Ordered on the Thai Kitchen website, figured I'd save a few bucks because I didn't need delivery. Showed up 10 minutes after food was supposed to be ready. It was like they had no sign of my order anywhere. I patiently waited for my food as the lady wrote down my order, they then had to cook it on short notice. I had a super simple order 2 chicken pad Thai entrees (same spice level) and a side of rice. Unfortunately when I got home one of the entrees I was given was completely wrong. I definitely did not order tofu. Called and they said i could drive back right then. We asked for a refund, lady on phone mumbled something about "gimme 2 minutes" then hung up. The chicken pad Thai is usually amazing so I'll give it another shot but that was quite disappointing. 42 dollars and half the food was wrong. Guess I'll be inspecting each box in the future before leaving.

Service was great, food was terrible. I ordered the Noodle Tom Yum Soup for $21 pickup. Broth was watery and had zero flavor. The soup was also missing the chicken so it was just noodles, 2 tasteless “crab sticks”, 1 shrimp and 2 tasteless balls haha not sure what they really are.
I really wanted to like this place, as it’s right by the hill but I will not be returning!

The food is very mid. It's good value, it seems consistently fine, but there's not a ton of attention to detail. Pad Thai would be improved by lime and the spice level was off.

The Thai dumplings were good.

The soup was fine.

If you want Thai conveniently, this is a fine option 🤷‍♂️

I was a bit skeptical about ordering food from a ghost kitchen facility, but Thai Kitchen completely proved me wrong. I’ve been back several times and everything I’ve sampled is flavorful and fresh. This is easily one of the best Thai restaurants in the STL area (if judging on food quality alone). Pickup is pretty simple; there’s ample parking. You just walk inside and ring a doorbell labeled with Thai Kitchen’s name.

The best Pad Thai in all of St. Louis. I eat at their other locations in St Charles county. So happy there is a location near me in stl city. Also love their spring rolls, cheese rolls, and Rangoon.

The first few times I ordered here it was on par with its full service locations, however the last three or four times I’ve ordered the quality, amount of food, and consistency has been terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered at 5:15, with a ready time around 5:45. I waited until 7 with the hopes of getting an alert. My order wasn’t appearing at the check in kiosk. No one answered when I rang the bell and no one answered when I called. I never got an alert, never received any food. And was still charged. Very disappointed.

Love getting take out here. My favorites are Tom Yum Noodle Soup and the Spicy Basil Chicken. Highly recommend!

BEWARE: nastiest beef pad Thai I've ever gotten and gave me food poisoning.

I ordered door dash from here last night and it was terrible. Could barely eat it. I gave up and felt sick the rest of the night. Now I'm throwing up in the bathroom at 4 AM.

I’m pretty sure they gave me week old serving or something. I NEVER get food poisoning or sick from eating stuff. They need to be inspected by the health department.

Fried rice was pretty much white rice with some chicken and onion. You have to get your order from a locker by searching for it on a tablet that didn’t work for anyone in there. Super small waiting area to get food that got pretty cramped when 10 people are waiting to get their order when the system to get your food dosnt work and nobody comes to the window.

Thai food is amazing here!

I have ordered 3 times. Never again. The first time the food was good. The second time I asked for an ingredient to be removed due to allergy and was ignored. Third time, they disabled the option for special instructions and it took me too long to find their phone number to call. I was trying to order from another location altogether.

The Thai food scene in STL has been in dire straits recently, with Chao Baan falling off hard and King & I departing for the county. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw Thai Kitchen was opening nearby.

My meal last night was excellent. The yellow curry was rich with just the right spice level, and the rangoons were delicious. This will be my go-to Thai takeout spot from now on.

Only issue is that their pickup procedure is a little unclear. It's supposed to be a no-contact pick-up, where you get your food from a locker in the lobby (unlocked via a check-in kiosk). But I guess Thai Kitchen isn't using that system, so I had to wait around a bit to ask someone for my food.

We had the Khua Noodle and Pad Thai and it was soo good! Both dishes were full of flavor and and piping hot when it was delivered. Portions were also big. Highly recommend and will order again!

This place is an amazing hole in the wall. Order your food as spicy (or mild) as you like! It's packed with flavor. So glad a friend told me about this place, or I never would have known it was there.

Very bad service called to place order online and the lady who was taking the order kept talking to someone else the whole time I was placing the order then at the end of the call I asked how long before it will be done and she again started talking to someone else and hung up. I'll go somewhere else.

I love Thai food so I a bias, one of the best places to get Thai dishes in Saint Louis. Love the Veggie Thai stir fry with fried Rice as well as the yellow curry. Spring rolls or crab ragoons are a must for apps.
