Great food and price. Did a takeout order and waitress was very friendly. I ordered the lava and Godzilla roll. It was delicious! I highly recommend and it is one of my favorite spots now!

I was told it would just be a minute and waited a little longer. Iwas then asked if I was picking up and when I said togo, I was notified at 7:36 that they were no longer taking new orders. Though the cashier was polite, it was a waste of my time. I wanted 1 takeout sushi roll. Change the hours to 7:30 if you can serve anyone after that time.

I normally run into the mall to grab Sushi on my lunch hour every couple of weeks. I order the same thing (Angel Hair Roll) and Sama, the young lady that normally runs the register is already ringing in my order when she see me coming. She’s always so sweet and the fact that she sees many people throughout the week, it brings a smile to my heart to know that she remembers little old me! My food is always on point and the service is always great. This is definitely my go to place for sushi.

I work at the mall and I was relying on Nikki's to be my dinner. I came into the food court at 6:10 and the mall closes at 7. They let me stand there for a few minutes while they chatted to each other and then when I looked ready to order they told me they were closed. Ummm the mall closes at 7 and that is the posted closing hours online as well. My store is on the exterior part of the mall and I don't get to go home until 9:30, I was relying on Nikkis to be my dinner. This is super disappointing. Nikkis is the only food in the food court that I like but after this visit and the behavior from staff I don't even know if I want to come back.

She looked right at me and my husband as she placed it there but didn’t say anything. We waited until we couldn’t anymore. When we approached the counter, my husband turned the brown bag to us to see if there is any label and yes it was our order. There was no way for us to know it was ours as as the label was not facing the counter. If you hate your job, quit! Don’t be rude to customers!

I am new to sushi and the nice girl at the register was so patient with me. She helped me with the menu and was very polite. I ended up getting 3 sushi rolls and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back !!

Ordered online and our order was exorbitantly 25 min late!!! So from time of order to the time we received our food (totaling about 40$) was 50 minutes and this is not okay. If you don't value customers who order online don't offer the service.

Worst sushi I've ever eaten

Sushi is fine, but wait is about 20 minutes even for one simple roll and no one waiting- doesn't quite fit in food court situation.

Sushi is good and deals are good when they decided to ring them up as the deal. I bought some sushi during my lunch break and asked for 3 regular rolls and they decided not to ring them up as the 3 for $14. When I brought it to their attention they said the didn’t bc I didn’t ask for it like that. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai through DoorDash delivery and I was thoroughly disappointed. The DoorDash service was excellent and fast, but my food was terrible. It’s smelled and tasted like vomit and was disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it and through it out immediately. It wasn’t spicy or anything. The WORST Pad Thai I have EVER had.

Usually have good sevice but tonight for some reason the sevice was terrible. We usually eat here 2 to 3 times a month and have never has this type of sevice before. We will probably not be returning anytime soon.

I went with a group of seven yesterday. Three had the pad thai and two had the yaki soba and there were only onions as the vegetables. The menu stated "each meal contained Famous Thai noodles stir fried with cabbage, carrots, scallion and onion" I asked the waitress where the vegetables were and she stated that they were only in the vegetarian pad thai. So sad! These ingredients do not cost much and would make a huge difference. I took most of mine home, steamed some broccoli and carrots and enjoyed a healthy dinner.

They have really good water. Sushi entree and appetizers were bleh.

I'm a fan of pan fried oysters, and these oddly enough are the best in town.. however, there came is sushi, and I'm sadly disappointed I'd the fare. It's over priced for what you get, and there is nothing signature about it. I give 4 stars for the staff, who was great

Ever since Nikki's opened the food has always been great. I frequent this location quite often. There are weeks when I visit two three times for lunch and dinner. The current owners are doing a great job with their service, food, and wait staff. If you want Sushi, Nikki's is one of the best local spots in Wilmington. Although Nikki's is somewhat connected to Independence Mall it is not rambunctious at all. It is in fact very quaint in its own right. A nice quiet place to grab your favorite kind of sushi and enjoy a nice tokkuri of warm Sake. Great spot for a date night.

Stopped in for lunch. While the waitstaff was attentive and perfectly fine, the food took an exceptionally long time, even for sushi, once ordered. My co-workers order was incomplete and my spicy salmon and avacado roll was over powered by the spicy mayo.

This is a great place for lunch or dinner. Especially after walking the mall. There sushi is great and so is there soups and salads. So if you want to try something different, drop by for a bite to eat. You won't be disappointed.

Really like this place and I hope it will continue once the "redo" of the mall happens. Only moved here 2 years ago but thus far the best Japanese food.

This restaurant is a cornerstone of the essence of Wilmington. The food is always amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. I enjoy the veg gyoza the most. The dipping sauce is so good that I hide it from the waitress when she picks up the plate, so I can use it to dip my sushi. (I'm sure if I mentioned I wanted to keep it they wouldn't mind. Im just super shy.) I have almost never been disappointed (There was that time they were out of the veg gyoza : ( )

I had the Pad Thai and it wasn't that great. It came out cold and it didn't have a lot of flavor. But the atmosphere is awesome and enjoyable.
