Authentic Thai cuisine.
Came here with my husband, we have never been here. It was confusing finding the door, but we finally found it.
We ordered the Thai Boat, Pho and crab fried rice to go.
The Thai boat was good. I had the pho and it was plain, nothing that screams for me to come back.
The crab fried rice was good though. What turned me off was when I went to get the condiments on the table and opened the molding jalapeño. Ick. Thinking of it churns my stomach.
Pho combination was more of a chicken pho with the amount of chicken that was in it. Broth tasted bland and the meats had an odd taste like it was left out over night. The appetizers came out 5 mins after the entire. The spring rolls had a ton of veggies in it. Very dry. The pork egg rolls came out hot and crispy but the inside of the wrapper was doughy. Little to no meat in them at all.
The pho there is great, really flavourful, and there are more options than I've previously gotten before for things to add to my pho. The pad Tai, however, was slightly less good, little flavourful, slightly bland, kore peanut flavour would be appreciated. The spice was great, and the portion was very good as well. The price for the items isn't unreasonable, and for two people, you can expect to spend 40 dollars, so it's not amazing but not the worst either. Lastly, their dumplings were nice and crispy and perfectly filled, and the dipping sauce they came with was great as well. Overall service was excellent and quick, and the food was enjoyable.
First time eating here and order their pad kee mao (drunken noodles) w/pork and their spring rolls (no photo). The drunken noodles were delicious! The spring rolls were okay.
Our waitress and waiter were attentive. They checked up on us and refilled our water when needed. I wish I order more of their food, but I’ll definitely come back with my family and try out other food on their menu.
It’s a small space, but perfect. Overall everyone was nice and friendly.
I was craving pho, so decided to try this place along with my wife. We had sausages, pad sew eew, nam fried rice, combination pho, and the deep fried tilapia. If you like your pho broth kinda sweet, like I do, you'll enjoy the pho. The nam fried rice rice was different from how I've usually had it, but still tasted really good. Not crispy like how I've had in the past, but soft like regular fried rice, with nam sausage as the protein. Flavor is also more on the sweet side. I thought the deep fried tilapia was too pricey, but after ordering it, it was well worth it. The fish was huge and full of flavor, the sauce is very oily, which I expected. I would definitely eat here again!
Truly a gem as mentioned in other reviews. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is homey and warm.
I got the Tomyum and it was excellent at medium high spice. Well seasoned and a mild sweet citrus taste complimented the peanut flavor. Only small complaint I have is the bamboo shoots were a little under cooked in mine, leaving some weird textures in my mouth.
Highly recommend to anyone! Give it a try this place deserves the love!

Always good. Pleasant service.

Delicious food and great service. Everything I have tried from the menu has been really good and I especially liked the green curry and chicken satay.
We had pork egg rolls, pad Thai, and masaman curry. Big thumbs up!
The chicken pho is soooooo good great flavor and the Beef egg rolls bussing the best great flavor my daughter loves ❤️ 😍 the mango 🥭 😋 Boba. Great customer 👌🏾 service also
Rude waiter. Talked shit about us very loudly because we thought she Spoke the same language and asked for something in that language. They forgot something from a dish and we asked for it respectfully and we got rudeness in return
Nice little place! Service was excellent. Got Spring Rolls with ground pork and shrimp .... I didn't like the sweet and more sour sauce that came with it. Just lettuce, a bunch of carrots and very little mint leaves. I wish there were more herbs as the carrots were way too much for me. It was not authentic vietnamese if that is what you are looking for. Egg rolls wrapped beautifully but again sauce was just a sweet and more sour sauce with peanuts. Satay chicken was just ok.
If you are OK with something different that is not authentic vietnamese, then this place is ok. Otherwise, I wouldn't come here again.
I don’t know about y’all but for someone who came from WI and trying this place for the first time is a must! Their boat noodles was delicious!! (I even finish the soup lol) the best boat noodle I had have! Also their pad see ew is delicious as well! I didn’t get any pictures but it was delicious I have a great time there. Will for sure come again 😊
Well I was liking this place. But I just ordered their Sweet and Sour Chicken. The pineapples all taste like they are fermenting (alcohol). I also think they could be more generous with the amount of meat they have in their dishes.
First time trying them! All I can say is wow. The food really good. ✌️✌️
This place is my go-to for days after work when I don't want to cook. The boat noodles are fabulous and affordable. The saikrok is also great, and I highly recommend that because they actually let the saikrok rest enough so it becomes sour--a lot of other places rush it, but they take their time to do it right here.
The owner is super friendly as well. This is a woman-owned/Asian-owned/immigrant-owned business that I am proud to support.
The Pad Thai is a must get! Its very flavorable and the portion was well worth the price.
Delicious food and big portions as well!
Tasty Thai dishes.
Chinese eggrolls, skip.
Best boat noodle in town and affordable!
Terrific food, great service, busy place because the food is so good!
Chicken pho was so good! Just added a lil chili oil and lemon since it was already flavorful on its own!
Everything was delicious! It’s a must try, you won’t regret it! Shout out to waiter name “mong” he was superb!!!!!!!
The Pho here was 15$ for the combo and honestly not worth it. The size is small and you don't even get a lot of pho, also the broth is bland and the meat tasted like they just got frozen meat and just threw it in there. Would not recommend.
Best Thai boat pho/noodles i ever got my hands on since I move from California here to the twin city
This is the best boat noodle I've had in the twin cities! The broth is very consistent and is balanced.
Their pork belly salad was very tender and their tom yum soup was hot and flavorful. I will be coming back to try their other dishes!
First time here with family and the food is delicious!!!! Boat noodle was the best !!!
Bad location but quite decent food.

We stopped by bc of the reviews. Very kind host, but i think the service could've been better. Our water cup was never refilled once. We did order Boba as well, which never came out, so we ended up canceling it when we paid. The food wasn't entirely up to our expectations. The pad kra pow was good and spicy. The boat noodle flavor was good, too, but the noodle itself was breaking apart. I wouldn't recommend the Lao style Papaya salad. I love Papaya a lot and was disappointed here. It's hard to explain the taste.
Food is nasty first and my last time and for for all my friends and families not coming there
Best Thai in Saint Paul hands down. The stir fries are so fresh with lots of vegetables. Sauces are flavorful and you can request your spice level. Spring rolls were best I’ve ever had. They are always accommodating to my gluten intolerance and most foods can be prepared gluten free. Portions are large and prices reasonable.
This was a good place to eatthe food is really good here
This little restaurant serves really good food. I don't normally order chicken satay but I'm glad I did, the flavors on them were great and it was served steaming hot. The noodle dish was also delicious. Nice place for a 30 minutes lunch stop.

I think this place really connects for great quality and taste and price. You have to try various areas of their menu, but you'll find some real stars among the options. The pho and tom and soup dishes, in particular, are among the best in the city.
I love this place! also love the dumplings too! I'm using my dad's phone don't tell anyone about this!! OKAY!!!! XD
Food is real and authentic, not like the fancy, dumbed down thai restaurants in uptown or Southside. Real Galangal and kafir in your tum yum soup. Lots of options. My go to spot for authentic Thai street food, soups, noodles and more. Clean and sanitary! Friendly customer service. You won't be disappointed.
Best pho I've had
I've been Here twice for dinner in the last few months. Fantastic pho. This will continue to be my go-to spot.
It was my first time there and I got their pho, crispy porkbelly laab, Lao papaya salad, and pork egg roll. They have a great selection of food! Everything was very well balanced! I hope the food continues to be consistent! I'm definitely going to be a regular here! I rate it a 8 1/2 out of 10!
Truly a gem as mentioned in other reviews. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is homey and warm.

Food was amazing every time I’m in St. Paul area I look for pho and I loved it great price and delicious 100% recommend if it’s cold outside and get a bowl of pho
Doa Thai Pho is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a culinary paradise. The menu offers a delightful fusion of Thai and Vietnamese flavors that are a rare find in most places. The Pho is a standout, boasting rich and savory broth with tender noodles and perfectly cooked meats. The Thai dishes are equally impressive, with a harmonious balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance make dining here a memorable experience. If you're seeking a unique and delicious culinary adventure, Doa Thai Pho is the place to go. ( just don’t get it too spicy because spicy means spicy)
I went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, presentation was great. Nice and clean, my waitress was very helpful very lovely personality and great experience.
I plan on coming back as much as possible
The best restaurant around; boat noodle is so good!
As a long supporter of the business (Palace Pizza/Pho) before at this venue, I had to experience what would take over. My wife and I ordered the pad kra pao, pad thai, and Laos style papaya salad. The dishes was priced decent, and came out delicious. We also got Thai iced tea & lemonade to go, which were both very refreshing. Would recommend for anyone local in the area to eat.
