Yum, this place is delish! My husband & I came around 6pm on a Wed, and it was medium busy (we could sit right away, but still a decent number of people there). There was only 1 server/checkout person, and it seemed that they could've used one more person to help serve. We ordered the fried egg rolls with pork, Kao Poon & Panang (not pictured), both with chicken. The egg rolls were fantastic! The noodles in my Kao Poon were a bit mushy, though, & my husband thought the chicken in his Panang was dry, but boy did the broth in both make up for it! They were so delicious, with just a hint of spiciness to them. And the portions were big! We ate all we could & both of us had leftovers for another full meal each. We'll definitely be back!

Overall happy with the lunch I ordered! The host greeted me upon arrival and I chose to sit by the window. The environment was welcoming with a fire pit and greenery.
The Pad Pak sauce was surprisingly sweet. Not unpleasant but not needed. I was looking for the wok flavor but couldn’t find it easily.
The Rad Na sauce was also sweet. The noodles were difficult to eat with a fork. I have to say this was not my favorite dish.
My favorite dish hands down was the sea bass curry! Delicious! Flavorful, balanced, fish cooked well!
Proteins: cooked perfectly!
Spice: I ordered every dish at ‘medium’ spice and was perfect for me. If you don’t like spice, be sure to tell them that and order ‘mild’ spice level.
All in all I will return for more curry and try more variety of dishes in other categories, including the pork belly and fried rice.

I was a little bit disappointed in the food. I felt like everything was on the sweeter side. The crying tiger had a weird beef smell, the cream cheese was too sweet for my liking, the pork belly had no flavor and the sauce to go with it could have been better. The only thing I enjoyed out of everything I ordered was the spring roll combo meat!!!!! The sauce was so good!

Really great spot got pad Thai, drunken noodles, and pad see sew. All were delicious, would recommend to anyone and will be back next time I’m in the area.

I LOVE the drunken noodles here (chicken & “hot” options), the friendly staff and generous portions are a plus. The food is as expected, plenty of heat, but not overbearing with my options (if you are sensitive to heat, there are lower heat options). The leftovers often become my lunch the next day. This is my go-to place for Thai food, even when I have closer options to my workplace. For a quick and easy after-work dinner, they just do it better. HAVEN, keep it up!

I’m Thai and grew up in Thailand so I know that authentic Thai food is almost non existent in Minnesota. Thai food has alot of variations but I love the Laos- influenced Thai! The Laab, Crying Tiger, Laos papaya salad are legit! Their pad thai and pad see ew have chewy noodles and good flavor!

We were the only customers in the store for dinner on a Friday night. The place looks like it's under construction with lights dimmed, cardboard boxes on the floor and so on. Women's restroom was dirty and run down. We ordered Chicken Satay, Tom Kha soup and Pad Thai with chicken. It was pretty average and nothing too remarkable that would make us want to return. Our server was polite and friendly. Would be better for take out.

Since I moved to Eden Prairie, I desperately needed a place to get my Southeast Asian food fix being a SEA girl. Before the Asia mall opened in EP, I was able to locate this gem. Their Lao Papaya salad is one of my favorites! As well as their curry, pork belly, and their pho! They don't have a lot of choices for their pho as there's only 1 option, but it was perfect for me.

One thing I will have to comment about the atmosphere is that it is loaded with flies in the building. The whole time I am eating I am fighting flies from eating my food. I would recommend the owners fix this to their best ability.

Overall I love this place and the food is just delicious.

Wow! This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredible. They are all so attentive and friendly. The best Pho in the south metro. The Haven Jerky, Sai Gok Sausage, and the pork belly are a must try. I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu because they know how to do it right. Thank you!!!

Great service, super friendly, delicious food! We have gotten takeout before and it's always been great! I wanted to eat some good Thai for my birthday so we dined in. It was a clean and quiet atmosphere. We sat in the windowed area overlooking a walking path, woods, and lake and it was lovely. The curry (all of them) is always wonderful and my unadventurous kids loved the egg rolls and pad see ew. We even got a bonus mango sticky rice for my birthday and it was so good! My go-to Thai restaurant.

Reallly bad food. It’s not even authentic Thai. Gave me some red chicken satay and really bad sweet masammam curry. Don’t know who gave them 4.8. May be they serve halal meat. Pathetic food. Avoid it any cost.

I ordered to go on 8/29/24. I got an order of vegetable egg rolls, tom yum soup and a thai tea. The food was absolutely amazing and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend.

My husband was stuck at work so I looked this place up, saw the good rating, and asked him to get takeout. It was easily some of the worst takeout we have ever had. There was absolutely no vegetables, mostly filler of tofu. Egg rolls looked burnt and were just noodles, nothing else. Everything else that was in the dishes (the few things) was disintegrating. I have no idea how this place got such a good rating. Why would you serve people filler crap and not make a meal?! We won't be back. Still hungry.

The first time I visited we met the owner who served us himself. Amazing service, very chill, zen, yet casually modern atmosphere. Loved the meat options and our friend enjoyed the vegetarian options. I ordered through Door dash yesterday and was not disappointed at all. I've tried curries, soups and the rice, so far. Tried Haven for the first time based on great online reviews. We ordered the Rad Na and the sausage appetizer. The sausage was very tasty but overcooked - and I was surprised to receive 3 sausage links and nothing else in an appetizer! The Rad Na was overpriced and nothing like what we've had other places - it was very soupy, had barely any chicken or veggies, and was overall very bland. The restaurant was completely empty (about 1:30 PM), and very bare and unwelcoming. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. I might give it another try since others seem to have had much better experiences, but I'm sad to say this time was disappointing.

Hidden gem, V was a great server. Food portions were generous and flavors were rich. card or cash only with cash discounts on prices. Great options for genuine Asian food if you work or live near by I highly recommend!!

Pho broth was good and has plenty of meatballs and some beef. You can't get it with tripe or tenden, though.

The food was very good, but what stood out to me was their service. They walked me through their spice chart over the phone very well, and then were quick to correct an error while ordering. The order was either misheard, or entered incorrectly which can happen when ordering over the phone. I do not fault them at all. They did not try to blame me, and fired the correct order in a few short minutes and I was on my way. Next time I am back in town, I will definitely be giving them more business.

Good was surprisingly good. Chicken Pad Thai was very delicious and perfect amount of spicy. Fried rice was also better than many other Asian restaurants in MN. Only thing they need is to better the atmosphere in the restaurant. Add some music and decor to make it more inviting maybe.

The food was amazing and the portions were huge. I got the vegetarian curry with tofu and there was enough food for four meals. It was delicious, decadent, and flavorful! The staff was lovely too. I’m already planning my next visit!

This is my favorite Thai in the metro! The food is beyond Phenomenal and the service is fantastic. The pad thai is freaking insane with flavor and they make it to the perfect spice level as ordered consistently. The tom yum is Amazing also!

Personally the best all around food of its kind I’ve ever had. You need to try it asap.

Seriously the best egg rolls I've ever had in my LIFE... Maybe one of the best things I've ever eaten, period - oh my goodness. I got the veggie egg rolls and the my parents had the pad Thai -which was also incredible. We'll definitely be back!!

Wonderfully tasting food! Curry was excellent as was stir fry. Fried tofu was fine - not what I would get again. My concern started with me and my husband’s stomach cramping the next day. I won’t go into details but the consequences the next day were not worth the good taste.

The food was very good! Good flavor and spice! Pad See Ew was so delicious- highly reccomend. The actual restaurant, however was a different story. The floor was so greasy it was slick. Both myself and a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after us (and actually fell) slipped on the grimy floor. There was food on the floor that looked like it had been there for at least a few hours. I observed one waitress maybe two, so maybe they were short staffed. Either way, the floor is a serious issue as it is unsafe for both staff and patrons.

I ordered through the manager and she helped me with the menu. Very kind and friendly 😊

I ordered takeout tofu pad thai for right as they opened at 11 and got it with lots of small burnt charcoal chunks, pictured are the ones I've found in the leftovers after I paid attention. The cream cheese wontons were pretty good and affordable though.

My wife and I were over at Bryant Lake Regional Park and decided to stop over here to pick up some lunch. Everything we had was delicious! We'll definitely be back.

The food here is SO food! We got their panang curry, pad kra pow, rad na, and Nam khao. We were really happy with everyone and very pleasantly surprised! If you're craving Lao food with good atmosphere and great service, I definitely recommend!

Take out was promised at 6:57. One hour after that promised time I am still waiting and can not get a straight answer as to when it will be ready. No apology. No customer service. The only reason I ordered here was for the proximity. (The food is 5/10 in my opinion.) Shame on me.

This place is solid. Food is authentic, flavorful and spicy if you want it to be. Portions seem generous. Atmosphere a touch uninspiring but it’s a strip mall.

Maybe it was a bad day but the white rice and fried rice was severely overcooked and mush. We threw it away. Very disappointing!! The curry was overly oily as well. We liked the pad thai and egg rolls. We will NOT be going back.

I recently visited a Thai/Laos restaurant recommended by a woman who did my nails; she also works as a waitress there. With my family having owned a Thai and Laos restaurant, I'm quite familiar with the cuisine.

I ordered the Laos version of papaya salad and sai gok (Laos sausage). The papaya salad was exceptional—authentic and flavorful. It came with a side of cabbage, jerky, and sticky rice, making it a complete meal on its own. I asked for two Thai chili and I’d equate that to be medium Thai spicy. Despite my initial hesitation about the price, I found it to be worth every penny. I would definitely order it again.

Overall, the dishes were legit and brought back memories of home-cooked meals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Thai and Laos flavors!

Went to a business event and stumbled upon this place, we ate here for the first time and it was my cousin birthday. Their 🔥 🥵 Lao papaya was bomb, and curry fired rice and pad sew ew. Fermentation beef with papaya and sticky rice was yummy. Will definitely come back for their papaya, taste like when you eat back home, Lao style.

Okay honestly I am extremely impressed. My boyfriend went to grab us food yesterday. We got Sai Gok (AMAZING), Panang curry, eggrolls, sticky rice, and Nam Khao . I am born in Lao and I am part thai as well. I am extremely picky when going to Laotian and Thai restaurants because it’s rarely to my liking. This all tasted so amazing, pretty authentic too. First time I order from here there was no one there on a Friday night. I was worried the quality of food would reflect the lack of customers. My god I was wrong. The pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had and I get that dish any time it’s on a menu. My wife got the veggie curry with chicken, and we were smiling while we ate it was so delicious. These guys are the best. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
