No-frills restaurant serving up curries, rice dishes & other Thai classics in a simple dining room.
I'm pretty sure they made a one time mistake. My onions were not cooked. It tastes like they cooked it (and probably bell pepper too) for maybe 10 second after everything else was cooked then took the dish out. Good value otherwise but I didn't expect to bite into raw onion with my noodles. Pic was after I bite into infinite onion.
I used to like this place a lot when I first tried it. Over time however I noticed that the prices kept increasing and the portions became smaller. If you are raising your prices that's one thing but also giving me less food that's just wack. Customer service is also lacking. They are not particularly friendly here and they always lie about how long the wait for your food will be. Time after time I would arrive at the time they claimed it would be ready to then have to wait a good while longer. The place is tiny and kind of a dump. It's located in a sketchy part of town near nellis. For what they charge now I can't justify going for the stingy amount of food you get. If you want good Thai food I highly recommend suns Thai on Decatur/Craig. The food is better quality and they don't give me the run around on how long my order will take to be ready.
Finally some authentic Thai food in Vegas! Don't get me wrong there is other good options for Thai food but as far as authentic goes? Not so much, but Narong's provides just that! Everything and I mean everything was amazing! The service was warm and welcoming. We had tum yum soup, papaya salad, spring rolls, pad Thai, Cashew chicken, roasted duck fried rice(which I highly recommend) and we loved it all! Only thing is I wish we would have saved some room for dessert hahaha but no worries we will come back on our next trip to Vegas 🙂
Hella good food. I’ve only gone at lunch. Not sure if they’re open any other times. I work a lot in that area. I’ve eaten there many times. Last time I went, I had the drunken noodles and ordered some potstickers. They nailed it. Not many tables to dine in. But it’s a hard recommend.
Really amazing Thai food here, we got the Panang curry and spicy basil eggplant and both were delicious.

Delicious food! Our waitress was amazing.

Cozy hole in the wall Thai Restaurant is so good!!! Food is flavorful
Fantastic Thai food. So well cooked. Far exceeds it's pricetag.
All the food is super yummy. There's a Sweet young lady at the register. My sister and I love the sesame salad. Perfectly crisp. Crab fried rice!!! WHAT??! SUPERB! Highly recommended 🥰
Somewhat hole in the wall of a Thai restaurant. Only one person acting as waiter / cashier but the cheap lunch specials making it worth it (under $10!)
Just stopped by for snack and got spring rolls and they very highly dissapointing. Stuffed with mostly with iceberg lettuce and little meat. Pretty bland taste and peanut sauce didn’t help at all.
Awesome food and service!!!
The crab fried rice and the crispy pork belly is my go to 🤩
Omg I'm going too... I'm going too aaaahhhhh go back cause it was good af.
Pricey!
This was a find! Don’t let looks deceive you. Excellent flavorful dishes and huge portions…and the owner is a young lady named Som…beautiful and incredible work ethic!!!
Try this and you won’t be disappointed!!
Honest, good Thai food. Can't go wrong with the Pad Thai.
I’m disappointed that they literally TURNED ME AWAY for lunch with a friend bc they had a few orders ahead of me. Apparently they can’t handle business and definitely don’t handle pressure well which is unfortunate because food establishments have a tendency to get busy especially around lunch time.
Thankfully Thai St Cafe is always reliable - go visit them instead .
This is my new Las Vegas go to Thai spot when im in town. Super fresh and great authentic taste. Would give 10 stars if possible. Super friendly staff as well.
The food was excellent and the service was great! Very nice and welcoming every time we've been there.
Place has very limited seating and the floor was really sticky both times I went in. We waited 20 minutes for the server to bring water and take our order, then it took 50 minutes to get our food (party of 5), and it took an additional 35 minutes to pay once we received our check even though there was no one else in line to pay. To their credit, the food is pretty good, but would absolutely not recommend if you have anywhere to be within the next 2.5 hours.
i go here all the time . so much i have to keep a limit
Good food and very cozy
Got chicken pad Thai.. noodles were good but was sad that the chicken was super dry.
If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is so good!!! Ordered the Penang Curry and basil beef. Summer rolls and beef jerky. Without a doubt the best I’ve had in a long time, if ever in Vegas, people are very nice and food was great. I’ve eaten at at least 25 Thai restaurants in Vegas and this is the best. The prices are very reasonable for what you get unlike most who charge as if they’re the only place in town. And give you hardly anything. If you want great food it’s worth the drive from wherever you’re at in Vegas.
The food is good but overpriced
Ordered ginger chicken through delivery app. The chicken was dry and tasted gamey/raw. Not the absolute worst, but leaves a lot to be desired.

I personally have never had a meal in the restaurant only to go orders. The food never disappoint. Absolutely delicious
👍🏼kudos to the chef
The flavors are ALWAYS there! I can't get enough of their yellow curry and crispy pork belly! Their rice is perfect, too! The employees are GENUINELY friendly, and are so careful with how they wrap up your take out. We've never had a mess in the car. Our favorite Thai place, by far!
If we keep saying how good this place is its gonna get crowded.
Totally worth it though.
Fantastic, no frills Thai food.
Service was excellent.. food was outstanding. Atmosphere was just what the doctor ordered.
It's very unassuming and they don't have many tables. You might wait, but it's worth it.
Lunch special for $8.95!!!!
Ordered delivery service several times and the food has always been very tasty. I tried the pad thai, spicy eggplant with pork and chicken satay. This is my new go to Thai food restaurant.
It’s to the point now, where if I don’t cook, this is where we go to eat, they have so many different options that curry is good, Mongolian, beef, and their orange chicken,
Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. We get takeout, do dine-in, and even delivery. The food is delicious and they honor our requests.
Amazing! A very "home cooked" taste that shows immense care in their work. Loved it!
Bathroom is dirty and not really well kept. This restaurant also has and operates as a ghost vegan kitchen! Be aware of potential cross contamination when you order from (phuck it vegan) you are really just ordering the items that are accidentally vegan on there regular menu prepared in the same cooking space as non vegan food be aware!
Bland and tasteless
One of my favorite restaurants that I love to eat at when I was living in north las vegas the crab fried rice is always amazing also redcurry combo is jus perfect very tasty an delicious
Panang curry on fried catfish is my favorite!
I ordered the lunch special: chicken pad thai. The food was pretty tasteless. The chicken didn’t taste like chicken and the pad thai didn’t have much flavor either. It was nice that the special comes with white rice, salad, and a small house salad. The price was great and my thai iced coffee was good too but I don’t think I’ll try the pad thai again.
Best Thai food ever. the peanut sauce was literally to die for.
I'm from out of town and craved some Thai food. So glad I found this place. I have dined-in and have ordered take-out, and the service has been great. Their food is phenomenal! I've tried most of the curries, Crispy Pork Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Papaya Salad, and the Fresh Summer Rolls. All of it was so delicious. I highly recommend this place!
I had combo chicken and beef with basil and rice. Spice level 7 (1-10). Plus Patongo desert with custard dip. Everything was great. It is a small cozy place with friendly family vibe and service.
I'll keep it simple.
Crab meat fried rice delicious
Garlic fried rice delicious
Shrimp pad thai delicious
Calamari delicious
Chicken wings fried in duck fat delicious
Thai tea delicious
Thai iced coffee delicious
Thai teas served in extra large craft mugs!
Tasty water!
Wonderful service!
Very accommodating of every request!
We'll be back! Gratitude!
The food is good! The last few times I've been there I've enjoyed what I've gotten. You just have to time it right, they become busy at certain points and it takes bit longer to get your food.
Crispy pork is very good. My favorite is the yum nua (spicy beef salad). It is made especially good here. The dining in is a little cramped during busiest times. There is a huge takeout following. But three large grown men sat comfortably at the table. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable, and plates are served full. It is not located in a trendy area, so it is a casual crowd.
Love, love, LOVE Narongs! Best Yellow Curry Combo in town! They are always kind, respectful, and fast. If you haven’t been, you need to go. If the only downside is parking, then it’s definitely worth making it happen!
Amazingly delicious Thai food and came piping hot 🔥!! This place is small but the service, the food and the people are nice and polite.
Red curry had lots of bamboo shots, basil, bell pepper, and onion. The chicken wasn't cut thinly but a little thick and long (kinda like chicken strips). Thai food chicken usually is cut thinly but nonetheless, it was utterly delicious. The aroma of the food can be smelled from outside of the restaurant.
Drunken noodle was the best!! They added something crunchy on top of the flat noodles and the dish came pipping hot. Very happy to see the flat noodles instead of something else. Not all Thai restaurant follow the same techniques.
Green curry was delicious too. The waitress helped us a lot making the right decisions. Whatever we asked she answered patiently.
Every bite was filled With flavor. Would love to come back 😍
#Nevada #Thai
BEST EDAMAME IVE EVER HAD! It was on another level. Also the pad Thai was delicious.
Small place but the food is delicious! Prices are very affordable and they offer great customer service.
A very nice place to have Thai food with friends.
Excellent Fried Pork Belly and the Roasted Duck was BUSSING.
There food was good and service was great. Food price too.
Highly recommend.
Had the duck fried rice and golden roll (cream cheese, imitation crab, onion, celery flauta-like roll) which were very good.
The food is amazing, but if you don't like it to spicy order on the low side of the numbers. The cashier is amazing and helpful. The food looks just like the pictures. Great variety. Very authentic. Great little spot, if you blink you'll miss it.
Really good Thai restaurant! I had yellow curry with chicken and it was really good. Small place, only like 5 tables. Very clean. Friendly staff, and quick service. I recommend Narong's and will be back again!
One of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to. Friendly staff, authentic food, and fair prices. I have been here more than 5 times and everything I have ever gotten has been delicious, especially the short ribs! Prepare for long wait times if you are coming during lunch time as everyone who works in the area knows that THIS is the spot. Great for dine in or takeout
This place is the definition of a hole in the wall type of place. If you like thai food and are near Nellis AFB. Just stop by and get some delicious and really affordable thai food
Place is a little small but they offer takeout.
Closed at noon when it says its open. Wasted my time driving here
The food was fresh and delicious. Server was very attentive and made sure everything was to my liking.
Great little spot with excellent food! Friendly service!
This place has good Thai food, if you go during the week there is a Lunch special for $8.99 we enjoyed it a lot...we will be back again!
Fresh summer rolls were packed with veggies, chicken, and shrimp, and the peanut sauce was delicious - the best I’ve ever had.
The crispy pork spicy basil was also out of this world, and the prices were very reasonable. This would be a great date restaurant, as it’s small and intimate. The service was great! Polite, helpful, and hospitable.
I will be back!
Excellent place, good food and nice service.
Love the fried rice and its a very big portion
Great food. 100% recommended.
I'd definitely go back for lunch since it's close to my home. I've been to a few Thai spots in Vegas and this ones worth keeping in your back pocket if you're in the area.
Customer service was amazing, Anne was patient enough to wait to see what we wanted specially cuz we’ve never been here. After patiently waiting we asked her questions about the food she gave us her honest opinion which was much appreciated. Will be back Food was amazing pls come and try you won’t regret it. Thanks Anne.
Tiny gem! Scrumptious Thai offerings with a cozy atmosphere. Seating is limited, so not recommended for large groups.
I've had their Pad Thai and Thai beef salad, but today I tried the fried rice with BBQ pork and Chinese sausage. By far my favorite dish so far. The serving was enormous and enough for one or two more meals.
Just a side note, parking is also limited.
I will be back and highly recommend!
Service has gotten better. During dinner best time.
Food is so good.
Hidden gem!
The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very nice and very helpful with figuring out what I wanted to eat. The food came out and was ready really quick. It was absolutely delicious! If you are looking for Thai food you should definitely come and try this place at least once or twice! Very good and very reasonable price! Definitely ordering from here again.
YO! Why is this place not overrun with people?! There should be people like Zombieland clawing at the doors for their food!
We all know Weera Thai is #1 in LV but, it's expensive, can seem a bit prickly at times, and is always packed with people. I've traveled the world, spent almost a year in Chan Mai and Pattaya, Thailand. I used to write an editorial called Thai America where I'd rate Thai restaurants around the US. "Narong's Thai Kitchen" would be in my top 10 no doubt. That said, don't expect a beautiful Las Vegas scene. It's a quaint restaurant right outside of Nellis AFB with that Mom & Pop vibe.
Order from your heart here. The staff is amazing and attentive without being in your face. It's not one of those stuffy restaurants where you'd only order pad thai because, the chef is trying to be too "fancy". Just a family-style restaurant with good food in mind.
Tonight we had a Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad), fried chicken wontons, and Thai beef jerky for appetizers. I'm unfortunately allergic to shellfish but, they were so willing to accommodate and they made the yum woon sen for me with ground chicken. Phenomenal. We then had a chicken kra pow (spicy basil chicken) and a pork pad kee mow (drunken noodles). Add some prik nam pla sauce, to kick everything to an even higher level, and you have a meal set for the gods.
best thai food ever. the place does not look inviting but don't let this keep you from great food.. I'll say that again..great food...
Mixed veg had 2 sm Piece of broccoli the beef was sooo hard n tuff n dry with NO FLAVOR the ribs were very tuff n nasty sauce as requested we will NOT be eating there again
This is one of my favorite "hole in the wall places" when we visit Vegas. It's not very big, but the food is so great. The service is excellent. My sister, who lived in Seattle for years, had access to great Thai food there. Now that she's in North Carolina, and hasn't found great Thai food there yet, was so happy to eat here yesterday. So glad we found this place accidentally a few years ago. Our family who live in the area love it, too!
The food here is extremely fresh, flavorful and very affordable. Best Thai food in vegas hands down
Definitely stop by this little hole in the wall spot, the food was great and the prices weren't bad at all. Luckily for me it is right down the street from my job so it's a definite go back for me.
I absolutely love eating here or taking food to go. The food is always wonderful.
Great Thai food . In my opinion the best around . Sometimes there a long wait but food is prepared on the spot, it’s worth the wait. Tom yum soup is great.
Great value, authentic taste, fast service. Their drunken noodle with tofu has been my absolute favorite dish!!
I went here the other day got the seafood soup I ordered delivery today and it had no spice and it wasn't what I received they must have different cooks
Nice hidden gem. They had excellent food and service.
Order eggplant meal, did not add any meat. Meat was added and I have no clue why.
Overall food is great,
Steak is a little tough, and could use a little more heat level in the spice in my opinion.
Will definitely return for a good quick lunch
come with lots of patience
their food is worth the wait
Best little Thai spot in vegas...they use real crab! Better than all those hyped spots!
The lady at the counter was very nice and she recommended the drunken noodles. Overall great service and felt very welcome!
Ordered orange chicken, said order was ready but no orange chicken was ready, would have to wait, switched to Mongolian chicken, brought order home and no spring rolls that we ordered AND paid for! Never again! Total incompetence!! Wish I had not tipped them! What a rip off joint!!
Very small place but is a diamond in the rough when it comes to food. Haven't found something that I didn't enjoy eating here. Highly recommend you eat here if you are in the area.
Love the thai beef salad
The food is delicious. I got the chow mein with shrimp along with potstickers. Thank you for fresh food.
Come here all the time. Their spice with the flavor is a great. Very authentic Thai place with great service. Spicy Basil chicken and Panang curry will always be some of my favorites.
Food was great we had the cutest server she was so sweet. Didn't get any pictures, wouldn't do any justice to the food (or server) anyway, lol. You really have to try for yourself.
Try the crispy pork on anything it was delicious. Yellow curry, was rockin' and spring rolls with peanut sauce. Coconut shrimp. Reasonable prices.
Ordered Golden Rolls, Pad See Ew (lvl 0) and sticky rice with ice cream. Always delicious and fast, not a long wait.
This is not true Thai food! Its more like low-budget Chinese. The fried rice was pathetic, dry and flavorless! Spring rolls were burnt and the basil dish was so overpowered by basil it wasn't even edible. Save your time and money, this food was truly disgusting!
Hard to see from the road. Almost missed it.
Place seems kinda like a hole in the wall. It's the outskirts of Vegas and was in a garage like set up from the outside. I was going to the get the duck curry, but they were out of duck and beef. So I ended up getting the chicken curry. She asked me how spicy I wanted it on a scale 1 to 10. I said 5. Food was great. Only reason for 4 star is they didn't have duck. Probably just a supply issue...not the restraunts fault.
Really Really good food! Very fresh & delicious 😋 My favorite is the fried rice 🍚 & crab 🦀 Rangoon. Highly recommended!
Big , Bang , for the Buck!
Doesn't look like much but food was great!!
The food is delicious without a doubt. Their continuing problem is receiving orders and getting the food out. I would not place online orders because the staff has to transcribed it into their tablet. If the single staff member is constantly assisting customers, she will not have time to look into online orders. I recommend calling in your order or placing your order in-person. Unfortunately, my online was not transcribed and I ended up waiting 1 hour and 7 minutes from the time I walked into the restaurant to the time she noticed she had fallen behind to the time I received my order. If they can fix their front counter dilemma, they'll be in great shape.
Great service
Food was so good. Service was excellent. My new favorite Thai place.
Scallion pancakes were delicious, but our green curry and pad see ew were bland. The noodles were cooked too fast at too high of a temp and were dry in texture and charred.
Very good food for very reasonable price and friendly staff. Can totally recommend it!!!
Ordered Crab Fried Rice and Panang Short Ribs. Came to learn they did not have it available, so we went with Panang Catfish… but we learned they ran out of that. So we went with Spicy Basil Crispy Pork. Crab Fried Rice was delicious! I was unfortunately charged for the non-existent Panang Short Ribs. Odd that the waitress didn’t catch the error. Ah well.
Delicious authentic food. I got pad see ew and the noodles were so flavorful!
Overall good service and food
I love this Thai place. I usually get take out because the handful of tables they have are usually full. I've loved everything I've gotten here. Everything. The food is great, made exactly how you want it and priced really well. I stop here at least once every time I'm in Vegas.
First time to try this place coming back from Utah. It's a "must come back place" even though it a bit far from home. Although small in space, the ambiance, service, and food are really good and their lunch specials are quite sufficient in quantity👌
I love this place. The food is real. The people are amazingly nice. I feel like I am at home when I dine here.
I paid for my order online and it was confirmed by the restaurant via text message. I arrived and they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. The menu is already a little bit overpriced compared to other Thai food nearby. Suffice to say, this will be the only time I eat here.
Really delish! Highly recommend!
I just went 20 minutes before 9pm and the lady in the front told me they are closed. False advertisement at its finest. If you are going to turn away customers 20 min before closing time at least post it on the windows and the internet to let people know.
Delicious thai rice
Food was amazing! The best mango coconut sticky rice I've ever had!!
Came in & was ignored. Seated myself & got my own menu to browse. Nothing. I looked/smiled @the attendant. Nothing. Waited a few more mins., Still nothing. Finally, Got out & LEFT hungry.
one large takeout order screwed everyone else for lunch
Just had some pfabulous Pad Thai Shrimp & Chicken Yellow Curry.
I found this hole-in-the-wall spot when I was staying nearby and now I happily drive over 20 minutes for this restaurant because it's that good. Great bang for the buck! The calamari is excellent and my favorite entrees are the duck noodle soup, duck curry, and drunken noodles. Mango with sticky rice is always a winner for dessert. There are only a few tables inside, so very cozy atmosphere.
Very good curry! And if the lady tells you level 9 is spicy, she means it! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a good affordable Thai place to go here. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 stars is that it took a bit to get service started at the table, but maybe I'm too impatient? The food itself was fantastic.
I got myself and my children dinner via UberEats and am giving them 3 stars because the Green Curry was delicious (like bomb delicious…like delicious delicious) just like at my favorite restaurant in Austin (888-that’s the restaurant in Austin)!!! But the pad thai wasn’t great and the two orders of chow mein tasted like a burnt grill and tasteless beyond that. I was the only one to eat my dinner and be satisfied but still didn’t enjoy it fully knowing that my kids didn’t enjoy it. And no, they are not picky eaters.
The prices are awesome but to be out over 30$ just for food to be put in the microwave (the microwave is where they place the food to die so they don’t hurt my feelings). I found this out recently as I sometimes cook doo doo (trying out new recipes since the covideos).
However I will plan a trip here just for myself and the cravings of that bomb green curry!!! And yes I know there are plenty of other items to also try out but when you can’t get the chow mein noodles right, you get the 3 stars for now. I want the chow mein of that restaurant inside the MGM or Pho90. That’s who you can try to mimic.
So yes, give them a go on their green curry and tell me your thoughts on anything other than: anything chow mein or pad thai (aka steer clear of those).
And as always, be better.
Great authentic Thai cuisine. Awesome
Excellent food! I had my dinner mild and still had plenty of flavor. My friend asked for Thai hot and said it was perfect. Very reasonably priced.
Horrible service on to go order they get upset even after they give you the wrong order. The so call manager instead of making things right for customers he starts arguing with you. DON'T RECOMENT THIS PLACE AT ALL
I order from this place all the time. And I never have an issue, I usually always get great service. Today I called to place an order on my lunch hour. Came back to eat my lunch at work and they gave me a completely different order. I called to let them know I was coming back to pick up my correct order. And the new guy at the counter says he doesn't believe me and was being rude! I walk in and ask for a manager. The guy at the counter claims he's the manager, which I've NEVER seen him there ever! Horrible! Thanks for the service! Now I have go back to work without a lunch. Since I only have an hour lunch
Hands down best Thai food in Vegas
Ate there today at 3:30 PM.
Good service at the table and fast delivery of food which was
Hot and also a small bit spicy
with tiny jalapenos chopped scallions. Excellent meal and surprisingly delicious.scallions scallions
The best Thai places I've ever had. At a great price also
