Hi Everyone. Wok to u is and has been a great service. I have ordered many times from them. Order has always been good and warm. Really good food. But this time and last order I asked for white rice like I always do. They bring me brown rice. The man that took my order said I didn't ask for white I continued to tell him i did ask for white rice.. He said Donna let's not get all upset about some rice. He starts telling me that they don't put much in the brown rice going on to tell me whats in it. I explained that's not what I ordered. They made me feel as if I should eat it anyways. He tied me at first he would put a big note in my file no white rice. I said man this is an expensive meal for not getting the right rice. Then he said he's going to put a note and a couple dollar credit for me. After arguing for over 5 min on the phone. He offered to being me white rice. Then said when they got my last order wrong why didn't I tell them then. I didnt complain cuz I didn't have time. And let it slide the 1 them. He continued to tell me I should have called in then. I told him I was going to do a on line review. He said if u can do a review now when something wrong. Why couldn't u give us a review when something was good. Man I didn't expect it to go down like that. Makes me not want to ever order again.

Just an experience that I will never go through again hopefully..but also being honest 100%. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who took the time to help us pick out a Chinese restaurant in our usual range (since ours is under new ownership and not what it used to be and we have not found one that we enjoy thus far), and he was incredibly kind and patient on the phone(plus we LOVE the place he recommended!!!!!!!!) After, we had the absolute sweetest delivery driver deliver our food and had a pleasant short conversation with her! So so nice all around! Wok to you has SUCH nice staff always. Good customer service means everything to me, and the owner, Dave, knows something about that. I had an issue with a delivery with this service, and expressed my dissatisfaction. Within 24 hours, I received a call from Dave, explaining and attempting to resolve the issue. He was very kind and genuinely cared about my experience. This is a company under terrific leadership. The deliveries are always prompt, and the drivers are always pleasant. I will continue using them as long as they are around.

At times I wait near 2 hours for my food. Wok to You contacted me and advised me that the wait time was due to the restaurant "New Asan Star". I have added one star to the review for reaching out and trying to fix the situation

This is a time that I never thought I'd have to do and leave a bad review for wok to you. I had placed an order using their services at 7:28pm when they do t close until 8:30pm. The person on the phone told me it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to receive my food. Here it is, currently 9:00pm and I have not received my order. I have Tried calling wok to you from 8:45-8:53 you would think that they would have someone still answering phones for already made orders, instead someone answers the phone and immediately hangs up. This is one experience I never thought I would go through with this company

I have no problem with Wok To You. the are always on time and the food is hot. Golden Harvest on the other hand. Fried shrimp was like eating fried rocks, spring rolls had sooooo much grease it was floating.

Ordered a meal with extra egg rolls which I really just wanted the egg rolls didn’t get them call them back Dave says you never ordered them I say yes then he says sorry he calls back and says sorry I do remember now you ordering it we will get it for you 2 hours later still nothing I call them to say F it lady says we’re on our way now to get them and the owner is paying for them and sorry we have to cover 300 sq miles and we’re short handed this is crazy maybe you should cut back the area or better yet egg rolls take 5 min to cook you should’ve sent the driver right back then to get them not make us wait 2 hours we wanted them with our meal not 2 hours later..and I still tip the second driver since it wasn’t her fault yeah 3 hours for 5 egg rolls that Dave forgot to order lmfaoooo

Ordered online this evening made sure I typed everything out per the instructions on the website. Received a call asking about my credit card info as it messed up online. While on the phone I was asked about one of the meals I ordered, was asked what size I wanted. When the order arrived I was given the incorrect items. I immediately called and was told I would have to wait another hour for the correct items to arrive. It was already 6:30 at night so waiting for an additional hour was not really an option. No discount or credit was offered. Horrible service. $47 for some food I didn't even order.

Ordered last week and I guess it was miscommunication with restaurant and company however I guess the owner of wok to you called to me to see what the issue was and I explained, even though he sounded like he didn’t really care all he was worried abt was the reviews but long story short I was asked to remove my review and I’ll also receive a credit, well I did but today I called to place an order and see if I had a credit, well no credit and was asked why do I suppose to receive a credit so I cancelled my order. Officially over this company.

I like that I can get Chinese food delivered to me but I think sometimes the person that takes the order can be a little rude. Also sometimes it can take over an hour to get your food. The food is always hot though and the order is always correct

Amazing all around

I always use this service and have for years. It is really great now with my family trying to stay in the house. The service fees and delivery is nothing compared to other delivery services!

I have been waiting for my order for almost two hours and this is NOT the first time that this has happened. Just last week it happened. I spend a lot of money here and they charge almost $10 in delivery fees that do NOT go to the driver, so I need to tip also. So just for delivery it’s $20. So, I called tonight and ask where my order is because I have now waited TWO hours again. This rep was so rude and told me that everyone complains and I just need to deal with it. I asked for a manager because this happens EVERY TIME I order and the manager literally comes on the line and says, YEAH, my driver is waiting for your food so you will get it when he gets it. I said, are you kidding me?? What is your name and are you the manager?? He literally just said, YEAH I AM and he HUNG UP. I will NEVER order from them again. I spend a lot of money with them and I get treated like this ??? I would highly recommend NEVER USING them. They need a staff that knows how to treat people. Disgusting!!!!!!!

I ordered delivery using Wok to You, coming from Dragon 1 Express and it took 1.5 hrs to get my food. On the phone I was told that it would be to me within the hour. I called at an hour and 10 minutes. The man told me my driver would be there in 5 minutes and it took her an extra additional 15 minutes after that.

Wish I could rate less. The whole process was a fail and they were rude to me about their error and lack of communication to the customer. Never again.

They charge $7.50 for delivery, and if you order during lunch hours they will charge you dinner prices. It's cheaper on the major apps.

Edit: Response from Owner is a straight up lie on multiple accounts. You can call it whatever you want, but you charge $5.50 plus a $2 'service fee' on every order. That's $7.50 no matter which way you slice it. Also owner replied that the dinner and lunch portions are different (not true) and that you have to specify if you want the lunch special at 1:00 pm. One more lie to top it off is that limited restaurants were open. Almost all of the takeout and delivery places around me are still open, and I really don't understand what that has to do with them charging $7.50 for delivery and up charging. Just blatant lies all the way around.

The drive was at an old address that I have not lived at for over 1 year I told the driver that I entered the correct address online. Now our food arrives late and cold

I will highly recommend not using this company. This was the first time that I ever placed an order with Wok 2 you. I ordered online. I got a response back saying my order would be ready in about 1 hour. Around an hour and a half I still had not received my food. I sent an email asking why it was taking so long. I received an email back saying that the restaurant I ordered from was extremely busy. We had then reached 2 hours and I still had not received my food. I called wok 2 you to cancel my order. I was told again that it w aww as not wok 2 You fault but that the restaurant was extremely busy. They told me that I would have my food in 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes before calling back to cancel. I spoke to an employee to cancel my order, he said he would tell the manger. I get a phone call back saying my order would be there in 2 minutes. I told him I didn’t want it. The owner or manager whoever I was talking too did nothing to try to make this right. I should have been offered a discount or maybe a coupon for next time. Nothing! Instead he hung up on me. Great way to run a business.

I leave it as 0 stars if I could. We ordered $27 worth of food on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I woke up to a $559.00 charge to my account that no one seems to be able to correct. I strongly recommend that you just go grab your own food or only pay cash as the office staff clearly has no business processing payments. As of Friday afternoon I still have not been refunded and will be following up with the local law enforcement to see what my next step is.

I'm done! Tonight was almost a 2 hour wait. Food is cold. Called at 1.5 hour mark and they just so happened to be 10 minutes away.... seriously?!? Food looks like it has been in the car for the whole 2 hours. Had to warm it up in the microwave!!! Never waisting another dollar on them.

I ordered using this service thinking it would be convenient. After waiting for over an Hour I called to find out where my delivery was and they delivered to the wrong address. They wouldn't give my money back and make it right. They were not polite about it all. Rude and disrespectful. Even hung the phone up in my face. Never will I use the service again or refer. Horrible service! Called and they told me within the hour and then it was an hour and a half later and then they said the driver will be there in 20 minutes and then he still never came. We canceled the order and when we called new star they said our order was just sitting there and they never came to pick it up. New star was not any help either when I called them. They didn’t care that our order was not picked up by wok to you she wanted us to come pick it up.

These people are ridiculous! I ordered food online at 12:12, and called a half hour later and they didn’t ya my order. So They put my order in and told me it would be delivered within the hour. I called an hour and 20 minutes later and supposedly they didn’t process my order because they didn’t have my credit card information, which they didn’t mention when I spoke to them earlier. They then said that my order would be delivered within another hour. I am on my way to pick up food elsewhere now, at 2:15. If you are actually hungry don’t order from here or you may starve to death before you actually get it.

Placed a large order ( 15 combination dinners) food arrived faster then stated. Less then 1hr. Couldn't ask for better service.

Used to be a good company. The last time I ordered either them or the restaurant forgot my soup. No big deal. Tonight it took 2 hours to get my food and when I called all they could tell me was it'll be there in 10 minutes. The delivery driver then said that it was the restaurants fault of course and that the food wasn't ready when she got there. Funny this was never mentioned on the phone with your receptionist. Order wasn't even correct. Will never again be a customer nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Wok To You is the best idea since pizza delivery. I've used this company for years to bring Chinese or Thai food right to my door. Save me from having to drive across town. When I'm undecided on what or from where the staff makes suggestions. I can get my favorite dish from the same location no matter where I'm at. 586-445-CHOW (great number) I'll never forget that :) They used to say "If you hungry now, you call CHOW & I do.

Wok to You Catering was absolutely wonderful to work with! David took the time to ask questions about my event and recommended the perfect options and portion sizes. He was able to work with the restaurant on my behalf to supply options that fit my budget. He contacted me the day of the event to confirm the order and delivery time. The food was delivered hot, fresh, and on time. Guests raved about the food! I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and pleasant experience. I will definitely be utilizing this service in the future for my catering needs (and my Friday night Thai food deliveries!).

Its good. But what happens sometimes I get my food really late. Ill place and order at 7pm and won't get it until 9. Especially on the weekend. Should be a bit more faster.

Wok To You is phenomenal. I had a cocktail and dinner event for 20 people at my home, with Asian fusion cuisine. David suggested the components of the menu, so it was really effortless planning on my part. I lost my bartender at the last minute, and David found me one 3 hours before the event. Delivery was prompt, and the food was hot. It was also delicious. The bartender he sent was excellent also. I highly recommend Wok To You catering!

Very disappointed ! Arrived very timely, however, everything was cold.. Wings, potatoes...
I felt like I was delivered what everyone else leaves on their plates from a dine in..

Just tried it for convenience . Would not have minded paying the over priced pricing had everything had been fresh..

I forgot my lunch today and decided to try wok2you. I placed my order at 11:00 for a 12:00 lunch and it arrived at 12:40. The delivery guy was polite, but didn't apologize or even try to make an excuse for being so late. Who knows maybe it was something he couldn't control seeing how late everyone else who orders from here comes too. The food was hot and exactly what I ordered. Overall OK, I feel like you have to be pretty laid back to order from here since their care for customer's time is pretty non-existent. Will be looking for another ordering system.

Manager took the time to call me to resolve an issue I had. I appreciate the customer care and concern to maintain quality services.

Love being able to not have to go out with my twins and have my fave Thai brought to me💕 The cost is little high And sometimes takes a long time, but it's worth it.

They have always been awesome! It's very convenient for those of us who can't drive due to medical reasons, and have elderly parents or even drunk parents. - - Do you guys do other restaurants too that are close by? Like Famous Dave's, Denny's, Applebee's or Coney Island for example? That would be a life saver.

Food from the restaurants is good, but call ahead it will take them nearly 2 hours to deliver just a heads up.

I absolutely love this service, being visually impaired- unable to drive, and loving Chinese food. To those that complain about soggy food it's not wok-to-ypu it's the restaurant that puts sauce on the food. Had the same problem my first order, just order it on the side.
I've never had to wait over an hour and even when given that estimate it doesn't take that long.
The staff are very nice and helpful! Enjoyable experience every time!

I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, my won ton soup was spilled in my bag, some of my sesame chicken was out the box and in the bag.

Excellent delivery service. I have had Wok - to - you deliver many orders to many different locations. Doesn't matter where I am or how big of a order the food is always delivered fast and hot. Have never waited more than a 1hr30min......Sometimes I really stretch the delivery by picking my favorite restaurants that may be quite a hike from my location......Obviously that adds a little cost to the delivery fee but the delivery time is always on point and worth the money. What a great service! I highly recommend using Wok-to-you to deliver your Chinese food. You will not be disappointed!

It was okay the first time I had ordered from here they did not deliver some of the things I had ordered and paid for and when I ordered the 2nd time my food came just the way I wanted but they forgot my egg rolls

Called to place an order, I had to read the description of what I wanted from the menu so they knew what to get. I would think they would have a menu accessible to them when taking an order once I told them which restaurant. Placed my order and went over the total, told I would be paying by credit card and he increased the price! Very disturbing. Call me crazy but credit card transaction fees are a cost of doing business and should not be passed on to your customers especially in today's day and age when probably 90% or more of financial transactions are via credit card or other electronic payment. I ordered anyways and was told my order would be at my door in 20 to 30 mintues. A little over an hour later they finally show up, my food was cold and soggy. Not even worth eating.

This is the first time I've used this service. A friend recommended it when I called her whining that I wanted chinese food but couldn't go out to pick it up. The dispatcher was kind, helped me pick a restaurant close by and made the transaction almost painless. The food was here from my chosen restaurant - still hot - and the driver was polite. I couldn't be happier. Way to go Wok To Go!!

Used Wok To You for the first time yesterday and the driver was super unpleasant and rude with me, did not have silverware and my food was leaking everywhere.

I did call and talk to a manager and they said my next delivery would be free, but it was the first time I ever used them and I was working so it was honestly more of a hassle than it was worth.

Wok-to-you has been delivering my takeout for many years. I'm extremely grateful for Dave's delivery service and love that they offer a large selection of restaurants to choose from. It took a few years but now I know my favorite joint for each specific dish I order. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

NOTE: I suggest asking the dispatcher for their opinion of restaurants near you -they have always nailed it for me!

I always order. I love this place. Does take forever tho, but I'm kinda far. So I'm sure to tip for coming all the way here. Never mess up order, always as long as they say. Can't be mad at that

After waiting for 2 hours with no food in sight I called to cancel my order and was told "the driver just left the restaurant - I'll give you some off of your next order" - like I would EVER use this service again! This is a weekday lunchtime - 2 hours is not acceptable - if I wanted to wait 2 hours for lunch, I could have picked it up myself - walking!!! Awful, Awful, Awful!!!!!

That was by far, the absolute worst Chinese Cuisine I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. 100% absolutely disgusting. Poorly prepared, delivery took too long. Never have I ever had to throw Crab Rangoons to the trash before today. I'm so disappointed. "Wok to You" is BAD FOOD. I give this restaurant a 1 out of 5 rating. I am a Very Unsatisfied Customer...

I love their service! Very helpful while ordering and great efficient delivery service. Our family has one vehicle and I find myself working midnight shifts; when I wake up in the afternoon and I am starving with no transportation they are a Godsend!. I use the service approximately 3X per month. I hope they expand to the U of M Dearborn campus area so I can send orders to my son as a surprise, I do for Pizza and that is getting boring . Thanks for your service

Great service! the call center are very friendly and they always make you aware of any complications that may occur for a delay of time. they are actually really fast! you have to understand they don't work at that location however they still get your order to you as quick as possible, the delivery drivers are very nice and friendly. i have never had a bad experience with this company and do not see one any time soon. they also keep your information on file to make the process easier for both parties.

There service is fast, friendly and always professional. I have noticed that there are some reviews stating that the food is bad, well that has nothing to do with this service. You picked who you wanted your food from so that is not the delivery service issue it is the restaurant issue.
