We were staying at Super 8 and saw that they had a food court behind the Chevron gas station so we thought we'd try it out.
The moment we walked in the owner met us, super friendly! Shook our hands and we had a good conversation.
Not only that but recommended good food! we don't know a lot about Thai food and we were really really impressed😁
I ordered the Mongolian beef my husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken and then we also ordered Thai fried rice with beef. We will definitely be back the food was absolutely delicious and so worth trying out every food truck and we will😁 They serve beer and wine they have a warm tent to sit and have your meal or you can take it home. They also have an area for your dogs that they are working on that's a big plus with us dog friendly.

Great little food truck we discovered tonight across the parking lot from our hotel. The service was outstanding and the food very tasty! We definitely recommend them. Mahalo for making my boyfriends meal accustomed to his liking, he definitely enjoyed it throughly!

I order 3 fresh spring rolls for $12 and guess what I got very old veggies inside not fresh and stink I can't eat its. I feel bad to spend that money for expensive and bad food.

Very good food and good value. My wife and I tried this for the first time today. I had General Thai Chicken and she had the Pad Thai, both with medium spice (wise choice!). Both were ready in about 5 minutes and we ate in the dining tent. General Thai Chicken was really good, veggies were crisp and there was plenty there. My wife enjoyed the Pad Thai as well. We will definitely be stopping again. The place was very clean too!

My son and I both got sick from the Pad Thai and/or Thai iced tea we had here. $18 per person for a meal that gives you food poisoning. We will not be returning.

Thai express is amazing! Their food is phenomenal, we've eaten here a few times and are always very happy with it. I love their Pad Thai! The food court is expanding so there are now more trucks to choose from and seating which is great.

The food was surprisingly great, we got chicken pad thai, spring rolls and fried chicken dumplings. I'm very picky when it comes to pad thai, it was yummy, lots of chicken , Flavor was great! Not fishy at all, the peanut suace for the spring roll was sweet and not too overwhelming with peanut , with no spice in it.
Service was great.

Brand new space. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Great food that feels healthy to eat. So nice to have some healthy options in the area so close to the I5 when I am driving through.

Food is awful. Meat is nearly spoiled, smells awful, tastes awful. Inedible. Had to throw it away because I got it to go. Will never return.

Wings are nothing but undressed out of the freezer wings with bottles garlic chili sauce. Pad Thai was oddly brown and watery.

Kinda gave a crooked eyebrow to the guy running the truck, (yes I was being prejudiced that a Caucasian man could cook up some good Thai food) - but passed over my $12 (12 BUCKS - it flies in under the radar of the knee jerk "I CANT BELIEVE HOW MUCH things cost these days" complaining I'd be doing) - Y'all. My man eats a LOT. Like - I been working on not jaw dropping when he eats - and this $12 meal fed my man TWICE. The Pad Thai was absolutely perfect. SAUCY like I like it - the chicken was filleted thin, and I was skeptical that it was to stretch it out - but there was PLENTY of good chicken to noodle ratio!
ALSO - they're building a big ole tent with tables and heaters, so you can stay and eat it there while it's hot!
Great - now it's midnight and I'm craving Pad Thai - lunch tomorrow!

We attended the Oregon Jamboree and was about to eat at this truck but I saw them washing their rice on a dirty waste tank that the other pop up tents and trucks pump their waste in!! So grossss

It’s food truck out of the way so it’s easy to miss. It is so good!! Ordered pad Thai, spring rolls (they are HUGE and they give you a container of peanut sauce per roll), and the chicken dumplings. The sauce is my favorite I’ve had locally. They brought the food to our car. It was so fresh and bright and delicious!

It's a food truck, so it's not much of an atmosphere. The orange chicken was the best I've ever had. The last who was working was quick and kind. It was delicious, and we would definitely go again.

We were attending an event at the Expo Center and needed a fast dinner. Just minutes away, we found this most fantastic food cart! Not only did we make it back to our event on time, we enjoyed a delicious meal served hot. It's location is a little hidden, but well worth using the map app to find. Seriously 5 star place!

Didn't have to go far. Truck has a nice green logo that shows you what the food will like in case you haven't had Thai food before. We bumped the seasoning heat level to just before the hottest level. Just right to enhance the pad thai flavor.For most people the way it comes might be hot enough. Our meal was a combo with chicken, sticky rice with good texture. Also, huge spring rolls which we ordered veg style, very fresh & crunchy with yummy peanut sauce. 17/ person includes the drink with more food than I could eat. Good food, great buy, nice guys preparing who helped describe the heat levels.
