I love pad thai in general but this one was very bland, had no salt and no spices. Not sure about their dine-in food. But the food delivered was extremely dull and disappointing :(

The menu is fairly large and eclectic, which I appreciate for all the options. Great soups and appetizers. As a vegan, I love the mock duck rolls. The owners get to know you quickly l, make you feel welcome, and make good recommendations.

Red Basil is one of our local go-to restaurants. The food is consistently good. The staff is helpful & will offer suggestions when asked. We also "order out" from Red Basil. Everything has always been hot whether we picked up ourselves or had it delivered.

The food was not good. Noodles were dry and the chicken did not taste fresh. They also nearly poisoned me. They had anti moisture packet mixed in with the sugar packets and I added it to my tea, SMH 🤦‍♀️ not good. They did go and remove them from all the other tables.

I ordered the steak with rice, i can tell it was frozen because it was chewy , visually really not good and overpriced. Do not order the steak menu here if you visit here. First, I was required/forced to pick 2 proteins. I picked the beef, as I scrolled down, another protein was required, so I went with the shrimp. I was charged $3 for the beef, & $2 for the shrimp, along with the disgusting wet noodles! When I opened it, the beef was so tough to the point I had to spit it out & they charged me $2 for TWO baby shrimps. The noodles seemed to be soaked in water. && portion was super small! It legit looks like a bowl of dog food! This is my very first time posting a bad review on a food delivery, so that speaks volumes. This will be put in the trash! I would give zero stars, if possible…ewww!

Dined in with my family of four on Saturday evening. Since we had called earlier, the staff had arranged a table for us by the window. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our special diet restrictions- served freshly cooked vegetarian food without eggs, onion and garlic as requested. The service was impeccable and quick. Definitely worth combing back !!

Delivery Order - Ordering from here for the 1st time and not a great experience. Food was hot and delivery was quick but that's the only high point.

For ~$15 each for the Basil Fried Rice and Pad Thai Noodles, I was expecting more. Quantity and Quality was just okay and definitely could have been better for the price. Fried Rice was a little dry and not much flavor. Pad Thai had something like crystals (I am assuming either Brown Sugar or something that was a part of recipe that didn't dissolve well) which kept bothering me while eating.

They offer $8 worth of Spring Rolls for orders over $30 but it was just 2 pieces. $8 for 2 spring rolls is too steep. Sweet Roti at $7 was a joke. You buy a can of condensed milk and some ready-made Roti from any Indian Store and get twice as much done at home for the same price and taste.

Wouldn't recommend, at least for Delivery.

We order from here all the time but usually during the day. Tonight we order delivery and it’s a whole new app with all new increased pricing. We thought maybe dinner portions and decided to get it anyway. Vegetable spring rolls and a noodle entree and chicken entree. $50 for the food and the portions were smaller than they have ever been. Ridiculous. And new app has delivery fee and a “service fee” so with tip it was another $18. Will not be going here anymore. It’s a shame because we have been customers for years.

Thai food? Tastes more like Malaysian and Chinese food. Had the cashew nut and it tasted just like chinese veggies in sauce. My partner had the green curry and it was so spicy we could barely tastes the vegetables. There are better Thai places in the area.

My wife asked for her Pad Thai with a little extra sauce in it and it came with way too much sauce and too sweet that it seemed to be eating a dessert. Just moved into town and it was my first time ordering tonite. Absolutely yummy! The Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice was flavorful and perfect temperature. They took extra care to wrap my Tom Kha soup container to prevent spilling. Perfect ending with the Fried Ice Cream coated in sesame seeds.

Ugh this was a bad experience. I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken, the Spring Rolls and the Fried Pork through UberEats. The Pineapple Fried Rice had no taste whatsoever; the rice and chicken were bland I tried adding some salt and the spicy sauce they included and nothing, still tasted bland, the only thing that had taste was the Pineapple. Same with the extra crispy pork... no taste. It just tasted like cooked meat, couldn't finish the rest.

Called on Sunday afternoon & was informed no reservations needed. On entry , since no one attended to us, I picked up the menus on my own from their counter. I decided to try their lunch menu since their regular menu was pricey. The stewardess/ owner was uptight, no greetings, her behavior seemed rude. Three lunch orders $39, not worth even half the money. There was hardly any chicken in each entre portion, vegetables were very few, only the plates were filled with noodles, food was missing a of flavor or taste. I didn't like any of the sauces which also tasted bland on their own. The chicken meat was tough in both the appetizer & the entre. When the check came, she was standing right there to collect the payment & left without a word. The worst tasting Thai food I've ever eaten

Regular menu is pricey so I decided to try their lunch menu which is still pricy. I waited an hour for my food they said they had issues. Two lunch orders $26. Unfortunately and very honestly: Not worth it. Food was missing a lot of flavor. I had to add a sauce to spice it up because it’s bland on its own. I think I received the Thai iced tea without the milk because it didn’t have that milky consistency when it’s mixed, it was just a deep red color of water as you can see.

I love the convenience of visiting Red Basil but lately I've noticed that they don't have the heat on during the winter. It is FREEZING in there. Also, the scallion pancakes and veggie dumplings serving is ridiculously small for the price. It's literally two dumplings cut in half so it looks like four servings. They taste great but I refuse to order them again.
