They gave me ice water while I waited. It took all of 12 minutes and the food was delicious!

Having to update my review... I drive all the way from Greenville to here (or did...) but now when they run my credit card it asks for a tip... For ME to drive 40 minutes to go pickup food? Tip for what checking me out at the counter? 18%-22%-25%? So yeah, I felt compelled to tip at this point with the person at the counter looking at me... I selected the 18% and got the look of death from who cashed me out... Evidently 18% was not enough?? When did everything become a tippable situation????? This is crazy. Just decided to make our own Thai food from now on, its more consistant and in my family's opinion better...

Food was very mid, nothing special at all. Chicken in both my curry and soup tasted odd. Portions weren't very big especially when comparing to similar restaurants in the area who really go all out. Service was great but overpriced, bland food means I probably won't return.

Weird place, would not want to sit and eat. Got takeout and honestly do not feel like this is worth the money. $13 for a half empty container of veggies... I'll go to GR from now on.

We stopped for lunch and had the soup and salad combo with vegetable roll and rice. We had excellent service and the food was great. Aaron was our server and he was very fast and efficient. Glad we stopped there and would eat there again.

I go to this place for lunch/ takeout, the food is great and quick every time. They usually tell me it'll be ready in 10 - 15 minutes, but I feel like they do it faster. My go-to is yellow curry with tofu, medium spice level, so good. Wish I could give this place a 3.5 start rating just for the food.
The inside is kind of dead, though. I don't really see people dining in. It's just kind of boring in there. There's no experience. Love the food, but there's no reason to eat inside.

The food is pretty good here. I wish they had more vegan options but tons of vegetarian choices. The staff are usually friendly, the place is typically pretty empty. The atmosphere is pretty chill, not many people eat in, most people get their food to go. I usually get the vegetable fried rice with tofu. It's not dry like some other places and the helping sizes are generous. My partner loves their drunken noodle and orders it thai hot. If you really want hot, they are good at actually making it spicy here!

Love this place! The girl that runs the front on some days, Carlei, is so kind and is hardworking. The cooks always cook my food perfectly!!! They're very cautious with my nut allergy too. Would highly recommend!!!

We've been using Thai Fusion for years for our staff meeting lunch order. Order accuracy for 10+ people has been right 98% of the time. If there's ever an error they are willing to always make it right. Never had a staff member say they didn't like what they ordered.

Food was absolutely disgusting for $70.
Shrimp was over cooked or microwaved. It tasted like reheated plastic and was tough.
The chicken was stringy, overcooked, and dry. The Pad Thai, which should be the signature dish, so sour it tasted like the sauce was almost rancid.

As a long time customer of the 28th Street location this was my first time eating at the Rockford location. I can see why the restaurant was empty.

Doing my recycling on 10/mile I've tried to do take out but seen to more times than not run into the store NOT BEING OPEN .. Last time a week ago myself and a nother left on after the time you should of been open.... VERY SAD..

Save your money! Highly disappointed. Sweet and sour chicken was disgusting along with everything else we ordered.

Went there today and my food was not good. Ordered the Kicker appetizer and they were so skimpy on the filling It was literally just fried wonton wrappers. They gave me one tiny little thing of sweet and sour for an order of kickers and two spring rolls. I asked for soy when I was picking my food up and she literally told me it's fifty cents extra a package. I've never heard of this in my life when you're already ordering carry out. She told me it was because the food was cooked with soy so extra costs extra money. I could have laughed out loud. Talk about cheap af and a total insult to paying customers.
Then my card wasn't swiping so she continued to swipe it multiple times. She then told me my card had insufficient funds. I asked her if she charged me multiple times since she swiped my card multiple times and she said no. I was using my boyfriends card so I asked him to send me a Screen shot of his transactions because we in fact had been charged twice plus a random $11 charge. Now I understand that this happens. What upset me was the fact that she had the audacity to say that the other charges must have been from a different day. We have not been here in months. Overall a bad experience and we will not be going back...ever.

If you are into having something a lil different from the norm,, then I think this is the place for you. They have a variety of noodle based entrees offered with their unique sweet & or spicy sauces. The spicy sauces can be on the extreme side even for the toughest foodie so be careful! (Medium is equal to hot 🔥 af then goes up from there) great customer service as well. Loved it.

Always had good food we getting takeout from here. Masaman is great, curry noodles are my go to. Sometimes "hot" is too hot.

Best Thai/Asian food I've had in a long time!

This was my first time here and first time having Thai. It was amazing! We ordered the appetizer sampler, the chicken satay was so good, Pad Thai and Fried Rice. Everything was delicious will definitely be going back. Cannot wait to try some more things 😋

Drove from Big Rapids and arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 pm. The restaurant was closed even though their posted hours says they are open until 9:00pm.

Me and my wife love Thai Fusion! We always get it as take out when we want some amazing food on the run. Has great spice and heat for people who want it and milder food as well. Great portions for a great price.

Good food. I get the pineapple fried rice with chicken and it gives me 2 meals. My friend's food portion wasn't as large so I can see why some people are complaining.

Surprisingly mediocre. Nothing was outright “bad” about my red curry, but the best way to describe the taste was that all the ingredients had been cooked separately. The chicken tasted boiled, but nothing like curry spices or coconut milk, and even the spices weren’t really mixed into the milk...

Asking customers to tip on takeout when all you did was charge my card and hand me my food, that's ridiculous. Foods great but they're trying to take advantage of circumstances and make 15-20% additional on orders this way.

I had a great first experience! We ordered the Wok red curry w/chicken and the pineapple fried rice w/chicken, and we both really enjoyed our dishes. I placed an order over the phone and it was ready by the time I got there. The woman at the front counter was very nice over the phone and in person! We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

The food here is absoutley delicious and always taste amazing! So good in fact, that it makes it that much more disappointing everytime they don't answer their phone when we call to place an order. (Im talking roughly 10 call attempts) A few times, we have simply given up and had to look elsewhere. Otherwise, we try again later. Their open sign is also rarely on, (even when they in fact ARE open) which further drives away hungry paying customers.. shame.

Place has awesome food. Covid has certainly affected them including all businesses. Id love the frequently order their food. Hard to get them the answer the phone, hours seem to keep changing. I tried calling 4-5 times on a Monday during business hours. Goes to a voicemail box that is not setup.

July 2020. We still eat here all the time. The food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere casual and you can't beat the value. Don't order spicy unless you truly like spicy. Drunkin noodle and tofu bites are my favorite as you experience numerous different flavors from peanut butter to terrayaki. Great meal.

Apparently they're not on Grub Hub, despite being listed there with their full menu. I had to find out from my GH driver when he got there (and after I had already paid!) that they weren't actually taking orders through GH.

When I tried to call them to order for carry-out on my own, they never answered the phone.

This place is down the street for me and I would love to support them, but they need to figure their stuff out first. It doesn't sound like the dine-in experience is especially good, either.

Sadly it was absolutely the worst service I think I have ever had. And I felt bad for the girl as she was the only server for the entire “dinning room” at lunch and she always had to bus the tables. So i wasn’t too shocked when my order came out completely wrong and wasn’t able to get it corrected as it was at least 10 mins before we were able to talk to her again. Needless to say- disappointing. Appears to be little to no management. Not sure I’ll even attempt to “try it again” 🤷🏼‍♀️👎🏻👎🏻

Word of advice, the spice level here is higher than other Thai restaurants I have tried. My husband loves spicy food, but at this place he will order medium spice. I enjoy spicy foods too but even I have to say mild or no spice when ordering!

The food was alright my veggies were a little undercooked, and the tea wasn't hot enough to steep fully. The wall was dirty, they might want to have the waitress wipe down the walls along with the tables. The door exiting was also filthy. Not the best experince.

Best Asian in the area by far

I came because it was close, reasonably priced, and several reviews said the pad thai was good. First off, the order was ready 15 minutes after being placed, reasonably priced and decent portion sizes. After that things went a little south. Both the pad thai and pad see ew noodles were overdone almost to the point of mush. There was barely any flavor to the pad thai, maybe 6 bean sprouts, and the tiniest pinch of peanuts clumped in the middle of the dish. Even those modest accoutrements looked like a feast fit for a king compared to the smallest sliver of citrus fruit wedge included on the side. My wife described the pad see ew as 'nondescript'. The food was not bad, per say, but closer to something you'd expect from a mall food court, it will do in a pinch but won't satisfy a craving.

This was an amazing place to get lunch. I ordered red curry, and it came out super fast and super hot!! Tasted amazing and lunch was just under $7. A light egg white drop soup comes with it. I hope I can come back soon. I wish a place like this would come to Hastings, MI

Avoid! Go to Fusion Dish a couple miles east. Much cheaper and much better!
I ordered for pickup from Thai Fusion and they got my order wrong. I had to drive back and they offered to give me the correct dish at 50% off. I said I had already played $9 for a dish. Why would I spend more to get the thing I orderd the first time? They ended up exchanging the order but once again got it wrong. I ended up just eating the Incorrect meal but it really wasn't very good.
They waisted an hour of my time for mediocre food that costs twice what I can pay down the road. I don't be going back.

Maybe I am spoiled with the thai places in the big cities I travel to, their food is very americanized. Not the place for me, I do know a lot of people that really like it though, it's just not for me. Other than me being a bit of a food snob everything else at the restaurant was fine.

Food was good. Service was terrible. I ordered my pad thai without green onion, it came with green onion. My iced tea came without lemon. I pointed this out to waiter, he did bring lemon but didn't offer to take food back and bring another without green onion. Empty soup bowls are never collected. We had to go get wait staff to get refills on drinks. Was asked if i needed a box five minutes after i got my food. It took me that long to pick out all the green onion. Empty glasses were never removed from the table. The entire time we were there the wait staff could be heard gossiping, talking about others Instagram posts, and making plans for the weekend. There were only two tables with customers at them. Perhaps they could have given those customers more attention than each other and their phones. Will not come back.

We love their food. It's definitely the American infused version of Thai food. That means the rice noodles in the drunken noodle are more like egg noodles than authentic thick Thai rice noodles.

Food was good and service was fine, but when I walked in there was no one around and I had to knock on the kitchen door to get their attention after about a 5 minute wait. This was around 4pm on Saturday. The decor was nice but the entry to the back visible from the dining room was an eye sore. That said, the food was quite good. The fresh rolls were good and I really liked the Tom kha soup. Delicious. My main dish was shrimp pattani which was also good with plenty of shrimp, but I enjoyed the Tom kha much more. Next time I'll get a large soup and add noodles as my entry. They seem to do mostly take out.
