This restaurant will be in our weekly rotation.

I hosted our annual holiday party for maple Hill carpentry LLC. We had 15 people for diner, they put us all together at one large table, Valerie (our server )gave us great service and tended to everyones needs, she gave us plenty of time to socialize, and kept us well stocked with drinks and appetizers. This is a Great setting to host a party, would highly recommend if your looking for a fun spot to have a party with awesome food, call and make reservations

I recently visited New Thailand Cuisine in Lebanon, (a regular since nearly an year) and while the food and atmosphere still were quite good, my experience was unfortunately soured by poor service. We arrived with about 55 minutes to spare before closing time, yet we were told by the staff that they wouldn’t seat us. When we asked for an explanation, the response was not only unhelpful but also rude. It seemed like they were more interested in wrapping up for the night than accommodating customers. There was a total lack of consideration for us as diners, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It’s a shame because the food and ambiance (visited before) could have made for a great evening, but the dismissive attitude definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The restaurant’s service has deteriorated over the past one year - it used to be my favourite restaurant a year back purely because of its service and now the staff has become extremely rude. They don’t remember frequent customers and don’t have the emotional intelligence required.

The greeting and service were warm and bubbly as well as efficient.
The chive dumplings were crispy outstide and creamy chewy in the inside, with a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy sauce.
The duck... so crispy and light and fresh! Sigh. Just delicious.

Classic Thai food at an affordable price! Yummy curries. Level 2 spice was spicy enough. I really liked the chill and beautiful atmosphere and design of this restaurant also!

I’ve said it many times before, and I’ll say it again: this is the BEST Thai place in the Upper Valley. This comes from someone who has tried EVERY single Thai restaurant in this area. Not only that the food quality is consistent every time for the past year (i eat here at least once a week), the service is the same. Very kind folks that work there, always greet customers with a smile. There isn’t a bad dish on the entire menu. I recommend this place to everyone that mention Thai food!!

Great food, staff, and wonderful Thai iced coffee. I go between the pad kee mao and duck curry, both are fantastic. Spice can be a little inconsistent but they have a tray with tons of options if you like to add to taste.

Really good Thai food!

I had lunch with my son (he paid!). I had Pad-See-Ew with shrimp and he had the Pad Thai with chicken. We shared an order of the fried Shumai. My entree was made to the Hot spice level (4 of 5) and it did not disappoint. My son had the Medium spice level (3 of 5) and it had a good kick to it.

Overall, good food, friendly service and a nice place. Would definitely come back again (I'm trying the Extra Hot spice *5 of 5* next time!).

Really good Thai food in a nice setting. I love the khao soi and the choo chee duck. The waitresses are also so sweet!

Delicious, but I think in the case of meat, for example my husband ordered the crying tiger steak, he got a really small portion.
Don’t recommend it just for the portion related to the price, but flavor was great!

Doesn't get any better than the Thai Chicken Soup with Fried Garlic and the Crab Rangoon. Best around...

Food is always delicious, Gets very busy on a Friday or Saturday night. Might have to wait 15-20 minutes. But always worth the wait!

Food was good and a reasonable quantity. I got the chicken and noodles kids meal and an eggplant and rice dish.

My only complaint was that I ordered 5/5 very spicy and I could barely taste the spice. I'd call it a 2/10 at most restaurants.

My Thai exchange student said, "it must not be a real Thai place because otherwise 5/5 would have been way too hot for me". She doesn't know about American spicy scales, but I did expect hotter than that.

My wife and I just got done eating, and this place is amazing. I normally don't get soup, but I got it, and afterward. I felt incredible. It felt like it was made from love, and that's the best kinda food to eat. The waitress was monitoring our drinks and was very kind. We made it home, and I got notified on going and felt excited to fill this message out. The next date night with my wife. We will be going to New Thailand Cuisine again.

Been going here with my partner for the last 2 years and have never had a single bad experience or meal that wasn’t delicious, very highly recommended!

Good food. On par with other Thai restaurants in area. Often a bit crowded with slow service. The seats in back are wonderful, the ones in front by the front windows not so much (lots of drafts from front door in winter, hot bright sun in your eyes in the summer). For best experience go during non-peak hours (2PM - 4:30PM). If you want ice water, you’ve got to specifically request ice in your water. Thai teas here are unbelievably delicious.

Okish food, i like the Shumai. But I found a left over shrimp shell in my fried rice with no shrimp in it and I hope it is not from someone else’s plate

I've eaten a lot of Thai food, and this is easily the best I've had in the Northeast...maybe in the US. The vegetables and meat are always made from high quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. I've tried all my Thai favorites, and have been trying new things because everything I've eaten here has been really delicious! The dine in service is prompt, attentive, and personal. Take out is hot and well prepared, even when ordered hours in advance. I am a HUGE fan.

Pad-see-ew and crab rangoons were soooooo good! Seafood in the pad-see-ew was cooked perfectly - not the slightest bit overdone, which is hard to find sometimes.

When we moved from the city to the country, it was an unexpected delight to find this wonderful restaurant. The food is fresh, the flavors are genuine, the seating is comfortable, the service is well-timed and attentive without being intrusive, the decor is tasteful, and all of the surfaces are clean. We look forward to exploring their menu often.

We loved it and glad we selected it. Quite charming restaurant with excellent food and wonderful service. Everything we ordered came seemingly immediately to our table, piping-hot, and truly delectable. Tables turned over quickly and other guests were clearly enjoying themselves, as we did too. Our total bill was under $45 for two and we had a delightful experience. Highly recommended. I particularly liked the chicken pad Thai, my daughter enjoyed the Tofu fried rice. Nothing was left on our plates.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

I came to this restaurant 30-40 minutes before closing with 2 other friends; the hostess greeted us with care. We were a little rushed to order our food because the kitchen planned to close early, understandable. After eating, the waitress brought out one ticket/bill without splitting it according to the 3 patrons at the table (myself and 2 other friends).

I provided my card to finalize the transaction to avoid confusion amongst the parties involved. As the waitress proceeded to finalize the transaction, she looked at me and said "would you like to provide an 18%, 20%, or 25% tip." I replied to say "zero." She replied and said "what is your reason for providing "zero" as your tip (while she still has my card in her possession). At that point, I began to get uncomfortable with her question(s) and her presence. Subsequently, I provided a $2 tip to alleviate the awkwardness of this experience.

BIG ISSUE HERE: she went to the cash register with my card and remained behind the counter for about 3 minutes before I noticed that my card was not with me. I left my table and retrieved my card. She handed me my receipt from the card reader that she had at the table during the awkward tip interaction. When I returned home and checked my back account, there was an attempt to defraud my checking account of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS.

New Thailand was my only transaction that night. I did not stop for gas because I was not driving. I did not stop at an ATM or any other place before or after New Thailand. Her behavior at the table and taking my card back behind the counter led me to believe that the waitress attempted to defraud my card of $350 because she did not receive the tip she THOUGHT she deserved.

This type of behavior is irresponsible, reckless, illegal, and unprofessional. I am not aware of the waitress' name but she was a young lady in her late 20s or early 30s. I will not return to the restaurant ever again based on her line of questioning and the illegal attempt to defraud $350 from my card.

Probably one the best Thai places in the US. Care and attention in the service. Staff wear uniforms. Ordered the masaman curry and Thai fried rice, mango sticky rice and Thai milk tea. Everything on point and they have lunch specials. Fresh ingredients and tasty! Highly recommend

Food here is always fabulous presentation whether you eat in or takeout takeout is done with such great care the food you feel like you’re sitting right in the dining room. Everyone should try this at least once I know it’s one of our favorite ones.

I was a frequent customer at this restaurant but because of the service I received on many occasions im not going to be returning. They continue to mess up my orders and each time and I have to wait for my food to be fixed while I watch My father eat his food. I tried to work things out by mentioning the problem and no apology was added and the waitress left abruptly without any resolution. Very uncomfortable experiencs there. I don't feel valued as a customer at all.

Everything about New Thailand is fantastic. The food is terrific and extremely consistent. I should know, as I get it frequently. The service is way beyond expectations and everyone is so friendly every time. The dining room is expansive and inviting, and surprisingly a table is usually always available. Also, the parking situation is good as ample spots exist in this plaza. Highly recommend!

Came here with a friend and had the drunken noodles with duck, coconut soup with chicken and the crab rangoon. All were really good and tasty and the atmosphere inside was great for sitting down! Overall a good experience and we really loved the coconut soup. Also, the prices are really great compared to other places in the area!

I had accidentally ordered online at this restaurant instead of the one I had meant to...multiple states away. Luckily this restaurant has wonderful customer service and when I called to ask them to cancel my order they gave me no trouble and refunded me within the hour! If life gives me the opportunity to visit Lebanon I know where I will be stopping for lunch!!

So i expected a way more better service than what we had. They better hire more staff to accomodate requests and less waiting time for that kind of servixe charge amount.

Delicious chicken massman curry soup, comes with rice, around 14 dollars. Crab rangoons have real crab in them 5 for 8 dollars. Soups are kept hot with tea lights under the soup bowls.

This is probably my best Thai experience in town. This place has amazing decor, and warm yellow lights, that instantly make your heart happy as you enter. The food makes your heart happier. We took the quintessential Thai iced tea, crab rangoon, and fried calamari to start off. My friend took the hot tea that came in a nice little pot and cup. For main course, we took crusty salmon, pork ribs, choo chee curry, and suki hang. The dishes looked beautiful and tasted amazing. For pork ribs, one can customize the spice level - mild, medium, medium plus, hot, very hot. We tried the medium plus and it was so good! Finally, for dessert, we had fried ice-cream, roti w/ ice-cream and fried banana w/ ice-cream. I liked the fried banana one the best. It was essentially mashed banana put into a fried crust, and tasted heavenly with the vanilla ice-cream and strawberry. The waitress was also very warm and greeted us beautifully as we left. Overall, amazing experience, would visit again. 6 out of 5 stars.
Edit: please try the Chive dumpling for starters and mango sticky rice for dessert.

The food was great. They had a wide selection but I stayed with green curry. We also enjoyed the coconut soup and spring rolls. This was probably the best Thai food we've had in the Upper Valley. Portions were ample and we brought some home. Prices were reasonable. Service was friendly.

Waited a while to get my food, which is okay, i had grace… but then after i received the food, only gave me 1/3 correct items , already waited a while to get my food, had to go back in, they corrected , but placed cold food in my bag- ordered steamed Shumai … its a tad disappointing that we pay for this and this is the kind of service i receive… im not walking back from the car a second time, disappointing that they actually have good reviews but clearly that cant handle friday nights…

Update- Removing 1 star because they now add "Suggested Tip Amount" to their receipts starting at 18%, customers should be free to tip what they feel is reasonable without being pressured. Not only that but their "Suggested Tip Amount" includes taxes so they are basically trying to trick customers into tipping more than the suggestion they recommend.
