Go here for great food, lovely people, and to unwind!
One of my all-time favorites - I love this place. I found this place while in college and it filled a massive need in my life - the ability to unwind.
With an inauspicious exterior, one would never anticipate how peaceful and warm it is in the interior.
Serene music, elegant wood carvings, friendly staff, oh and.. tasty food.
I have yet to order it, but will one day order the duck dish as I fondly remember the serving staff escorting out the dish while “quacking”.. such charm.
Highly recommend.
I ordered the #1 favorite at this restaurant via Uber eats, the pad Thai. When I tell you it was disgusting! It looked nothing like photos on the website and nothing like the photos people are posting here. I was confounded. How could they make this and actually send it to a customer like someone is supposed to eat it? This was the sorriest excuse for Pad Thai I have EVER TRIED to eat. Sauce was gross, tasted like they mixed fish sauce and ketchup, no peanuts (not ONE), no lime, no brussel sprouts, no green onions. What did they actually put in it? I don’t know what happened because the pictures that other people have posted look like what I should have gotten. I will be calling today, because Uber eats wouldn’t refund me, to see what solution they offer.
UPDATE:
I called and complained and was told that I had to go in and reorder and they would take care of me. Today I finally made the trip and it was well worth it. Nan is the manager and she took care of me. I didn’t even need to taste the new plate of Pad Thai, just by looking at it I knew it was exactly was I was looking for the first time around! Absolutely delicious. Thank you Nan for your great customer service. Also, this place was SOOOO busy when I got here! I know something had to be off when I ordered from here the first time lol. As you can see in the photos, night and day.
I have ordered Basil Fried Rice , Pad See Ewe and Green Curry. All three are delicious, the green curry is spicy but I like spicy food so I loved this one, if you do not eat spicy food, you may need to specify how much spice you want. Amongst these 3, I would say basil fried rice is the best, but the Green curry and Pad See Ewe are also delicious. I would love to visit this place again.
It is located in university area. They have wide varieties of veggie options. My fav ones are pineapple fried rice, basil fried rice, sticky mango rice, thai tea, fried tofu, pad thai, red curry. They make all menu items as veggie by substituting. Visiting this place almost from 8 years.. price changed a little but that is totally understandable.😀
I haven't ate at Thai House University in a while (3 years) this use to be one of my favorite places to get Seafood fried rice. 😕 February 9, 2025 I pick up an order of Seafood fried rice I was greatly disappointed. Lots of ingredients in this meal were missing. My advice is to not order the seafood Fried Rice, it's not worth the money.I spent over twenty dollars for this meal. Thai House University is NO longer my favorite spot for Seafood Fried Rice. You will be taking off my list.YDW
Stopped for a dinner, felt like something spicy! Place delivered on the spicy level. Chicken Paid Thai was a generous portion, and spicy level 5 was where it was at! The Shrimp rolls were very good. Fresh and crisp. Peanut sauce was mediocre, but peanut sauce. The dumplings were a Thai twist. More like a Rangoon, but delicious in flavor. Sadly, no Hit Thai Chili oil is available, which was a major let down.
Tastes really good and the atmosphere inside is amazing!
Very bad restaurant and service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Very, very bad service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The food and service was good. I would definitely go back and try them again.

Love their pad see ewe dish!!
One of the few places that serves Thai hot when I ask for Thai hot. Great service. Have been regulars here for years.
Food is delicious here. I have been trying to order delivery online for 2 days and it keeps saying the store is busy and not accepting any orders. How does that work? I have a problem supporting a business that has no problem turning customers away because they are "busy". Only serving food when its convenient doesnt work for customers no matter how good it is. Very unfortunate, but this seems to be the new reality with businesses now days.
After sit waiting long time for someone to come and take order. I see other 2 tables guests came after us and they ordered and later they drinking. Then I went to customer service desk and ask who will take order, one lady said don’t worry someone will come. After 6 minutes one lady came and said sorry. Don’t know what kind of service? If you not believe then check cc camera 12/29-2024 around 6.20 pm to 7.30.
The entree we ordered were okay however the spring rolls were a rip off. There was literally hardly any cabbage in the veggie spring rolls. It was like they literally rolled the wraps and fried them. We ordered multiple orders too. lol
Warm, welcoming, and friendly staff!
My food was good, but I really wish I tried the curry..
It smells amazing! That's what I'll get next time
What a tasty, positive experience. Good quality food, good portions, and the staff is super responsive. When I wanted my food to be a little spicier, they brought out some thai peppers for me without me having to ask for them. Also, try the mango sticky rice. It's perfect.
I didn’t take any pictures!
But food was SO good! We all ordered a variation of the namprigpaow. I ordered the one w crispy duck 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Service was spectacular! Our waitress, Yasmine, was PHENOMENAL!!
Oh, don’t forget dessert! The mango sticky rice, chefs kiss!
We have tried several Thai restaurants in CLT and this one, so far, has been the best and most authentic. Excellent Pad Thai Shrimp and Pad See Ewe Beef. And the mango sticky rice was amazing. Excellent lunch prices to boot. Highly recommend.
The food is great but tried to use a gift card both times and had issues both times. I was told the manager had to be there to redeem it and had to use my own card after I invited my coworkers out to eat. Just always seems like there's an issue and seems like buying gift cards from them may be a scam because they will make you use your debit card anyways.

I have been going to the Thai House University Charlotte for years. Their food is so exquisite. I like the Pad Thai. How wonderful! Also, try the Tom Kha soup. It's so delicious. You must try it sometime. My boys both choose to go here for their birthday dinners. Make this your next dinner out, it'll be worth it.
Easily the best pad see ewe in the area

Good Thai restaurant with friendly staff! Was hot when we dined in. Big servings and great flavor!
Ordered 2 different entrees during off peak hours. Got home to find exactly the same 2 entrees.
Local mom and pop restaurant with a warm family environment.
Absolutely love Thai House. It’s my go-to for takeout. But lately it has seemed off. My #5 spicy has not been as spicy. The curry portion seems to be shrinking. And tonight - they didn’t put any tofu in my order. Please Thai House, I want to keep loving you.
One of my favorite restaurants! It’s always on point! We were a party of 5 and I tasted everything! The snapper was the star of the evening, flavorful and great to look at. The pineapple fried rice was delicious; the Pad Thai was, as usual, excellent. I’ll let the pictures tell the rest. Love it!
Excellent pad Thai. Everyone is very friendly. Wednesday they have a great special on pad Thai as well.
Loved this place! Amazing food
New in town and was craving some comfort Curry. Ordered the Panang curry with chicken and it was delicious. Medium spicy left my lips a little tingling just the way I like.
Love this place, their lunch special is my favorite.
Loved the food
I was craving some Pad Thai and since my husband’s appointment was close to this Thai resto, we decided to check it out. The waitstaff and the rest of the employees were so helpful and attentive. The signature Pad Thai which we ordered out of curiosity was a let down though - it was too sweet for our liking. Even my husband didn’t like it. I guess we should’ve stuck with Thai style since the Tamarind paste/sauce is the main ingredient in authentic Pad Thai which gives it the sour flavor. I suggest go for Thai Style pad thai to be safe.
We found our new Thai restaurant in Charlotte! The inside was beautiful.
Fresh and delicious! Great service!
Food is great 👍 waitress so friendly 😋
Over priced
Thai House - University is doing daylight robbery. The prices of the items have gone up exorbitantly and yet they keep decreasing the quantity of food. At least that's how it was for my carry out order.
Pathetic!! They don't care if you order VEGETARIAN food they will still give you food with MEAT. I made a request and repeated my order twice to not include meat in one of the items ordered but they added meat!! Disgusting and I highly doubt of restaurant's hygiene as they may not be following any protocols for allergies!! The manager was talking meaningless and she simply apologized. Would not suggest this place for vegeterians or for anyone looking for veg options!!!
Thai house is a regular visit in our house! We have tried several things but the classic pad Thai is always a hit. Delicious and great value
One of the better places for Thai in Charlotte. I've been to all there locations and haven't been disappointed.
Love the food, we alway order take-out because we live far away.
The only good thing about this place is food. Service is as bad as it gets. There is a waiter on the floor who doesn’t know how to greet guests. We ordered pad Thai, basil fried rice and chicken satay. We didn’t like pad Thai and called him and told him that “ we didn’t like pad Thai, we would like to order something else” and he didn’t let me finish my sentence and started saying “how you order and no pay” in loud tone. I corrected him saying “ I didn’t say I’ll not pay, I said I didn’t like it and I’ll order something else”. He silently took my order after that. There were couple guests who came in asked him some question and left. Idk the conversation but he went back imitating the guests and laughing with his colleagues on the floor. I didn’t like the service at all. That is not how you should be treated and laughed at. Teach your staff the basic courtesy before you hire them.
It was good. I got some soups and satay and everything was fresh and hot so, yea-it was good.
My wife and I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and Yellow Chicken Curry with Thai Tea. While my wife's curry was a bit spicy (she ordered no spicy), she loved the taste. My wife also said the Thai Tea was delicious. The chicken fried rice was excellent as well.
Our service was excellent. Although our server initially brought our the wrong drink (these things happen anywhere and everywhere), the issue was corrected immediately and a new drink was brought out swiftly. We were even given to-go boxes and to-go drinks while we prepared to depart, so that our requested refills didn't go to waste.
The indoor architecture and decorations are beautiful. The soft music inside adds to the already relaxing atmosphere. We loved the overall feel of the venue.
I specifically visited this place to have pineapple curry. It was awesome and the staff too was good in giving suggestions and customizing my order.
Loved the food and the quantity was enough.
Beautiful restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The duck panang curry was off the walls good. I'm not local to Charlotte, but would happily return and recommend, besides.
One of my favorite restaurants. Alway great food, wonderful wait staff! I go there often.
Worst Thai restaurant ever…ordered chicken wings , soup and fried rice…first of all the attitude of the staff while taking the order and Tom kha soup which is my goto soup in Thai cuisine I never knew it can be so bad…when asked staff to correct it they took the soup inside and got the same one back back doing nothing and the fried rice we ordered fried rice they gave burnt rice…
Dinner was superb! Phenomenal service and food. Thai House never disappoints!
Been here about 4 times in the past year. Never dined in but the atmosphere makes you want to experience their dining room. Order online and they are always pretty timely. The spring rolls, Tom Yum soup, and Curry Fried rice are excellent!
Was disappointed with Shrimp Pad Thai - tasted fishy - probably just their take on it. The chicken option might be better. Peanut sauce ok but I have had better. GoodThai food.
Food is even better then I remembered it. Order was mixed up and I received the same pad see ew dish one chicken one beef. The dishes were so good I just kept both! Service was friendly. I think they upgraded the chefs!
I love art and decor - the atmosphere was impressive. The pad Thai was also delicious! My husband loves spicy food and enjoyed it as well. Servers were attentive but respectful.
Ordered: curry fried rice, panang curry, pad see ewe
Fried rice was fine though kinda sticky.
Panang curry was basically just very watery peanut sauce, not the usual thicker curry with a hint of peanut richness.
Pad see ewe was awful. Noodles were all soggy and stuck together without sauce. Sauce was super sour and not at all the rich dark soy base expected. Kinda inedible.
Enjoyed their food, and they will ask how spicy you want it. If you're not used to spicy food, stick with a 1 or 2.
One of the oldest Thai restaurants in Charlotte, it's always awesome. Try the Green Papaya Salad as a sharable appetizer, smells funny, tastes incredible!
We like this restaurant, the food, generally, tastes good. Over the years, we had problems with the take out, because the restaurant hours were unclear, and getting through on the phone was, occasionally, impossible. Then came a serious health violation case that got them closed. They reopened in 2023, the same menu, hopefully cleaner kitchen. We remain customers, but there is a sense of uneasiness when we visit.
I used to come to this restaurant 3x a week for the Seafood Green Curry. Every time I would ask them to make it Thai hot and they would refuse. So I stopped going for 6 months, no big deal. After 6 months I decided to try again, this time I didn't ask for Thai hot because I know it's not worth the effort just to be disappointed.
I tried ordering online and was having difficulties with the payment processor. So I called in my order. Online the order costs $22.68 (including tax), $14.95 for green curry and $6.00 for seafood protein. They say the same price on the phone after I order. I arrive to the location and they tried to charge me $27.00 for my meal. I look over at the screen that shows the breakdown of the meal and there is an Open Food charge for $4.00. These people tried to sneak a $4 charge onto the food hoping I wouldn't notice. I refused to pay $27 for a single meal, especially when they don't even make it how I like it. I asked them why it was $27 and they said because we gave you more seafood. If that's the case, how come I wasn't told about this over the phone? How come the price on the website is different from reality? The only understandable explanation for not openly communicating the price is something sinister.
Let this be a warning to you. If you decide to be a patron of this establishment CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FOR HIDDEN CHARGES BEFORE YOU PAY. THIS PLACE HAS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, and I will no longer give them my money. The audacity of some people to try and squeeze as much out of you as they can get away with, in an economy like this. Shame on you Thai House. I hope your owners don't know what you are doing, otherwise it's indicative of a more serious issue.
Solid Thai food in a quaint, nostalgic space. Excellent service. Good value. Could even bring a date here for something casual.
This has been mine and my coworkers' favorite Thai restaurant for over fifteen years.
Excellent. Authentic, delish Thai food, great portion. Highly recommended!
Best Thai food I've had in a minute. Highly recommend. Stuff is actually spicy
Food is good here
Food was not that great compared to other places which we have visited.
May not go again.
Great food. Good service. Beautiful decor.
tried picking up a doordash order, so when arriving the order should have been done. Nope, had to wait 30min for the food. dont expect quick service
I have ordered Basil Fried Rice , Pad See Ewe and Green Curry. Amongst these 3, I would say basil fried rice is the best, but the Green curry and Pad See Ewe are also delicious. I would love to visit this place again.
Had the Pad Sew Eee beef level 4 spice as it was my first time here. Food was delicious and was spicier than I thought it would be. I will be doing here again.
Quality of food and service is always top tier. I can always expect consistency when I eat at Thai house.
The service really isn’t that great. They don’t make you feel welcome. The food also wasn’t great and I was not allowed to replace my food so I wasted my money for nothing.
I've always had a good meal here.
Beautiful restaurant.
Chicken pad thai -asked for no spice...got spice. Waitress refused to send back and added to my bill. I had to request and pay for pineapple fried rice as a substitution.
Mango sticky rice - I didn't like that the mango was cold while the rice was hot. This is typically the same temperature.
Three kings pad thai - FYI, this comes with white rice instead of noodles.
Shrimp tempura - good batter. It looks like 4 shrimp with broccoli, onion, and potato.
Edamame - good
I love Thai House and really like to dine in. The waitstaff and owners remember you and treat you so well. My favorite dishes are the Pad See Yew and the Pad Kee Mow, with the broad noodles. Their spiciness chart is now a scale of 1-6, so you can be really specific. Lunch specials come with soup and a delicious spring roll.
Excellent vegetable panang curry. Loaded with fresh vegetables. I ordered spice level 3 and it was perfect for me. My husband had the chicken curry and would have liked more coconut flavor. Service was excellent (very attentive and prompt). Atmosphere was pleasant. We'd definitely come back.
Great food, delicious Thai iced tea.
Food amazing. Service average.
Visiting from LA, food left much to be desired. Very bland and tasteless, but costumer service was great.
Been coming to this thai place for 23 years. Nothing compares to it and Inhave tried many thai places in Charlotte. The customer service is impeccable and the food is superb. I have tried many dishes and I haven’t had something I didn’t like. Absolutely recommended! 10/10
We had a large crowd for lunch and they handled it very well. The food was authentic and well presented. I saw a menu item online but couldn't find it on the lunch menu but they made it for me anyway. Great customer service!
Friendly staff and delicious food. Great experience here :)
BEST THAI north Charlotte
The pineapple red curry was phenomenal, as was the massaman.
The food here is okay. The pad Thai is very saucy and has a sweet/sour taste to it. Kids had sweet sour chicken and that was okay too. Tom yum soup was good. Food tasted fresh. What I didn’t care for was the poor service and the mandatory 20% tip. It was 5 of us which included 3 older kids. Once we got our food from the kitchen staff our waiter didn’t check on us again and we had to ask others for refills.
Great food. Attentive, friendly service (to go order).
Wish I could give this restaurant 0 rating.bad service, bad food.they make us wait for more than an hour and no apology atleast for bad service and didn’t check with us how the food tastes.
Very rude service
Wonderful food!
I ordered takeout from Thai House and it was delicious. I got the panang with tofu with 3 stars, and they give very generous portion sizes. You have to walk to the bar at the back of the restaurant to pick up your order, which is a bit strange. Usually you can pick up your takeout order from the hostess at the front. When I went, it was not very crowded so it was not that bad. I really enjoy their food and I've eaten there several times. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
I ordered take out only to find my car battery died. The owners were very kind to deliver it to me as I was close. The food was fantastic and I’ve been to Thailand as well as made my own curry paste. I will be a recurring, loyal customer.
Wonderful date night location!
Great service, good food
Started off with a soup it was little on the salty side. It got better when I put some chili sauce in my soup. My appetizer was steamed dumplings. I thought it would be thicker and round like a regular dumpling, but it was flat and barely any flavor. The only thing I enjoyed was my entree. I had Pad Thai with beef.
It's ok but it is too expensive they give small side food. I don't recommend it.
During my recent visit to Thai House, I decided to explore their menu and ordered a variety of dishes. While the overall experience was decent, there were some ups and downs that affected my overall impression.
Let's start with the positive. The vegetarian soup I ordered was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the broth had a comforting quality to it. It was a delightful way to begin the meal.
Moving on to the Shrimp Platter, I was disappointed by the dish. The shrimp itself was tasty, but unfortunately, it was overly oily, which detracted from the enjoyment. Additionally, the vegetables accompanying the platter were not as fresh as I had hoped, dampening the overall experience.
Next, I tried the basil fried rice, which had a pleasant aroma and an appealing presentation. The flavors were rich and the rice was cooked to perfection. However, I must warn those with a low tolerance for spice that the dish was a bit too spicy for my liking. While it may appeal to those who enjoy heat, it might be overwhelming for others.
I also ordered the chicken red curry, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The flavors were not as enticing as I had hoped, and the spiciness was overpowering. It lacked the balance and depth I usually look for in a red curry dish, resulting in a less-than-satisfactory experience.
Finally, I sampled the pineapple paneer fried rice. The combination of sweet pineapple and savory paneer with fragrant rice created a delightful medley of flavors. It was a satisfying and enjoyable option for those seeking something different.
Overall, my experience at Thai House was a mix of highs and lows. The delicious vegetarian soup and the flavorsome pineapple paneer fried rice were definite winners. However, the Shrimp Platter's excess oil and less-than-fresh veggies, along with the spiciness of the basil fried rice, detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal.ha
The food here was absolutely delicious. If I am ever in the area again, I will go back.
Ordered the Pad-se-eew and the yellow curry with vegetables. The pad-se-eew with tofu was good, however, the yellow curry had too many large pieces of potatoes in it. I ordered on the phone and paid when I picked up the food. The service was friendly and quick. Overall, an average thai joint to order or dine in at.
I had the Pad Thai and Red Curry. The Pad Thai was very good on its own but because of that sticky peanut sauce, it was very sweet and hard for me to enjoy. Instead of the Red Curry, they gave me a Green Curry and that too was very sweet. The portions are large, the place is crowded on a weekday lunch, so clearly some people love the food. I will try another Thai place to determine if the dishes are supposed to be that sweet.
Yummsies! There’s not a lot of good food in university but thank God for this place! I ordered almost everything and it’s all good. Mussels are huge and delicious! You get 7/8 but it’s so worth it due to how big they are. Definitely use the little green sauce to pour it in the shell before eating it. Adds great flavor! Wings are delish! It’s different from the traditional style it’s more like sweet & sour chicken with a kick as there is a sauce to dip it in. Basil fried rice is my go to with chicken but even the broccoli fried rice with shrimp is good too! It’s enough for me to share or save some for next time. Beef and chicken satay is another good one. And the spring rolls very yummy!! I love this place so much and they are always so nice & good about the order being correct which is a huge plus in Charlotte.
Best Thai place around. Great service. Even better food. All for a reasonable price.
The curry was delicious and the employees very attentive!
My favorite Thai restaurant in Charlotte
Been here for about 20 years on and off. Great to be back in awhile. Pad Thai still tasty and delicious. Service was excellent. It was a Sunday dinner with friends and family. Quiet busy quiet good.
We ordered the sweet and sour sauce with shrimp & chicken, the Thai Fried Wings and the Golden Thai shrimp, the fried tofu as well. Tofu was awesome. Great flavor with combination of the dipping sauce, golden shrimp was great too! The other dishes were less than great. The wings were too breaded and too large. The rice was gummy, overcooked. And the shrimp still had the tail on inside the rice it was a chore pulling the tail off and resume eating. I’ll rate this place a 4.5 out of 10.
Excellent food and service.
They're listed as being open for lunch until 3. The doorcsays 2;45. I got there at 2;33. The young man working said they closed at 2:30. I explained their internet posting has them at 3::00 and it wasn't yet 2:45 as posted right at the door .... and I had driven all the way there.
They accommodated. I ordered red curry/coconut milk/ chicken entree off the lunch menu. It came with soup and a spring roll. The red curry dish was delicious. The spring roll tasted good and the soup was delicious. Service was fast. I was hungry. I ate quickly and left. I will refer others here and will definitely find my way back when I come to Charlotte.
Best Thai sweet Tea
I used to order from Thai House. This time we thought of dining in as we were in that area. We ordered Chicken Potstickers, Pad Thai and Panang Curry..
Potstickers were chewy, stuffing was awfully less. Pad Thai and Curry portions were generous. Pad Thai tasted good, however despite saying mild, they put a lot of red chilly. And it was pretty hot.. Panang Curry tasted good but the shrimps were overcooked.
I tried Singha beer, it was refreshing.
Would I visit again? Probably no.
This place is disgusting!!! First off my Thai wings were not Thai wings, They were pre cook chicken and a sauce out of a jar. Next my fried squid came out cold. I told the server I would like a fresh order. She came back and the took the plate I had threw it back in the fryer. So not only do I have refried greasy food. I look closer and the piece I took a bite of is still in the plate. Not only did they not give me a fresh order you took food that someone put their mouth on and put it back in the fryer that I'm sure you use to do all your frying. I have been eating Thai food for as long as I remember. I will never ever be back. And hopefully I can find some authentic Thai food in my new city!!!!
And for everyone giving 5 stars I'm use you never experienced authentic Thai food and you should!!
Pho was tasteless , and very oily not worth my 60+ for 3 soups
Very good Thai. Definitely the best you will get on the North side of Charlotte. It's not the best I have had ever but ranks top in Charlotte. Definitely good and we will continue to come back and will be our go to Thai place. Be careful on spice level. They are accurate on their spice level choices.
Best Thai food I have had in 5 years. Excellent.
Good love thai food
Would give it a zero if I could. Food was mediocre and service was rude. Come here if you want attitude.
Vegetable fried rice is oily and sweet. Red curry is also too sweet. Lunch soup doesn’t tastes as before. This restaurant lost their quality standards.
They never answer the phone for take-out when I call. But the food here is good.
This last time it wasn't as flavorful as usual. The next day it was great, but that night it was a little lack luster :(
But usually it is the best Pad Thai I've ever had all over the south east. It's sweet but savory. It's just perfect. I've even had Thai friends tell me it's the closest restaurant to what their family cooks at home which is a huge compliment. So I'm going to try again next time bc in the 10 years I've been going there this is the only bad experience I've ever had.
Their peanut sauce for satay chicken is incredible. Their masaman curry is fantastic. Really everything I've ever had is good.
Good food. Great service.
Love the food and staff here. The Tom Yum Noodle Soup was perfect and my husband loved his Kang Masaman.
Amazing Thai food !!! Stumbled across this gem on a road trip from NY to Florida. The Staff is really friendly and welcoming. I started with a House Soup w/ chicken and followed up with the Yum Seafood Salad my husband ordered the Pad Thai and everything was delicious and Full of flavor!! It was honestly the best Thai food I’ve ever had and the portions are huge!!
Waited 1.5 hrs for take out. Only to get home and have been given the wrong curry - ordered Pannang and received a red curry with peanuts (I’m allergic) , everything was supposed to be mild and it’s blazing spicy. I ordered a bowl of soup - it had more chicken than the curry and the chicken fried rice doesn’t taste at all like a thai rice should. I would say keep looking for a better thai spot, because this place ain’t it.
My husband got DoorDash from here and we ordered 2 noodle dishes and one basil fried rice. I had the Pad Kee Mow and was sorely disappointed. It lacked veggies, meat and the noodles were over cooked to the point where it was mushy. The flavor of the noodles itself were good.
I went here for dinner with friends when we were staying at a nearby hotel for a conference. We came with about 2 hours to eat and get back to hotel before the next event. Our server was rushed and rude throughout her service, barely stopping to check in with us. Not only did our food take over 30 minutes to reach the table, the server completely missed my order. I waited while my friends ate thinking it was just late, then tried to ask the server where my food was but she did not stop long enough to understand what the problem was. When she brought out our checks she finally understood that she had missed me. My friends and I had to leave so she rushed my order and gave me take out but still charged me despite the mistake. I didn't have time to dispute it. It was a seafood dish and tasted horrible warmed up later that evening when I finally got a chance to eat. I tried to call the next day to ask for a refund. Someone took a message and promised a manager would call me back which never happened. I will never go back.
Great service, delicious food!
Expensive but tasty.
They made a 77 score. Health department found mice dripping 🤢🤢💩💩and dead mouses in University Area. I would opt out from all locations, if I was you.
