Bait and Switch, Tourist trap BEWARE!!!

Do not be impressed with the pictures, nor reviews.

>>> This is the WORST restaurant<<<

* This place double charges your items
* Inaccurate pricing on yelp and in their menu
* Ask for price before ordering
* Check your bill for extra charges

On top of all this they add tax on overcharged items and extra charges.

When we mentioned this to management they said pay the bill or they are going to call the police.

We will NEVER EVER eat here again. NEVER !!!

Diner Review №6

The best. It would be great if this location opened again. Good memories and great food

BON our server was awesome. Helped us out picking all the dishes out and the meal turned out amazing. Definitely come back next time back in town. He even helped us move to a bigger table after we ordered soo much food. Definitely Crispy Garlic Prawns, Khao Soi with braised short ribs and the special deep fried baby back ribs was the favourite

Diner Review №9

Fine. Not worth the price or hype

Diner Review №11

This establishment is incredibly accommodating. We requested a vegetarian meal without fish oil, oyster sauce, or eggs, and they met our preferences exceptionally well. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. As a non-drinker, I appreciated their fantastic mocktails. If I find myself in Vegas again, I would certainly return to this place.

Diner Review №12

No that good. Dry food. Not too good tasting.

Diner Review №13

This is the more outdated looking location. The food is just as good as the other location but I felt it was easier to get a reservation here.

Must orders are the giant prawns and red curry with crispy duck.

Diner Review №14

Hyped up. Food was Ok. Service was good. Environment is super casual, and noisy. Came for an experience but didn’t get it. If you’re looking for exclusive Thai food, this is not the place.

Diner Review №15

Lotus of Siam is a Thai restaurant. I was expecting great food and honestly the food was average and portions small. The prices are expensive for the quality and taste of the food. The atmosphere is lively but staff and management are a bit snooty. You are definitely paying for the vibe! The restaurant is trying to come off as a high-end establishment, but they fall short in the food. I will definitely not be returning. There are better Thai restaurants in Vegas that are more enjoyable and will cost you a lot less.

Diner Review №16

Best duck I've eaten in years. Garlic prawns I went for, the duck ill be back for.

Diner Review №17

The food and ambiance were amazing. There was a minor snafu with my food (Northern Larb) and i wasn't served until all of the other 9 in my party had nearly finished their meal.
The rest of the dinner was amazing and i will go back the next time i am in Las Vegas.

Diner Review №19

Location is CLOSED. Permanently, don’t waste your time by showing up and head to the Flamingo location instead. Amazing food!

Diner Review №20

I’ll start with the good. Service was great, attentive servers and often checked on us if everything is alright. The food was disappointing. Maybe because I asked for egg to substitute the tofu on the drunken noodles that threw them off but that drunken noodle was not drunken noodles. It was soupy, the flat noodles were not gelatinous, the scrambled egg as shown in picture was questionable. I couldn’t eat it nor felt to want to take it home. The appetizers were ok although the veggie egg rolls felt a bit store bought. The papaya salad was alright. The Thai iced tea was really sweet for some so we asked to see if they can mellow the sweetness but their answer was to add more milk since the tea was premade. Was hoping they had 2 types of tea at the ready one sweetened and one unsweetened so for those with low sugar tolerance can balance with unsweetened. I felt the reviews were hyped. Kudos to those who’s had great experience but for me it didn’t live up to the hype. If you ever come to NOVA try Sisters Thai and Dok Khao for some really good tasty Thai and cocktails I blame them for setting the bar high. Atmosphere felt snobby and exclusive, so that set the expectations high. As we entered we were asked if we had reservations, of course we didn’t we walked in with outdoor wear because we just came from an all day hike. We were ready to pay for good food especially after a long day but this left us unsatisfied. Don’t judge your customers by the way they dress. Mark Zuckerberg always wears a plain T-shirt but I’m sure he can afford plenty.

Diner Review №21

Definitely the place to visit for Thai food while in Vegas. Worth every penny and minute.
Simply delicious!
I love leaving satisfied!

Diner Review №22

The food here was on par with typical quality Thai food in California except they had a wider range of dishes. It is a bit pricey for Thai food in my opinion.

Diner Review №23

Our waitress was awesome. I can't say that for the food. Maybe it was an off night, but our group all agreed that this had to be the all time worst Thai food we have had. Maybe we're spoiled with our local Thai place, but I would never eat here again.

Diner Review №24

Mediocre food at premium prices.

Diner Review №25

Thank you for being a bad friend! 🧡

Diner Review №26

You just got a shoutout from comedian Andrew Santino on Bad Friends episode 157 at about the 36 minute mark :)

Diner Review №27

Sorry, can’t recommend this place. We went for lunch here because of the great reviews. The food was mediocre at best, with small portions. And they charged an extra $6 each for a small portion of brown rice. Really?!? Anywhere else this would be included.

I would expect a lot more for $75 for lunch.

Save your money and go somewhere else. By far my worst experience of the weekend in Vegas.

Diner Review №28

Best meal I had while in Vegas.
The crunch on the shrimps was unlike anything I’ve had before. I loved the spicy sauces they brought out. Everything here is world class.
This is a must stop when visiting.
The flavor
10/10

Diner Review №29

Packed in pretty tight - caused slow service

Diner Review №30

One of the managers there was really rude and domineering. I have never seen a restaurant move seated guests (confirmed and seated by the front desk hostess and server) away from their larger party, albeit was an add on. Poor management. All they had to do was seat the other guests (same size) at the other table. It felt really awkward to be asked to leave the table, put back on the waiting queue and be seated at different table in a different room about 2 minutes later. I will never go there again.

One good thing is their dishes are tasty.

Diner Review №31

One of the best, if not the best, Thai restaurants in the United States.

Diner Review №34

After visiting Northern Thailand a few years ago, I've been dying to get some khao soi again. What they served here was different from what I was expecting but still delicious. I went with a large group, all sharing each other's plates, and everything was fantastic. It's an easy atmosphere as well so while the food is top notch, you don't have to dress fancy or keep your voice down while eating.

Diner Review №35

Diner Review №36

This place ruined other Thai restaurants near me. If you have never tried this place, it’s worth the try. The surrounding area doesn’t look much, but the best places are usually found there. Try this.

Still as good as last year and the year before that. This is a place I’ve gone to for Thanksgiving since my grandma was still alive.

No dress code posted online. Was turned away when i arrived for my date with my husband for wearing this red shirt. No cleavage even showing. They tried to tell me I had a "swim suit on" it's a strapless cotton shirt.

This is one of the best representations of high end Thai food I've ever seen. My thai friends chose this restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed & satisfied.

The presentation, environment, service and quality of food was all exceptional. They even have a highly extensive array of wine in their cellar which is on display for all to view.

This is where you would go for a high end date or business discussion.
Really, this is where you want to be.
Dress to the nines, doll yourself up and bring in those casino winnings, you're going to want to go big here.

Highly highly recommended. 👍🤌🤝

Diner Review №43

Lifechanging Thai. I spent multiple Vegas trips with buddies attempting to go, and was thwarted multiple times. Finally was able to go this part year and it lived up to the hype and then some.

Diner Review №44

Service was good but this place is ***way*** overhyped. The reviews indicated this place was a special restaurant with high quality food. No on both accounts. The dish my husband got had huge chunks of fatty cartilage meat that where inedible- it wasn’t one bite it was about ⅓ of the dish. I don’t expect to have to search for the bits that are edible in my food, but I guess that’s unreasonable? My dish was so bland I was shocked. I actually choked up from disappointment and sent it back. We came here for our anniversary expecting something special- this was not it. I genuinely make better Thai at home- I have been cooking authentic Thai for years and vacationed in Thailand as a child…. I know good Thai. This was honestly the most disappointing allegedly high end dining experience I’ve ever had. The prices are high end for sure, but the quality is just not there (although the numerous people in denim and flip flops didn’t seem to mind- their dress code is a suggestion that a whole lot of people ignore). If you are looking for a high end place to celebrate a special occasion look elsewhere. If you want overpriced mediocre food in an Applebees setting you will be happy. If you are expecting something awesome like Susanna Foo’s in Philly you will be crushed with disappointment. 2 stars because the service really was excellent.

Have a reservation here, and come early. The food is fantastic. The ingredient composition is not muddled and presentation is sharp and clean. The taste of the dishes are complex with full flavors. This place is always worth a stop when coming to LV.

Diner Review №62

The service was great. We sat at the bar. The food is very good, but small portions and very much over priced. It’s good to try once because the food is good.

Diner Review №63

Diner Review №64

Best Thai food in Vegas. Their foods are unique unlike others who carry the common Thai. Must try if you are Vegas.

Diner Review №65

Diner Review №66

Diner Review №67

The hype is well earned (but still as good/on par as other Thai places in Vegas)

Lotus OS has earned an almost mythical reputation because of Anthony Bourdain’s seal of approval years ago. True, this is one of the best Thai places to eat while in Vegas, but not unique/one of a kind.
Since it’s gained so much popularity, expect to pay higher prices thank similar establishments and definitely plan on making reservations since it’s usually booked at least a week in advance.

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

Diner Review №72

Over priced but so worth it here. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our drinks were a little strong but so good as well. I highly recommend the nam prik ong, duck khao sai and the garlic prawns! Can't wait to go back next time we're in Vegas!

Diner Review №73

Unusual delicious dishes, well worth the journey from the strip. A must visit for any Thai food lover.

Diner Review №74

Amazing food, went on a date here while visiting Vegas. All the food was amazing and well worth the price. The wine is also great with any dish. It very clean and well kept.

Diner Review №75

Best khai soi, I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I discovered this place a month before I moved back East. I went here at least 4 times in 3 weeks. It’s off strip and not the traditional Vegas glamour but the food is unmatched.

Diner Review №76

Its good food but really pricey

Diner Review №77

Food was absolutely amazing!! service was a 10+++ So glad we made the choice to dine there. The fried Lobster was delicious. We ordered fried ribs unbelievably tender. My pallette gets excited just thinking about them!! Great whiskey must visit if you're in Vegas

Diner Review №78

Food was great. I did have a small issue with scheduling the first time I went but Ken did everything he could to make it right and turn it into a positive experience. In addition to the food, the customer service is something that really sets this place apart.

Diner Review №79

Some dishes were quite unique and delicious, but certain ingredients I found lacking in freshness (fish, prawns). Overall, pretty good food. They charge a 20% service fee for larger parties.

Diner Review №80

Poor service

Diner Review №81

Good but was expecting more. I know local places on par with this place. The rice we received with the dish we had to order more. Portions were too small. Service was slow. No real desert menu.

Diner Review №82

Food is okay not spectacular. Tried it once, won't be back. This would not be my first choice for Thai food. There are plenty of good places to go to in China Town that you'll get a better bang for your buck.

Diner Review №83

Incredible. Highly recommended Khao Soi and Thai Fried Rice, Mango Sticky Rice.

Diner Review №84

Diner Review №85

This place was excellent. The koong sarong was awesome. Shrimp wrapped in bacon wrapped in a wanton skin and deep fried is the best appetizer ever dreamed up. The Tom Yum Gai was the best I've ever had. It was perfect. I can't imagine a Tom Yum being better. The Pad See Ew was really good as well.

Generally speaking, my entire experience was really excellent. Really great food, really great staffing and prices that are really fair. I'll for sure eat here again.

Diner Review №86

Unfortunately, we got thrown out after spending $665, because the server said your time is off. Really??? Why?

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

Very good Thai Food in Las Vegas
It was so crowded but it’s worth the long wait since we called to make reservation but there was no answer
The food was good and their service was excellent during this COVID time

Diner Review №89

We really enjoyed our visit here. The facility and the table service is elevated above a normal Thai restaurant and we really enjoyed that. Most of the dishes we had were small in portion but were really good. However, the Penang curry was the best I’ve ever had in my life. It was absolutely phenomenal. That alone was worth the trip. Perhaps a little expensive for the food we received overall, but the service and curry were phenomenal.

Diner Review №90

Diner Review №91

Food and drinks were terrific, my only complaint is why such bright lighting?? The restaurant was lit up brighter than the sun for dinner, not very relaxing.

Diner Review №92

Excellent food. No atmosphere but who cares.

Diner Review №93

Featured in many magazines as a must go to for foodies and frequented by celebrities, this restaurant is no disappointment. We started out with the Nam Kao Tod appetizer which is crispy rice with sour pork sausages - AMAZING! Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai are two of my favorite dishes and they were both delicious. My husband had the panang crispy duck and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We most definitely will return...one of the best meals we had while in Las Vegas!

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Amazing Thai food! The service is fantastic as well, especially considering the price

Diner Review №96

An incredible treat that's very unassuming on the outside. We visited Lotus of Siam after seeing it pop up on so many must-try restaurant lists in the Vegas area. The food was absolutely incredible and deserving of every award it has recieved. Do yourself a favor and order off the northern menu, which will give you a truly unique experience not found at any other Thai restaurant I've been to. It felt like I was transported back to east Asia eating someone's home cooking in the best way. We did the 5 course northern menu that started with a delicious pepper and mushroom dip with fresh veggies and ended on a high note with fried bananas and fresh coconut ice cream. Definitely not what it seems from the outside but that gives the restaurant extra charm. Give this place a try if you have the chance!

Diner Review №97

Exquisite plates of food. A must.

Diner Review №98

Some of the best thai food in Las Vegas. Nam Kao Tod might be the best tasting simple dish I've ever had. Everything in the basil seafood dish was tender and fresh. Wine list is expansive, and service was top notch. Can't wait to come back again.

Diner Review №99

Great place, outside kind of awkward looking, but inside it's very roomy... Good foods but does cost above average, and spicy levels will be at your expectations... 😊😉

Diner Review №100

Wait staff is great! Food had great flavor.

Diner Review №101

We made a reservation but were seated 15 min late- but other than that everything was amazing. The drinks were amazing, food was beyond delicious, it was very affordable, and the service was great too.

Diner Review №102

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

Very good Thai restaurant; it is always busy. Make a reservation. We had green chicken curry, crab salad and prawns.

Diner Review №105

Very good service. Long line. Food is Good enough for American customers. Not strong flavor is other authentic Thai food.

Diner Review №106

Every time I drive through Vegas, I stop here for food.

Diner Review №107

Had the chicken pad se ew and pineapple fried rice here. Both were really good and fresh. Flavors were great. I would recommend this place.

Diner Review №108

It was good for being my first time trying Thai food. Great attention!

Diner Review №109

Love this place. A must go restaurant when in Vegas!

Diner Review №110

Order off the Northern menu!! Or youz a filthy casual. I will say this was damn good but a 10 was not spicy enough.

Diner Review №111

Excellent food. Even better service!

Diner Review №112

Best Thia in LV

Diner Review №113

There are no words . Just go. Bring friends.
Life changing dishes:
Northern larb, nam Khao tod, lobster. Start there and then just eat the entire Menu.

Diner Review №114

Tried to go and eat here last night and it was a bad experience. The wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes for the bar for two and it was significantly longer. Made a reservation and still what was originally 30 minutes turned into a 2 hour wait. Maybe the food is good, but I had no chance of trying it. Just wanted to have clear communication on seating time and there was none. Ended up just leaving and trying another place.

Diner Review №115

Diner Review №116

Food was delicious and they give you nice portions. It was a great mothers day!

Diner Review №117

Excellent food

Diner Review №118

Best Thai ever!

Diner Review №119

Very good

Diner Review №120

Great, i love it.

Diner Review №121

Fantastic food! Service was impeccable.

Diner Review №122

Came on vacation from Texas with family and service was absolutely horrible. Food was alright. My brothers drink from the bar had a fly in it. Also when we were paying they mixed up our bills and chased after us into the parking lot when we payed correctly and had to go in and argue all to find out it was a server error. Service was absolutely horrible and I work in the restaurant industry so I know how a server should be and this wasn’t it. Will not be coming back here again. So disappointed after coming here on a recommendation from a friend.

PS if you go here make sure u ask for tap water otherwise they won’t give you the option. They will just ask if you want still or sparkling water and charge you by the bottle ($8) without even letting you know. So BE CAREFUL!!!

Diner Review №123

Good food and lots of gluten free options!

Diner Review №124

The food is average for the price that they sell it at. There is defintely better thai places in Vegas for a more affordable price. When I got there it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for two plates of beef pad thai to come to our table I couldn't recommend this place when I know there's better.

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

Yes,its as good as everyone says it is. Loved it!

Diner Review №127

I’ve been so many times. This place never disappoints. I always go for the Northern Thai options. I prefer this location over the other.

Diner Review №128

Everything here is good. The price point is incredibly affordable considering the quality of the food.

But I cannot stress this highly enough: splurge for the garlic prawns. The first time I went, I filled up before they came and couldn’t finish them, so I came back a second time to just enjoy them in their full glory. They are some of the most beautiful fried seafood I’ve ever eaten and I think back on them often.

Diner Review №129

I'm sure there's not much I can say that hasn't been said already, but this place is absolutely incredible.

I lived and worked in Thailand for years (in the Isaan region), and I'm very used to getting Thai food that's "good, for the US."

Lotus of Siam is just great Thai food, without caveat. The crispy duck khao soi might be the best khao soi I've ever had, full stop, and I've eaten a lot of khao soi in Northern Thailand.

Absolutely worth a trip.

Diner Review №130

Best ever ever. Drunken noodles and panang curry are amazing. Everything is amazing. First stop every time we visit Vegas.

Diner Review №131

Diner Review №132

Fantastic food, amazing employees. Possibly one of the greatest restaurants in the world.

Diner Review №133

Wow! Didn't disappoint. Service was personable and great. Food was top-notch. Chicken satay, Pad Thai, and chef special Sea bass drunken noodles were very impressive. The cocktails and saki were a hit with our group. Well worth the trip off the strip. Will be glad when we can come back. Amazing!

Diner Review №134

Food was good, service was ok, but we were at a table next to the server station with heavy traffic & clanking dishes, & the table next to us had 3 loud screaming children running all over.

Definitely was not how I wanted to spend my last night in Vegas, but the food was worth the visit.

Diner Review №135

Our group had 5 different appetizers and at least 5 different dinner selections...everything was great!

Diner Review №136

Great service. Awesome food

Diner Review №137

Excellent service. Vegetarian and gluten free options visible on the menu. Great selection of food.

Diner Review №138

This jewel of Las Vegas lives up to its reputation. Great atmosphere, expansive wine list, and the best food. I sampled food from most sections of the menu and every offering was outstanding. From the always classic Panang Curry, the Lao and Thai street food Nam Kao Tod, Northern Thai dish Khao Soi, delectable Salmon Love, and finally for dessert, sticky rice with mango and coconut syrup. Everything was excellent!

Diner Review №139

Diner Review №140

A hideaway, must visit when in las Vegas

Diner Review №141

Lotus of Siam is one of the “must do destination stops” in every Las Vegas adventure. The food is amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to try as well as amazing tea. You will not leave disappointed. Try the short ribs Khao-Soi

Diner Review №142

I’ve spent a lot of time in Thailand, and this is some of the best and most authentic food I’ve had in both the states AND abroad! Great selection of Northern Thai dishes and excellent service. Food and sake cocktails were truly amazing. 10/10, I will be back every time I’m in Vegas!

Diner Review №143

This is not your average Thai restaurant. The menu has a special section focused on northern Thailand cuisine that has won countless awards over the years. The Mango-coconut rice for desert is also to die for. Very reasonably priced.

Diner Review №144

Great food. Great ambiance.

Diner Review №145

Stop what you’re doing and eat here now. The garlic shrimp is life changing. I have never eaten the shells but they may have been the best part. My friend skipped the shells and I almost ate his.

Diner Review №146

Diner Review №147

Best Thia Restaurant ever wish they would come to my town !

Diner Review №148

Dinner with friends there. Very impressed with the food and the service. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurant in the country. The best dish was the garlic shrimp.

Need to mention the wine list here. It could rival restaurant wine list anywhere.

Diner Review №151

Unparalleled Thai food. Every item was awesome.

Came back after 4 years. BEST thai food ever! Again.

Diner Review №152

Any review that says anything negative about the food at Lotus means you can be sure the person who wrote it is completely clueless. Food here is insanely good and has been for years. Easily one of the best Thai restaurants in the US and for sure the best in Vegas.

Diner Review №153

Diner Review №154

Diner Review №155

Food was "OK". Somewhat flavorless.

It was consistent with what I would expect for a 10-15 a person takeout.
Extremely underwhelming at more than $40 per person.

There was nothing especially bad or offensive about it, and we ate all of it. But there was nothing especially good or impressive about it either.

Entirely unimpressed from a place that was supposed to have the best Thai in Vegas.

Maybe Vegas just doesn't have good Thai?

Diner Review №156

Used to be my favorite restaurant in Vegas but their service is cringe now...6 course $200 chefs specialities tasting for two...ten minutes later, we are informed they are out of seabass and we need to pick another item. We chose soft shell crab salad. We receive our first dish, and 5 minutes later, they throw down the other 3 dishes hurriedly and are left alone for 30 minutes. We have to flag servers down multiple times for refills.

Finally, we are checked on, and are asked if we need anything else...um? Maybe our first 4 dishes coursed out how they should be, and then if you're not completely exhausted by then, actually grant us our 5th and 6th dish. Incredible. I could go on but I'm getting carpal tunnel syndrome.

It was absolutely pathetic. I hate hate HATE leaving bad reviews, but you ppl earned it. Believe me.

P.S. this was at 11:00am, and we were the second customers inside (first was also a 2-top).

Diner Review №159

From reviews online and a local friend in Vegas, we've heard nothing but good reviews about Lotus of Siam, so my boyfriend and I decided to try it while we are in town.
While the initial process of trying to get seated for our reservation, in the small lobby was a little chaotic, we were happy once we got to sit. The drinks took a minute, but when they did arrive they were great. We both ordered Northern Thai food which I highly suggest. I got the khao soi which was a coconut peanut curry with some noodles and soft tofu.
The atmosphere was great, although the lights at our table a little bright. There were many families and different ethnicities, which shows to the fact that they serve such great food.

Diner Review №189

First impression is the restaurant is very clean. The food hits the spot. Must try crispy duck khao soi. Enjoy!!

Diner Review №190

I don't think I can say much that hasn't already been said. They food is phenomenal, and the wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I would eat the Nam Kao Tod every day for every meal, the Kao Soi was better than I had in Thailand, and the Pad Thai was from a whole different universe from what I have experienced before, so good! My one miss was my cocktail, the description sounded great, but it was just mediocre. I usually like to take pictures of my food, but everything was devoured long before I could even think about taking a photo.

Diner Review №191

Diner Review №192

What can't I say about this place. The best Thai food I've ever had. Don't worry when your Uber drops you off in a strip mall; you're in the right place. The unassuming location helps with the crowds. Do the tasting menu style "signature dishes" to get the most flavor-bang for your buck. Make sure to bring a big appetite (and a bottle of pepto) as the meal easily feeds 4, for around $150.

Diner Review №193

WOW.... Incredible Northern Thai cuisine. The crispy duck with drunken noodles is TO DIE FOR! Definitely in the TOP 3 Thai restaurants Ive been to, possibly top 2. YUM.

Diner Review №195

The best meal I had in Vegas. Excellent experience.
I am allergic to gluten and their menu is very celiac disease friendly. The items that could be made gluten free (many options) were marked on the menu. I am very impressed with the time they took to make sure my dishes had a gluten free substitute. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the gluten free dishes and made sure I knew which ones were GF when all the dishes were served. This is so rare!!! I can hardly eat at an Asian restaurant and have GF substitutions.
Great wine selection. I loved the sa-tay chicken and peanut sauce. And a coconut item off the northern Thai menu.
My partner loved the garlic prawns and a few other things off the northern Thai menu. Every dish was 10/10 great!!!
We will definitely be back.

Also, we actually made reservations for a Saturday on accident and showed up on a Friday. They were very kind and able to accommodate us.

Thank you lotus of Siam!

Lotus of Siam's decorations is very dated as mentioned by others. A lot of pictures of people and the chef, and they are all screwed into the walls and looks a bit strange / tacky. This was during COVID times and everything was very well spaced out. We got in within a few minutes of our reservation time. We ordered the Seabass and Crispy Duck. The Sea Bass wasn't very good. Perhaps we didn't "order it right" (maybe they should list suggestions). The crispy duck was very good. The prices seemed to be on the high side, but glad we went there.

Price: Some things were a little pricey but the overall bill wasn’t terrible.

Food: Whenever Thai ice coffee is on the menu, I have to have it. LOS did not disappoint! The waiter recommended the garlic prawns so we ordered it as one of the appetizers...OMG, SO GOOD! The Catfish with Red Curry and Pad Woon Sen were both super flavorful. Spice scale is accurate so be aware of what you choose from 1-10 lol.

Service: Everyone was nice and attentive. I appreciate restaurants that cleans straw or chopstick wrappers and other things off the table throughout dinner. We ordered our drinks and appetizers first, then had to wave someone down to order our main course but it wasn’t a big deal.

Environment: A little dated but understandable. This was the first location in Vegas I believe. The newer location on Flamingo is currently closed until COVID is figured out. Though dated, the old school vibe works! There’s a room there to have a birthday or large family dinner too which was pretty cool.

NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Crab Fried Rice! The description sounded delicious, spices, snow crab meat chunks, fried rice. I didn’t want to order too much food so I passed this time. Also, Pad See Ew Pat is always my go to for takeout so I’ll probably try that here as well.

Exceeded the hype. I crave their garlic prawns everyday.

Diner Review №200

Quite possibly the best Thai food on this planet! Every food that we ordered was savory, mouthwatering, and unbelievably delicious! And the inside of this hidden-gem-of-a-restaurant is spacious with green carpet and a massive selection of wine. However, this restaurant is difficult to find/locate, it’s located in a questionable part of Las Vegas, and they don’t have locations in Southern California. Just thinking about their food is making me hungry again even though I just ate a full meal with dessert...
