Hidden gem in Eagle Nest. So friendly! The curry was to die for. They also have Gluten Free options!

Forgot to take any photos, but we enjoyed Thai Angel! We drove over after a day of skiing in Red River, and it hit the spot!! We had the chicken spring rolls, drunken noodles, curry (from the daily menu), kid's noodles, and an iced Thai tea. Everything was delicious, and the waitress was super kind and hospitable!!

Diner Review №3

Fabulous Thai food! Not just good 'for a small town' but good enough to stand on it's own! We ordered the cashew chicken & garlic pepper stir fry and both were delicious! We stayed 5 days in Angel Fire and driving to Eagle Nest for this food was the best meal we had.

Diner Review №4

We stopped in about 45 minutes before closing and they happily, and quickly, accommodated our party of 7. The service was very polite and the food was DELICIOUS. Every member of our party loved their meal and I can't recommend it enough. The Pad Thai was amazing. Highly recommend.

Went here after skiing in nearby Angel Fire. Host was very welcoming. No vegetarian dishes on the menu but we asked and they accommodated which was a plus. Good food option in the area.

Good food. Fast food atmosphere but good.

Was looking forward to eating here from all the great reviews, but the gentleman behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful we left.

Diner Review №12

Who KNEW there was a Thai restaurant in Eagle Nest, NM!?!?! I've eaten four different meals there, and they were all delicious, scrumptious, just plain YUMMERS!!!

Diner Review №14

A perfect little joint for authentic Thai food. NE NM is a hard place to find good food, let alone thai, but we were very happy with our food. Laid back atmosphere, no music, small space for outdoor dining, friendly and very quick staff. Me and a friend split the drunken noodles and the spicy Thai soup, and it was delicious. Will DEFINITELY be returning again when possible and will be advising everyone I know to try it. Thank you Thai Angel Staff!

Diner Review №15

What a find! Food (curry and pineapple rice) was great. Service was great. A+

Diner Review №16

We stopped at this little Thai restaurant for a late lunch mid-week. They were the only place open & that was great luck for us! The food (Pad Thai Noodles, Crab Rangoon, and Bangkok Noodles) was fresh, hot & really good. The restaurant was small (loved that!) and inviting and the bathroom was spotless. The server was kind and personable. Will definitely return!

Diner Review №17

We never miss eating here when we are in Eagle Nest. Delicious, and they have Gluten free options available.

Diner Review №18

I had the Thai fried rice and it was sooo fresh and rewarding after a full day of driving. We sat outside and enjoyed the mountain air. Loved this place and eagle nest. Will be back!

Diner Review №19

Very good stop for dinner in Eagle Nest. Complex Thai flavors were there but absolutely none of the Thai heat you crave. Hot oil and Siracha available on the side, but server says no Thai chiles. That’s a shame but still a nice experience. Fresh food, reasonable prices. Curry was $18, Beef with Basil $19

Diner Review №20

Great food and service. Amazing addition to the Eagle Neat area! Would recommend the cream cheese wontons, Thai coffee and Thai tea, Thai fried rice, really anything on the menu!

Diner Review №21

Absolutely delicious every time I’ve had it!! Plus the service is always outstanding. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something different in the eagle nest and surrounding area.

I had the Tofu Pad Thai which was tasty, but SO SALTY. I was chugging water for the rest of the day.

Diner Review №25

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. An unsuspecting star was the Thai iced coffee!! Will definitely be back.

Diner Review №26

Great food and service! Unexpected gem in Eagles Nest.

Diner Review №27

In the most unsuspecting of locations, a gem of a restaurant. Here skiing with fam and had drunken noodles w beef, panang w tofu, Thai fried rice, cashew chicken among others. The food was fresh, perfectly spiced, good portions. The place is adorable, tastefully decorated and cozy. They handled our large party like pros, waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to NM, I hope this delightful spot thrives, it is a great addition to this area

Diner Review №28

A little trip to Thaïlande with authentique cuisine and people who are very kind and welcoming. Great service, delicious food.

Diner Review №29

Food was good but my order was $9 and the waiter threw a fit that I didn't tip more. He was crazy

Diner Review №32

The food is great! As good as any Thai that I've experienced in the past. I had the Red Curry and the wife had Pad Thai, both excellent. There is seating for only about 12 inside and about the same outside. Inside was full when we were there so the wait time was a little long, but the food is worth it.

Diner Review №33

Our Favorite Local Restaurant!!!

EXCELLENT sidewalk cafe.

Diner Review №39

Very good Thai food. Good service, even though we showed up close to closing time, there was no pressure on us to hurry. Good value for the price. Keep it up, folks.

Wonderful addition to the area . Excellent food . Fair pricing . Will definitely go back.

Had a café outdoors table, very good service, the pad chicken meal was excellent, Sauce to die for. Watched the world go by, as I enjoyed my meal. Good prices

Diner Review №47

I was surprised to see a Thai restaurant in Eagle Nest village. The curry was delicious, as well as the spring rolls and the Spicy Noodle. I also stopped at their branch in Angel Fire. Their friend wonton were yummy!

Diner Review №48

I had the "Pineapple Fried Rice"w/chicken; the vegetables were stir-fried perfectly...still a little crunchy, topped w/cashews, pineapple & raisins added a nice sweet flavor ~ don't forget to ask for the hot Thai chile on the side. Absolutely delicious & a very generous amount of food!!! My favorite place to eat here in Eagle Nest!

Diner Review №49

Food is AMAZING!!!!

Diner Review №50

Avoid this place! Their idea of chicken sticky rice was anything but sticky, the rice was dry and cruchy and the chicken was a chicken wing! Had to wait over 45 mins to place my order and then over an hour to receive it. Dont say I didnt warn you

Diner Review №51

Very good panang Curry. Vegetables fresh and not overcooked. A real treat. Served mild with hot chili oil on the side.

Diner Review №52

Great service, yummy food in an unexpected place!

Diner Review №53

Massaman Curry, not listed below, but similar to Yellow Curry, is great. Enjoyed the Pad Thai too. A great casual local and authentic Thai restaurant as good or better than any I have had in big cities. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №54

Fantastic Thai. By far best tasting food around.

Diner Review №55

I had the Wednesday special. Yellow chicken curry, perfect jasmine rice, some pickled veggies to clear the palette. Thai ice tea!

Diner Review №56

Everything tasted clean and delicious!

Diner Review №57

😎

Diner Review №58

Can’t go wrong for lunch or dinner here.

Diner Review №59

The food was good for a smaller town. The price was on the higher end for the amount of food given. The owner was very kind.

I love Thai food and gave this adorable spot a chance, after reading the google reviews. It is a tiny place, probably can seat a total of 20 people, but you could always order takeout, if you have a large group.

The waiter was so dang adorable and helpful. He overhead me wondering about the lack of yellow curry (which was raved about by another reviewer.) He explained that the menu was misprinted and it is their Wednesday special. He also let me know that they make a big batch for Wednesday, so they often have it for the next few days! SCORE!!

We tried a few appetizers, they were pretty good. My husband ordered the Pad Thai (yes, I know It is a safe order, but he loved it soo I won’t gripe at him.) I had the yellow curry…it was so good that I ate the leftovers a couple of hours later. My son had the red curry and he wasn’t a fan. He did not realize it would me mostly sweet (coconut milk makes everything sweet) and he loves spicy food.

I Will absolutely go back and would recommend other friends to check it out.

Diner Review №63

This restaurant was amazing. It's only a short, 15 minute drive from Angel Fire. Everyone needs to check it out. We were so impressed. It was the cutest restaurant, super clean, and the food was DELICIOUS. The owner was just the sweetest lady and such a hard worker. Our family really enjoyed having a change in food choices from what the other restaurants offer in the area. They also have a food truck in Angel Fire that her sister runs. Please check them out. This area needs more good restaurants like this.

Diner Review №64

Excellent! The Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles were literally better than any I’ve had.
I dearly hope Thai Angel is in Eagle Nest for years to come.

Diner Review №65

So glad we stumbled across this sweet spot while driving through Eagle Nest! The fried rice was the best I've ever had, and everything tasted fresh, simple, and homemade. Plus, a great atmosphere: clean, welcoming, and calm. The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. Definitely recommend!

Diner Review №66

My family enjoyed the food! Who would think that the Thai restaurant here would be this good! Fast and friendly service!

Diner Review №67

Great flavors! It will warm up your heart and soul and satisfy your cravings for sure. I love Thai food and I had it just about everywhere around the world. No disappointment here. Service is just as wonderful. I will be back.

Diner Review №68

Best food the family has had in a while. We ate as a group of 7, had several entrees and loved everything. The spicy chicken soup, yellow curry chicken and stiry fry were all incredible. The soup and curry was extremely aromatic and flavorful. No joke, I think this place cured the cold my family had. Wish I had pictures!

Diner Review №69

It was good for not having much options. Do not get the Tom Ka Gai. That soup is supposed to be delicious but there’s was really bad. I think I even tasted flour in it. The worst Tom Ka Gai I’ve ever had. Their curry’s were good though if I was in the area I’d definitely go again but never the soup again.

Diner Review №70

Great atmosphere, food, and service. Tom yum and Pad Thai were great! A gem worth drink to a eagle Nest for. Outdoor tables are perfect.
