First time at this place and a good place to have a yummy soup especially when winter is now coming. Both soups Tom Yum and the Coconut one were great, one down fall for me (but the taste was great) was the pieces of the dried lemongrass. Never had those before, they reminded me of naked shrimp tempura lol. The drunken noodles were yummy, spice was perfect. Everything was great except the main course what I came for which was the curry. Thank you so much. Your restaurant really surprised me I don’t understand why this place isn’t super busy.

Very slow and inattentive…nice guy but apparently a little in need of service training. Similar to other 1-star review(which is a bit harsh considering how good everything else is) the place was mostly empty but we had to seat ourselves, wait for menus and wait for any type of attention or service … other than that it was great.

Threw a retirement party here with 20 people it turned out great the attention from the staff really was incredible, and the service. Everyone loved the food, and even the chef came out numerous times and asked how the food and service were definitely top notch and generous

Don’t order from here, they are closed down and haven’t updated their website and Google maps that they are closed down :(

Came here last night and the owner told us they were shutting down because of going out of business. Makes me sad that someone’s dream has to shut down. Never got to try the place but the owner seemed to be very nice. Good luck to them!

Friendly, dedicated and great Thai Cuisine.

First time here and was so disappointed. The young man at the register has the WORST attitude ever! I ordered a combo spicy basil rice, sweet and sour chicken, asked for soy sauce and he handed me 2, asked for more and he got an attitude and said " here I can only give you two more" with a rude attitude. Very turned off and will not return. The food lacks flavor, the combo fried spicy basil rice was mushy and gross, could not eat it. The sweet and sour chicken was runny and tasted weird. This place is a big NO for me. Treat your customers better and provide world class customer service, after all you're in Las Vegas.

Ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice. Picked up and opened at home. NOT Spicy. NO Basil. Called. Gentleman said you didn't order spicy. Said no Basil. He said we ran out. I ordered SPICY BASIL FRIED RICE. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I ordered the brownie dessert without the ice cream. Instead what I got are the 2 bite brownies sold at the major grocery stores. When I brought it up with the manager he was very rude.

Customer service was alright and could have been better... Food was not that great... restaurant was so empty... check came paid, and Tipped had the cashier come out to the car and tell me off because the tip was too low and wanted more money.

Love this place. Thank you for making my gluten free Mongolian fried tofu. AMAZING

Basil & Lime is consistently delicious. They have a large menu with lots of variety. I like that you can choose your spice level on many of the dishes. Excellent Thai food. Would definitely recommend this place. I usually do take out here about twice per month.

Came here close to 1pm on a Thursday. It was not busy at all. I ordered the pad see ew lunch special and tom yum soup both with chicken and medium spice. Food was delicious. Server was friendly and attentive. Portions were just right and priced very reasonable.

Staff is good. Usually we order to go but last time we dined in and had a nice time. The owners are very nice and they do a good job. I love their Thai beef salad. And Tom Yum soup.

I don’t know where to start , This is my favorite place to go with family for Thai Food , They never seem to disappoint. However I think it all had changed after experiencing a bad experience from a worker who was helping us the entire time.

1) when we were seated table was dirty
2) Took 30-40 mins to get our food , No complaints took it with a grain of salt , longer than our expected wait times.
3) We received our bill $78. And some change , We are already struggling financially especially with this increase of everything going up , My husband gets up to pay , As he finishes paying he sees not enough to leave a tip. We had $2 and some change so he leaves whatever he has. The waiter/ cashier who helped us after the bill was complete and tip was provided he tells my husband . Excuse me but $2 tip is nothing , A service tip for our service is $11.56 , i don’t need ur $2 tip , if you going to leave tip leave $11.56 for my service. My husband was shocked with his response and said I’m sry but that is all I got , I guess that will be the last time we come in. As we are in or car and we are watching from the window inside the restaurant you just see the male individual throw the receipt , the cash and his hands in the air towards outside the window. It’s disappointing because a tip should not be mandatory like that and it being treated in such way after spending $78 for 2 adults and 3 kids.

I always get the same thing, green curry. Low spice, absolutely delicious. Always treated with respect. One dish usually fills me up, extra protein and rice and it will feed 2.

I ordered a chicken panang curry spice level 7. Its what i get every time. The one i got today was so spicy, it was inedible! When i called to get a replacement , i was hing up on twice. I asked over and over her name so i would have a reference person i could refer to. She abruptly hung up on me again. This is so unprofessional that i will not be coming back.

I always come here for the Thai BBQ chicken and I’m never disappointed. The chicken is fresh and the rice and vegetables are well cooked. Service is great also, I came in while the kitchen was closed but they still accommodated my order.

Dined in with friends. Everyone's pad thai tasted burnt. The roof was leaking... the server was really nice about everything but I won't be back.

Its was sunday 21 may at 6 pm, i was there for a take out, my order was ready on the counter but needed the server to put it in the bag but this lady was very rude when i told here that my food was there for 15 min just give me a bag and i ll do it my self, she is impolite and non professional at all without mentioning that her hair was everywhere

I was visiting when my brother recommended this place. We got food delivered. It was delicious!!!! Everything was fresh and hot and we even had leftovers. Great food and awesome experience!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of trying this place and were pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing and we’ll definitely return. We ordered the garlic sauce basil fried rice with chicken & shrimp and the crab rangoon and both were BOMB!

I came in today Staff here is very rude. After being rude to me she goes to her co worker and start speaking their language. every time she walk past me she would try to bump into me on purpose as if I was in her way. I said no words to her I just looked at her when she would be rude to me. I just left I will never come here. They were not even busy. It was only one family at a table for her attitude to be nasty and be walking around like as if she had way to much going on.

Place was nice, clean and Waitress was super nice. But that’s about it. Food was terrible, pad Thai was horrible and was so so sweet. I was overwhelmed with some sweet sauce and all i tasted was sweet sauce. First I ordered red curry and it was decent at best. I ate bout half and wants to try the pad Thai. Pad Thai was gotta be one of the worst I had in my life. And I been around a lot of Thai places. I would pass on this place if I had a choice of Thai food.

It's like I said before don't go to the restaurant ever and it's not a family restaurant and they have bullies for employees . And one little tip the food it helps not to eat it and don't even taste it it's always off .

We found a gem of an authentic Thai cuisine experience. Basil'n Lime.
close to the center of Las Vegas, it was easy for us, travelers from the east coast, to get to.
Everything was super fresh, robust flavors. Heat, as much as you desire. All served very quickly after ordering.
The staff was super warm, inviting and hospitable.
We left the restaurant very satisfied and will definitely revisit.

Normally, when we go out together someone has a great meal someone has a good meal and someone has a meal that they’re disappointed with. Everything was fantastically delicious. Seafood lasagna, shrimp and grits, barramundi with cauliflower rice, spaghetti and meatballs called the Sally! Always take pics after you have eaten. Lol!

Fast delivery from restaurant's delivery service ($6.00 delivery fee). My special request for each item were no msg and not too salty. I'm salt sensitive and have have certain reactions to msg. Well...I have to say food was good but their pork were not fresh I can taste it and I split it out. Let's just say my dog and I have very unhappy stomach the next 2 days. My hands were so swelling from food seasoning which must have hidden msg. I can't even wear my ring. If you Google hidden msg seasoning. You will be surprised.
I wish they would fulfill customer's request when I request for no msg and not salty. We don't cook so we always look for good Thai food to eat. I am addicted to Thai food and have to have it everyday. So I think this place is not on my list. BTW this was my 2nd or 3rd time we ordered from this place. I had the Chicken Satay and Pot Stickers for an appetizer, they were absolutely fantastic. Going to have to try every appetizer on the list. Also had the Green Curry Chicken dinner and Mango Sticky Rice desert, Both were amazing. I can't express how good our experience was as a whole. Not only am I coming back often, I'm bringing all my friends and family.

I've been here before a few times as i used to live in the area and the food was good, service is slow and you're expected to seat yourself. It can be a little odd at first but the employee's are very nice. I went today to order but they had a sign in the window saying they are closed 3-4p.m. that super sucked as I came from across town. Overall from past experiences this place is great, I'll have to update next time I get to try it.

Have been ordering to go from this place for a bit and finally had some time to be able to sit down and eat. Walked in and stood by the door for a few minutes waiting to be seated with no response not even being acknowledged and then sat at a table for 20 minutes without being served. They weren't busy. There were only three tables that had people at them and they walked past me multiple times to clean other tables as well as to hand other people take out.

Great Thai food delivered. I used Uber Eats and my order was accurate and quick. I like getting a nice array of food: Curry, Fish, Lemon sauce chicken wings. The green curry is the bomb, and the catfish in chili sauce is delicious. This is one of the better Thai restaurants in Summerlin.

Delicious food and variety of dishes

SO DELICIOUS! Their vegetable curry has so many beautiful vegetables in it! They definitely provide high quality and good quantity. The server, Jimmy, was efficient and friendly. I did order 5 out of 10 and it was hotter than expected. So if you can't handle the heat the then make sure to order low, but it was such a good experience! Definitely recommend!

This place should be on Dirty Dining this place is so disgustingly dirty the food is nasty Lord knows if it being properly temperature. Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful you can tell just look at the walls how dirty they are don't eat here they don't care about their place.

I've been coming to this place for the last 9 years, I'm so disappointed! You can tell when there's new management or cook. It was hot AS! I dont know if they're trying to save on their bill or what! I always order Shrimp/Chicken Pad Thai and it tasted burnt! The service suck! No welcome or hi! Just sat us and left the menu on the table, after food was delivered no check back. I had to get up and get my own napkins! Our server was eating infront of us! Kinda awkward since I needed to send my pad thai back. Lol! I see this place closing in a couple months. NEVER GOING BACK!

1 entree can serve 2 people. We ordered the Crab Lump Meat fried rice, steamed veggies and fried fish cake. Everything was cooked and seasoned very well. The fried rice was beyond amazing. The team members are polite.

Great place... Great food... Good prices... Impeccable service... The kicker was when our server ran out to our car to tell us we tipped too much (we didn't, they were great)... Oh yeah 5 is a good starting place on their heat spectrum. All in all a wonderful, fulfilling, satisfying experience...Bravo!

Honestly the best restaurant in Las Vegas, it’s always fresh, full of flavor! The food has a welcoming warmth, super soothing to my soul :). I’m so glad this place is reliable on taste! Everything on the menu is astonishingly delicious! I remembered it first opened up about 2 years ago and the food quality and taste are still superb! I’m glad there’s a restaurant that actually cares about it’s food, work and customers. All the employees and cooks are fantastic thank you so much for your effort in delivering amazing experiences everytime we order!

Delicious food and super service. Door Dash messed up and gave me someone else’s food. The manager insisted on remaking my order at no charge, even though their kitchen had closed and it was New Year’s Eve. Made sure I had my order. Truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Fresh Thai food. This was soooo good! Wish we took photos but we scarfed the food down. I had the beef waterfall salad. It was spicy and delicious! It was kinda hot for me so the server brought out some fabulous lemon sauce to calm it down. Best sauce ever! My friend who is vegan had the veggie tofu soup with glass noodles. They added mushrooms and garlic. It was very tasty. Previously i had the The wonton soup. Fragrant and yummy. It brought me back in. We are getting our budget together to go back in 👍😉

Ordered pad suki and the “golden” wings through uber eats. Both were flat out gross. I have ordered from them in the past and it has been good, but this time I paid $35.00 and ended up throwing most of my meal in the trash.

Good food, but the dessert(sticky rice), did not have mango , which is understandable because off season, but when I told waitress about the rice being too dry, I was also told it's not made on site and that's the reason. If that's the case, then it shouldn't be sold.

My take out for Thai food spot. I love this place at least for take out. My husband has the Pad Lard Nah and the Pad Kuo Gai with shrimp and he loves both! I Always order the Golden Pompano whole fish. It’s kinda of pricey but totally worth it. Everything we get from here always come out hot and fresh!
