Stopped in for lunch while we were out running errands. It was a cold a rainy day but the restaurant was warm and inviting. We were shown to a table quickly. The store is clean, spotless and smells great. Huge variety of sushi, Thai and other foods. We settled on Chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls. Boring. I know but we love that dish. The rolls arrived first and were hot a delicious. The sauce could have used a little more spicy kick but we did order the noodles low spice. We will order more spice next time. Nice vinegar flavor to the sauce. The noodles arrived hot and smelled great. They were cooked perfectly. Big pieces chicken full of flavor. Really good. We had the lunch portion and still brought some home. The staff checked in on us three times. Great service. Another plus is the prices. Our drinks were only $2. Overall this is a great restaurant. I highly recommend trying this one.

I came here with my family for Dinner. I got Red curry, Basil Fried Rice pork, Yakisoba, fried chicken wings and Sushi. Everything was amazing.The owner and server were very nice. My daughter loves fried chicken wings. I can’t wait to come back, I love sushi OMG so good. I highly recommend it.

Wow absolutely wonderful experience . Everything we had was amazing and honestly leaves us wanting to come back just to try some other of the menu items. The on fire rolls are spectacular both in presentation and in taste . The spider and mother of dragons rolls were phenomenal. The Hana lychee sake was so delicious but the damn desserts were off the chain ! They hollow out a peach and fill it with peach sorbet that taste like its make with the peach insides . Not a fake peach flavor at all . The Créme brûlée was perfect. 10/10 recommended coming here and enjoying as we did . Seriously so good .

Hello Thai has been our go-to spot since we moved here 5 months ago! We never eat out, but when we do this is our place. The food quality is always excellent and the drinks are really good.

I ordered takeout for the first time from here. We got the Yellow Curry and the Fried Tofu Appetizer which is my favorite at any Thai restaurant. But this fried tofu was, by far, my favorite. They called it "delicately" fried on the menu, and that described it very well. It was the PERFECT texture. Just the right amount of crispy with a touch of soft in the center. The Yellow Curry was also my favorite, Thai 9 being a very close second. The potatoes in the curry were the perfect texture and buttery flavor. The carrots were the perfect texture..I added bamboo shoots which were perfect. The only thing that could've been better was the sweet and sour dipping sauce that came with the tofu. It was a lil sour for my liking.. but it was better than some I've had. Maybe a lil sesame oil would balance it out. They had a decent amount of peanuts in it tho, which I'm glad for because I love the peanuts.
This was decently priced. Me and my fiance split our entree so it was cheap for today's meal costs. $23 for both of us. Also I'm a vegetarian and I love how many options they have for me.

Have been here twice now and have been impressed with every single food item I have gotten. The curry is outstanding, probably my favorite dish has been the duck curry. Staff is so kind and the restaurant is always clean and quiet. I definitely need to come here more. The prices are very affordable and I love that they have both quality entrees and sushi!

My 2 sons, their spouses & my grandkids took me to Hello Thai for my birthday & we were impressed with everything. I got the Chicken Pad Thai, which was great & others got Fried Rice, Yellow Chicken Curry, Green Chicken Curry & Red Chicken Curry. I tasted everyone's meal & my favorite of all was the Yellow Chicken Curry, that had mango in it. I'll get that next time. I'm 74 & have eaten Asian food since I was 5 yrs old when we lived in the Philippines for 3 yrs while my parents were missionaries, so I've been eating Curry dishes all my life. My son & his wife introduced me to Thai food about 15 yrs ago when they lIved in Cuyahoga Falls & I've loved it ever since then. I cook a lot of Thai & Chinese dishes myself & am VERY picky. I was not disappointed at all by the food at Hello Thai & I highly recommend it!

I dog sit for my sister in law in Beavercreek. Every time I do I order Hello Thai. It is absolutely the best food I have ever had.

Fantastic restaurant. Staff is super friendly, food is excellent and reasonably priced. I've literally eaten this at least twice a week for the last 6 months.

I ordered Thai hot spice level, and it's either the least spicy Thai food I've ever had, or they "saved" me from myself.

I am aware I'm the whitest person to ever person, but to quote Dune 1984, "The spice must flow."

Edit: I have been back since this review, I am now allowed to indulge in my own hubris. Thai Hot is an excellent spice level. Would recommend.

I selected 2 appetizers and an entree for my carry out order. I was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare. It was ready in 14 minutes! Can’t really beat that! The food is magnificent and I highly, highly recommend it.

A gem of a restaurant! The ambiance is stunning, and the lady at the checkout is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food is exceptional—truly mouthwatering! I ordered the Pad Thai at spice level two, and while I could handle a bit more heat, it was perfect as it was. Absolutely superb!

This place has been our date night go-to for almost a year. Dina (I hope I got her name right!) and the other servers are so sweet, attentive and kind. The food is consistent and delicious - great portions at great prices. Our typical order is the chicken pad thai, chicken tom kha soup, and rangoons. Worth stopping in or ordering out :)💙

I have been going to Hello Thai since they opened. They are consistent with the food. I get the Sushi Deluxe for $27 and it’s always amazing! I even asked if I could have yellowtail because it’s my favorite and they always add a few pieces for me!

Art, Pom, Nina, Dana and the rest of the team are polite and patient. I like the food as well and I think the cost is correctly priced for today expenses. I've been several times and highly recommend.

Hello Thai

We wanted to try something new, so l finally got the man interested since he likes sushi and they have five pages of sushi, including cooked!

We got the calamari, it's hard to do right but asians know how to cook seafood, so we wanted to see how they did, it was killer. Tender but crooonchy.

He was intrigued by the Out of Control sushi, aka Sushi roulette, the chef just makes you two random rolls off the cuff, what is it ? no idea. Can you order it again? Nope. And the man loved it. One had seared tuna on top, the other salmon. He ordered another dish (because he can't say no) but it went home with us because the sushi was so filling. We had dinner too from his second entree.

I got the seafood Pad Thai, I know boring, but it was fantastic. Tons of seafood. Squid, sea scallops, shrimp, mussells. I'll branch off the standards next time, and we are so going again because everything was great.

I ordered the mago curry here because my go to restaurant was closed. I want to say it was the best decision! The mango curry was to die for. I will not be ordering the mango curry from the old restaurant but here & I say I look forward to going in person:)

We love Hello Thai! My husband and I have a sushi take out date at least once a week from here! I love the salmon nigiri and he loves the shrimp Cali roll! We also enjoy taking friends from out of town to the restaurant for the "on fire" rolls too...Sooo much fun and soooo delicious!

Always great food and service

We've been waiting for Hello Thai to open up for quite a while and I was ready to fall in love with this place as our preferred spot is about 40 minutes away. That being said, I feel that we were let down a bit. The food is good, but not great. The base spice and seasoning level was pretty good for my Panang curry, but the meat was lacked flavor and was tough. The Tom Kha soup was sweeter than I prefer, but not bad.
Prices were higher than I'd expect them to be for the portion size. All in all, it wasn't a bad meal. There just wasn't really anything that we loved about the food, which was too bad.

I can't imagine what kind of exposure to Thai food you have to have to rate this place above a 2. The fried tofu appetizer was inedible and the chicken Pad Thai was just bad. I got takeout, so only walked in and out and it looked nice enough inside, but the food. Skip it and find something closer to Thai food.

There is nothing "wrong" with the food here, but it seems to have an identity problem. It's a Thai place in a Japanese body. The miso soup, bento box lunch special and sushi is very Japanese, but then they throw in Pad Thai to make it Thai? But then there is also Lo mein on the menu - so Chinese too? It just seems to be confused. Maybe a better name would be East Asian Fusion? Which is absolutely fine, just not quite Thai specifically. Food was hot and plentiful, flavors were okay. The HOT is not very Hot at all so if I visit again I'll have to try the Thai Hot and see if it lives up to the the reputation.

Service was prompt and polite, place was clean! I would say come and try it for sure, there is much variety to choose from, haha!

The food here was absolutely amazing! The tom yum soup was so flavorful and spicy (level 3) like how I wanted it! The sushi rolls were so tasty too and well worth the money you pay for! We definitely overstuffed ourselves by the time the chicken pad thai came out!

The staff were super friendly as well! Compliments to everyone there! Wish I had taken some pictures but we were too hungry and forgot haha

Price wise if you get a drink, appetizer, entree and sushi during dinner time, you will be looking at $30-$50 a meal but it is sooo worth it! I can’t wait to come back and try their other dishes!

I dined at Hello Thai, and the food was spectacular, but the service caught me off guard! After relishing my meal, I paid using the Apple Pay barcode on the receipt. The waiter, visibly upset, demanded to see my bill, focusing on the tip. "Why didn't you tip me?!" With confusion, I offered to tip through a new transaction, but she insisted on revisiting the previous receipt.

By the way, I paid with my international business or travel card, which doesn't allow adjustments after the initial payment to prevent scams. This means if I tip with my card, the bank won't charge me for the tip since tips are added later after the initial payment. Frustrated, I couldn't find an option to add a new tip or adjust the payment.

Feeling trapped, I assured her by saying “Okay.”
As I exited, she followed me onto the street, loudly accusing, "You don't tip, and don't come again!" I couldn't help but think her service wasn't special, and any fast-food joint could provide the same level of service without asking for a tip. Ironically, she emphatically recommended another Thai restaurant down the street.

Leaving the restaurant, I was totally caught off guard by the uncool vibe. The whole "You don't tip, don't come again" drama on the street was just not cool. I mean, seriously, who does that? The service at Hello Thai wasn't anything to write home about, and this whole unprofessional scene was the icing on the cake. I'm definitely not going back to a place that can't keep it chill and treat customers with some basic respect.

My wife and I went for lunch. I was wildly unimpressed. The breading on the calamari felt like it should be on a mozzarella stick instead. The seafood pad see you only had 5 pieces of seafood. The sushi made my wife sick. Any other Thai place is better.
