We ordered a lot, thinking the portions might be small, but that was a mistake! They served us in enormous bowls—I was amazed by how much food we received. I’m not used to such generous portions at such a reasonable price.

We walked out of the restaurant with full stomachs. Their drinks were also great and refreshing—I definitely recommend ordering one on the side.

On a side note, everything was excellent, but if I had to mention something, I’d say the food was a bit saltier to my palate. I was also surprised that the papaya salad wasn’t as sweet as I expected.

Anyway, I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely be back to try more dishes! Thank you for this wonderful dining experience. :)

I adore their pineapple fried rice, it's very refreshing. And their coconut ice cream with pieces of whole coconut and coconut sticky rice, all served in the coconut! It is worth saving room for and big enough to share, though you won't want to :).

Fresh and authentic Thai. Pad Thai was amazing! Clean simple restaurant with an engaging and friendly staff.

A friend who lives in the area brought me here and we got the Taro with boba and cream foam. It was the best taro out there in my opinion. We also got food which was very good and came out in good timing! The guy who took our order was nice and the women who made our drinks brought them out with smiles and was very nice.

My mom was born in Thailand and this was better than her food. The larb chicken was very delicious and tasted very authentic. I will definitely be back.

This is by far my favorite Thai and Bubble Tea place in the area. There is a good variety on the menu. The flavors are rich and bold, and everything seems very fresh. It is clean and the service is fast and friendly!

What a gem of a place, I feel so lucky to have found a really good Thai place close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park! I literally came here everyday after hiking! The food is amazing, better than most places I’ve been to in Thailand!!! Super nice owners and the lunch special prices are crazy cheap.

Just visited and had the chicken satay, Pad Kra Pow, and papaya salad. These were great. Mildly spiced (as we asked) and had their own unique flavors. The “mom” or “grandma” in the kitchen knew how to prepare food. We also had the cold Thai milk tea. A bit too sweet for us, but after adding more ice at home, it was fine. This was our second visit to this restaurant and everything was better this time. Keep up the great food service!!!

Kind of felt like I was being a bother by coming in, stand off vibe. Food was OK. Questionable beef, just tough, looked boiled, and no flavor. Tried to call in an order, and their phone won't connect on either phone number.
Ordered the dumplings, drunken noodles spicy, and pad see ew with beef (which does not come as explained in the menu). Also, the pad see ew picture on the reviews is from 4 years ago. Please try to cook with that passion!

I also ordered the spring roll it was ok wouldn’t get again. I also ordered the honey dew boba and they said they could make it like a slushie. Flavor was way too sweet and it separated when got home the bottom was super sweet clear syrup and top was like green fluff. Wouldn’t buy again.

Just visited Papaya Salad for the first time yesterday and it was terrific! I had the Pad Krapow and Summer Rolls, and my husband had the Pineapple Fried Rice. I'm so glad that I ventured out of my comfort zone to try something new. My meal was delicious! The service was friendly too. We will be back soon!

I was rather disappointed with the food. I ordered crab rangoon and pad see ew, and neither were very good. The crab rangoon was undercooked and way too seafoody, and the pad see ew was near inedible, with little spice despite me ordering hot. Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend.

This place is fantastic. I stopped here for lunch to try the Pad see ew, crab rangoon, and Taro milk tea and everything was amazing. The crab rangoon was some of the best I've ever had! The pad see ew was fresh and flavorful.

Food came out fast and the place was pretty much empty. Prices are typical of other Thai places I've had but this place served me much better food than most of the other places I've been. Definitely a hidden gem.

I love the food here, everything I have had is very flavorful and servings are generous. My favorite dish here is Crying Tiger with Thai Iced Tea. They have a cool bubble tea bar with lots of customizable options. The restaurant itself is very pretty inside and super clean. My food is always ready very fast.

This use to be my favorite place to get pho. I was there a few nights ago and I heard they got new owers. I wanted to give them a chance and try it. The second I saw the pho broth I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I tried it and it was terrible. I tried salting it and putting other things in there and we couldn’t salvage it. It had absolutely no flavor and we couldn’t eat the 3 orders of soup we got. The previous owners really put their heart and culture in the food and this ruined the experience for me. I won’t be going back. I’m really upset that we can no longer go there for the mouthwatering and delicious pho made by the previous owners.

We loved Papaya Salad before, it seems the menu has changed and the restaurant is under new ownership. We ordered our usual, pork pad Thai and chicken red curry. Both of our meals were different recipes, but just as delicious and maybe better than before.

This used to be my favorite Thai spot, close to home, super good food. Sadly the owners changed and the food followed suit. Spring rolls used to be a 5/5 now a 2/5( that’s being nice) pho 5/5 now a 3/5. The best thing this place could do is go back to the old recipes. Charging more $ for inferior food ain’t the move. From a business stand point they maybe changed the food to hope to do better? The recipes were 100% not the issue. Maybe it’s the location ? Advertising? The recipes were amazing!!! Revert the food and advertise you guys Will succeed! Until then I will save my money.

Affordable, large portion size and perfectly spiced authentic Thai food in the area! Server discussed our spiciness tolerance and helped us settle on Medium. And yes, the medium was Thai medium... Any hotter would be a bit much. It was just hot enough to get a small bead of sweat much later in the game :). Red curry was amazing, had load of veggies and sufficient soupy curry that was brightly flavoured with basil, kafir lime leaves, had taste of galangal and lemongrass without the chunks! Sufficient sticky rice was provided for two. We asked for two plates to share and the service complied. Also ordered spring rolls- could be standard ones, but were served super hot and crisp! Excellent place for a warm hearty Thai meal any time of day or the year. Definitely a repeat.

This place used to be amazing and my favorite Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to stop going for a while and didn't know they were under new ownership. I got what used to be my usual today - chicken pad thai, spicy 3 (out of 10), and an order of crab rangoon. The pad thai was dry and gummy, no flavor besides salt and heat. There were no bean sprouts, no egg, and there was raw cabbage strips. They use thin rice noodles instead of the broad pad thai rice noodles. It was legitimately the worst pad thai I've ever had. The crab rangoon were disappointing as well, though not as bad. The filling was very sweet and lacked flavor and seasoning like the ones the old ownership made. They weren't the worst, but definitely didn't make the lousy meal better. Papaya Salad has lost a long time customer.

Very disappointed in our takeout order. We had crab Rangoon, pad Thai, drunken noodles, and pad see ew. The pad Thai tasted very bland, so we didn’t eat that and split the other two meals. The crab Rangoon was sweet — dessert level sweet. It tasted like powdered sugar and cinnamon, and we also couldn’t eat it. Huge portions, but really poor quality.

Incredible and authentic Thai food. They always have the order ready super fast, and most items have generous portions.

We order here on average at least once per week. Their Thai Basil Fried Rice has practically become a staple in our home - it is so full of spices and flavor that the rice turns red! Other favorites include the steamed Thai dumplings, the spring rolls (both varieties), the drunken noodles, all of their curry dishes, and of course Thai Iced Tea when we're treating ourselves for a special occasion. I also like to get the Siamese Chow Mein or the Roasted Garlic when I'm in the mood for a dish without spiciness. They are both incredibly flavorful.

One thing to note - many of the dishes are listed as spicy hot, but they all start at different levels of heat. They ask "how spicy would you like it, on a scale of 1-10?" but it should be understood that this scale means "how much EXTRA spiciness do you want us to add on top of the normal spice level for the dish?" It took me a couple of times to realize that the spiciness scale is relative, not absolute. So for example, I can comfortably order the Phuket Stir Fried noodles with spice level 3 because that dish has a low base level of spice. But if I order, say, the drunken noodles then I cannot eat them with extra spice added - that dish is super spicy already!

The only way this place could be better would be if they added Mee Ka Tee to their menu!

Love the flavor of the foods that I tried so far. I have eaten at many different Thai places and not just here in the US. I have eaten Thai in Japan and Guam USA where I was born and raised. In Guam there are many authentic restaurants. So I know what the tastes are like and sometimes varies. This place at the moment holds the closest to what I have tried that would be considered authentic but this also is a question of which version or area of Thai food I tried that would be considered authentic in there own rightful way.

From my visits there here are a few reasons why I choose this place to be the most authentic to me at the moment.

1. This is a family run Thai restaurant with the mom in the back who cooks and probably doesn’t speak a lot of English. I’m just assuming now. With the daughter being the hosts/waitress.
2. The menu is only thai food and not a mixture of different Asian foods. Which to me is a great sign because the lesser of amount of menu items and variety of foods means quality of the food. I prefer quality over quantity. I have come to enjoy places that do specialty foods and not just a lot of different foods with mediocre to bland type of food.
3. That Thai tea is the FASHIZEL MYNIZEL type deal. I guess I just gave away my age. Lol! That was on point.

So anyone who is feeling to breakout of the comfort zone. This is one place that is a must.
Just a quick note for those who want to try something different. Sometimes to enjoy other tastes and to truly appreciate it. You must reset your mind and your tastes buds. So it might take more than a few tries to fully taste and enjoy different cultures food.

Had dinner with a couple friends and the food was amazing. One of the people we came with has a Thai mother and said the food is about as authentic as they have found in the area. We ordered the Larb, Dumplings, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and the Thai Iced Tea. I was completely blown away with the food. They even brought me out ground chilis so I could make my dish hotter. I will say if you have never had Thai Iced Tea, you are missing out.

The place isn't fancy, its actually quite humble so don't expect a fine dining experience. The waitress was incredibly prompt and polite and the price was very reasonable based on the amount of food they give you.

I will definitely be going back!

Place was clean & waitress was friendly and attentive. I am giving it one star for the food quality - the broccoli in the Panang curry and Tom Thom soup was chewy, fibrous.. not fresh at all. I would have lived with that but the next thing I ate gave me a major stomach upset & diarrhea within 2 hours of consuming it - it was the the raw papaya salad - again chewy and aged veggies. They definitely need to up the quality of vegetables and not serve week old and contaminated veggies.

We ordered takeout from here the other night and it was great. As of 6/2/2020 they are still only open for takeout, all the tables have been removed or pushed to the side. Hand sanitizer available and easy social distancing pick up across the counter.

We ordered dumplings, drunken noodles, and larb salad. The dumplings are definitely some of the best around. Heavy on the filling with a sturdy wonton. The larb salad and the drunken noodles were both ordered at a 6 spice level and they delivered. Spicy but flavorful, not so hot you couldn't keep eating. I always order Larb and this might be one of my favorites. Definitely adding this to my regular takeout rotation.

Thai traditional fried rice was great, papaya salad is spicy got a 6/10 and was very spicy but very good.
