Calm, elegant space features sushi rolls & a bevy of Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese & Thai offerings.
Didn’t get to stay very long as I was just picking up something to eat at work. But super delicious food! I got the poke bowl! Very very delicious! A bit spicy but a little mixing of ingredients and soy sauce helped this and it’s probably just my personal taste. Still very flavorful and delicious! And relatively well priced and an easy lunch to bring to work
Phila Fusion Noodle Bar
Best Asian cuisine in the Saratoga area- don’t bother waiting hours for other restaurants in the immediate area - this place has the best Thai and Asian food at respectable prices.
Recent visit order the chicken Pad See Ew - not very saucy with quality chicken and a full assortment of vegetables. The shrimp rolls were a meal within itself, large and full of fresh shrimp. Scallion pancakes were not overly fried but needed a bit more flavor. Fried calamari was a bit small in size but not overly fried
All kids will love the assortments of bubble teas and slushes. There is also a full assortment of sushi
Also noticed the table near us had a large beer tower that seemed quite interesting for the table of 6
Delicious Pad Thai and Thai iced tea.
They cover a wide variety of Asian food, from General Tso, to Pad Thai, to Ramen, and back to Peking Duck! For a place focused on fresh homemade noodles, they have a really diverse menu 👍
The pad thai has a deep flavor that's hard to nail down. The type of flavor that comes from a well seasoned grill. It's not fishy at all, I think they skip the fish oil, which is another reason I love it so much. Other places pad thais just aren't as good as Phila Fusions.
My personal favorite is Kao Soi. It's a coconut curry sauce with lo mein noodles, chicken and bell peppers. When it's hot it's more like a soup, when it's cold in the fridge it's more like a curry -- best of both worlds.
If you've had Thai iced tea, then you've had Thai iced tea. Here, they make sure to load up on the cream. That's what does it for me. 🤤
Service is great. We usually get the same waitress, who is friendly and does a wonderful job explaining the dishes. Sometimes that can be an issue at other places, not here.
Stop by this place. You won't be disappointed. 🙂
The ambiance was nice and waitress was very nice. Good service. Food and drink was good. Ordered Tom Yum soup and Ginger-tini. Would like to have basil and more bean sprouts in the soup or on the side. Shrimp tasted fresh. The long island beach was good. The restaurant has a huge selection of foods. From japanese, chinese, vietnamese and thai. Great place to go for a large group of friends and don't know where or what to eat.
As a very frequent visitor of Asian inspired restaurants, we figured we would give this one a shot while in the area. We sat outside and that may have been the reasoning, but it was almost like we were forgotten about. It took more than twenty minutes to get a drink. I believe there may have been staffing issues which is why I can only give this place three stars. The staff was very friendly when we actually did encounter them. The food was good and the total bill was very reasonable. The wait was inexcusable, however.
We came here during a big weekend. Music festival and sports tournament. Horrible food.sloe service. Couldn't eat our food. My son feels sick. Left our dishes unfinished. Eanted to cimplain but the waitress was not easy to get hold of, and there werent many people there. Horrible. We trusted the other positive reviews. That was a mistake. It was not crowded, it was almost empty, that should have been a sign but we were hungry and made the mistake of staying and ordering.
Incredible Thai food - Pad Gra Pow was out of this world!
Nice looking place, food definitely not that good.
Pretty good Pad See Ew. I’ll be back soon

Best poke bowl I've ever had, and it's not close.
Slow and not good...how slow? Wife's sesame chicken was cold, rice lukewarm, after we waited for at least 20 mins. She refused the warmed up plate after one bite, all batter little meat.
My seafood chigae is supposed to arrive bubbling in cast iron thick like a stew. Cast iron, check, but more like a thin broth than stew and again, not boiling as it should. A poor imitation.
No recognition from the staff that our experience had gone south. Had to get up and go to the front to pay, no more waiting around.
A terrible experience. Waited way too long (over 30 minutes) for dinner, then when it (sesame chicken) arrived, it was room temperature. Rice lukewarm at best. Sent back, second order delivered; warmer but mostly dough, almost no chicken, and hard as a rock. Drowned in sickly sweet sauce and essentially inedible. Worst sesame chicken I've ever had. Meanwhile, my husband ate dinner without me. He also was not happy with his seafood chigae lukewarm and was so thin he thought the wrong dish had been served.
Gave up, going to get dinner somewhere else. Never again.
Food was great, service was horrible.
Nice place but who puts a hard boiled egg into ramen??
Really enjoyed the drunken noodles
The best Thai place ever !!!
I love it. Gotta come back as soon as I an😁
This place is horrible I had a terrible experience last week.
I also wanna point out that I have no will intent and I normally never ever write a restaurant review.
I also want to point out that I work in food service for a very large food distributor and I'm a corporate chef.
I decided to pop in here for lunch last weak because I am a fan of Vietnamese food, Thai food et cetera.
I was a little taken back because it was a Wednesday afternoon about 12:15 you would figure this place would be packed for a nice lunch crowd.
There was not 1 person in the restaurant.... I went against my gut initial feeling and said I'll go in anyway even Knowing that it's not a good sign at lunch time when nobody's in the restaurant.
I sat down looked at the menu real quick I got a Coca-Cola, rice paper Spring roll And the hot and sour noodle Vietnamese soup.
My water came and my coke came and I didn't make much of a big deal about it but my Coca-Cola was completely flat.
Like I said I didn't mention anything and just went along with it.
The appetizer Spring roll was pretty decent.
When the noodle soup arrived I noticed a strain smell. I knew instantly that the chicken seemed to be spoiled or somewhat on the rotten side it smelled horrible.
I took 2 spoonfuls and it was a rancid taste and smell.
I generally don't make a big deal out of anything simply pushed the soup back towards the end of the counter and waited for her to come back and approach me and ask?
I explained to her that the soup was fowl and had a terrible taste and smell to it; She immediately went on the defense and said there's nothing wrong with the soup And said that it was fine.
I said OK ....I left that at that I proceeded to give my credit card to pay for the check. At that point I would assume normally speaking in most established ethical restaurants they would have compted the soup whether I was right or wrong.
She charged me for everything on the check.
I explained again I didn't eat this at all it was $17 and I really felt that there was something wrong with it.
She proceeded to say no you still have to pay for it.
At that point I simply said My Coca Cola was flat the soup was rotten I'm the only person in the restaurant maybe that's a sign that there's something wrong.
I also mentioned to her that I'm not looking for a free meal or trying to scam the system, I said I work in food service and I'm a corporate chef.
And I'm not coping an attitude.
She said you still Have to pay for It.
I said I should have known better......this is why you have no customers in your restaurant.
But wait it gets better......
So I was still hungry for lunch so I noticed right next door literally 50 feet next door there was a Thai restaurant I said okay I like Thai I'll go in there and hopefully I'll have a better lunch.
I walked into the Thai restaurant again which was directly next door and I noticed this place was completely empty as well, Not one customer sitting in the restaurant.
So I immediately thought what are the odds that these 2 restaurants are sharing the same kitchen and they are the same owners.
I asked the woman in the Thai restaurant; I said are you the same owners and connected to the restaurant directly next door.
She said yes.
Again both restaurants completely empty not one customer at 12:30 in the afternoon in Saratoga for lunch.
Need I say more.
Stay away..

Best Thai Food!!!
Everything was pretty good.
Pork in the pork soup was fatty & grizzly
Ordered the Hakata Classic Ramen and Pork Buns. The ramen broth lacked flavor and was less than mediocre. Pork slices were tiny. The buns were delicious but again the pork portions were tiny. Better ramen can be had at Duos Japanese on Broadway.
Always good, consistent food and service.
Not sure what happened with this place?! I had not been since before the pandemic and it was so great then! *They are still aware and accommodate various food allergies.
Recently four of us decided to go and were seated right away - there was only one other table filled, no lines on a Saturday early evening.
Our drinks were delivered within 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting, we placed our food order, with an additional entree to take with us to go.
Each of our three appetizers were served separately over about twenty minutes, so we didn't eat together.
After another thirty minutes, we were served our piping hot food. Mine was delicious, but two of my three friends' orders were not correct.
We got the bill, but the to-go entree was not added, and we weren't waiting around another hour for it to be prepared.
Overall we sat for over three hours, left a decent tip, but probably will not return or recommend.
Really tasty spicy miso soup and the plates are nice and large. Will be going back to try more.
First tried Phila Fusion a few months ago for lunch. Warm, flavorful nourishment that has brought us back for several lunches and dinners since. Definitely, a well ranged menu that caters to even the most particular diner. A new-to-us favorite spot in downtown Saratoga-just a couple of blocks from Broadway.
We just ordered delivery from here the other day and got the beef bulgogi, drunken noodles, crispy pad Thai, crab rangoons, and gen taos. It was delicious. The quality of the food was great, the flavors were nice, and delivery was fairly fast for how much we ordered. It is fairly expensive but the quality is good for what you pay. I like that you can get many different types of cuisine, Korean, Thai , Chinese, etc and share. I will be returning!
Decent food, service was a little slow.
Worse Thai food ever. The chicken meet had no taste and the steam vegetables were cold and tasteless. Water was good!
Cold sweet pho broth. Pretty much miso broth.
Came in for pho. Also got the "crispy spring roll" as an appetizer. They should probably rename this to vegetable egg roll, because that's what it is... Not that it tasted bad it anything. But spring rolls are with rice paper, not egg roll wrap. The calamari was very tender and likely crispy. The pho was mediocre, with broth being somewhat decent.
We traveled to resturaunt and was turned away 30 mins before closing at 3pm. Only one other patron in restaurant. Good way to lose business forever.
We came here on Friday night to eat. We waited 1 hour for 2 drinks and 2 cold appetizers. Cold scallion pajun and buns are just stale tasting when cold. While sitting we noticed there were only 2 waitresses working. These girls were not only the waitresses, they were the bartender, the bus boy and the cashier. I would not be surprised if they were the cooks too. We decided to leave after the cold appetizers assuming out dinner would be sitting out and arrive cold too. I really should not have paid the full bill. The staff should not have been filling take out orders when short staffed making the dine in customers wait. The manager should have come to work or stayed late help these girls out. If you see only 2 waitresses working and no bartender leave.
I went there three people service very slow only 1 people be a cashier include waiter together after eat I got service charge 18% from total amount.
The service was exceptional. The food came out fast and was amazing. I would recommend this place definitely. Thank you for a great lunch.
We had a wonderful family dinner here last weekend. All of the food was cooked to order, came out hot and fresh, and was delicious! I highly recommend both the General Tso Chicken and the Pad See Ew. Lots of variety, great for when you have a large party.
Boppin' bibimbap and spring rolls.
The drunken noodles were great.
Amazing place for Ramen and Pho soups. Amazing wings and apps. 10/10 Really clean, fast service, attentive staff.
Food was great. Prices are extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back!!
Love the food and atmosphere. The servers were amazing and brought my son out a delicious desert for his birthday while singing.
Would I recommend it Yes would I go back Yes. Got to love toga!
We recently visited lake George with a bunch of friends. And we stopped by at Phila Fusion Noodle Bar to kickstart our holiday! The food was fresh and served with love and warmth! Also, since we are vegetarians, it was a pleasant surprise to find such wonderful vegetarian friendly options here. I would certainly recommend this restaurant for its great food, awesome ambience and very good hospitality! Would love to be back someday.

Horrible experience. We were very patient with them and our food took over an hour to get to our table, and didn’t even come out until we asked why our food is taking so long. Only then did they bring it out. When we ordered, there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Their excuse as to why our 5 dishes took over an hour to get to us was because ONE person ordered 3 pieces of sushi which they counted as an appetizer. Half the food was freezing cold. The meat dishes were okay, but the vegetarian dishes were horrible. Very little flavor in the Thai food. Vietnamese food was okay But you could tell by the noodles that the food was sitting for a long time before it came out. The service was horrible. Our waitress, who wasn’t the one to bring any of the food out, was very apologetic when we explained the situation and she was the one who was able to take the freezing cold bad dish off our bill, she was very nice. After waiting so long, it’s very disappointing when the food is horrible and the service is bad.
Went for dinner on a weeknight and it was quiet, nice atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. Had the pad Thai and it was good. The waitstaff were so sweet and attentive. I would definitely go back again especially to try their lunch menu.
Really really REALLY good food. Their wings are perfect too.
Fried calamari and sauce were great! Vietnamese pho broth was kinda bland. I haven't had the ramen in many years but I vaguely remember liking it. Haven't tried anything else yet.
Great food, decent price and service.
Excellent, as the cuisine was delicious. Have dined here previously and will do so again.
Over 50 min wait time for a noodle soup(while not. Pork bun is watery with some smashed meat. Noodle soup meets the standard.
Truly don’t understand why people give 5 stars, haven’t you go to other restaurants? Forgive me, if you recommend people this place there is something wrong with you🥱
I don’t think the food quality deserves the current rating. Flavor wise, mediocre at best. Below average even. I rate it 2 stars because of the freshness of the shrimps are very disappointing. We ordered 3 dishes with shrimps, all tasted weird and have a strong fishy smell. I am feeling like throwing up at this moment and wish this won’t affect my skiing tomorrow. Won’t come again and will not recommend to anyone.
순두부찌개를 시켰는데 오징어국이 나왔네요… 두부도 찌개용 두부… 한국음식은 비추천합니다.
My favorite place ever
Loved the pho
Cold pho…. Slow service. Worst experience ever.
Best Pad Thai in Saratoga!!
It was a great restaurant! They have Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese Food. I ordered the Beef and Meatball Pho Soup. It was very flavorful! I will eat here again!

Excellent thai fusion restaurant with many great choices to choose from. Everything was fresh and served piping hot. Our servers Jacky and Zelle were super friendly and helpful. We also got to meet the owner Sam who is a very nice man. Our next trip to Saratoga we will definitely go back !
Got the Pho and it was delicious. Took home pad Thai and drunken noodle, also pretty good.
I get it. Most restaurants are short on help. One waitress took care of all tables. She was actually running back and forth. Food was good .
Super great food, kind server's and nice atmosphere. Definitely would recommend.
Get the Ramen it is 10/10.
Fantastic Pho! We really loved what we had, everything was perfect food wise. However, service was very slow and it took about 20 mins to even be asked what drinks/apps we wanted, long wait for food, etc. But the great food made up for it.
Wonton soup was best I've ever had! We never are disappointed when trying new dishes from here. Flavorful and just the right balance of spice in many of the dishes.
Neat and cozy place to have some asian cuisine. I like the calamari and chicken wings but not the crispy spring roll. Try the sushi too...mmmhh yummy 😁😉
Skip this spot. Unless you want an understaffed slow and awful dining experience
Very good food. The food is not fusion, but the menu includes traditional Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Chinese dishes. I originally thought by the restaurant name that the dishes would be a fusion style. Nonetheless, not disappointed. Food was better than good.
Amazing food, great service, our favorite restaurant in Saratoga!
Best noodles!!!
Food and services is phenomenal!!
We came back the 2nd time and was not impressed. Was told meal will be serve in 20mins but it was over 30mins. The taste is not the same anymore the 1st time we went. We ordered a soup, and it was cold even though they put it in a clay looking pot. I was expecting that their korean meal would have a side of kimchi because it says side dish, oh well the side dish was 2pcs of brocolli and 5pcs of carrots. Disappointed.
Was excellent.
Awesome food and prices are very reasonable! Sushi is really, really good and the drunken noodles are always a favorite. The staff are very attentive and the ambiance is calming and relaxing. Highly recommend for Thai/Sushi.
Our favorite spot for pho and bi bim bap.
Excellent food we will be back to try out other dishes! Good sized portions!
Tasty, spacious and service is good
OMG!!! The best pho soup ever! I asked for the pho soup with miso broth and it was delicious. Waitstaff very attentive and friendly. Clean restaurant. Outside seating was a plus on a nice day out.
A wide variety of East Asian noodle dishes. Separate lunch and dinner menus. The spicy miso ramen was delicious as was the pho noodle soup. They even have a five or six staple Korean dishes on the menu. Friendly and prompt service.
Bad experience. Very long wait. Poor service. Tough chicken. Never again
Amazing food, great outdoor dining set up for safe social distancing and fantastic service! 5 stars across the board. Highly recommended 👏🏼 🌟
Had lunch at the place. Great food for four and an amazing cocktail cost $53. We had to check the check twice to believe. The food was great. Big selection of various asian cousines of high quality. Definitely visiting again when in town.
The best hands down! And we are picky, don't believe me.. check out my other reviews. This place however, has friendly staff, the food is so delicious and made very well. Infact so far this is the best I have had here locally. Prices are reasonable!
Really nice place. Food was delicious. Fast service
God I love this place, the hakata ramen is amazing and if you come here do yourself a favor and get an appetizer the sweet potato tempura fries or the crab rangoons. Can't wait to come back
Decent, could be better, especially for price point.
This is Sushi Thai just down the block are our families go-to night out for dinner. Wonderful friendly staff and quality versions of Asian classics. Kids love the dumplings and soups.
Great food with different, unique combinations and great staff.
Absolutely delicious! Hands down best Asian mix in town. Great place to brings friends with different tastes. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, amd Vietnamese options available-& all are delicious!!!
Excellent food. Great service. Good prices
Food: 5/5.
Atmosphere: 5/5.
Service 5/5.
REAL pho! Thank you so much for knowing how to do it right! Service was great too!
Good food, nice variety of choices. Yummy pad Thai especially.
Enjoyed the fresh rolls, pad see eew, and bok choy with black mushrooms. All the dishes were tasty and the service was great
Nice people. Decent food. Cold beer.
They have sugar in the spice rack, but i blame that on the people of Saratoga Springs.
Always amazing!
Excellent Pad Thai and Green Tea. Lovely setting. Service is delightful.
Excellent service and good food
Simply amazing!! Great food, great service, great dinner with family. Kimchi Chijae dish is 👍👍
The best meal we had during a three day visit to Saratoga. Was a great stop for lunch. The spicy miso ramen was perfect and the restaurant and staff was lovely.
Good food and clean
Great "bowls". Friendly
Best basil fried rice I have had so far
Food was good. Portions were ok . service was good.
Excellent food. Everything is cooked to perfection and the thai iced tea is great. The prices aren't bad at all. You get your money's worth.
This is a really fun experience. The portions are really big, so there is always something to take home.
Great food at a reasonable cost!
This place was great!! The food was delicious, the service was fast and on top of things. I'll be going back!
Excellent service, very fast wait times, and the food was wonderful! Soft drinks are pretty bland, but other than that, A+!
Spiciest food I have had in the area!
Had the bibimbab and it was great. Will be back soon.
