We are now open UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! , come get some great tasting Thai food πΉπ.
Thank you
I phoned in a takeout order for some Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp as well as some Crab Rangoon. They told me it would be 45 minutes, no problem. I arrived on time, my order was ready and the man behind the counter double-checked it, noticed the Crab Rangoon was missing and got it fixed very quickly.
Their spice scale is 1-10, and I ordered a 5. Next time I will try a 4, but all was good.
The food was awesome, so delicious. Priced reasonable, and served quickly. The owner/staff was also very friendly. Overall a strong 5 star. We started with the fresh spring rolls, some if the best I have ever had. We strongly recommend the Cashew Chicken, Pad Thai, and Pepper Steak.
Update. We have been back many times. Always a great experience. Give it a try today. Closed Sundays.
The new owners are sweet , thoughtful and attentive also new menu looks great food is quite good in fact the owner can throw down , food is soo good .
Appetizers - Chicken satey with peanut sauce , they have a new peanut sauce and damn its good better then the old recipe.
Meatballs- Thai style Meatballs , lightly breaded or a pan sear on them but man these are good.
Entrees
Pineapple fried rice - fried rice with chicken and shrimp , Pineapples , onions , bell peppers , eggs toped with cashews , garlic and green onions
A delicious balance of sweat and savory with a hint of good fishy flavor from the shrip not to salty and not to sweet .
Pad woon sen- stir fried glass noodles choose your meat , stir fried bamboo shoots , onions , bell peppers mushrooms , carrots and eggs toped with a bit or fried garlic
I had the beef was real chewy so I'm getting chicken next time But was a good noodle dish , can't go wroung with the glass noodles good balance of flavors nice and boldly spiced but a nice Suttle garlic flavor cooked with a mildly sweet sauce to balance it out .
Excellent food and the customer service was exceptional.
It had been a long time since we had authentic and delicious chicken pad Thai!
We will be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.
I tried not to post/review this but eventually I did because its such a terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed
I ordered curry fried rice and Thai fried rice and both are bizarre. The Thai fried rice in particular is just white rice with absolutely no flavor (see pics) and very dry. The curry fried rice to my surprise is also very dry and has lots of turmeric and turmeric only. There is no authenticity to this food. Either the chef is in a hurry and missed to stir fry the rice or this is how the dish is. I wouldn't go back here.
Delicious..... A quaint little place, but the food was wonderful. I had the drunken noodles and a side of fried rice, and my wife got a shrimp and egg noodles dish, both were amazing. I got mine with medium spice and it was plenty spicy for me, and I typically like a bite of heat. The prices were reasonable ad well.

We are absolutely in love with the food here! The Crab Rangoons are fantastic. We will definitely be back.
Most of the menu can be made gluten free.

Food is great. Best Thai
We just ate there this evening and the food was great as usual. I especially love their fresh spring rolls with a touch of mint.
My kids decided to take their mother out for dinner and because Inner Rail has several places to eat, we went there. As noted, the atmosphere there is fantastic. My wife likes Thai food and really enjoys Pad Thai for a meal. I enjoy it also but it's not my biggest choice in types of Thai food to eat. This was one of the reasons I don't plan on going back, it just wasnβt all that good. Normally we don't eat much so we split our meal. On this occasion we got an appetizer. You could tell the appetizer was frozen then deep fried, (not prepared at the location). When we ordered I quickly paid with my debit card. I thought we were paying just for the meal but they stuck me for a tip to my surprise a tip when I came home to put in my charges in our ledger. Iβm telling you this really upsets me. And I don't know why I needed to read closer when signing for the amount. Thatβs dirty pool, and why we will never go back Thai Kitchen. Boo on your business and boo on your sneaky tactics. Also, a tip, for what??? NOTHING!!
I have ordered to-go lunches and dinners about 5 times over the last couple of months. each time the food is hot and flavorful and the right level of spice. I would recommend this restaurant if you like Thai food
We usually get it to go, but have enjoyed it at the tables, too. We love the fresh spring rolls, the coconut soup, and the Pad Thai. We've tried a few other items, but these are our go to items.
Extremely delicious food and the flavors were just perfect! Very nice and friendly people. Would love to go there again!
The food they have in a selection is really really really great
I donβt like leaving bad reviews but the wait time was extremely long. There was only us and another couple seated. It took one hour just to get an appetizer that appeared to be a prepared frozen dish. The couple next to us didnβt get their food after one hour so left. We were told our food would take another 15 minutes so we left due to the long wait. Bathrooms smelled awful. The restaurant itself was cluttered and unclean. There were shoes left next to the bathroom. Unfortunately do not recommend this restaurant at all.
I'm so disappointed with this place. We reserved a table at 6. We arrived at about 5:55 and sat down without issue. Placed our order 5-10 minutes later at around 6:05. Then we proceeded to wait... and wait.. and wait. By the time 7 hits the "manager" said it would be another 15-20 minutes. That's unacceptable. We were there before anyone else & they seem to care and prioritize pick up orders over folks choosing to spend their valentines at this restaurant. Waiting an hour and a half for dinner when you had reservations is ridiculous. We walked out at this point still hungry.
As we were leaving we heard the same manager in the back complaining loudly to someone about another table. This is a joke...
Thanks for wasting our time and ruining our first valentines together.
Love the ginger chicken and crispy Thai rolls! We usually ask for peanut sauce on the side for dipping. **UPDATE there are new owners and food does not disappoint. If anything, the food has more flavor.
Service is great! The restaurant itself is better suited to takeout due to its size. Having said that, the flavors are questionable. Nothing foul, just odd. Not really worth going back for.
Friendly service with exquisite Thai food. I usually get a 5 on their scale (1-10) and it is a great balance of flavor and spice.
Good foods and nice, friendly people β€οΈπ₯° thank you π we are enjoy our foods ,please come and support their business β€οΈβ€οΈπ₯°
this place is amazing. 10/10 food and very nice family that runs the place.
Yummy
Ordered takeout.
Ordered close to closing time on way home from late business meeting.
Food was hot, flavorful, and just what I was wanting.
Ordered drunken noodles, 7 spice, and crab Rangoon. Would order from here again if in the area.

It's been a few years since we've been here, so I was somewhat nervous when we found it came under new ownership. I can confidently say the new owners do not disappoint.
The pad thai was delicious, spice level appropriate, and the speed of service was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.
Speedy service and great food.
Need more servers!!
My favorite Thai joint in Omaha. I love the yellow curry lunch special with tofu. It comes with a vegetable ball and a spring roll. Everythingβs always SO good.
Definitely overpriced for the amount of food.
Good food but really pricy.
Ordered takeout (delivery by Caviar) and it arrived hot, fresh and delicious! I ordered Pad See Ew with Shrimp and thereβs a ton of shrimp! The broccoli is cooked perfectly. Super tasty and will definitely order again. Price is reasonable and food portions are generous. Thanks!
Found a bug in the food and the waitress would not exchange for a refund . Terrible customer service would not recommend this place ! Had their kids running and jumping around could not enjoy the dinner .
Quick service, good food!

I used to live in Sydney, NSW where alot of really authentic Thai places were located and this place really reminded of a place in Macquarie Park I used to eat at its definitely worth the time and cost
Delicious..... A quaint little place, but the food was wonderful. I had the drunken noodles and a side of fried rice, and my wife got a shrimp and egg noodles dish, both were amazing. Very good. Highly recommend
Extremely bad service unfriendly!! I would recommend The Taste of Thailand restaurant, great food, clean and a really friendly owner
Horrible service and food was average
Absolutely horrible customer service. Man at front taking orders told me 20 minutes on the phone (called at 5:04) 4 minutes after they opened. I am still waiting for my order at 5:40pm and he keeps saying another 5 minutes, another 10 minutes. He has attitude and is all around rude. Not a good establishment at all
Although the food was okay the service was simply awful. When we arrived there was only one other table with customers so it was not busy. They apparently donβt offer water unless you ask for it. No refills of the $3 iced tea were available either. I donβt recommend it at all.
They have been closed for about a month now but not sure why. This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Omaha. The drunken noodles are to die for!
If the owner can see this review, please open back up!
Owner responded that they would be open today!
I will absolutely still support you! I'll be ordering in my usual tonight at dinner time!
UPDATE.
They are open again and just as delicious as before! I'm in drunken noodle heaven. π
Everything was fabulous! Excellent food. DELICOUS curry. My entire family enjoyed their meal. Thanks Thai Kitchen!
Loves the food, first time trying Thai and it was great!
Awesome Thai Food. Basil Combination, w/ Fried Egg, 7-Spicy. Cup Soup good too, but all food, kinda pricy for lunch!
Iβve had better!
Great food, great prices and choice of spice level depending upon your metabolism needs.
Bangkok curry spice level 7-8. π₯ perfect every single time
My favorite place for Thai food! Drunken noodles and the fried meatballs are a must. I'm never disappointed. Super friendly staff too. Can't wait for the dining room to open again so I can have lunch with friends there when I'm in town.
Some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten! Super friendly service, the food is always fresh & delicious and there are lots of vegan options.
Thai Kitchen is our go to for Thai food and never disappoints. We hadnβt had it for about a month and read a few reviews recently, that bashed it. Their portions are normal and weβve never thought them to be kid sized. Their food seems to be fresh and high quality. Ordered it tonight and wondered if it had changed, but my wife and I enjoyed it just like we always have. Will continue to support Thai Kithcen!
The portions are small. Nothing special or sticks out. 2. out of 5 is generous as place is below average. Iβd much rather eat my girlfriends Thai cooking. Itβs unfortunate as Elkhorn area doesnβt have any other Thai restaurants. I made a commitment to not go back even though it is close. Just not gonna support sub mediocrity.
Nope, don't do it. I paid $25 for a entree and appetizer. The flavors were less than expected, and since I carried-out, I didn't know that the portions wouldn't satisfy a child.
I am not one for leaving critical reviews of restaurants, if we don't like somewhere we will usually just not go back. However, given our horrendous experience with this restaurant, I believe criticism is warranted.
We ordered through Uber eats. Our order arrived incomplete, which was disappointing as the portion sizes are so incredibly small, especially for the price. The spring rolls were small, but passable. The pad thai (and I do not use this lightly) was heinous, easily one of the worst,(if not THE worst) I have ever had the displeasure of ingesting. And not only that, but also caused a HORRIFIC case of food poisoning. We will not be returning and encourage others to do the same.
If I could give less than one star I would. This is not worth your time, money or stomach lining. Take your business elsewhere.
Great but pricey. 16.00 for large soup bowl. But it was good
The food here is always top notch and high quality. The owners are wonderful people. Everything on the menu is great but I particularly enjoy the noodle dishes.
Best Thai food in town
Fantastic appetizers. Hidden gem!
Iβve eaten here once, before the pandemic, good food. Itβs a place where the chef comes out of the kitchen. You get to talk to the guy.
Now that itβs all take out, no worries, still the same chef. Call them if you want your meal done the way you want it. You wonβt be disappointed.
Best Thai food ever. I always make sure to tip extra well every time because this small business is amazing.
Their soups are awesome. Makes you want to "talk thai" like Robert Dinero. Love the workers. They hustle.
I have loved this place for a long time! They make the best fresh spring rolls with a yummy chili sauce. The drunken noodle and Thai tea are great too.
Usually really like this place, but took almost an hour to get out food... Would not suggest going there Friday nights
This was ok. There wasn't much flavor to the green curry. We also ordered pad thai, that had hardly any flavor. One good thing was the spicy level was exactly as you would expect.
I absolutely love this place! Slightly embarrassed to tell on myself, but I eat here at least once almost every other week. I really like their Pad Thai chicken, which always comes with one spring roll and a fun little dessert donut. Level six spicy is adequate and if you enjoy sniffling through your entire meal, go with a seven or more, at your own risk lol.
Everywhere my wife and I travel (including Thailand) one of our hobbies is hunting down local Thai restaurants and sizing up their Tom Ka Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup), and the Phanaeng curry(sometimes called red curry). Tom soup was very different than any version I've ever experienced, some familiar flavours very unique, a little addictive :-) First Thai restaurant that will ask you how spicy you want you Tom Ka Gai. Dining environment wasn't that great, but wait till you get the food, especially if you've had any Thai food before, it's different....delicious! We also ordered cashew chicken and garlic chicken. Layers of flavour on all their dishes.
My first time having thai food. Loved it!
Yummmm!!! I got take out today and this is my new favorite. It's made fresh with fresh vegetables. I'll make the drive to get take out from here.
Fantastic food! Great service, and they were very friendly. Not too expensive either. Highly recommend this restaurant!
Great food and great service!
Almost flavorless Thai food. Thought I'd try, but will be my last time here.
Delicious β€οΈ
Best fresh spring rolls.
New ownership has evolved this restaurant into something it was never before.
Tasty, well prepared and presented food. We will return.
Small, but clean and very good food.
Our favorite thai place. Best curry in omaha
Yumi Thai food and decent prices
Quality food. The spicyness "scale" is a lie. Everything is very spicy. Awkward layout. Meets expectations
Dont let the size or looks of this place fool you it it top notch food and amazing service!
A hidden jewel!
Authentic Thai food, elegantly and expertly prepared. So happy to find this one.
Pretty good for 1st time
Great little restaurant, fast service.
Good Thai food and service
Went a while back, never to return again. Just had seen there rating and thought I should try to adjust it. Ordered 2 Pad Thais for pick up. On a Monday at around 7. Took over an hour while there was nobody in the lobby. Quite literally the driest and unappetizing meal I've ever gotten from a Thai food restaurant.
Great food for take out only. Place is dirty there wasn't a clean table in the restaurant. Every table was sticky like it was cleaned with a mop from the toilet.
Food is always great and service is quick and friendly. My absolute favorite Pad Thai in Omaha!
BEST THAI FOOD IN OMAHA NEBRASKA! Please please, if you have not been here, stop what you're doing and go now. It's so rare to find good restaurants these days with all the chains! The food is always so fresh and beyond delicious! I recommend the Fresh Spring Rolls for an appetizer, and any of the main dishes, they are all so good! Please go, these people know what they are doing, and how to cook amazing food!
It's good
The best food. Taste, quality, service for the $$. Never disappointed! Have eaten in and taken out always a great experience. Love the spring rolls, pepper steak and basil chicken
Always love this place. Great food and excellent service. Tonight I just did take out and not sure of her name but I haven't had such friendly service in years. Thanks!!!
Excellent food. Great friendly service.
Better than average, not great
its okay.
Great food
Best Thai in Omaha, hands down
Everything they make is delicious, but I always order the Pepper Steak. It is the best I've ever had! My fiance loves their Curry Fried Rice with tofu.
Most basic Red Chicken curry was not good. So watery. Lacked the flavor. Chicken was stinky. Not going again.
Authentic flavors. Fast service. Watch the spice level!!
Extremely yummy, beware :)
So watch out this food is really good. Fast friendly service too, I highly recommend this place. Not a high traffic place for whatever reason, might be the odd location off the main road. But the two times I have eaten here I have had great food and service.
The service was as great as the food, very happy with the vegan options, obviously wish there where more options such as a variety of mock meats
Good choice for Thai.
Super yummy!!
Some of the best Thai food in west Omaha!
I ordered the shrimp pad Thai... best pad Thai of my life 10/10 would eat again
I ordered the Curry Noodles and it was delicious!
The service was great, I would definitely come back again.
Good Thai food, okay selection
Great food, okay price.
We went in for a quick dinner and were the only customers to be seated at 8pm on a Saturday. Later there were couple of other groups who joined. The place had a modest seating arrangement but we were constantly perturbed by some mosquitoes biting our feet.
We ordered and something else that I found odd was that there was just one chicken appetizer on the menu which was Chicken satay which I am not a great fan of. The service was good though.
We ordered spice level of 8/10 as we came here because we were craving for spicy food. However, the food that came was quite low on spice, moreover the babycorn chicken and pepper chicken tasted very very similar.
The veg fried rice was good and we ordered a soup which was average. Overall, nothing out of the world but if you like anything and everything about Thai food, you may like to try it once.
Some of the best thai food anywhere. Fresh and well spiced. This is one of my go-to restauraunts when im back in Omaha.
Walked in at 6 on Fri. nite, only one other couple. Seated and ordered. Got the broccoli chicken with oyster sauce. The steamed rice was not fluffy or soft. The broccoli was just too tough to chew. Same with the lemon grass chicken, rice was not cooked and the peppers were still raw! Not impressed at all. Wont be back here!
Great food and very friendly service, will definitely return
Amazing food! And at a good price to! The fresh spring rolls are great!
