amazing, I can't say the same about the rest of the establishment.
Kelsey was amazing!
The atmosphere is so great here, beautiful design and decor inside. The service was prompt and friendly, the prices were reasonable, the food was tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I came here for a casual evening dinner date, and both the host and servers were friendly and attentive throughout the entire night. Other than that, the food is decent; it's on the expensive side, arrives extremely fast, and tastes okay. I'm aware that prices around Bend are high, but paying $25.50 for fried chicken and rice makes not coming back here an easy decision. If I were someone looking for good Thai food in Bend, I would choose another place. However, some may enjoy the standard American Thai food offered here. Overall, the service was good, the atmosphere is fine, but the food and prices were lacking value. I would pass.
I paid $28 for Basil Beef, and the beef was minced. My food was served in a rectangular take out box - half of it was the Basil Beef, and the other half was jasmine rice. All Basil Beef is stir fried with green peppers, onions, basil, and bamboo shoots. All I got was minced beef! They charged me $4 for the rice, and I didn't get a full takeout container of Basil Beef. WAY OVERPRICED! I would not go there again.
Absolutely the best 👌
I think the food and service is great here. I've never been disappointed.
A wonderful experience on NYE. The wait staff was awesome and the food perhaps even better! Really impressed they were able to deliver at such a high level on a busy holiday.
2 entrees (pad see ew and crispy garlic chicken), one app (fresh rolls with tofu) a child’s menu item cost $83!!!! Don’t eat here unless it’s happy hour or lunch! Totally overpriced downtown Bend prices.
The food was delicious, but all our courses came out together. This meant we were waiting for quite a bit before getting any food at all, and our entrees were tepid by the time we finished our soups.
If you order multiple courses, request them to space them out. Highly recommend the Thai basil stir fry!
Garlic chicken is fire! One of my favorite places in Bend. I have recommended many new visitors here!
Terrible customer service, waited an hour for my order after being told it was going to be twenty minutes. Also, no one answers the phone.
Ordered $70 to-go.
Worst meal ever! Threw 95% away!
Bummer
We love this place for dine in or take out! Service overall is great at the table but we waited recently at the lunch hour for quite awhile to be seated - seemed they may have been short staffed and they were very focused on the take out orders versus seating the guests. May have been just that particular day.
Favorites include crispy chicken, Pad Thai, yellow and red curry.
Love this place, the food is amazing and the Thai cultural elements are very immersive and entertaining. However the bartender who supplies literally every table with drinks, whom I ordered from directly from the bar before being seated, was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Considering I can’t get a bartending job despite dozens of applications, how someone who doesn’t even know what a gin martini is got a job blows my mind.
Their version of a gin martini included lime and a full whisky glass of crushed ice. What?! I then asked for a Gimlet, pretty common drink, they said “What is that” and before I could tell them, they asked Siri on their Apple Watch to learn the recipe. Right in front of me. Annnnd they still didn’t make it right.
Then they made me a second gimlet which I didn’t order, with lemon juice instead of lime. They also made my mom a second French 75 without her asking. She drank it and got totally drunk which of course is user error but could have been avoided without random seconds which they charged us for even though we didn’t order them.
How do you charge $9 a pint of beer when you're pouring local beers? The prices and portions of the happy hour have gotten worse and worse. Used to be one of my favorite happy hour places to eat, not any more!
I was just recently here for a birthday dinner and had a marvelous experience.
Great food. Plenty of options and good presentations of different flavors/dishes.
We had an early evening business dinner here on a recent weeknight. The waiter was excellent and the decor was lovely. Unfortunately, the food was simply awful. I ordered the pad see ew, which I have ordered for many years and has always included wide rice noodles. Not sure if they just ran out of those noodles or changed the recipe, but they used thin pad Thai noodles instead. They were so overcooked that they congealed into a big, solid ball of noodle mush.
It has a nice decor and menus with pretty pictures, but that't it.
Food arrived fast, which was suspicious ofcourse - and upon first bites it was very obvious that was reheated food. Crispy garlic chicken was not an understatement - was dry and chewy. otoh hand the pad thai was not only flavorless and but also slightly undercooked.
To make things wrose, the portions were small, and overpriced even if was a larger amount. Same applies to the thai tea
In sum, not returning and not recommended - not as bad as Wild Rose, but surely one the worse Thai cuisine experiences I ever had
Quick and friendly service. The food was delicious. Tom Kha Gai and the yellow curry, amazing flavor! And the best part was the black sticky rice dessert. It's not often I find that dessert at a Thai restaurant. So happy Noi Thai offers that dish, one of my favorites.
We went for happy hour.
Were able to get a reservation for a saturday night and were very pleased with our anniversary dinner. Staff was pleasant and the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles were delicious.
Good food! More of a date night, as it’s slightly more upscale inside than other Thai restaurants I’m familiar with. The coconut curry with coconut rice is my favorite dish here!
