Food was average at best they do have a huge selection of Thailand and Chinese dishes which is impressive but the food was mediocre not bad but definitely not up to the expectations the restaurant produces it's a very lovely building and the wait staff is fast and fairly attentive the drinks were average I'd say visit if in the area just come with no expectations or you will probably be disappointed.

Diner Review №6

My favorite Thai restaurant in Vegas. I have been frequenting this place for years. Excellent food!

Diner Review №7

Sorry to say - Food was not very good. On General Tao - Deep fried shell on chicken was very hard and sauce just barely poured over. Not much flavor at all. Everyone at table agreed - not too authentic flavors. Sorry!

Diner Review №8

Was really disappointed the food was so bland and I sure didn't think the amount was good either, honestly I was surprised there were like 15 people in there.

Diner Review №9

Quiet, delicious, easy parking in China Town.

Diner Review №10

A good old-fashioned Chinese restaurant with a large menu and lunch specials. The food was good. I would recommend this place and I would come back. A+

Diner Review №11

I recently visited Kung Fu Chinese Food in the Chinatown District of Las Vegas, and I have to say, I wasn’t disappointed—honestly, I think you won’t be either! I had the beef fried rice and shrimp curry, and both were amazing. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous enough that you’ll either have leftovers or plenty to share. I also tried the egg drop soup, and there’s honestly nothing to complain about there either—it hit the spot.

The service was super friendly, and I noticed it’s a kid-friendly spot, even with a toddler in tow, which is always a plus. I’ve been to a few places in Vegas’ Chinatown, and I think this is definitely the best one I’ve been to. I’ve already been back two or three times, and I’ll definitely be coming again for that delicious beef fried rice and shrimp curry. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I wish I would have taken pictures but next time I go I will update

Food was very good old school place

Diner Review №23

My absolutely favorite spot to cure my Chinese food cravings. The Mongolian beef is sooo flavorful. The fried rice is the best in the city. Chopped chicken with chili mint is so good. The people there greet you everytime and are so very nice.

Amazing food

Diner Review №30

I been coming to this places since 9 years ago. Today I had the worst experience, the service was horrible , I asked for a soup medium spicy but I was too spicy we asked if they can change it for a non spicy but instead they just put more soup and still spicy, we asked again and they checked the soup if there were any shrimp left over (we barely touched). I’m used to ask for this soup always and never had this problem , also the server never worried about us or our food and also she never bring the drink I ordered. But she did expected me to tip her! No coming back

Diner Review №31

Great food, fantastic service in a casual atmosphere.

Diner Review №32

Good Thai food and affordable prices. Had some seafood pad Thai that was very tasty just like when we were in Bangkok. Cashew chicken was well made also.

Diner Review №39

laab chicken was good. really thai style. noodle soup with beef balls was OK but not tasty like in thailand. should have some more herbs and a bit more flavour.

This is by far our favorite Chinese restaurant to eat at in any state we have been to. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is so clean and they were so accommodating for our large party. If you want some fresh very reasonably priced food definitely come here!

Kung Fu Thai & Chinese in Las Vegas is a great little spot manages to deliver not just on flavor, but also on service. The menu is packed with traditional dishes that are full of rich, authentic flavors, making it a go-to place for those in the know. What really stands out, aside from the delicious food, is the efficiency of the service. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the staff at Kung Fu Thai & Chinese ensures that your meal is prepared quickly and with care. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality and speed so seamlessly, but Kung Fu Thai & Chinese does it effortlessly.

Diner Review №63

Updated review... This was my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, until tonight. The fried shrimp we're not cleaned properly; the chicken in the chicken fried rice was fatty and inedible; another person's order was seriously messed up. Despite these issues, nothing was done and nothing was fixed. We didn't even get an apology. I will never return.

I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №68

AVOID - Ordered Pad Thai. Barely edible, too sweet, noodles overcooked.
Be careful - they add tip to the the bill and expect you to tip 22% without asking hhow much or if you want to tip at all - AVOID

Diner Review №69

As close to home made Thai and Chinese. Love this restaurant!!

Diner Review №70

Chất lượng mức độ trung bình khá

Diner Review №71

3.6 stars. We ordered the pad thai, panang curry, papaya salad and pad yai kee ma-ow. All the food taste a bit off here and not authentic. Halfway eating I felt sick to the stomach. One of the employee had some stinky BO.

Diner Review №72

Food is phenomenal, portions are generous and are meant to be shared. Pictured are yellow curry with shrimp, sesame chicken and general tsao chicken along with chicken pad Thai. Food was out quick and waters were being refilled frequently! Great for families with kids 👍🏼
Parking can be tricky as the restaurant is located in a very busy plaza.

Diner Review №73

Pam is a great waitress..get.large shrimp in shrimp chop suey.

Diner Review №74

Diner Review №75

My visit to Kung Fu restaurant was extremely disappointing and upsetting.
I ordered mixed veggies with fried rice. The food was just warm, not what I was expecting. Waited for the waiter to come back so I could ask for hot/warmer veggies, but after couple of minutes I gave up and started to taste the food. The veggies tasted so old, specially the tiny corns, they were bad, very old and rotten. No waiter ever was available. I ate some rice and couple of broccoli, which on the menu was stating to be Chinese broccoli but no it was just regular one.
Anyway, extremely upset, finally found our waiter, asked to pay. I was in a rush, I told that I will contact the manager later, he wasn't available. I left NO TIP, are you kidding, tip?
Next day I sent a message to the restaurant and asked the manager to call me, after 2 weeks of waiting I called the restaurant and asked for him. As usual, not available.
Then, this is where I became extremely upset, looking at my bank account, I noticed that they added $3 tip. I was amazed and shocked. Sent another email to the restaurant. No reply. I called my bank and reported identity theft, yes, identity theft!
This place should be closed.
Bad food, no service, management doesn't care about the customers, and the worst, they add their own tip to your transaction.
Shame on you!!!

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

Even though our waiter disappeared at the end, the food was amazing. Everything tasted so good and the hot sauce on the side make it all taste even better. We got a variety of items and we had no complaints.

Diner Review №80

Solid dinner but was a little bland.

Diner Review №81

We have been coming here for 4 years now. I can't believe I never wrote a review. This is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. Their menu is huge, and they have Thai food too. Everything is always delicious!!!! The prices are really good and the staff is really nice and fun. We always order the Tom-Kha soup, combination fried rice and chilli-mint chicken. That combination is perfect!!!!! Highly recommend. It's located in China Town and soon the Hyperloop tunnel from the convention center will come here.

Diner Review №82

Loved everything and they took care of me even tho I’m vegan and gluten free delicious food thank you it was a pleasure

Diner Review №83

Diner Review №85

Diner Review №86

The place is sad, the food is all soaking wet and flavorless and the employees will key your car while you eat and they’ll tell you none of the cameras work

Diner Review №87

Best Vegas Thai ans Chinese restaurant, everytime I visit Vegas I order delivery to our hotel! Their chicken and papaya salad is legit!!

Diner Review №88

Been eating at one location or another over 45 years and never been disappointed

Diner Review №89

Best place to dine in Vegas if you love thai and Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend.

Diner Review №91

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Tried this spot coming home from work….probably the best Chinese food I’ve had in Vegas yet. The Mongolian beef especially with the prime angus meat

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

I suppose people like this place, I must have came on a bad day, and ordered the wrong things 😕

Diner Review №96

A classic local anchor for Thai Chinese cuisine. A favorite of my Old school Thai father in law.

Diner Review №97

Kung fu is great! They have great customer service, polite people. Order the pork and bean sprouts it's sooooooo good. Best in Chinatown, eat here you won't regret it! 😎

Diner Review №110

My recent dining experience at Kung Fu Thai and Chinese Restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal.

To kick off our meal, we indulged in their potstickers and crab Rangoons, and let me tell you, they were nothing short of perfection. Both appetizers boasted a delightful crispiness that set the stage for what was to come.

For our main course, we opted to share the combination fried rice, and it turned out to be the highlight of the evening. The portion was just right for the two of us, and each bite was bursting with flavor. What truly caught me by surprise was the addition of crab in the fried rice. It was a first for me, and I must say, it elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. I absolutely loved it!

What's more, the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. It's not often you find such a perfect balance of taste, portion size, and affordability.

In conclusion, if you're in the mood for exceptional Thai and Chinese cuisine that won't break the bank, look no further than Kung Fu Thai and Chinese Restaurant. With their impeccable dishes and reasonable prices, they've certainly won me over as a returning customer.

Diner Review №112

Food was decent, nothing major. Portion size I thought was small compared to the price they charge. The Hispanic guy with gauged ears was awesome, polite & friendly. I waited a suuperrr long time to get my money/change back to free-up the table during busy hour. I like that they have the hot sauces containers there at the table. Good place overall. 👍🏽

Diner Review №113

Classic dishes prepared well. Fair prices.

Diner Review №114

Best sesame chicken I have ever had. Chicken fried rice didn’t have a lot of flavor and was mid. It was super busy and we waited 20 min after being seated. I would go back just for the sesame chicken and I would like to try other items.

Diner Review №115

My absolute favorite Chinese & Thai restaurant in all of Vegas. I've been going there for over 20 years.

Diner Review №116

My mom and I were craving Asian food and ran across this restaurant on Google so decided to take a chance. It was an awesome experience with delicious food, great customer service and reasonable prices. The chicken panang curry and shrimp pad Thai were awesome. Tom Yum soup was alright, but didn’t taste like authentic tom yum. That was our ONLY dislike. Other than that, we plan on being back when we’re back in Vegas!

Diner Review №117

The portions were kind of small for the price and the food was nothing special it was better than China a go-go
$70 for two people to have lunch is a little expensive for Chinese food

Diner Review №118

The food is so good. Tried the duck noodles soup with broth on the side. But requesting it on the side was not needed. The broth was one of the best I've tried. Duck was juicy. The appetizer platter was just as amazing and their service is top notch. I'll be back.

Diner Review №119

A sneaky good Chinese restaurant in a strip mall west of the Strip. The egg rolls are hand made and are outstanding- best I've ever tasted. Main dishes (Chinese) were all very tasty too! Did not try the Thai dishes

Diner Review №120

Service took 15 minutes it was that busy
Crab Rangoon was good but the steak very dry and so was the chicken
Egg foo young was burnt. The pork in the rice was tough. Staff unpleasant

Diner Review №121

A Hidden gem. Some of the tastiest food in Las Vegas

Diner Review №122

Diner Review №123

Wait staffs are great. Food portions are generous but the fried rice from their lunch specials are spoiled. I can already taste it, something is off but I continued eating. My husband noticed it too. It destroyed my stomach. Spent money just to get sick. Not good.

Diner Review №133

servers took forever to bring water/acknowledge us -- they served an extra entree and were extremely rude while we trying to figure out what happened -- curry tasted like pure coconut milk, noodle dishes were fine -- wouldn't recommend

Diner Review №134

Diner Review №135

I have nvr eaten in house I always order delivery. Its been terrific. Really really yummy spring rolls! Garlic beef was outstanding as were wok fired bean sprouts. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the potstickers. They were weird this time too much dough, overcooked and dry. Nothing like the potstickers I've eaten anywhere else. Almost more like super dry empanadas. I tossed them out bc my puppy did not even want them. But everything else was wonderful and always is.

Diner Review №136

Nice setting. Waitress made suggestions that were on point. Very quick food presentation. Food was hot and tasty. Recommend highly.

Diner Review №137

I love this place, you never been disappointed with the food, everything its super good and tasty and made at the moment yummy 😋😋😋

Diner Review №138

Service was amazing. They were very attentive and very quick. We had a table with a Lazy Susan and our 9 person party was able to share their food. Everybody loved the food. My Pad Thai was pretty flavorless and it had no peanuts, but everything else I tried was good so I'll keep at 5 stars. I should have realized it was much more of a Chinese Restaurant vs Thai. Price was ok, especially for modern day Vegas.

Diner Review №139

Great Authentic Food, service was great as were the plates, the plates were too much for 1 person to eat alone... definitely recommend.

Diner Review №140

Was tasty. parking was a bit of a chore but it was a holiday weekend just after the F1 event so we will just say that's what caused the issue.

Diner Review №146

Acceptable but nothing stood out and the food tasted like it came from Walmart freezer section

Diner Review №148

My family was craving some good Chinese/thai food and stopped by here to try it out. The food was very fresh, steaming hot and everything tasted amazing. Definitely recommend getting pork fried rice and wings.

Diner Review №151

This place is fire!!!
I have been looking for a good Chinese and Thai restaurant and I FOUND IT!!! I have two sort of picky eaters and they tore the food up scraping the plate, we got chicken pad Thai, orange chicken and shrimp fried rice, Highly RECOMMEND!!!

Diner Review №152

I've eaten there a few times and always enjoyed my food

Diner Review №153

Loved it

Diner Review №154

We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. We would highly suggest the Mongolian beef, Kung pow chicken, Shrimp and broccoli, and Sesame chicken, it was all nice white meat with a thin breading!
We would not order these two items again the Egg Roll were not our favorite, they had a lot of cabbage. Fried shrimp appetizer was more breading than shrimp.

Diner Review №155

Diner Review №156

We visited on November 7, 2023 and food was the BEST! Staff was very friendly and informative best wings crispy and tasty. Shrimp and brocolli well cooked and flavorfull. Will be our new staple when in vegas and just iff strip in chinatown.

Diner Review №161

I live in Thailand other than the prices, this place was pretty darn close.

Diner Review №162

Ordering the Jumbo Shrimp Fried rice is a waste. You get about 6 maybe 7 Shrimp and you have to pull the tails off yourself. I'm use to getting 3 or 4 egg foo yung patties with the Shrimp cooked inside the patties. Needless to say, this isn't how it was cooked. The portions are decent. However not worth the prices they charge!

Diner Review №163

Great Kung pao and fried rice. Get off the vegas strip and go to China Town for good food 😋

Diner Review №164

We wanted Asian food and it was the closest to us- better than we could have expected! Wait times are a bit long for service, but once you get your order in and your food, the friendly and efficient staff is sure to come by and check on our drinks. The food was AMAZING, and there are so many options to choose from! We needed to take food to go and the waiter started putting our food in the takeout boxes without any indication from us- it was very appreciated. Would recommend for tourists and locals alike!

Diner Review №167

It was my wife's birthday and she likes Thai food. I picked this place because of number of reviews and a good ratings. Big mistake. The web pages says it is the oldest Asian restaurant in LV and it shows. The layout, furnishings and ambience are stuck in the last century. The food was served fast, with good portions and tasted decent. The service not so much. I saw a birthday celebration a few tables away and asked for any special birthday desert. The waiter said nothing and just handed over the check. We are not going back. By the way, I learned a lesson. In the future, I need to check how many reviews were made recently. It looks like most of the reviews were made long time ago, and not relevant any more.

Here lying in bed, not feeling well from the stomach, need to go back to Texas to get great Chinese food. Service was subpar, other people came in after us and were waited on. They had their food before our order was even taken.

Diner Review №170

Been here a few times, food is always good. The bar can be a bit slow all the time lol. Great prices!

Diner Review №171

Our favorite place in all of Las Vegas! My partner and I found this restaurant when we first started dating and have been going to it nonstop ever since discovery 5 years ago. Gorgeous family owned restaurant with the best Chinese and Thai food we ever had in Las Vegas! The restaurant has been very good at quality control of the food for the past 5 years every meal we had out of probably 100s have had the same amazing taste to hit that craving! They also have amazing customers service skills all the staff recognizes us and always come by and say hello and ask us if we need any help. They really appreciate and love their regular clients. One time on one of our anniversaries, the waiter surprised us with a heart shaped mango sticky rice and was telling us how he been seeing us come in together for years and how they appreciate us. That really just set the tone of this amazing place.

Diner Review №172

Have a great lunch special. Super yummy and a good deal for lunch. Perfect to grab on a lunch break

Diner Review №173

Great local spot for Chinese or Thai food. Very reasonable prices for both food and drink. Friendly and attentive staff. Next time I'm in town I will be back.

Ewwwww - be very careful to eat here!! The chicken that was in our yellow curry chicken was absolutely disgusting!! One of those spots that you want to leave as soon as you enter.. and then if you do take the chance to stay you will regret as soon as you see and taste their horrible food.

Diner Review №186

A great place for authentic Thai food !

Diner Review №187

Very nice restaurant. Nice ambience, great food and service was awesome. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №188

One of my favorite places for Thai Food since I've gotten to Vegas. Every dish is simply fresh and authentic. My bf and I frequent here often, waitstaff are always quick and friendly to grab our orders. I have gone to many other restaurants, and it really bothers me when they skimp out on the beef, especially when the menu photo shows more protein on it. It's probably the only place with actually good beef, and the portions of protein is reasonable. We usually get the Beef pad See Ew, beef skewers, but honestly, every other dish we've gotten have been delicious! Parking is a drag but it's totally worth it! It's best to go on a slow weekday.

I’ve been coming here for years and finally needed to leave a review. Overall, I’ve always had great experiences here. The food is tasty, the service is friendly and you can’t beat their mango sticky rice.

We like to try a new dish every time we come since they do have a huge menu (try not to get too overwhelmed), but we have our favorites! Pad see ew, crispy pork and bean sprouts, bok choy and beef - yum!

Diner Review №192

Lovely cuisine!

Diner Review №193

The food was average. Service was great.

Diner Review №194

Unfortunate - was excited to eat here. I walked in, stood at the front to place a to-go order. Others were seated, plenty of people working, but nobody even acknowledged me. I sat at the host area for 20 minutes (timed it) and it’s like I was a ghost. I guess I’ll go somewhere else that wants my business :/

Diner Review №195

You know you're in a good Chinese/Thai food place when you're the only non-ethnic people in there 🤔😜 it was a first for most of my party but it did not disappoint! We got about 5 different chicken dishes (orange chicken, sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken, chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice) and we polished off all of them. Did not care for the bar b.q. pork appetizer but will definitely be back. The food came out hot and quick! We were a party of 6 and with 3 drinks we all ate for about 100 bucks which is amazing in this day and age so quality food ✔️ quick efficient service ✔️ a great value ✔️ and desire to return ✔️ I'd say Kung Fu is batting 1000!! Come early they get busy!

Very good options for vegetarians. Ordered the noodle soup and was asked if I wanted chicken or veggies broth (which I appreciated). Huge portion, had to take a bunch home and very fresh and flavorful. I wish they had a location closer to Summerlin !
