Wow. Looks can be deceiving.. Didn’t look like much outside. Once we were inside, it was amazing from start to finish. Total zen ambience, service was immediate and we had drinks and menus straight away. The chicken satay was scrumptious, albeit they need to serve it with more peanut sauce. We tried the calamari, it was soft and crunchy. Incredibly good. The egg rolls were served at just the right temperature, and were yummy. I didn’t try the tom yum soup, but was told it was pleasing. My dish was the penang curry, served with my choice of chicken and a side of rice. It was sensational! The curry was bursting with flavors, the carrots were soft, and the green beans tied it all together perfectly. Very satisfying menu and I love the atmosphere. Definitely will be back to try more dishes. Love it.

Great service from calling in our food to picking it up! This was more than enough dishes for 4 people. Everything was tasty and flavorful. Loved how creamy the inside of the Crab Rangoon was. The Fish Cake had more spices and flavor than how they make it in Hawaii. It was different, but good! Definitely would come back to try other dishes.

Fantastic Thai food! Beautiful place, friendly staff, great service. We had PadThai noodles and Ginger chicken entrees. Also the salad with creamy ginger dressing was so flavorful! Jay the manager (and bartender), was really nice and courteous. We will return again and again!

The food was good, but the lady taking my money got so upset I wanted to cancel ONE item of my pick-up order. She was trying to make me feel bad because I came in and decided I just wanted to take one item off and said to me "that I should've said that over the phone" and "that they're just going to throw the food away now so you have to pay for it". I dont usually have an issue canceling one item off my order so i didnt think it would be a big deal as if one of the employees won't eat it anyways. She was rude and acting as if me just saying i dont want one item out of 3 things i ordered was a big deal. Huffing and puffing her chest, I could physically see she was upset with me, making me so uncomfortable that I really debated if I should walk out without anything, but I did just pay for the two items. And she still was so upset that I even did that. I probably won't go back because of the customer service, but the food is always good. I just can't support a business with bad customer service like this. I would never want someone to feel bad just because they changed their mind.

We ordered dinner for my wife and family spent 150 $$ !!!!! We ordered the talilpa they gave us 2 tiny pieces of fish for 20 bucks !!! wtf and all dishes were sub par and small quantity . Come on guys. U you can do better Quality and portion. .i am a restaurant owner here in Vegas I know u can !! The Tom yum was so salty Not sour or flavorful !! U have to taste your food before I serve it !!!!!

I would like to give a 5 star here, but the service was horrible! Maybe they had an off night..maybe it was because we arrived an hour before closing...?? I'm hoping it was an isolated incident. Sanitation procedures with hostess/cashier/ table help was terrible. She was caughing all over everything, wiping her nose with her hand, and touching glasses, utensils and menus. Good thing we brought sanitizer, although she wasn't the one who had to help us thankfully. We were rushed at ordering, as we ate they tried taking serving plates, still having food, off our table. They never filled out water, and they tried to take our water glasses off the table before we were done. They even told us to hurry and finish our wine because they needed to take the glasses to the kitchen. They actually stood at the end of the table making sure we hurried to give up the wine glasses!! I have NEVER had this happen....EVER!! LOL
We still had plenty of time before closing!! Actually, they are open till 10pm and I believe restaurants still, or should, take into consideration that customers have until closing time, or even after, to reasonably finish their food. It was a very, very uncomfortable 😣.
The food here was pretty tasty...I will give them that. It just would have been so much more enjoyable eating and spending $100 if we had polite service!

I ordered pad woonsen. The food was not spicy at all and it was bland. I’ve had this dish at many other Thai restaurants in LA and. Vegas and I’m sorry to say I was extremely disappointed. I spent $19.00 plus a tip on this order. I feel ripped off.

Pin Kaow! I ordered takeout after a long day and the food was made quick and hot! The pad Thai was delicious and the sauce was perfect! The spice level was just right, and the portion size was great! This is one of my local go-to spots now for Thai food!

The food is hard to beat, hands down my fav Thai spot in Vegas. But service is absolutely pathetic, I am regular here too. Unless you come as a couple or a group, you can expect to be treated as if you don’t belong. I watch others get prompt service all the time, while I am on the back burner, very slow to refill drinks, I find it they only like to refill once, after that it’s like bloody murder trying to get another.

Bottom line, the food is bar none the best. Service needs improvement.

On Wednesday night, at a restaurant with a total of 5 tables of guests, I ordered a total of 4 dishes and waited for 40 minutes, but only received two of them.This dish came with only 4 pieces of lettuce, and when I asked for more, the waiter said it would cost an additional $2. That means each piece of vegetable costs $0.5, this is ridiculous,!I won't be coming back to this restaurant again.

The waitress was not friendly and in fact downright surly. It was almost empty of customers in the restaurant so no excuse for not refilling drinks.
The lettuce wraps were good but came with only 4 very small pieces of lettuce. I nicely asked the waitress for 2 more pieces of lettuce and she rudely informed me that it would cost $2 more.
The Thai iced tea tasted good but was served in a small glass being 80% ice at $4.50 a pop. The egg rolls were tasteless and very oily and rhe oil had dirty oil taste.
The Mongolian beef was basically tasteless and sweet and watery. When I told the waitress she got angry and sent the female manager who was the rudest restaurant manager I have ever met. She rudely asked me if I had ever eaten there before which I am still trying to figure out why she would ask this.
This restaurant needs a completely new staff.

One of the best Thai restaurants in Henderson. Beef satay was exceptional, Pad Kee Mau was also superb. Sea bass with garlic was less successful, but not bad. Service on a busy Friday night was slow, and they were obviously understaffed. However, still one of the best choices for Thai food in the area.

Our birthday party group is composed of 7 couples. Our group has been to this restaurant for over 7 times and every time each couple could be billed separately. But today 2/25/23 for lunch the lady Manager/Owner prior to ordering our food she told us that our table of 14 can only have up to two bills for the whole group. She can no longer issue separate bill per couple. Its very awkward and very inconvenience to be doing your calculation so you can pay the person in the group who would pay for the whole bill. FOR SURE OUR GROUP WILL NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN for this very reason. My question to the lady Manager/Owner is What would be the difference if each of us couple asked for a separate table each???? You will be billing us separately of course. Or are you just being prejudice??? You don’t look white and so are we. If you are just lazy to cut separate bills per couple, BAD business decision. I noticed that during this lunch time our group is about 50% of your business. But what do I care its your business, its your restaurant. We can always find another restaurant who could serve us better.

I would have given Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant a 5 star rating but, due to the lack of customer appreciation (The Maitre d and waitress were at best, irritated to serve us). My Daughter, Grandchildren and I got to the restaurant right after lunch time. My Daughter observed the disturbed look on the staffs faces too.
She then asked, "You guys weren't expecting guests at this time, is this usually your down/break time"? The Waitress replied, "no" while walking away. It was a good 20 minutes before she returned to take our order and another 30 to 40 minutes before being served. Please keep in mind that we were the only patrons in the establishment. As for the food, it was delicious. Great quality and taste. I must say that I would rather experience below
average customer service and spectacular tasting food, rather than great customer service and horrible food. Nevertheless, we all know or should know that in order to get a 5 star rating we need amazing service across the board.

I went there with 2 other friends. Appetizer was shrimp.. Crunchy and very nice. Had crab fried rice.. Very good. Soda. Coconut ice cream. Bill was very reasonable around $70 for 3 people for dinner.

Good local spot off the strip. Tom Kha was good but would of liked a bit more ingredients included, love the presentation. Really enjoyed the pad thai, good heat! Curry was very flavorful and made you sweat for sure. FOH service is friendly but a little slow.

Poor to no service, asked for water twice before glasses begrudgedly refilled. Napkins requested a third time before wait staff glaringly delivered. Appetizer took 30 mins, entrees 45 mins to table. Had to go ask Cashier for takehome container and check as no wait staff anywhere. What is happening at this former favorite eatery? Appetizer served barely lukewarm, NO quality control.

I’ve consistently had amazing food here, the Massaman Curry and Pad See Ew are wonderful. Pickup orders and dine-in are always fast and food is presented well. Over a dozen visits and it’s always good. Super friendly staff as well. And the interior is a wonderful mix of Thai style carved wooden panels and casual furniture. Love this place.

Extremely good food. Reasonably priced. I had red curry shrimp and picked a level 4 spiciness. Fabulous! My husband had sweet and sour shrimp. They make their own sauce and it was really good. Not quite as sweet as in other restaurants.

I got Pad See Ewe with chicken for take-out. After tax it was over $16. It was reasonably good. However, there are other Thai restaurants in Henderson with better-tasting food that have a price more around $12 or $13 for the same dish.

This place does however have a very nice dining room. So if you are looking to dine in, and willing to pay the premium for the nice atmosphere, you will likely be happy with your experience.

But for take-out, there are other places in Henderson that offer better taste at a lower price.

The food is not spicy at all. It's not a place I would go to.

I do not really see much modern theme thai restaurants but my goodness was it a sight. I want to comment on the waitress appearnce, their uniform attire looked so sharp and smart that I felt I was alittle undress, which did not make me uncomfortable but reassure that I made a good decision in picking this spot for lunch. Let me start off by saying that the food took alittle too long to be served. I completely understand the fact that the best restaurants make their food fresh and source it out of vendors that guarantee high quality ingredients. So I will critique too harshly on the wait, but the matter of the fact is, two gentlemen sat down 10 minutes after me and was able to receive their dishes, have a conversation, and request the bill before I got my appetizer. I believe that's a little bit unreasonable. After that being said, the chicken satay that I order as my appetizer was astonishing. The plating was beautiful to say the least and the flavor is exploding in my mouth, I couldn't actually belive a restaurant can elevate a dish so simple. The chicken was just the right tenpature while the skin was charged and grilled to perfection. Secondly, the combination fried rice was also just an experience that I wish I could of savor, but I was so busy indulging that I forgot to focus in on the pairing of seafood, vegetables and rice. If you are into rice dishes, the combination fried rice at Pin Kaow Thai is a must. Overall my experience at this restaurant was very savory. Only thing I'm complaining is the wait time, i will definitely change my review rating if the waitime is satisfactory my second go, which i will ij the near future, and try to see if it was a bad luck that my food took long. Other than that, Amazing!!!

This is our second time to come in this place. My husband was craving for crying tiger and it was awesome! This place is one of my best memory during fathers day. The food was great! Tom kha seafood (tom yam soup) is creamy and tasty, the calamari is a little sweet and salt, the chicken and catfish delight with basil was really good. For the price point a little pricy but its worth it! Ambience is pretty nice and cozy. We definetly coming back.
