Classic Thai cuisine & unique cocktails presented in a warm atmosphere with traditional decor.
Went for lunch on a Saturday. Food was pretty good, though the Pad Thai was a little too greasy in my opinion. Inside it feels run down and dark. The men’s bathroom was dirty, overflowing trash can, and no soap! They had increased the prices but hadn’t updated their menu, which is pretty lazy and not a good way to start a meal. Our server was nice and checked on us often which we appreciated.
- food was delicious and very well made, everything was fresh and had good flavor. I really enjoyed my pad see ew
- service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful.
- prices are normal for the area.
- plenty of parking in the area.
- place was clean and organized.
- overall a good first experience and I will be going back.
- id recommend this location.
We stopped by after a trip to the pumpkin patch for dinner. My sister loved the chicken dumplings and they were indeed good! Everything was delicious! My favorite was the chicken pad Thai and drunken noodles! Highly recommend! Whenever I re-visit I will definitely get the drunken noodles again! Not only did the food taste great but our server was super sweet! She recommended the green sticky rice with coconut milk and fried banana, we tried it and loved it. She was quick and very attentive! 5/5 would eat there again and bring more friends!
staff is great and food is awesome
It's my favorite place to go !! Everyone is friendly, the food is always amazing and fresh 😋 and you literally cannot beat the price no other place compares !! They make all the other restaurants seem like a rip off ! Good job to Thai paradise 👏
Food was great! I had the chicken pad Thai - medium spice. It was the perfect spice level.
Food prepared perfectly with fresh vegetables bought the same day. They should be charging 3 times as much as what they are. I hope they raise prices soon.

Have tried to go there 2 times says open until 9 pm wait staff says dine in stops at 730 pm very rude. We drove an hour to get there.
The manager is so kind!! She is so sweet. They work really hard and put love into their food! Especially the Pho! OMG!!! It's SO GOOD! Exactly what I needed on a cold day, when I'm sick. Warmed me right up! Also got General Tso and fried rice. Thumbs up! And the mango sticky rice. Yum!!!
I'll be back soon!
They have gluten free options
I will NEVER again order take out on Christmas Eve!!! The guy that took my order LIED to me on how long my order would take!!! Seriously?!? Don’t tell me 30 minutes when you know full well it’s going to take an hour and a half!!! I really like their food, but won’t make that same mistake again!
Amazing food and wonderful people, very delicious food
Go here.
.
Service was great. We were there mid afternoon, not busy at the time.
Food was very good and the prices were well below expected. Great value.
I just had Thai Paradise for the first time. I ordered it to go. I ordered the Beef Pho, Tom Kha Gai, and Pad Thai. Everything was amazing! The flavor on these soups is better than any I've ever had. The pad Thai was so delicious too. I order Chinese often and I'm never impressed. Figured I'd give this place a shot and I'm so happy I did. 5 stars!
Got turned away for dine in at 3p on a Saturday.
So, food quality is okay, not fabulous but not terrible. Service was okay, with somewhat of an attitude. I really feel that this restaurant has had a slow downward spiral since their relocation several years ago. Oh yeah, don't ask for hot tea here, as it is unavailable. Go figure!
They have the best service of any restaurant ive ever been to. And the restaurant is really pretty too.
Courteous staff. Food tastes great. Nice atmosphere. We will visit again.
The food isn’t very authentic . The restaurant can be pretty dirty depending on when you come in. The worst part tho is they force you to tip, they put it on the bill! and they don’t tell you about this . I always tip but forcing tips on bills lets the severs absolutely suck , it doesn’t matter to them because they’re getting tipped either way .
You’d have a better experience just getting takeout , save yourself the shitty service and still being forced to pay that persons salary. Shady restaurant owner can’t pay his employees so he’s forcing you to .
I ordered the crab fried rice with pork and it was amazing. I got level 4 spice. I would definitely go back again for this. It's hard to find crab fried rice in Columbus... so this was a nice treat.
Fantastic, food was delicious! Can't wait to come back.
I have ate here many times and it was always great people and food. I ate here lastnight service was super slow my order was messed up not once but twice. Had to get my food To go cause the kitchen never made it l. Because they was worried about taking pictures of there food outside to post online. Mean while my family ate their food as I watched and waited for food that I had to take home 👎👎👎
I was surprised at all the food options they have! The tea lemonade was amazing. I will definitely be going back!
Run…don’t walk! I tried their shrimp Pad Thai on Friday 8/23 right before they closed. It was amazing. I figured maybe because I was tired, that’s why it was so good. So I went back the next day (Saturday) for lunch and I dined in. This time I got the combo Pad Thai! Guys.. with tears in my eyes.. it was amazing! So I went back Saturday evening, got the same thing and tried the spring rolls and Thai tea. Again, amazing and the Thai tea was an absolute favorite! Sooo.. embarrassed enough, I went back Sunday. Dined in and got the combo again with the tea. Three days in a row I ate Pad Thai! It’s sooooooo good! Today is Monday and I’m heading back home! I’m gonna miss y’all
Update: Forgot to mention the service. Everyone was soo nice and attentive. I encountered three people over my four visits. They all were very helpful. I ordered the Thai tea because I saw a lady recommend it to a guy getting takeout.. so I tried it too. 10/10 . Food 30/10 service 10/10! If anything.. atleast go and try the PAD THAI. I’m an advent reviewer, I tell it like it is!
So good the eggplant was so delicious
My wife and I have ordered from Thai Paradise for several years and it has been steadily declining in Service and quality. Unfortunately today is a new low. Sweet and Sour Chicken with no sweet and sour sauce. Bland and tasteless. Disappointing.
I was really looking forward to eating here and when I got there, I waited patiently for someone to attend me at the front desk. No one came over. The bartender looked at me and didn’t say “I’ll be right with you.” She just looked at her phone. There was a bell so I used it and a female server, a male server and another lady that passed me and went into the bartending area did not even acknowledge me. I’ve never experienced that. On top of that, the Second Lady that went into the Bartending area looked like she had an attitude problem. Why open a business if you have employees like that? It was also humid in there and dark. So I might have dodged sitting there with a bad server and a heatstroke. So I turned around and left. And thank God I did. I’ll never go there again.
It's our favorite place
place is smelly and workers are rude, service sucks, food awful
Great service and great food. My favorites were the mala string beans, sweet snd sour fish, and pad thai. Everything was delicious, hot, and with great portion sizes!
When the food is good, it’s really good. You just never know when the b crew is working, and you end up with the wrong food or it just tastes meh.
The food is not authentic Thai, food was not good and the curry was water down. I didn’t even finish eating and they bought me the ticket. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
100% a new favorite spot. The food was perfectly prepared. The pad see you was really good, crab Rangoon was killer, the orange chocken was the best I've had and the pho was excellent! The thing that took it over the top was the service. Jenny was our server and she was so sweet and kind. She was engaging with our kids and took time with us. It was a very family like experience. Thank you Jenny, can't wait to come back for the island chicken!
Great food went for lunch. No wait staff was awesome food was fast and delicious
Great food and service! Reasonably priced!
We spent $50 on horrible food, sweet and sour chicken was over cooked, hard and unacceptable. All 3 rice orders was hard and tasted old. The lo mein was mushy and tasted old. My wifes chicken and Broccoli had spoiled Broccoli in it. We threw it all away. I never post bad reviews but this was unacceptable for $50 plus the tip i left.
Super disappointed with this place. Every time my pathai order forget my peanut & lemon, my Take out order I am paid $68.95 and my dine order $55.29 +plus tip $14.71 = $70.00
No Receipt but I am taking a picture and they are Run my card with another amount $55.29 so becomes twice and I am call the Owners but is useless and she not nice
Absolutely would not recommend...the menu price is different with computers price just make sure get the Receipt if not get charged twice or more
Check you credit card after 2 or 3 day because they start charged you card after you not know.......
If you after eating the food and so fast need go to restroom is meaning the food is dirty and not fresh
Everyone who go there
Always double check you order or Receipt just make sure carefully in everything cannot trust this place......
Food is amazing
Good food friendly. Had to ask staff not to sweep floor near our table while we were eating. Were there Sunday evening. Larb gai was tasty but very hot.
Always a great experience. Food was again delicious, hot and tasty.
We got takeout and it was very delicious. I had concerns since most everything take out upsets my stomach but I did not have any issues at all nor did the family. Food was tasty and fresh. ♡ hot and sour soup, praram long song, cashew chicken, and sweet and sour chicken, spring rolls. ♡ The phone system is older just keep calling back.
Salty , clearly canned sauce
Food was delicious.. service great ..servers friendly.
Good food and very reasonable prices. The ambiance was also very pretty. I am going back!
Awful carryout customer service. I had my order not make it into the computer three times, on three different occasions, after waiting 45 minutes for order to be told they didn't have it. Spoke to manager about the issue to be told "What do you want me to do about it and I should come inside to place my order instead of calling and she was busy with carryout and does not have time to talk to me." What would be the point in calling and I wouldn't sit there to wait 45 minutes on a carry out order. You didn't care about the customer. Thai Paradise you lost a long time customer and I will let others know of your poor service.
Food was not the greatest this time, cold, chicken was disgusting 😒
Our go to Thai place. Good gluten free options. Just ask!
Food has always been excellent. However, we ordered today at 3:30 pm for pickup at 6. My son was there before 6, and the food wasn't ready until 6:30, and then the order was incomplete, so he had to wait even longer.
The food here is so FRESH! I've spent time in Thailand, and this is seriously making me miss Thailand and my adventures.
This has become the favorite Thai restaurant of my family’s! Service is always great and the food is delicious. Moo gra tiem has become my go to.
Terrible experience, found metal in my spring roll. When I contacted the restaurant no one was able to help me and I had to wait for someone to call me back. We placed an order of $160 dollars and when the owner called me she had an attitude and was saying she wasn’t refunding me the check if that’s what i was wanting. I wasn’t asking to be refunded but they are lucky I didn’t cut myself on this rusty piece of metal. Thankfully my kid chose a different spring roll. I was told they get them from a manufacture and aren’t made in house. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here. Terrible service the few times we’ve ordered from here. Never again.
Excellent we go once a week. My son loves it and Rasmy is the best!!! Very good food.
This is a review for takeout.
I was told that my order of 1 island chicken, and Thai tea would take 15-20 mins.
It took over 40 minutes to get done / handed to me.
If you are expecting high take out orders then the least you can do is inform the person.
Food might be ok (for Ohio) but the lack of service and quality illustrates a lot. How does it take 40 minutes to make one dish??
Bulgogi is always excellent highly recommend
Amazing service and amazing, authentic food! Highly recommend!
I had a great ⌚ there the food and service was on point
Staff were very nice and helpful. I'll go back.
The best Chicken pad thai in the city hands down!
Food was a bit slow but delicious
I recently dined at Thai Paradise in Pickerington, OH, and it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a fantastic blend of Asian and Thai cuisine that left a lasting impression on my taste buds.
The food was exceptional. We savored the Chicken Skewers, Seafood Combo, and Chicken Pho. The Chicken Skewers were perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with flavor. The Seafood Combo was a seafood lover's dream, featuring an array of delectable ocean treasures. The Chicken Pho was a comforting, aromatic bowl of goodness, showcasing their culinary expertise.
Beyond the food, the ambiance of Thai Paradise was captivating, emitting good vibes throughout the meal. The decor and soft lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
However, what truly stood out was the top-notch customer service. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of wonderful.
Thai Paradise is a gem in Pickerington, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service. It's an absolute paradise for Thai cuisine enthusiasts.
Glad to see them open the restaurant for dine in again. Wait staff is always attentive and the food is incredible.
The definition of "phoning it in."
Not sue what happened to this once great restaurant. 2 severs for whole place, no bar, no liquor/beer/wine sales, portion sizes were small and service was painfully slow. Food was average but lacked any real pop or flavor. Our server was very nice, but just too rushed to be able to do jo well. Orders came out from kitchen correct. Food was not piping hot. Based on this weeknight visit, probably won't be back.
Not gonna lie going here really disappointed me today. i moved here in june and really liked eating here but i haven’t been back until now. the waitress i had today i’ve had her before her name is rose or something like that it starts with a R and her son works there too i think but anyway she had the most rushing and nasty attitude and i was shocked because she was so nice before. after she handed me my check i seen that they now automatically add a 20% gratuity and i didn’t dine with a group it was just me. so i suppose she doesn’t care how she acts towards people since she’ll already be getting a tip. i won’t be back here, very disappointed.
The food is still decent but the service is horrindus. Apparently, they do not like people who dine in treated very rudely. The last 2 times I went with Dine in. When I arrived and told them I wanted Dine in Greeter got a frown on her face and said it would be ten minutes even though there were 30 or 40 chairs open ln the Restaurant, and was left Standing in the doorway.
Menu prices are outdated so you have no idea the price something is. Missing basics, not serving alcohol. Bland for Thai food.
I love this place so much! The owner is lovely!! Hard working and wonderful. They also have the BEST crab Rangoon I’ve ever had in my life. I love I love I love
Service was exceptional from start to finish
Good food, good prices but need more waiting staff.
Love this little spot! Great food @!
Delicious food and many vegetarian options! We were very happy that they were willing to switch out the chicken for tofu in the general tso chicken. It was delicious, and not really spicy so our kids could eat it too. The Thai fried rice is delicious. We also got Pad Lao(cousin of pad Thai) because we found out pad Thai was not gluten free even though it's supposed to be rice noodles. It is very similar and delicious!
I recommend them for being very vegetarian friendly.
This place was amazing. We were looking for a restaurant that had Pad Thai . We hit the jackpot. The service was great and our servers were great. We will be going there again.
Absolutely loved it! Just came with my husband for dinner, and that was more than we expected. Great prices and food was AMAZING. Definitely gonna be in our list now!
Delicious food, generous portions, prompt & polite service, and again the food was phenomenal. Looking forward to going back!
Food wasn't prepared as ordered and the manager was rude and wouldn't refund my money. Terrible customer service and food was terrible i threw it away. I wasted money.
Great food and fish sourced from the Mekong River Delta.
Best thing food I have ever eaten. Everything was fresh and had amazing flavor. Hidden gem the paradise salad... as for it.
I liked the variety of different foods and the price was very affordable
Extremely professional Waitresses and waiters
Great place for a date..
Food was amazing! The manager served us and was super sweet, attentive, and gave great suggestions for our first time! Everything was fresh and delicious, highly reccomend!
Food was very good, the waitress was very nice, she recommended the food I ate, my meal was so good I ask her to recommend another to take home, both were very good I will stop in whenever I'm close. Bill
Quality ingredients and tasteful
Best Thai food in the city! Reasonably priced and always made to order
Everything was good. Our waitress appeared to be the only one taking orders in the restaurant. However, she handled it well. As usual the food was good. We will return.
The food was delicious and it's all made to order. Our server was super nice!
The best Thai food I have found in the area, service is always great and the prices are good too.
Papaya Salad = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Oof, I don't know what happened to this place. We had a really good experience a few years back. Tonight we had a disappointing carryout meal. The Crab Rangoon had either corn or yellow cheese inside it( not mentioned on the menu) The Walnut Shrimp and Pad see You were just kind of slimy with an off putting taste.
Everything was fine, but it was below average. The crab rangoon had crab, but it was dry and had corn kernels which was weird. It’s sauce was also a peanut sauce like for noodle dishes, not a plum or sweet and sour. I’ve gotten pad see ew from so many restaurants, but this one looked like it was trying to be pad thai since the noodle:meat:vegetable portions were off and the noodles weren’t caramelized. Disappointed overall.
Food and service are incredible!
Hostess/cashier having an extended private phone conversation while we waited for our take out food which ended up cold since she ignored us for several minutes as our food got cold. The food is always good, but this has not been our first experience with this problem. Management needs to reign in this problem.
Excellent fresh food. Superb customer service. Rasamy is an amazing manager that educates you on all the food you order. Excellent dine experience treated with respect.
We ordered tufu pad thai, house fried rice and egg rolls. Overall pad thai had a good flavor but I didnt like the huge pieces of tufu or onions in it. It looked like someone didnt want to take the time to cut them up properly. Also it had no spice (heat) to it that Im accustomed to and the noodles were too skinny. The house fried rice was very good and husband enjoyed it very much. The egg rolls were very small and didnt have much filling in them.
I decided to give this place a try recently. Upon arrival around lunchtime it was not very busy and I was seated right away. My waitress, Rasamy (I hope I spelled that correctly), was very accommodating and provided prompt, cordial service. When she introduced herself she very quickly, in the same breath as saying her name, briefly mentioned that some of the menu prices were incorrect. She did not elaborate on what items may be priced incorrectly, and due to the fact that when I placed my order she did not advise me that anything I ordered was going to be a different price, I assumed my selections were unaffected by their pricing errors. Well, you can imagine my shock when I received my bill, and not only were the prices of my selections misrepresented in the menu, the prices of some items were nearly doubled!! I suggest, rather than offering guests an extremely vague blanket statement, the pricing in the menus be updated immediately. In the interest of customer service, I cannot imagine this being a huge imposition, even if it requires them being reprinted completely.
On a positive note, the chicken lo mein and Thai iced tea that I ordered was by far the best I've had in recent memory. The chicken and noodles were prepared to perfection, and the Thai iced tea was far superior to any that I've experienced elsewhere. I do recommend this restaurant, but if you are at all budget conscious, be sure to specifically ask for prices of the items you are ordering ahead of time!
Amazing Thai food - try the basil scallops they're some of the best scallops I've ever had. And the crab rangoon is so good.
We were over in pickerington to see a movie and had time to kill beforehand so we stopped in. We were blown away! The service was great, our waitress Rasamy was so kind, and the food was SO good. I got the Naum Toak and my husband got the Bulgogi and both were cooked perfectly! We’ll definitely be back soon
Food is amazing, when you can get it. Service, especially carry out, has gone way down hill in the past year.
First, food is not bad honestly it been mostly good. Until today. Because I've had bad service the last FOUR times I've been in. So they did not get a tip, tips are nice yes but that's an option. They had the audacity to attempt to make me pay 18% in tip because I had not. I tip good waiters/waitresses. Never going back. Good luck tk this business but that's not okay especially at your already high menu prices, and then to be out of some items like Pepsi and unsweetened tea. Oh and here's a real good laugh. One waitress put a lemon in my Mt Dew.
I was not happy with the food quality. The portion for the amount you pay are small, too. In fact, I was still hungry after dinning in. I ordered two small appetizers, fried rice and beef broccoli. Get this, they where out of hot Tea...How can that be?? 🙀 I love my tea. Anyhow, Peace!
Decent selection on the menu, great tasting food, and friendly service.
My go to for pho and cashew chicken. Haven't ever had a bad experience!
They don't serve Alcohol. No problem for us.
Garden rolls were perfectly put together.
Green curry was spicy and delicious
Our server was very pleasant and professional.
5 stars but Google sends you to a pill order site when you want to see the menu.
Best Asian food I have ever had. Very fresh
Clean restaurant and atmosphere. Waitress was really good and helpful when it was time tor order.
We went to Thai Paradise to celebrate a family member's birthday and had a lovely dining experience. The beautifully decorated restaurant was very family friendly and our waitress (who may have been the owner) went out of her way to make us feel like valued guests.
We ordered several soups and appetizers. I personally tried the egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, steamed chicken dumplings, edamame, and crab rangoon all of which were delicious.
The entrees were also very good and served in large portions. My two favorites were the spicy eggplant and pad thai.
I look forward to coming back soon to try other dishes on the menu especially the pho.
I highly recommend you check out Thai Paradise if you haven't already done so!
We ended up at this place by default when our original choice was closed for a private party. It turned out this place was fantastic. Everyone absolutely loved what they ordered. I had the Pad Ka Pow, an authentic Thai dish served with steamed rice. It was perfect!
We splurged and ordered Khao Niao Mamuang (Thai Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango) which isn’t on the menu. It should be because it is amazing!
Overall it was an excellent experience. The restaurant was definitely short-staffed and their bar is closed (not sure if that is a staffing issue or something else) but the servers were great and the food was delicious.
Highly recommend (unless you want alcohol with your meal).
The menu is expansive, and I had a hard time choosing because when it comes to Asian cuisine, it can be really hit or miss. I opted for the Pad Thai, I kind of wish there was a touch of heat, but that's just me. Overall, it was delicious. My wife got Cashew Chicken, which can tend to be bland but not this one, very flavorful with good tender chicken. Portions are right, and prices are VERY agreeable in this world of skyrocketing inflation. Absolutely will be back, thanks!!
I love Thai Paradise esp, their Thai menu.
Atmosphere is good a little dark for lunch though in the inner side of the premise.
It would be convenient for dinner.
Food is great and service is good 👍
My favorite Thai
Was a long drive for us to get there, but 100% worth it!!!
Food, portion size, and service were amazing! 👏
Great food! Love the pad ka pow!
Very nice restaurant. Excellent food. Great prices.
Great dining experience! My first visit & definitely not my last! I tried a new dish per my server's recommendation & it did not disappoint. My standby is Pad Thai, which was delic ious alone. However, I was adventurous & tried a new Thsi dish which was AMAZING!
Great food and service
A great blend of Thai, Chinese, Korean and maybe even some Indian dishes (not sure). Everything I've had was fresh and delicious
Very delicious, next time I’m trying Pho
Delicious Tom Kha Gai soup!
Ordered drunken noodles. Received bowl of vegetables. Live too far to go back and wait 45 minutes again. My fault for not checking bag but wouldn't have waited again. Disappointed because drunken noodles favorite.
Ordered traditional thai dish. Mediocre flavor and salty. Most disappointing was the small portion and even though it was a chicken dish, it was about 90% vegetables and stingy bits of chicken that may have barely filled a 1/8 measuring cup. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Pad Thai is great!! Kind employees. Thank you!
Hands down the best Thai food anywhere near and including Columbus.
Crab Rangoon slaps! Great hot and sour soup! Love getting lunch here! If you're looking for healthy option, try their garden roll! 10/10
Too bad, for a place with a good atmosphere, the food was not authentic Thai. We had the Tom Kha Gai soup, which I use as one of my markers for how authentic the restaurant is. The soup texture was very thin and had the consistency, spice, and color of Tom Yum Gai instead. There was no white coloring of coconut milk at all, and there was no taste of Galanga!
The insides of the spring rolls were soft and creamy rather than a slightly crispy texture of the cabbage.
The waiter failed to mention that the actual prices were greater than the menu. The Tom Kha Gai was 9.95 rather than 7.95!
Pretty delicious food! 🤩
