I had a great experience here. It was a very nice and very clean restaurant. The food was amazing. I went on a weekday around lunch so that might be why but it was very quiet and not busy at all. Most of the pricing on the menu was very good like I got a really big bowl of soup and it was around 8 dollars and that alone was definitely big enough to be the whole meal. It is definitely affordable compared to most places around today.Overall I had a very great experience here and will definitely stop by again some time.

We ordered takeout: sesame chicken with white rice and the house fried rice. Both were exceptional! We eat Asian food a lot and I think this is at least some of, if not the best, fried rice I’ve ever had. The toppings were generous and fresh, and I didn’t need soy sauce (which you shouldn’t with good fried rice! The white rice was also quite good and my husband is *very* picky about his rice. The sesame chicken is also one of his favorites we’ve had so far, and he actually ate the broccoli (also a very good sign).

They have a nice wide selection on their menu and the prices were shockingly reasonable for how good it was. This place is highly rated for a reason. Don’t miss out!

I enjoyed the food here. There is quite a bit to choose from on the menu so I definitely plan on returning. Seemed like a bit longer of a wait for the food than I prefer. I did notice some tables being served before us even though we ordered before them. We also kind of felt like we were forgotten about since there was quite the delay on our app and beverage order. Additionally, the app was room temp by the time we received it. I think we will try it on a different night other than a Friday. The kitchen was definitely cranking out a lot of to go orders too.

I hate giving this place a bad review because over the years we've had great meals there. Lately however we've noticed, especially on takeout the portions have shrunk and quality isn't up to par. The PHO literally tastes like stock chicken broth, there is little if any flavor, also they're only giving a couple small slices of the beef. The past couple of PHO orders have been like this and we keep trying but I'm afraid the this was our last visit. Not sure if they changed the recipe but it just isn't the same.

Thai Spice has quickly become my favorite Thai restaurant in Cleveland - the food is amazing every time (special shout out to their curries and their vegetarian gyoza!), the staff are friendly, fast, and caring, and the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, with their booths allowing ample privacy and pleasant music playing. My house has no power because of the tornado. So looking for a restaurant for dinner. The restaurant was full and very busy, but the staff provided full service. I ordered pad thai and basil fried rice. The taste was very good and thank you for your utmost effort in care and service.

I ordered the chicken satay, Siam rolls, chicken pad Thai (hot), and panang curry. Never before today have I ever had bland Thai food. Even the sauces for the appetizers were bland. The hot peanut sauce barely even tasted like peanut sauce.

Chicken satay is one of my favorite dishes, but not here. The texture of the chicken was so rubbery that it led me to believe it was from frozen.

While everything we ordered was pretty tasteless, I gotta say, the texture of the Siam rolls was fantastic. But it wasn’t enough to have us come back. This def was a one and done for us.

Just no. Wish there was a 0 star option. Food is terrible and so was the service. I’m convinced the good rating is from fake reviews there is absolutely no way ppl can think this is a great restaurant.Had to go to Thai kitchen Lakewood for real food & service right after leaving here.(It was delicious) wouldn’t even give this to my dog. Took my family (5) here for dinner. The food was great. I had a vegetable dinner with fried tofu. I am not a tofu fan, but this was fried perfectly and delicious. The veggies were also perfectly (and I mean perfectly) cooked. Not too soft, just the right amount of crunchiness.

My daughter had some sort of curry chicken dish, which was also amazing and will likely be what I order next time we go there. The wife and others kiddo's had the General Tso's chicken and orange chicken. Both of these were too sweet for my liking. The General Tso's sauce tasted like the orange chicken sauce with some soy/hoisin sauce added.

I deducted one star because we were never offered refills on our drinks by the waitress. She gave us our first glasses (sodas and unsweetened iced tea) and then we never saw her again. The food and check were delivered by someone else. When I'm paying $4 for a drink (with tax) at a sit down restaurant, I expect the wait staff to be offering refills regularly, it like one of the most basic rules of waiting tables.

I did like the atmosphere. It is quiet with subdued lighting.

I would certainly go again.

I drove to this place 20 miles to get pho to go,but at 9:10pm the lady said they all ready cleaned everything and they closed with people eating inside,if you hungry skip this place after 8pm.

I just love Thai Spice… I first discovered Thai Spice during my search for pho. I have been a repeat customer for five years now. my usual order will consist of the steak Pho cooked well done, crispy pork Spring Rolls, Chicken Summer Rolls and Strawberry bubble(boba) tea. Lately, the past couple years, I have stepped out of the box and have tried the chicken satay, grilled pork and grilled chicken.
Everything I have ordered has been excellently cooked, the portions are adequate enough for myself, considering I’m 5’4 Asian Pacific Islander. The overall service is phenomenal. They are willing to accommodate customers with food, allergies. I am allergic to shellfish and during one of my orders to be delivered, I accidentally ordered shrimp Summer rolls. I immediately contacted them and they were more than happy to accommodate me and change it to the Chicken Summer roll I wanted. So, that’s a big plus in my book. All my orders are for delivery. I have only eaten in house, at least twice, and even the service there is great.
I have no complaints whatsoever, I see myself ordering at least three or four times a month maybe more. I’m just glad I stepped out of the box and added more items that I can include to my growing list of yummy Thai Spice foods. Even my delivery drivers have expressed how much they love Thai Spice. 😂😊❤️

First time dining in. We had the Pad Thai and the Thai Green beans. The beans were AMAZING…a nice curry style sauce with just the right amount of spice. The service was perfect and everyone was so friendly. Food came out really fast.

We were saddened by the closure of Minh Anh in Cleveland. Unsure that any other Thai restaurant would meet our high expectations, we decided to try Thai Spice. Our server was Joanne. She was excellent, attentive and kind. The pho is incredible. Pad thai excellent. Matcha bubble tea delicious. Spring and summer rolls superb! The prices are right and atmosphere relaxed. Thai Spice exceeded our expectations. We went there again, Lynn, our server was also excellent. Thank you all for being there and we look forward to dining with you again.

Good food and service. The room was kinda of dark. Toong tong appetizer was very good. It's kind of like a crab ragoon but much better, and the sauce was paired perfectly with this appetizer.

My family ordered about 4 of the bubble tea drinks. When we got home, we discovered that one of them was the incorrect drink. After going back to get the correct one, the lady at the front desk investigated what went wrong. She quickly discovered the issue and immediately was apologetic and fixed it.

She insisted on giving me the correct drink, even when I offered to pay for the replacement multiple times.

Overall, these drinks tasted amazing! We were all very satisfied with our choices of drinks and highly recommend this place!

I called friday night at 9:30 and they close at 10:50 , I asked to order Boba for pickup and the worker said “ our kitchen and boba machine is already cleaned for the night” They literaly had over an hour until closing and she wouldnt take my order . I have been getting Boba once a week from them and always before closing time but they officially lost a returning customer and I’ll be sure to let others now how terrible that service was. Maybe it was just a lazy worker but that was so unprofessional and I am disappointed in this place.

Take out only. Do not dine in. Took an hour for appetizer. Ended up leaving before the entrees. Virtually not busy inside but kept sending take out orders. If you have a few hours on a Wednesday the food tastes good.

Thai Spice is my all-time favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious, they have plenty of vegetarian options, and the boba is the best I’ve ever had. Of course I wanted to sprinkle a little Thai Spice on my wedding day, so we ordered 80 bobas with four of our favorite flavors for our wedding reception, and let me tell you: they were all gone in SECONDS, even before the person dropping them off finished placing them on the table. We wish we ordered more, our guests LOVED them!

I was not a fan of the food I had. I had pad se ew. The brown sauce they put didn't taste homemade, more like jarred. It tasted aged. The pad Thai had too much sauce, not homemade at all. I did like their sticky mango.

First: I've only had a couple thai curries, mango sticky rice, and some boba here. All was pretty tasty, pretty affordable, and the service was good. Considering this is Ohio, I'm impressed.

This place is a very dangerous to take out food. There have been multiple times that we had to return the food or cooked uncooked beef or chicken at home before eating… beef and chicken were close to raw with pink color in it. This has happened more than once and we told them about it. My husband said we never go back to that place but I told him to try one more time and make sure to tell them to cook meat properly. Today is another day my hot pho with rice noodle has pink beef in it. No more to Thai spice!!

Had the taste for Pho so went here to try it. It was wonderful and rivaled the Pho place that we go to downtown cleveland. Looks like we don't have to go far to get our Pho.

On a Wednesday night we ordered carryout. They said it would take 30 minutes or so. We arrived in around 30 minutes. It took them over an hour to bring us our takeout. Way too long. Plus there were others waiting for takeout. I sure hope they fix it or we will NOT be back. Thanks.

I got food poisoning here from the steak on the pho. The steak was raw on the pho and I figured I shouldn’t complain and just cook it in the broth since I didn’t want to be rude. That was a bad idea I ended up puking all night and the next day. I’m not sure if it was the raw beef but if it is you shouldn’t serve it raw. I was so sick for days. The worst sickness I’ve ever felt.

Placed an order over the phone, was given an hour wait time and was told we’d get a text letting us know to pick up the order, called after an hour and fifteen mins and was told the order wasn’t started yet… and was then quoted another long wait time, then promptly hung up on us. Perhaps the in-person service is better, but there are other options for Thai here that likely won’t treat their customers poorly.

The food was very disappointing. The price too high for the quality of food you get. Not sure if it was the time of the day but the service was very slow and tables were mostly dirty. I think the staff was just overwhelmed and under staffed. Anyway about the food, we ordered Pad See Ew which was very soggy and tasted tangy. We just ended up having a bite and throwing the rest away. The Panang Curry was watery and salty with no flavors as it should be. The Sesame Chicken was decent enough. The Thai Ice tea was so diluted tasted like lightly sugared water with disgusting overcooked tapioca. I did not feel this was worth a $60 bill. I will not be recommending or coming back here in the future.

Tried ordering from this place yet again. Placed an order at 6:07 PM and its 8:41 pm, and they just cancelled our order. We called and they said they were behind and give the 20 minutes. An hour plus went by and we got a call saying they cannot fulfill our order at this time. This place either needs to hire more staff or just be honest about the wait time. Hate to pile on the reviews saying the same thing. Never have tried the food as we cant seem to ever get food from them. We will not be trying again....

We've been going to Thai Spice since 2009, the food is always freshly prepared and the servers are always friendly. The dining room is quiet & quaint. Our vegetarian friends are always pleased with the menu offerings. Be prepared to wait a little while for your food (each meal is made to order), but it is well worth the wait.

We've tried to order take out twice. They give us usually 45 mins - 1hr wait. No problem it's good food. Each time we go to pick up the foods not ready. Making us wait an additional 20-30 mins. This last time we had to abandon our order because our kids couldn't wait anymore.

This place is great! Mmm such great food. They always deliver a great tasting meal. The service is a little slow because it seems like they are short staffed. However the prices are great and we've never experienced any dissapointments here. The Thai iced coffee with bubbles 😍 Guys.. prepare yourself to get a lot done after drinking it lol. We happened to come across their restaurant back in 2018 while we were visiting the area and my parents LOVED the food. We were visiting again this past week and came back and they did not disappoint. We ordered so much food and loved it all! We had leftovers and had it the next day. The only bad thing is its so far from where we live, otherwise we'd be there all the time.

VEGAN pho on the west side. I'm ecstatic! The broth was outstanding, lots of fresh veg, yummy tofu. I can't wait to get it again.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Salad. While it tasted ok and spiciness was mild, it was quite alarming to find many uncooked button mushrooms in the salad. I've cleaned many commercial mushrooms and they typically contain horse manure that's hard to remove. We typically wash AND cook them to ensure they're safe to eat. Surprised Thai Spice would make such a major mistake.

We're visiting Cleveland to see some friends and they recommended this restaurant to us. I'll double down and recommend it to anyone reading this. The food was really fantastic.

My wife got the massaman curry. I got a bowl of chicken pho and the bacon fried rice special. The pho broth had fantastic flavor. The bacon fried rice was like a better version of pork fried rice, I really enjoyed both dishes.

The wait staff told us they were short handed and there were some extra wait times but honestly I didn't notice a long wait for anything. Highly recommend if you're in the area to give this place a try.

When I called the restaurant to place the order no one answered the phone. When I drove out to the restaurant, there was no one in the restaurant available to take my order. After waiting 15 minutes I gave up and left. Their service for takeout orders leaves a lot to be desired.

(7/6/22) I had some type of beef noodle soup. For me there was too much of a peanut taste in the soup. I was looking for more of a spicy flavor. Also, the beef was pretty tough, it kind of tasted like a mystery meat. Meaning you have no idea what your eating. My wife had Shrimp Pad Thai. I had one bite of hers and it was delicious. Go with the Pad Thai.
