Food took a long time to come out and I barely got any chicken after being told that “dinner plates” had more food than lunch specials. And let me mention that the chicken is very tough and flavorless. Will not be returning.

Our friends and I are regular customers. The quality of the food definitely suffered when the owner & chef suffered a major medical event. We all gathered for dinner here last night . The current staff did a great job. The food was delicious. We continue to pray for the Chef and her husband in their time of need. You are missed. This establishment has you “ choose “ one . Which is fine . We ordered one shrimp and one chicken. We paid $30 dollars . When I say what a disappointment it was , it would be an understatement . They were FLAVORLESS . The only flavor in it was the 10 cups of pure salt they must have used . Honestly , I can’t believe what we received . Absolutely horrible. I would have been happier with $ 1 dollar ramen noodles , from the Dollar Store . At least with that , I could have not used the entire salt packet . I feel like they just stole our $ 30 dollars . Fair warning . We have never tried anything else from here ( I would NEVER ) , but wanted to provide a warning if anyone is searching for some good Singapore noodles . This is NOT the place !!

Placed order to go, 2- Crab wonton's 5pc & side fried rice.
When I got the order home I was Very disappointed to see CORN in my fried rice, it tasted awful & my Crab wonton's were cooked to long & had the wrong dipping sauce. I'll never go back.

Nasty ass sushi tasted like it came straight out of a trash can.

First time going and last time sushi order was wrong and it had a foul taste. I paid 31dollars for food that I could not eat. The employee was nice but the food was not. Sorry

They say you learn something new everyday and today I learned "TO NOT" eat at TUNOTT ever again. Probably the worst Asian food I've eaten in my life and the pho made my girlfriend sick with food poisoning.

Tried this place twice. Sushi was so gross both times, was given the wrong order both times. And the crab rangoons were the literal worst I’ve ever had. I hate leaving such a negative review but i hope it helps someone else not waste their money, this place is the closest to my house and i got to the food Lon next door 3x a week. My husband and I are recent transplants from Chicago, and have struggled finding really good food. Tunott has GREAT food, and more importantly, it's consistent! I can't speak for the atmosphere, as we've only had it delivered, but in my opinion, that speaks to the quality even more.

The sushi was amazing and so was the Boba tea! I had an issue with the girl at the counter though. She was very rude and aggressive for some reason and then proceeded to insult me when she thought I was out of ear shot.

Stingy on the meat. I ordered kimchi fried rice with chicken and beef. Probably about 4 extremely small pieces of beef and 4 pieces of chicken. Tons of rice. The pho had about 4 pieces of small chicken also. Payed $33 for rice and noodles. Won’t be ordering again. Just a waste of money. Good service though

They can bring the heat, I got the Burmese Spicy Noodle with a level 4 heat. tasted great and definitely had the spice I wanted. Food came out fast and was exactly what I ordered.

The food is just bad in every way, the soy sauce is too salty, they use smoked salmon for their salmon rolls. They also say on the menu tuna and avocado and Salmon and avocado, but they put a piece of cucumber that is the biggest thing in the roll. The reason I gave it a two star service is because they charge you extra for paying with card. My point is don't ever come to this restaurant.😠😠😠

Happened upon Tunott while out running errands and placed an order online as I wasn’t sure what to expect inside. When I arrived staff was wonderful and I felt comfortable enjoying my meal inside. While the decor isn’t glamorous, the boba tea, food, and service was great. Pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem, and will absolutely come back again!

Portions are smaller compared to other places with similar dishes. Mango sticky rice was good but the Pad Thai was typical, nothing special for the $13 price point.

I went here because of good reviews. The person at the register couldn't tell me if the pad thai noodles were gluten free, so I got sushi. The salmon was smoked and very pale, so I'm afraid to eat it. It did not say smoked salmon on the menu or I would not have gotten it. I ordered Mango sticky rice, and the rice was green, so I can't eat it. My boyfriend said his pad thai was good, so I guess that's something.

Worst sushi and slow service

Quick service, VERY flavourful food. My sister and I got different stir fries, both the sauces were so good. The appetizer of "popcorn tofu" was really flavourful, even without the sauce they brought for dipping.

My sister and I thought it was a very good choice to go there. She is vegetarian and I am vegan, we had plenty of options to choose from (curries, rice dishes, stir fries, and more).

We recently moved to kannapolis and we were on the hunt for our new ramen shop. This is not it. They have one type of “ramen” on the menu. It is more like noodle soup or Pho. It also had a massive fish smell to the broth. This is not ramen. I’m sure everything else on the menu is decent, but I am going to pass coming here again. Not a true Asian tasting restaurant. Also the service was really really slow. We didn’t even get forks or a choice of drink when we came in. Also no refills. It’s more of a self serve deal.

My husband and I are always on the lookout for new places and we were really very pleased with everything here. The flavor on the food was spot on! It's a very casual place, but don't let that fool you, some of the best Drunken Noodles I've had in a long time. This is one of those places where you'd want to try all the dishes at some point. Service is great, everyone was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back and will definitely bring in our friends.

Simple place, but the food was out of this world! I had Pad Thai, it was the most flavorful and fresh I have ever eaten. We tried the Chefs special sushi. Fresh ingredients and all the sauces are made in house! Excellent! The mango sticky rice for dessert was unbelievable also! You need to try the food here! You won't go anywhere else for Asian style foods. They have something different from many Asian types of food.

This is seriously the best little sushi place around here. Huge rolls, fresh quality ingredients. You can taste the effort this sweet lady puts into her food. Each dish comes out right after she makes it, and you can tell. Definitely will be eating here often. Such a good variety of food.

BROTHERRRR the food was insanely good. dude. i got the salmon lover roll (i love salmon, obviously) and it was hands down one of my top 3 favorite salmon rolls i’ve ever had. my friends and i got quite the spread and everything was a hit. you can taste the difference - this food is made with love. the boba is also pretty solid. kimchi is good. everything is amazing. go eat here. give them your money. 😤💕💅🏼

Delicious poke bowl and friendly service!

Ordered for delivery, our first time trying the restaurant. The delivery menu was a little confusing so we ended up ordering all our dishes with nothing added. Poke bowl was only tuna, both soups were just broth. Broth was delicious, dumplings were amazing, fried rice, chicken skewers, and egg rolls all tasted incredible. We are both excited to try all our dishes made the way they are listed in the menu.

My daughter loves this place because they have sushi and boba. They have a nice variety of different Asian cuisines, and all the food I've tried has been good. They're located in a shopping center and the decor is basic, but it's clean, and they opened pretty recently. Employees were very friendly.

My aunt and I came in for dinner around 5 on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all, but it took over 45 minutes for our food to come out, and when it did come out, I got my food first and then my aunt had to wait another 10 minutes for hers. The appetizers we got were fine but the food itself was definitely not worth the wait. The orange chicken had very little flavor and was a very small portion and the lo mien was super greasy. The waitress was nice. Will not be coming back here again.

I visited for the 2nd time today. Same order as my first...Spicy shrimp lo mein + Order of Spring Roll + Fried dumpling. The food is flavourful and like no other Asian food. The Woman who cooks is a delight. You can taste the enjoyment of cooking in her recipes. The Staff is inviting & sweet. I'll continue driving from Concord to get my order!! Kimchi chicken rice was good but was could have used more chicken. Was a little bit heavy on rice.

Thought I would try this spot as it is new and I spotted kimchi fried rice on the menu. Oh my goodness was it delicious! This will definitely be a go to for lunch from now on!

I’ve been here about 6 times since they recently opened. Out of those 6 visits in about 6 weeks, there was one time I was less than satisfied with my food, but I still give them 5 stars. I absolutely call it a fluke considering every other time my food has been excellent, and well above par compared to other Asian options in the area.

I love their variety - they have Thai, sushi, and Chinese dishes, as well as many other options. I particularly enjoy their pad Thai, spicy tuna roll, and their green curry. My husband loves the pineapple fried rice, and my kid enjoyed the kid’s ramen. I love that their kid’s menu is not just chicken nuggets and fries, although that is also an option for the picky little ones. My kids are more adventurous eaters, so it’s nice to have other options available to them in the appropriate portion size.

Aside from the food, the service is wonderful! The owner and her associates are always so kind and friendly, and you can tell how deeply proud she is of cooking fresh and delicious food for her customers. I am writing this as I’m mulling over what to order tonight lol. I’m glad they’re in the area and am happy to support them.

This place is the best Chinese in Kannapolis!! I’m not kidding, I’ve been in town for 5 months and ordered from every place around and nothing even comes close to Tunott. I highly suggest the spicy potato role and spicy noodle; both are insanely delicious. And get yourself the banana role for dessert!!

The food was terrible if I wanted some barbecue cat I thought it would have been good but the services y'all had there I think her name was chanikqua beard her services was great I would love to see her the next time I come for some more barbecue cat

I’m so excited to have a good sushi place in Kannapolis! The food was delicious and prepared fresh. The waiter and owners were so friendly. Would highly recommend giving them a try!

Quality of food was great. The reasoning behind the poor review is that my table waited for OVER AN HOUR for our food. We were also the only table that was occupied while we were there. No explanation, no apology. I believe there was only one cook, which I understand she can only do so much. But I have never waited that long for food in my entire life. Will not be visiting here again until they get some more help.

Food is always fresh. It is some of the best Asian I've ever had anywhere and I eat Asian all the time. The ladies that run it are such a scream too You'll have a blast when you come here.

It was very good, I got the dragon sushi and the all salmon sushi and I enjoyed it. The service was good and it's not very expensive.

This was such amazing food for the price. We got to try a new rice dish and were able to share plates and have more than enough for two people. The Salmon Nigiri was also phenomenal!

I visited shortly after there was a new owner. He was very friendly and so was the staff. I'm obsessed with Poke Bowls and they were nice enough to make one for me. The lady made it fresh. The Tuna was delicious as was the Spicy Mayo. I told the owner to put Poke Bowls on the menu permanently, I'll be in at least once a week until then.
Highly recommend this place even if you don't like Sushi, lots of other choices on the menu.

If you guys are sushi lovers like me and looking for a nice sushi restaurant near Kannapolis. I recommend Tunott. This is newly opened restaurant. I just dined in this week. Thier sushi were amazing! I love tempura, shrimp, crab and tuna therefore I ordered Red Dragon roll. This Red Dragon is perfect if you are looking for a variety of seafood like shrimp, crab and tuna. Seafood is fresh. Serice is fast. Chef was very friendly. She even helped me to choose right sushi. Waiter was very attentive. Overall, I satisfied with their sushi and service. I will definitely go back there to try more sushi and other dishes recommended by chef. Hey if you someone like me who love Fresh sushi! don't forget to check out Tunott.

We were in Kannapolis exploring their new downtown and after reading reviews of local restaurants decided to try this newly opened Asian restaurant. So glad this was what we decided on. Not only are the owners extremely nice, the food is above and beyond.
We started with garden rolls with avacado, great choice - so fresh and healthy and the peanut sauce is yummy. For dinner we decided to try three dishes - Coconut Noodle (Burmese style) with Chicken, Myanmar Spicy Fried Rice with Pork and Massaman Curry with Chicken.
The first main dish out was the Coconut Noodle. It was so different & delicious. Although it has coconut, it was not extremely sweet, the flavors all worked amazing together.
Next up was the Massaman Curry, served with white rice on the side, filled with lots of potato (I love potato in my curry...), veggies and chicken. The curry sauce was delicious!
Last but not least, the Massaman fried rice - my husband loves fried rice and this was in his top 2 of all time. The smokey flavor was perfection.
We had lots of leftovers and we are so glad we do because we can't wait to have our kids try all these dishes.
With a recent trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore, we are always looking for Southeast Asian restaurants so we will be back again! Can't wait to try to Pho, Tom Yum, Mango Sticky Rice, etc. etc.

Pad Thai noodles were cold, under cooked and stuck together. Serving size of Garlic Stir Fry was upsetting. The Red Dragon Roll made us nervous, It tasted old and stale. The tuna was a grayish color and smelled off. Egg rolls were good though. Probably not going to return. Total for our meal was over $45 which would've been acceptable if the food was worth it.

Everything about my experience at this restaurant was nothing but amazing! Owner and staff were so friendly. They gave such a warm welcoming and it has a very relaxed energy. I was also impressed on the variety of options they had on the kids menu. Will be returning as this is my new favorite place!
