Then there was the Tom Kha soup, the flavor was a 10/10. The only disappointment was that it was literally broth and tofu. There weren't any other vegetables in it.

As a family, our order included the pad thai, lazy dog roll, panang curry, side salad, tom kha soup, shrimp fried rice, and children's chicken fried rice. All dishes came out as ordered and in a timely manner, though it wasn't very busy, so timeliness might be different for a dinner rush. Service was good, and our server was very courteous. She was also very knowledgeable with the menu and answered the questions we had without hesitation.

The food was perfectly cooked and was delicious. The spice levels are very accurate as listed, so there's no need to bump up the heat level in case you're worried about it being light.

We'll definitely be back. Don't sleep in this place! Some of the best Thai food in the area!!!

Super disappointed. Watched as my sushi sat waiting to be brought to me while waitress, cleared other tables, refilled waters, and brought boxes to other tables. I used to frequent TK when in its original spot. Never had a problem. Seated and forgot about. Sushi was made and not brought to me. Had to go to the bar to order sake. Dirty
napkins. Wait staff COULD NOT be bothered. Had to order food to go. Sad but, won't be back.

Perhaps they got a deal on QP Mayo or they think most people don't know any better about sushi but it was borderline inedible with the lathering of nasty oily "not even spicy" mayo.
When I told the server that was not needed and needs to be on the menu as an option she said that that's what makes it spicy. WRONG. Spice is put inside for the spicy tuna not nasty mayo on top.
Also, the table was sticky from previous diners and that too was off putting.
Also, change your fryer oil. When things come out dark and the fait taste of rancet soapy oil is prevalent, it's not only bad tasting but borderline harmful to eat.

Take out order. Food is fresh with good taste. Bourbon chicken was a little heavy on the onions for me, but it was delicious anyways. My wife loved the pad see you veggie and the chicken satay app.

Always good, whether dine in or carry out. Fresh, crisp veggies. Tender meat. Not a ton of salt or sauce on anything. The staff are also very sweet. My oldest loves all foods tan and bland, but loves their chicken satay and ribs.

Customer service was very very poor. Server was not attentive, won’t come timely, rude and yelling loudly if everyone had ordered as we were a big party and when asked to go check on the other end of the table, she replied that she is not going to ask again since she already asked from here.
Pad Thai was too sweet. We also ordered tiramisu for dessert- it was literally frozen. When we called the server, she then asked to give our tiramisu plate ( we had ordered 4 tiramisus) so she can warm it up in the microwave. We tried to explain that tiramisu is supposed to be cold but not frozen and microwaving is going to warm it up but server looked at us blankly and then walked away without saying anything.
Overall had very bad experience with customer service and food. We went to celebrate 50th birthday for one of our party members and we were coming for the first time to this place. We won’t be returning here.

Tried starter sampler, thai curry, red curry, Bombay fried rice and Singapore noodles. Everything was soo delicious. My favorite is thai curry and Bombay fried rice. I personally prefer thai hot and it definitely was spicy and met my expectations. The food was served within minutes of ordering. The service is really great.

I had cheese ragoon for an appetizer. It was fantastic!
I ordered the pineapple fried rice with beef and shrimp. The meal was a work of art. It tasted amazing. There was a healthy amount of meat almost enough for 2 people.
After one visit it is already one of my favorites. I will definitely be returning. Ready to try more of their menu!

I ordered the red curry online for take out. It was delicious! I asked for the "hot" spice level, and it was just right. It's been a long time since I've had good Thai food, and I'm new to the area, so I'm happy I found this place right away. The hostess was very friendly and the restaurant looked very nice and inviting. I look forward to returning.

Wontons, sushi, were my favorite. Fried rice was okay, didn’t like the size of the carrots and tomatoes but at least they were easy to pick out. Service was okay

I used carry-out, but I do like the ambience of the restaurant and the warmth of the staff. THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!! My shrimp were much larger than I expected. I loved that I could customize my dish to such detail.

Thai Kitchen is awesome!! I ordered pick up near close on a Wednesday evening. Not only was I going to arrive right at close, I went to the old location! Pulled in at 9 and questioned my sanity as it was no longer on Kingsridge behind the mall. I called to get the new location and hurried over. Luckily it wasn’t far-by this time it was after 9. They were so friendly and assured me no worries. The chicken fried rice was on point as I remembered. In a time where places are closing early, and customer service isn’t what it used to be, this was such a refreshing experience. Thank you Thai Kitchen! It’s been a minute, but I will be back!!

I prefer the Chilli, the pad Tai is extremely sweet. TOO sweet for my liking. In comparison to white lotus down town , it doesn't Come close

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. As a vegetarian, I had a few questions about their vegetarian options, but the server seemed frustrated and pressured me to order without answering them. When I asked to speak with the manager, the server responded, "Why? Are you going to complain?" and walked away without telling me who the manager was. After asking other staff members, the manager finally came over but said they were busy and didn’t have time, asking me to leave my number for a call back. I won’t be returning. The customer service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you value good service.

I understand wanting to be authentic! But I am very sad about losing one of my go-to food options in the Dayton area, especially since my options are already limited as someone with food allergies and religious dietary preferences.

Update: The customer service surrounding this change was honestly terrible, which is why I won't be returning. Instead of telling me if they even had other options, they just rushed me off the phone and told me they can't do anything about the fish sauce, no other recommendations or anything. Very upset to lose a local favorite.

My wife and I absolutely love Thai food and we've tried at least a dozen different restaurants in the greater Cincinnati and Dayton area and this place is always in the top 3 on that list.

We've tried at least 10 different dishes now as well and almost everything has been excellent.

There was once or twice some minor hiccup happened, like the pad thai coming out extremely dry and needing more sauce, but it was fixed as soon as I mentioned it and they were gracious and kind the entire time.

Can't ask for any more than that! Especially in this difficult restaurant economy where it's hard as heck to keep quality staff, chefs, food supply, and everything else.

They had a special They advertised on Facebook 7 or 8 weeks ago and the coupon was so good I think we had it at least four times in one week LOL.

I recommend it to my friends pretty often and we certainly will be back a dozen more times ourselves.

I had my favorite Thai dish, yellow curry. First time I've had it with pineapple chunks, but it added a nice flavor. They need to provide a bit more rice, but otherwise, it was delicious. I'll be back.

Combine both dishes to get about a baseball size amount of food. Shame on the owner of this shop. Refund my credit card. What a scam.

In order to be as fair as possible, I want to include a couple details. I am not a Thai guy, I like ethnic food, this was a spur of the moment decision to try this place in the evening of 04.07.2024 around 17:30PM. I arrived to the restaurant. The place is really sharp. There were two staff running around and they seemed busy, however a wonderful young woman approached me at the counter and we had a good encounter. She said she was new, I told her to take her time. I told her this was my first time there. I took a seat with a diet soda and starting reading the menu. I ordered for two people. I knew what the other person wanted so that was easy. But when it came down to mine I was still drawing a blank. Being new, I didn't put much pressure on the waitress, however I did ask which entrees she preferred. I ordered something I had no idea what it was about. The food was out quick enough. I took my order home, I was really impressed with my meal despite ordering blind (so to speak.) All the food was excellent. This one was 5/5. There were no issues. Nice people really Ill be back sometime. Thank you so much.

Vegan approved! I love Thai cuisine!! One of my favorite dishes is Pad See Ew, which consists of wide rice noodles, tofu, broccoli, and carrots stir-fried in dark sauce. It is sweet, savory, and oh so satisfying! Such a beautiful plate. 🇹🇭

I can never have enough of these delicious Veggie Dumplings!! To be honest, I could eat them every day and never get tired of them. Super crispy and filled with healthy vegetables. Yum!! This is just the way I like it. Crispy from edge to edge!

Mango Sticky Rice is one of my favorite treats. The combination of warm rice, fresh mangoes, and sweet coconut milk may seem unusual, but you will just have to trust me on this one. aHHmazing flavor!! It's truly a bite of heaven, for sure. I love all three locations but Thai Kitchen is my favorite because it is where my first date was with my now husband and we ate there the day after we got married as well. I had the Crunchy (Crispy?) Pad Thai, which was good but not great. I'd try something else next time. Others really liked their food

Pricing was reasonable. About $140 before tip (we had no alcohol).

My one complaint is that adults could not order the popcorn chicken off the kids menu. We have adults that do not like Thai food, so that will limit how likely we are to come back.

My wife & I like this place. The food is delicious & good quality. I like papaya salad & unlike other restaurants in the area, the Thai Kitchen serves it over quality greens, not over cheap iceberg letuce. Sometimes the service is too fast. The main course should be timed to arrive after the salad & appetizer are consumed.
Soft shell Crab is a favorite of mine & I'm glad it is served at the Thai Kitchen. We had it as an appetizer & it tasted very good today. One of the dumplings was overcooked & didn't have any filling in it, just the breading shell.

Had the bento box for lunch @$17. Was very pricy for what it was. Food had great presentation but not much flavor. Cost vs food puts it in the tried it but won't be going back category. Never got the miso soup with the bento box so unknown flavor.

Great service and sushi is our favorite in Dayton

Lovely atmosphere, friendly wait staff, clean, prompt service and excellent Thai dinner fare. First time diners and won't be the last.

One of my favorite spots nearby to get food! My boyfriend and I have ordered carry out a few times and the food is always just as great as when we dine in! Staff is always super friendly. Food is flavorful and delicious. We'll definitely keep coming back here!

Edit on 24/Feb/24: Came back for sushi last night (added photo, because wow!). Fantastic as always! Waitress was incredible. Love this place!

So good! The new location is nicer inside, but the food is still the same deliciousness! I always get extra extra spicy. It's awesome.

Loved everything about this place. We different dishes and drinks...... Each one of them were good. Pls be careful with your spice level 😉. Our server was kind and attentive.

The food here is always consistently great! Their prices are on point. The staff is extremely friendly. I also love the new location. It’s really nice, big and even has a patio now.

Had to go but stayed for beer while waiting. Cheese rangoon is decent, miso soup is very good. Love Thai hot flavors with Thai Chili Sauce dinner. Very friendly! Liked old smaller setup but new location has nice patio.

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Puiy is the best. She went out of her to make us feel comfortable and explained every bit of the menu to us. We didn’t have to look far for her. The food didn’t miss. It’s giving 5 star establishment with the taste, presentation, portion size, and the time that it took to get our food. I will absolutely be back. I wish I could give 6 stars.

This place was great before they moved to this new location. The service has really gone down hill. Our waitress was rude and had poor customer service skills. The food is very hit and miss. Some good dishes and other dishes that just make no sense and don’t taste good. They don’t have a proper explanation on the menu for you to know what you are getting. I had a bad experience here last week with take out but thought maybe it was just an off dish. I decided to give it another chance but was disappointed again. If it weren’t for the terrible customer service I would consider going back and avoid new dishes, only ordering the dishes I know are good. No food is good enough to put up with rude service. Definitely won’t be going back.

The Crab Fried Rice and Crab Rangoons are my favorite. Everything from the kitchen is delicious taste-wise but also appetizing to the eye as well. 😍 The attention to detail and the kind hearted nature of everyone in here is AMAZING! I instantly felt welcomed and I WILL be a regular! Amazing service and amazing people 🩷
