Thai curries, rice dishes & noodle entrees served in a down-to-earth place with sidewalk tables.
We loved the food here. The thai food is authentic and the place has a quiet / serene vibe. Ordered the Masaman Curry, Tom Kha Soup, Bikini Shrimps and Fried Calamari. All were excellent especially the Masaman curry, which did remind of the food that I had in South Thailand. Plenty of parking outside. Will be back.
Friendly service in a nice relaxing atmosphere. I like that it's not too bright in here and it's pretty quiet. The food is great, just pay attention to the heat levels on the food. I get a level 2 which is just right. But if you get a 3, you better know what you're doing 😀. I get the Pad See U with chicken and vegetables because I like the wide rice noodles.
really nice hole in the wall that I was not expecting.
their fried chicken is probably one of the best fried chicken I've ever had. the curry was tasty but too watery, held it's flavor great however . venue is cute, cozy and a little dark. will definitely come again!
staff was very friendly and parking is easily available upfront
It is a gem restaurant in this mall. Never thought the food is this good. When we went in during the evening hours it was kind of quiet, and we were worried it may not be unpopular. Soon more people arrived after we sat down. The food is amazingly good. Waitress is very courteous just like in Thailand. Highly recommended.
Authentic Thai food, best I've had since Sawasdee closed years ago.
Best Pad Thai in town, hands down.
Fantastic service and food. One of the better Thai restaurants I’ve had. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Great food. Best pad thai I’ve ever had and appetizers. Service was friendly and fast.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Great service and good drinks too.

Tom Ka and Pad See U we’re both excellence!

Good service but unfortunately the food is not good. because I am a lover of thai food so I know the taste
The food may have a Thai name, but wasn't authentic. I get the impression this restaurant is actually Chinese in disguise. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, but the elevator music is horrendous to listen to constantly.
Ordered online. Was sent tofu instead of chicken on a pretty simple order.
I order takeout from here quite a bit. Their chicken pad thai is the best pad thai I’ve found in the area. Great service and I always get my food very quickly!
The staff lady is really nice. Food is good too.
Best Thai food in the triangle. Pad woon sen with veggies and tofu was flavorful. Pad See Ew with beef was phenomenal
Love here , nice service and wonderful food
Firstly, the atmosphere was quiet and intimate enough for a date or professional meeting. When I grabbed a menu and sat down, my first thought was: “I would love to go on a date here”. I say this as an appetizer, entree, deserts and drinks could reasonably run you about $30-$40, and the options have a little something for everyone.
Our server went above and beyond, she needs a raise 🙌🏾. It didn’t seem forced either like she was doing so for a better tip, even though we came at 7pm she was very kind. I asked for extra rice and without a charge she gave me a ton. Additionally, when she asked how spicy I said “the max” and she sided me to make sure I was ok with it. This made me hesitate for a second so she went the extra step and put the curry on the side.
Lastly, THE FOOD!!! Simply, it was amazing. The only note I have, is the food wasn’t too spicy. (keep in mind I am 🖐🏾 and love spicy food) She doubled triple checked that I wanted max spicy but honestly it was only slightly spicier than I would normally season the food I cook if I was cooking for someone else.
Service was amazing 🤩 prices are great , portions are enough to share.
The Pad See Ew is pretty tasty. FYI, the sodas are in bottles, not a fountain drink with refills.
The servers were very nice and atmosphere was quiet. We ordered a variety of food items. The spring rolls and Pad Thai were our favorite. The spring rolls had a delicious dipping sauce and the Pad Thai had this delicious flavorful sauce. As for our drinks, we had the Thai milk tea and mango tea and both were good and sweet.
We did not like the pineapple fried rice. The pineapples did not taste fresh and it was not as flavorful. It also was pretty expensive especially considering it was not very good. Our least favorite item was the mango sticky rice. We only took one bite of this dessert and that was enough. The mangos were not fresh and the rice taste mushy. Although we did not eat the dessert, we were not comfortable asking them to take it off our order and it was not offered by the server. Regardless, the people were really nice and polite towards us.
I would have ranked it a 3.5 if I could. The price for the portion size was also a factor. I thought it was expensive for the amount of food and quality.
Really good place to eat at!
i tried their food for first time last night when picking up food for my work
had a super tasty seafood pad thai number 3 spicy level
and OMG
it was very tasty
and on point
so good i m getting a poke bowl for lunch today
very good food and customer service
u know we ll be back for sure , my employers and i both
thank you once again… it was delicious
sugoï Oïshi
keep up the good work
I had takeout, but atmosphere is perfect for a date or night out with friends.
The food is awesome! Spicy and good - always a generous amount.
Great ambiance, good service
We went there for first time. We ordered pad Thai tofu and pad Thai with beef . I usually order this tofu meal from every Thai restaurant and tofu doesn’t take like sticky and little weird . When I asked the lady that I think there is something wrong with tofu coz that’s my regular order form every Thai restaurant and it’s not my first time and requested her to substitute with veggie instead she refused straightly by saying it does taste like that . I was hoping for some courtesy service since it was our first time there .
We got the summer rolls, shrimp chips, pad see ew, massaman curry, and garlic soy Korean fried chicken. Everything was super delicious and Judy is so sweet!
Will definitely come again regularly.
I can't say I'm a Thai food connoisseur, but I just know my food was DELICIOUS!!! The atmosphere was very nice and peaceful, of the darker side with nice ambient lighting. The menu has great variety but the abundance of options does not compromise the flavor of the food. The service is pleasant, not too pushy but still friendly and attentive. My family of three came for lunch and we ate for only $23 which seems to be rare these days. Please stop by and enjoy some food here soon.
I had drunken noodles with chicken as takeout and it was delicious. This is now my favorite Thai restaurant. I’m super picky and absolutely loved the drunken noodles. I will definitely eat here again.
Such a cute place and amazing service!! They were super quick and attentive! The food was amazing as well! The bibim mandu, massaman curry, pad thai, and mango sticky rice were so good! Highly recommend!
Best Thai food in the area and we’ve tried them all. We do take out mostly.
So delicious!!! Pad thai, panang curry, fresh rolls and spring rolls all delicious!
Drunken noodles (Khee Mao Noodles) are delicious - 3rd best I've ever had. I moved from a city with two restaurants who have amazing drunken noodles. Yum Yum is different but still delicious.
Best pad see ew ever! And their wings are deliciously light and crispy. Great customer service as well!
Best Thai food in town. Must try
Two small piece of nada shrimp. Not even one shrimp cut in half!
10 people in the restaurant, and still the take out takes more than 30min!
Was told 20 min wait after ordering, came back after 20 min, nothing! Ask for refund and the front desk lady left and hid in the kitchen!
Just got vegetable curry with tofu.. Most restaurants will hardly give you any vegetables but this restaurant was very generous. Medium spicy was perfect!
Phone service and at pickup were wonderful!
The first time we went here both my husband and I had the same spice level (2) on our dishes. Mine was a nice hit of heat, my husband’s was nuclear!!! He likes hotter food than I do and it was so hot it was nearly inedible.
Tonight we were going to try it again, we arrived at 7:30 and were told They weren’t seating anyone as they close at 8pm. I said it’s 7:30 that’s 30 minutes before 8 pm she was clueless but just kept saying we close at 8 pm no Can seat you.
Very bad customer service
Don’t hire that kind of staff in front
Literally the best food I've ever eaten!!! I've had so many top places and this place is insane. I really don't know how to explain it. Your eyes will roll in the back of your head. Great price is also fried rice pad Thai the soup the basil rolls like are the best. You just can't lose. I'll spend $48 and eat for 2 days. Thank you so much for being here my favorite restaurant in the world
Food was extremely salty. Noodles were broken down as if they had been cooked the day before or something and then reused for my dish.
Delicious food, especially the wings. Very nice and helpful staff. Relaxing ambience.
Highly recommend the Tom Kha soup!
Best Thai food in Cary. Wings are also amazing!
Good taste
Yummy food. Quantity could have been a little more. Dinner portions were not enough.
Highest quality food out of all the local Thai restaurants I've tried.
Excellent Thai food, nice place, efficient service.
The thai food here in terms if taste and authenticity is pretty good compared to other thai restaurants in the area. I gave it 3 stars bc the portions for the cost of the food is not worth it. They used a togo tray thats split into 3 sections but barely fill the tray. They just spread the food around to appear that it is a lot of food. Ordered drunken noodle and pad se-ew and you can see the pictures below.
Atmosphere was kind of ok but as of service, there were none to take care of us. Only one person on the floor, who was tending to tables, taking care of 'To Go' orders and also the billing at front desk. It was a bit chaotic, lastly on the food, we ordered Mango Bubble, soup and fried rice. Mango bubble was tasting more like milk shake, soup was sour a bit (many in the group did not like it) and fried rice portion was large for dinner and it tasted ok. Not that great of an experience in the end and the wait time between order and service was also too long.
Authentic Thai at a reasonable price.
Best pad Thai in the nc. Chicken wing 10/10
Good food in a pleasant intimate environment.
Absolutely spectacular food!
I always love YumYum. The beef noodle soup was fantastic especially on a chilly day.
Best Thai I’ve had in the Triangle. I cannot comprehend how they make it so yummy. We get the pad Thai and pad see ew every time because they are so good & I don’t wanna change it!
It can be a challenge to find authentic tasting Thai food but this place has some delicious Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai. Just the right amount of spiciness and flavor in the noodles. They are friendly and polite on the phone. Pick up is quick and easy. Not much else to ask for. Still haven't dined in but there are plenty of tables and space inside.
Yummy
Love this place! The Pad Thai and and the dumplings are great! very quiet and chill place
One of my all time favorite restaurants in NC. Friendly staff and incredibly delicious dishes!!
Great spot. Will come back
Delicious food, great service!
Had lunch there with a group of seven. All had high praise for their meals. I'll definitely visit again!
Delicious & kind
Delicious curry
really nice hole in the wall that I was not expecting.
their fried chicken is probably one of the best fried chicken I've ever had. the curry was tasty but too watery, held it's flavor great however . venue is cute, cozy and a little dark. will definitely come again!
staff was very friendly and parking is easily available upfront
When I want authentic (and spicy!) Thai dishes this is where I go locally.
Clean hole in the wall lunch spot vibe to the strip mall location. Only negative I can think of is they have very limited open hours.
This place is a hidden gemstone. The atmosphere is so calm with the soft music and dim lighting. A lot of table space and very pleasant staff. Delicious food with a beautiful presentation. Come see for yourself. I keep coming back and I wish I lived closer to come more often.
Great food and service always
Food was good, service very friendly. We went in off hours, so not busy. Soft drinks were in bottles, so nor unlimited. Overall I would go back if I were in the area.
So good. Make sure to tell them the spice level you want. Fresh cooked to perfection. Beautifully flavored. Friendly staff. Recommend.
Update: Still my one of my favorite lunch destinations. In addition to indoor seating, they have some seating on the sidewalk too.
My colleagues and I been going here for lunch for years.... Only 10 minutes from RTP. I've not sampled much of the new items on the menu since the remodel, but the few I have are tasty (Thai beef noodle soup for one)
All the Thai dishes are great in my opinion - KaPow chicken is my favorite.
Service is very friendly and attentive, even during the lunch rush.
For lunch, it's a lower cost option with a good assortment of choices. We ordered Chicken Curry and Pad Thai...both were quite good.
There is no Thai by me so I decided to YumYum since I was in the area. It was DELISH! I liked it so much I got another for lunch. :>) pad see u and basil rolls.
Delicious and friendly staff
The food was great. I had the Red Curry shrimp & pineapple (spice level: mild) with rice. The server was very pleasant and the food was prepared moderately fast.
I'm assuming the restaurant is new or undergoing renovations as the decore was very bland. There's a noticable absence of anything at all on the walls.
1st time here for take lunch out while in town. People were very friendly, service was quick and helpful. the atmosphere looked appealing. Cost w tax was ~$11 I ordered Chicken pad thai ; thai spicy. although this was tasty(not great defiantly not Thai spicy), it was the smallest serving of pad thai i have ever seen. was just enough as an appetizer but not for lunch. defiantly not the portions represented in the images on google reviews.
Fantastic stop just off the airport.
Great place to have some authentic cuisine! My daughter ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl and it was super healthy and tasted great! There were great amount of Salmon in that bowl. I had the shrimp Pad Thai and the shrimp was seasoned with great taste; the thin noodles were stir-fried just right. Our family also had curry to go along with the rice and they tasted great but not spicy hot! We will return for certain;
I eat here once a week since it is so close to work. The service, price, and food is great. Always a treat to have this for lunch.
Great food and they are very nice people!!!!
We have ordered spicy fried rice with extra veggies and tofu. There were a very few tofu pieces and not much of veggies and little portion of rice. Food tastes good but not worth for $15. Worst customer service
My go-to place for Thai food in the area
Yummy food 🤤🤤🤤🤤
It's pricey but the food is delicious. The crispy wings were very crispy, even as leftovers the next day, and the garlic soy sauce was just right. The Fresh Basil roll was also very tasty. I would warn you to be careful on picking the spiciness level as we picked medium spicy and the spicy eggplant and the pad thai noodles had a definite kick to them. The only dish I wasn't a huge fan of was the Bibim Mandu dumplings, and that's mostly because they were very different from whatI was expecting. There was also too much dressing on it. But my wife thought they were tasty.
Awesome service. Great spot for a light lunch.
Nice service, delicious Penang curry. Singh’s beer too!
Great place for Thailand experience, atmosphere and food very good!
OMG, I just had the Pad See U (with chicken) for lunch and it was delicious! A little sweet, very warm temperature, and just the right amount of spicy (medium).
Excellent lunch spot with great thai food menu.
Excellent! I can't handle spicy food, so was a bit hesitant, but the food and staff were great: asked me "on a scale of 1 to 5, how spicy?"
I said, "zero" and it was perfect! 😁
Best pad thai in the triangle as far as I can tell. Excellent authentic flavors.
Great food and wonderful service!
Had the pad thai and Panang Curry, both were delicious! Would definitely return!
The best curry and cashew chicken in cary
Spicy fried rice and Cashew chicken with spice level 3 are our favorites. Finally found the Thai restaurant we all like. 😀
I love the people here I've been coming here since they opened years ago. big bang noodles dish always my favorite
I was staying in a hotel near the restaurant. I ordered Green Curry with tofu and vegetables, and Fresh Basil salad rolls. The food was delivered right to my door and was delicious. I will definitely order from Yum Yum again.
A little outdoor seating, excellent food and service.
I ordered delivery from Yum Yum via GrubHub and I shouldn’t have wasted my time. My food came cold. The fun part about Thai noodles cold is that they become one massive blob of food. Appetizing! My noodles also had very little flavor even with the highly appreciated lime wedge and peanuts, and ordering it spicy. My soup just tastes off. Did I get the bottom of bucket or something? I was so excited after reading so many positive reviews but I truly don’t know where they came from. On top of it, I paid $30 for noodles and a small soup. That’s insane. Very poor food. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants to try out.
Ka-pow chicken is horrifyingly good and tends to ruin other take-out for me. It’s also relatively cheap. Love YYT.
The food is so yummy!
Excellent food and smiling faces
This place has been a regular in our lunch rotation for years. Nice folks, good food, reasonably priced and served up quickly.
If this place was closer to home I'd go there more often!!
Wow. So very yum. I was blown away by the chili sashimi, which had an amazing blend of fresh fish, spices, lemon and peppers to be an explosion of flavor and heat. Perfectly paired with the basil rolls with sweet peanut sauce. Would recommend and can't wait to try out more of their diverse menu.
Top notch customer service. Food was excellent and in good qualities. Environment/ambience is excellent. A must visit place.
Great food!!
Very cool little gem! While visiting for a work convention a worker and I stumbled upon this spot. Casual but professional atmosphere with one of the coolest asian fusion menus I have come across. I opted for a seafood platter that came with green mussels ( a first time experience for me. ) Fresh, generous and tasty portions all at very reasonable prices. Would not hesitate to return.
Always so pleasant and polite, and the food is possibly the best Thai I’ve had in Cary.
The pork cutlet is my favorite and its sauce is house made. Superb service!👍
Great fried rices and thai dishes. Their sushi is nothing short of terrible, I wouldnt even bother with it.
Good Thai food... Our department lunch came here today and had great service. Food was delicious and everyone had a great time.
Excellent food! Their curries are a must have!
They were busy, but I was sat right away and brought my food relatively quickly. I had the red curry and a spring roll appetizer. Both were delicious. The curry was full of flavor. I'll absolutely come back here again.
Got the Crazy Hot Jjampong. Waiter was pretty honest about heat levels. Went with medium, but he brought me a trio of things to heat things up. Some sambal, a spicy bean paste (I think), and some home made chili powder that wasn't messing around. I made use of them and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. Absolutely going back again.
I suggest having more staff on hand. I think that would help quality and timeliness of service. I came on Thursday lunch break at 12:30 and didnt leave until an hour later which had me back at work late. (When I arrived, the dining room wasn't full so it seemed like an option that would easily work with my time limit but service was just so slow). Waited 15 minutes just to receive drinks after 2 different people asked for what we wanted.
My other reason for not giving 5 stars is the menu pricing. Bento lunch box + fountain drink was just shy of $20 after tax. Compared to other sushi-offering restaurants, this is not competetive pricing, especially for lunch time.
Food was ok and standard quality.
Overall opinion: I will probably not return.
Ohh the food was really authentic. The taste was up to the par. The service was little slow maybe because of rush hours during lunch time. The ambience was not appealing but food doesn't jeopardise it. My favorite was chicken khim pao. You get different variety of hot bowls to try out here too. Must visit place..
Yummy Thai .. Go to place for Thai food. Cant beat their lunch option.
A little. Pricy but really good
Yum Yum Thai lives up to its name, as their food is delicious. It is a little on the pricey side, but there are some inexpensive options on the menu. Lots of vegetarian options, and they offer varying levels of spiciness for those who cannot handle spicy foods. The curry dishes are highly recommended.
