I feel that if you are going to charge a lot for an item, at least give a bit more or have the food be bomb to at least make up for the price.

Overall, this is one of the most solid pho places I have had the privilege to visit. Ordered the meatball and beef pho and chicken fried rice. The broth tasted fresh and clean, meat was abundant and had strong flavors. Fried rice had a lovely flavor and soft texture. Veggies in the rice were soft and cooked to perfection.

I’ve always loved the food here—it’s consistently amazing—but unfortunately, the service has declined. Despite their posted closing time of 8 PM, they stop taking orders at 7:30 PM (or even earlier on busy nights). If there’s a cutoff for orders, their hours should reflect that.

Another downside is the shift to online-only ordering through a third-party vendor (Zing), which adds a service fee. Calling the restaurant directly is frustrating as well—selecting option 3 to speak with staff just results in the call ringing unanswered before disconnecting.

Very good food. We live in North Minneapolis. It was well worth the drive to Blaine. Just beware that even the medium spice level is pretty spicy. We tried the crying Tiger, the egg rolls, and the Hmong brisket. You can't go wrong here. Service was grea and friendly.

Worth the wait, the pho broth was spot on. My baby is a picky eater and he knows he food. He ate almost all the pho, sticky rice and some beef brisket. My husband ordered the half beef brisket with sticky rice and papaya salad. We also ordered the pork eggroll. The only thing I would suggest is a little more salt in the pork eggroll. Overall, the food was worth the wait.

This will be my first and last with the restaurant. Did an online order for pick up, arrived later than expected time and still have to wait another 30 min. Person in the front didn't bother to greet, I continuously have to ask when my order will be ready. No apologies for the long wait or at least inform about wait time may be longer. Got home (should've checked first) my order was also wrong. Called them about the error, was told I will get a refund (who knows if I will get it back). Food overall ok, high price for small portions. Poor customer service quality. Pork laab was soggy. Never again.

Stopped here for dinner on a Saturday with a party of 7 and it was busy but it here was no wait. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, all of their BBQ was sold out by 5:30 pm so we did not get to order that. Instead we ordered papaya salad, Hmong sausage with purple sticky rice, crying tiger steak, pork belly laab, pho, pork skewers, & khapoon.

Our food was ready in about 30 or so mins. Presentation of each dish was as picture, good portion, prices were reasonable, food was fresh, and all but 1 dish was flavorful and delicious.

Our least favorite was the khapoon which lacked the curry.

Overall, pleasant experience and I would recommend and return.

The soup of the special pho could be eaten with no sauce, but I love my pho super spicy, so I add some spicy sauce to mine. The pork belly was for my daughter, and she said it was perfectly crunchy and deliciously juicy with sticky rice. The boba tea wasn't super sweet at all. According to my husband, it hit the spot with the pork spring rolls. The service here was great. Our server was polite and very sweet. Love this place. Gonna have to come back and try their laab and ka poon next time.

Drove 40 minutes to try this place out. Got here on a Saturday at 5pm and they were closed. Everywhere I searched online said they were open till 8pm on Saturdays. 80 minutes round trip wasted. This place needs to update their hours.

It's hard to come by such deliciousness in the area. Next time, I'll have to try the Pho and Spring rolls.

First time eating here. Staff were nice and was seated quickly. However after we ordered our food it took between 30-45 mins for our food to come out. We ordered the special pho, 1lb of the hmong beef brisket, Rocky's fried rice, and the crazy tiger nam tok. They got the nam tok beef order wrong and made a steak instead, we could hear them yelling about who got the order wrong. Don't know if they usually use steak for the nam tok, but they took the steak back and just mixed the nam tok seasoning with the steak, because they still kept the side of white rice instead of the sticky rice that is supposed to come with the nam tok. We only got 2 slices of beef brisket with the 1lb order, the rest of the beef brisket came shredded for some reason. The slices were okay but the shredded brisket came lukewarm and dry. The Rocky's fried rice tasted like regular white rice. Not sure if that's how it was supposed to taste like. Only thing that had flavor was the pineapple in the fried rice and the occasional sweetness from the green peas. The pho and the broth was good, but the tray they use for the sauces was super dirty.

We ordered house Hmong brisket, beef laab, rocky house fried rice, and the Lao short ribs. My favorite was the brisket. Very tender with great Smokey flavor. It just didn’t come with any rice or other sides. The fried rice was flavorless and wet. It did come with a sunny side fried egg. Besides that, nothing special. The short ribs were ok and cooked well. But the portions were small and it came with only a half cup of white rice and nothing else. While this dish was not bad, it represented the worst value. I can easily spend the same amount at a Hawaiian grilled spot or a Vietnamese spot, and will get a full cup of rice, two sides and way more meat. Beef laab was my favorite dish,
It came with cabbage, beef laab and generous side of purple rice. Last note, we got an Asian import beer and that cost 9 dollars. Most other places will charge about 6 bucks. In Summary, the food is alright. But over priced for the location in Blaine. If I am in the neighborhood, I would come by again. But would not make a special trip here as there are so many other places that provide better value for same or better quality food. Tip: If you do come here with a large crowd, I’d go for one of the family special/deals instead of ordering by entrees.
