We had an event catered by Cafe De Thai. First, the service is excellent. Alex gave us a great deal and is super friendly, attentive and organized. He gave us the VIP treatment. His team are also very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, everyone loved it. Really good portions too. 100% recommend and will go back again. Thank you Cafe de Thai ❤️
My kids want me to give their boba a 5 star review. We got into town late and this is one of the places open after 8pm for boba. They don’t have an elaborate selection but the boba was fresh and soft. They ordered caramelized boba with milk tea and it was top notch. **I saw the negative reviews about the soggy boba…but we like soft (not chewy boba) that isn’t sweetened artificially, this place does that and let’s the tea flavor the drink, not the boba. Just a different perspective.
The service was also excellent, our server was so nice and attentive. We dined in and had a full meal: coconut chicken soup (Tom ka gai), papaya salad with shrimp (som tum), Cornish game hen with sticky rice, rice noodles with beef (pad see ew) and their potato appetizers. Food was fresh and tasty. But lacked that Thai authenticity that I would’ve given the 5th star for. I know they are going for a fusion Thai. We will definitely be back.
Tip:parking is tough in that plaza
Wonderful experience the owner was very welcoming and friendly food was fresh, full of flavor and delicious will definitely come again highly recommend for any time of day. Tried multiple appetizers and had their special of the day I had their Boba tea and Husband had one of their signature drinks.
Ordered on doordash and they filled all the containers up only half way. They even skimped on the rice only putting half in there. Will not be ordering from here again. I got yellow curry and it tastes good but they served very little and I’m not even close to being full. The Pad thai is very bland, it looked like they didn’t even put sauce on it. Definitely NOT worth the money. picture of curry is after taking half of it.
Ordered delivery - the worst quality meal I've had in a while. The sticky rice was extremely overcooked with an unripe mango. The pad thai was literally just noodles and chicken - no green onions, no peanuts, no bean sprouts, no spices, no pepper, nothing. It was like a $4 grocery store pad thai packet. The thai tea boba came in a soup container and looked curdled, we tossed it. It was like someone who had literally never stepped in a kitchen before made this.
We had an amazing experience! We got the cornish game hen, gingle scallops, fresh blue crab cowder, and lettuce wrap, and they were all so tasty! The Thai tea was a bit too sweet and watery, though. But there was this guy, we're not sure if he was the manager or another server, who was hilarious and super friendly! It felt like he was putting on his own comedy show for us, and we absolutely loved it!
It seems to be shut down. Wasn't open during business hours on Friday night

Just tried to stop in and the doors are locked. The OPEN sign is on. Nobody is answering the phone. I really would have loved to try it. Unfortunately, they did not communicate with their customers why they are closed. The number on the door is inaccurate it's a disconnected number. That is really unfortunate.
Great food outstanding service vegetarian friendly we had pad thai a few apps and soups - all excellent no complaints
The service was exemplary. The server was attentive and very entertaining.

Great food and always a wonderful experience!
These Thai restaurant!!!!! Sucks can’t cook Thai food everything sweet can’t even taste anything else but sugar . Sugar sugar 😫😖😖😖😖terrible food
These people are not reliable with the time . Dont take a risk
Excellent food, wonderful friendly owner and staff! Must go

WARNING!!! They use green bell peppers in their Tom Kha. The beef larb is not larb, it's a sliced beef salad. Horrible taste, do not recommend
Ordered chicken noodles on Uber eats. The chicken tasted absolutely awful. We puked the moment we put the chicken in our mouth. It smelt like some rotten duck/ seafood. Clearly they have been using the same pans for all cooking / using old meat.
My favorites were 1944 Mai tai drink and coconut shrimp and spicy beef !! The atmosphere was great I look forward to going back
Authentic Thai food, amazing atmosphere. Customer service was lovely! What more can you ask for?! Definitely will be back. The Pad Thai was my absolute favorite the noodles were soo good! I enjoyed the cocktails as well! Great prices for everything
Like others have stated, the food is just bizarre. The Pad See Ew I ordered had cabbage in it and pieces of what I'm pretty sure were taro. I have no idea why. The chili they decided to give on the sude was a sweet chili sauce and a packet of chili flakes. There were maybe two pieces of broccoli, no egg, and the noodles were all clumped together. I ate everything, and it was ok, but just go somewhere else.
I really don’t like to leave poor reviews for businesses - this may be a first one star. But the food we had here did not taste anything like any Thai food I have ever had. It was really horrible. Salty, little flavor, and very poor quality. We ended up throwing everything away and going out to another Thai restaurant.
New to this restaurant. Found out it is really great. Wonderful food. Large selection, something for everyone.
Pad see ew, yellow curry and bean thread salad (beef + tripe) were great. Good portions, friendly service.
Cafe De Thai continues to impress with its authentic Thai flavors. Their vegan and vegetarian options are a hit among my friends, and the fast service ensures we're never kept waiting.
Cafe De Thai is my go-to spot for a quick lunch. The fast service ensures I can enjoy a hearty meal without taking too much time out of my day. Their tea selection is impressive.
Cafe De Thai's Thai dishes are a culinary delight. The blend of flavors in their dishes is simply outstanding. The curbside pickup option is convenient for those busy days.
The accessibility features at Cafe De Thai make it a standout choice. It's heartwarming to see their commitment to inclusivity. The food is a treat, and I love their healthy options.
I absolutely used to love Cafe to thai because they had good quality. so wanting some really good Thai food I ordered from them... What I got was what I would call cheap knockoff mango curry less chicken. This is sweet and sour chicken and there is no other way to say that... Maybe, be careful what you order from this place. It's not what it used to be.
Food was phenomenal! Spot on flavors and who knew eggplant could be so tasty, You wouldn't even know! I recommend this place to anyone wanting something new
This place is just bad. We went there with friends, regarding poor reviews, just decided to give this place a chance. But that was a mistake.
I’ve ordered crab chowder, and it wasn’t spicy at all and didn’t look good at all, it was like the soup from the can for 3$. I ate barely two spoons.
All my friend’s food was bad as well, we couldn’t finish any of the food (it was just disappointing, blend and simply not tasty!)
Also we were the only one guests there. And there were dirty dishes on some of the tables.
The service was really great tho! The waiter is really the best that this place has to offer - super friendly, fast and fun!
A refreshing twist on classic dishes. The service was only outdone by the tasty food. Really recommend this place as a Thai food, connoisseur and lover of family run businesses that really know what they’re doing!
Got takeout and food was mediocre. Pad See Ew had very little vegetables or sauce, just noodles and chicken that was battered and fried.
I am rating the food lower mainly because of the appetizer and the indifference to my concern that what we received did not match the menu description. On the menu, the spring rolls are described as having roasted eggplant and roasted red pepper along with greens and cabbage. What we received was a spring roll with shredded cabbage and lettuce with a few tiny pieces of cucumber. The presentation was nice with three dipping sauces, but the roll was really boring. I asked the server why it didn't have eggplant and red pepper and he replied that they are out of them. However, our main dish had red pepper in it so they were not out of that. We were charged full price for a roll that had very little in it. The right thing to do would have been to comp the rolls since they didn't match the menu description or price. Our server did not do this.
The mains were reasonably good. They were able to veganize many items on the menu. We had the Paanang Gai veganized with tofu. It had a delicious spicy, peanuty flavor. I would highly recommend ordering this. The second dish was Pak Pad KaPow. It was not spicy as described, but had a nice flavor. There were lots of vegetables, fried tofu, and basil. The rice was separate with a separate charge. I don't like this, but will forgive them as the price of their mains was pretty good value. However, really rice is so cheap...
In short, if they had comped our appetizer or offered to take it back even, I would have given this place a 4 star review. I just felt like they didn't stand by the menu and charged us anyway. The server was attentive and the lower rating is because he didn't show much concern outside of saying "we don't have that" about the roasted eggplant and red pepper.
Just went here to pick up boba. It was the only one nearby. Didn't buy any food so I cannot speak on that, the place looks clean and nice and I was greeted right when I got in. It was very close to closing hours but my boba was unedible. He should've told me they were bad. Everything was premade. If you're in the mood for boba, this isn't it.
Super bummed, I needed some comfort food and live right up the street. Tried this place for this first time and won’t be going back. Pad Thai was extremely mediocre with 80% of it being tofu anyway. The spring rolls were literally just lettuce wrapped in rice paper cut into chunks so they fell apart when you ate them. Not worth what I spent $$$$$
Good thai food, would like to see certain main dishes be improved upon. The last chicken pad thai I ordered was fairly bland. Time to venture out on the menu a bit more but a popular dish like the pad thai should hit it out of the park!
Took a long time for our food to arrive even though there was only us in the whole restaurant. Food was not great for the price that they charged. Won't be back nor recommend it.
Friendly staff, great pad see ew
The server was very kind. However, I had let them know from the start regarding my servers shellfish allergy, but when I was almost finished with my food I came across what was very clearly a shellfish tail in my food. The server and owner tried to tell me it was just a carrot, but I ended up having a severe allergic reaction. I’m very disappointed that they lied about their mistake and charged me for my food anyways. These kind of allergies can be life or death for people, and should be taken more seriously.
Soup great, meat ok
Ordered delivery from here. Worst Thai food I’ve had if you can call it Thai food. Rice was low quality seemed old & dry. All curries have almost no protein, the sauce is the consistency of water, random veggies like broccoli, celery & tomato, how is this Thai food. Crab meat noodles had no crab and was drenched in fish sauce. Regretfully waste of $100, picked at the morsels of meat and threw it away, I hope to not be sick later.
A great little Thai place. Hot and sour hot pot was wonderful.
Great food and service!
Alex is very friendly , curious and gave some thai food cooking tips :) as he is also a culinary instructor
Ordered through postmates. Bland pad Thai like they didn't even try, I ordered 4 star spice they just put extra peppers on the side. I ordered gluten free cheese cake since I have celiac, they subbed coconut cake. Well funny enough I'm allergic to coconut and gluten so that went in the trash. There are much better Thai places in Reno, avoid this place at all costs.
Great food great people
Awesome food and good service
Spring rolls were boring...rice and either slimy syrup soaked yellow pepper or mango in them. Never had a Green curry so bland. Couldn't tell what the base was but didn't seem like coconut milk at all. Thai food should be a little more exciting than overcooked oatmeal.
My kids want me to give their boba a 5 star review. We got into town late and this is one of the places open after 8pm for boba. Food was great. Best thai in town as of late. All of the coconut dishes were amazing. Relatively large portions and decently priced especially for Midtown. Restaurant was empty on a monday lunch and food was available in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend.
Great food! Best Thai food we've found in Reno.
Truly bland and awful vegetarian pad thai, duck curry, and crispy mushrooms. Wow. Just so bad. We couldn't and didn't want to even finish our food. My pad thai tasted like just bland ramen(ish) noodles. I don't understand how anyone could leave a good food review here? All three items coincidentally bad? Go try Moo Dangs Pad Thai and then you will know what thai food is suppose to taste like.
Worst Thai food ever. They are a Thai restaurant but I’m sure there food is not Thai food. We ordered 6 items from menu and everything we left uneaten.
Love it. It's different but in a good way
First time I ordered I was drunk and I loved it. Today I tried again with their vegetable curry and that was not curry it was steamed vegetables. It’s so shady they don’t have a phone number. I couldn’t understand why would they have a desert listed as vegan but there’s no more info info or reassurance into their other vegan dishes. I asked to make my food vegan in the description but they put egg on it. I just came here to read all the bad reviews about the curry and I’m feeling nauseous.
Very tasty food.
We sat outside which was cute and near Virginia street so you can hear and see all the hustle and bustle. We had to stop the waitress to order. We ordered coconut shrimp as an appetizer. The flavor was good but it only came with 5 shrimp and a giant side salad for $13. We ordered 3 main dishes for 3 people (~$16/ea). One came out promptly. The other two were almost 10 min later so we had to watch each other eat. The food was okay. The flavors are there but muted. Everything came out in swimming sauces that looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp. Rice is extra ($2). I want this place to succeed but they need to work on proportions, presentation, service and pumping up the flavor especially for the price.
I hate to write anything negative about a local restaurant but I want people to know the experience I had to warn them. the service was great but the food was awful. I lived in Thailand for two years and this food was not Thai. I ordered yellow curry and it looked like beef stroganoff and tasted poor. When I ate it I thought I would get food poisoning and I was right, I have terrible food poisoning and nausea after eating there. It was also kind of expensive for what I got. Would not recommend eating here if you you want Thai food.
I think the food was supper good but they need more food choices. More options on the menu.
Nice staff, reasonable prices for location, good food
Nice local restaurant. Very positive atmosphere.
Ordered from this restaurant on UberEats. I can’t even call what they sent me Thai food. The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were bland and the noodles were overcooked so you would just get a chunk of soggy noodles together. Not worth the money 👎🏽
Came here with my son, the Boba and food were amazing! Definitely will come back
A great meal plus wonderful meeting Jon!
Wonderful experience the owner was very welcoming and friendly food was fresh, full of flavor and delicious will definitely come again highly recommend for any time of day. Tried multiple appetizers and had their special of the day I had their Boba tea and Husband had one of their signature drinks.
Awful!!! And got very sick from this place....I ordered from door dash tonight and the second I opened the container It smelt sooo bad...thought I was crazy and after taking one bite Of the shrimp I just told myself "maybe i'm not hungry" so gave the entire thing to my dad...he threw it away without trying at all and said it is definitely bad and old...read other reviews and be careful!
I literally felt at home here.
Ordered delivery not knowing it was this place. It was listed as The Urban Thai Cuisine and was sorely disappointing. We had ordered crab fried rice and honey chicken. It tasted like canned crab with no flavor and the honey chicken was highly questionable~ not even sure it was actually chicken.... The won wonton soup was essentially salty broccoli flavored broth. Do not order from here!
Super disappointed in the pad Thai, didn't taste like they added any sauce just oil and meat on the noodles. Tasted no citrus or tamarind or saltiness just oily noodles
Crab Rangoons we're really good
Is this place even open anymore.....they are never open when they say they are open. Just curious
This was the worst Thai food I've ever had. If you enjoy microwaved cardboard flavors then you'll love this place. Good luck
Yuck!!!!! This is the absolute worst Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Zero sauce. Katsu chicken?!? Don’t order here seriously please trust me. It’s the grossest thing I ever tried in my life. I thought Cafe de Thai was a classy restaurant… it was when I was a kid. I think this restaurant isn’t related and is hoping you will think they are related, or it’s under new (terrible) management. Just please trust me and don’t waste your money.
This place was horrible the one coconut soup was super cold nothing in it my chicken ramenoup was so sweet my own kids didn't like it the crab ragood and bunch of cream cheese and and little bit of canned crab sprinkled on top and we we always like to order out and promote local business but not from here again
Wow, this place is soooooo bad. I really really REALLY wanted to like it because I live nearby but hey sometimes restaurants with horrible food manage to survive because of their "location" and "ambience."
P.S. I never leave bad reviews but when you are eating food that bad a Public Service Announcement is in order.
P.P.S. maybe instead of beef red curry you should call it shoe leather bathed in rancid sauce with Srirachi Sauce drizzled around the plate rim to attempt to give it an authentic Thai/Haute cuisine appearance.
P.P.S. Thai food? REALLY? For those looking for good thai food, try Thai Lotus. It is excellent!
P.P.P.S. The one star belongs to the server (owner?) who was nice enough. I almost feel bad for leaving such a negative review for a seemingly nice guy, but... PSA!
P.P.P.P.S. If you go to a restaurant at what should be a busy time on Saturday night and it is empty...Caveat Emptor! Lesson learned.
They delivered cold fish nearly two hours after I ordered it and when I called to complain they said "its ok it's cold, we cooked it hot before"
Disgusting, unsanitary, and dangerous. Stay away!
Don't order delivery. Don't go here! Will make you sick!
It took more than an hour and a half and I'm like 6 blocks away (ordering at 430pm). The website made me tip $10 in advance for cold food. Don't make the same mistake as me, save yourself $80 and a $10 tip and just go to McDonald's so you don't throw up.
Been here before, good food, here on a Monday, Google says it's open till 4, it's not.
The quality of food is in great contrast with their store environment. Boba milk tea tastes almost like plain sugar water. Other kinds of food is way too salty.
The worst Thai food in Northern Nevada. Extremely poor quality ingredients.
The worst Thai food.
I was very disappointed in the Pad Thai. It was very dry, no sauce, hardly any flavor. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best by any means.
Ordered delivery. Pricey. Pad Thai had little to no protein, mostly noodles. The bit of chicken in it was super dry. No flavor. The red curry had no coconut milk so it was basically stock and had separated by the time we got it. I really wanted to like it but it was really bad. Couldn’t even eat it :(
Been twice, absolutely lacking in flavor. Waste of potential. Owner’s humor only shining quality.
Jose was an awesome server! Food was delicious!! Love curry!!
One of the worst thai restaurants we have visited ever. Food quality is very very bad and tasteless. We communicated the same to server but as a courtesy also they didnot change the dish. I would encourage no one to eat food here. Food was very smelly.
Placed an order for two vegan vegetable Pad Thai and both of them had fish in them. I am unimpressed to say the least.
Worst place to visit. Bad food. Worst service ever. Would not recommend. Person who took our order was rude. Never recommend anyone. There are better places than this. Worst experience .
The food was terrible sadly
Great food and service. Relatively small servings but extremely tasty. Somewhat of a fusion approach rather than authentic Thai – but delicious nevertheless. I would have preferred less focus on presentation in favor of a larger serving. Regardless, the food was great, the service was excellent, and we'll definitely go back.
The curry was terrific. Made exactly to the spice level I asked for. Wonderful waiter, loved it!!
I really loved this place! I was suspicious at first because of some bad reviews but there was great service and the food was delicious! I recommend if you like Thai food!
Friendly service, taste good not a bad price.
The WORST RESTAURANT I've ever been in my life!!!!! This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star.
The owner at the restaurant was VERY RUDE, the FOOD QUALITY was VERY POOR and he seemed to lack any sense of hygiene. Particularly, the restaurant has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever experienced.
When we entered, we were told that we should wait around 45 mins which was completely fine, but the owner's attitude was totally not acceptable. He was very rude and rush during receiving the orders, threw a pen to us with handing over the receipt and we paid away before getting our food. Eventually, we waited more than an hour to get the food.
I was VERY DISPLEASED by his attitude, when I told him he could have treated his customer better, he said if we don't want his food then get out. He then just put the orders on the side table even though I was standing in front of him and said I am very rude.
I completely wasted $35 to order basil chicken, fisherman spring rolls, and tigerwood tea and threw all of them away in the garbage can ( as well as my friends'). I even paid 2 extra dollars to order white rice and the rice was completely undercooked.
We ordered a total of 3 Basil Chickens and it was sour and disgusting, the vegetables in the fisherman spring rolls were not thoroughly washed, which made me scared to even try. Hopefully, the couple bites I took do not give me food poisoning.
The two same boba teas my friends ordered were even different in taste and color, the one has lighter color tasted like water mixed with a lot of sugar. He seemed like using the same cup to make with other boba teas. When my friend asked about the tea, he (the owner) even insulted my friend's parents and said he should have received better education from his parents. Yes, it really made me doubtful whether he is mentally ill.
Again, WE ALL THREW OUR ORDERS INTO A TRASH CAN!
One of the employees followed us and apologized, and said that his boss is VERY RUDE.
When I pay for the food at a restaurant, it also includes a service fee yet what kind of restaurant is this?
I was traveling and my day was COMPLETELY RUINED BY him.
I just dropped by the restaurant as most of the restaurants were closed already but I'm regretting I did not eat a cup of noodle instead.
Ordered through Uber eats. Did not receive what we ordered. What we did receive was terrible. Not much else to say...
The server poked me in the neck with his pen and decided to insult me. I left, but my friends claimed it tasted like cardboard and chemicals at the same time. Evidently not worth the purchase. Do not go here unless you like being harassed and enjoy disgusting boba.
Great Thai restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. Vegan friendly and spicy friendly! Try the vegetable pad thai.
Good evening everyone. My husband and I were having a Friday outing and decided to try one of our local eatery options. Cafe de Thai wasn’t very busy ,but we decided to give it a chance anyway. At first, our host was welcoming and got us sat right away. We tried the potato appetizer and it was okay, but very small portioning. Only three tiny sticks with barely visible potato’s on them. Next, we had our noodle entrees. I ordered the spicy noodles and my husband ordered the chicken. What came out in front of us was a monstrosity. An unappetizing meal full of thick cakey noodles and what seemed like frozen vegetables. We tried a few of the noodles to give it a fair chance, but was inedible. When my husband waved down the hostess we explained how the meal was not very good. He proceeded to ask us if we would like a box for our meal and repeatedly ask us for payment. We said we wouldn’t pay for the meal that was inedible and he eventually offered us the small noodles we originally wanted. Which wasn’t even an option in the first place until we complained. At that point we lost our appetite at the sight of our dinner and just asked to have it removed off the bill. The hostess again refused saying “ you pay, or I call the cops” so we settled for the laterite. The cops were in complete agreement that this was poor business practice. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody. I wish I could erase this meal from my memory.
Cornish game hen?!?!? How often do you see that one on any menu? The prevailing reputation of this dish, that when improperly prepared, Cornish game hen can be gamy, not at the preferred end of the foul spectrum. I am happy to report that my CGH was well prepared at Cafe De Thai, tender, delicious and we'll portioned! With the key balance of spices as to make a most paletable dish. Combined with a chutney mango salad with Thai noodles, and an iced black tea. A sumptuous pleasing meal! The restaurant was clean, the service attentive, and efficient. In all, a great mid afternoon meal, that would be most suitable for any occasion.
This place is pure showoff. The interior seems decent & attractive, however food lacks everything decent that you’d generally expect from a decent Thai restaurant. We went 20 minutes before the closing time since we reached the area late and all restaurants in the area close around the same time, so we chose to eat Thai. The guy at the register asked us to sit outside since they wanted to clean the insides, which was fine. We really didn’t mind. The person was friendly too. But the major setback was when the food came. We ordered panang curry, Tom kar gai soup and chicken satay. The satay was different in taste, not the usual one that we’d eaten elsewhere( this is fine, we assumed this particular joint had a different recipe/version of the satay). Panang curry was super bad, the chicken was uncooked and the curry didn’t even have coconut-ish taste which the menu mentioned? My partner had to throw the curry off. The Tom kar gai soup had uncooked chicken as well, it was super salty. Against no coconut-ish flavor?. The vegetables inside it were very raw(raw onions are no no in a soup for me).
Overall, the 1 star is only for the person at the reception. I’d give 0 stars for the food in total.
Do not recommend.
The worst Thai food experience ever. We reached around 9.40 pm which is 20 minutes before closing. Staff should have said we cannot provide food instead of giving raw/undercooked food. So disappointing.
The owner was so friendly! The attention to detail was on point. The food was good, very tasty.
The owner waited on us and he made our evening! What a great soul!
Had a very nice experience.the waiter was so helpful in suggesting items..thank you
Food is great, people are awesome.
Amaaazing taro boba!
Horrible food
Absolutely wonderful. Food and service both top notch. One of the many treasures of Midtown.
Terrible thai food. Inauthentic food. Very spicy as a base flavor. Super expensive. Difficult to find. No parking. Ownership is rude and petty. Too long of a wait. Even taking in to account the toll coronavirus has on small business owners, this place was just awful top to bottom. There are lots of thai places near by this one, go to any other one. This place ain't it. Only thing it had going for it was pretty decore.
So bad! The original owner, Jay would be dying, if he new how bad the food was!!! Anyone seems to be able to make a decent Pad Thai. Not here, it was dry; pasta noodles with olive oil Taste, very bland, chicken had a batter on it and was so tough, the same with the shrimp, which had a gritty less to them, as if they had not been cleaned.
Egg rolls were in such heavily batter, all you could taste is the batter or flour. Please do not go and waste your money.
Best boba tea in Reno!
Sadly would not recommend. This food was sub par. Didn’t have any Thai flavors or spices. Rice arrived in a brick and chicken was raw.
They are very slow
Omg... The food is grand.. Fit for a Queen.. But Alex.. Was the icing on the cake for me.. His inner light is so bright and... RIGHT... Anything he cooks will shine as well.. Ps.. The DUCK EGG ROLLS are to kick your mom for...
The worst thai food I have ever had!!. The vegetable fried rice was soo salty!!! & the green curry was like jello. Both dishes were unedible and I had to throw it all out. Extremely disappointed😞
Great food! Great vibes!
Love it
Need a bit of better quality for the original recipes concerning foodie 😋-mr. picky
definitely not ideal to grubhub. they dont look at the notes and its always so late and soggy so if anything just go into the restaurant and eat
Friendly staff in an updated atmosphere
Not good!!!! We order Thai food all the time. We decided to try a new place out. Their Tom gu guy soup was not good. I also found an old container lid in my soup. My husbands chicken pad Thai had shrimp and tofu in it.
Great food and great service
Horrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walk into the restaurant even if it’s entirely empty and staff makes you feel like you’re bothering them with you ask for help.
Worst dining experience every. The owner insulted me when I confronted him about my order being incorrect. He went on to call me "Fat Boy." It's obvious he doesn't appreciate the customers that keep his doors open..
Love to order Uber eats from here
The owner is funny and welcoming. The food is good and there are a few Asian beers which is cool. I will go back.
Food is very basic and very less cared about! I got a chicken noodle soup with no noodles or any other vegetables except for chicken pieces and 3 pieces of carrot which was not boiled enough and still hard. The chicken in the pad Thai rice noodle was old not sure how old had a weird texture to it, explains why chicken was included in my soup. Also did the mistake of ordering an appetizer which was so spicy, inedible and the quantity looked stretched to make a dish, may be that’s just me. I ordered from them a week ago and it was good, so disappointed with the food!
We went here last night and the pad thai was delicious and the spring rolls amazing! One of the best we've tried before. The service was excellent! Really friendly! When we come back, we definitely come here again!
Terrible.
Simosas were doughy.
Appetizer was pathetic.
Sauces were redeeming.
Iceberg, icebeg, iceberg salad.
Meh, Thi fried rice was oily, not fried and needed salt. Missing the onions.
Smaller portion then I thought for 10 dollars.
Staff friendly, clean place.
Will definitely be back to try the pad thi but definitely never getting the fried rice ever again.
Amazing
Great food. Excellent service
This place is awful I ordered an item from their menu and I was there a week before and was completely different than when I ordered from Grubhub today manager told me he doesn’t care he won’t fix it and I don’t have to eat there again which I will not! He said I can write a bad review tha was he’s response to the prefer not being righ. I would not send anyone here very unprofessional and not consistent with their menu.
Too pricey. Good food but there are much more reasonably priced Thai restaurants that taste as good or better
Taking a cooking class here and is awesome!
Not good at all...started, entrees, soups were all bad ..looks to be made of outdated ingredient...chicken did not look fresh, tofu had a bad taste....I would never go there again
I've had Thai food before I know the difference I can't believe how good the pad thai is
Tried to have lunch but they where closed for Superbowl
Great curries
stopped in this place.
1 ) curry chicken soup= no flavor.
2) seafood fried rice again no flavor.
We have had these dishes at other restaurants so good you can't stop eating.
dont understand
Raw vegetables in a hot soup doesn’t work well. Curry is very brothy. Was expecting a more creamy style. Duck on the bone in the curry made it difficult to eat.
I love this place more and more each time I stop here.
The food was expensive and the serving was very small I paid 2 dollars for half a cup of rice. The small container wasn't even full.
I’ve tried a lot of Thai places in Reno as Pad Thai is one my most favorite dishes. I’m a bit disappointed at the lack of flavor from my Pad Thai I ordered today through Door Dash. But I’m even more disappointed by the eggshells in the scrambled eggs that were in my Pad Thai.
Oh the crab cakes... try them!
Still good food in their new location but not as good as the old one, service was great
