When I called I was told next time I come in they will make it correctly. So how many times does it take to get it done correctly?

I ordered the papaya salad and pad Thai noodles with shrimp. I didn’t not care for either one, so disappointed! My go to order at most Thai restaurants is pad Thai and papaya salad(if it’s on the menu) I usually start with that and if it’s good I feel confident to try other things, the pad Thai sauce tastes like ketchup and the shrimp was steamed versus sautéed with the rest of the food. Won’t be going back

This restaurant is a family favorite. We take all our relatives here because the food is so good. Every time we have been the service has been fantastic. They answered all of my husband’s allergy questions and checked in with us. It’s my favorite Thai restaurant in all of Michigan.

Called and placed an order and they asked if we could be there in ten mins. So we were and then my soup was made incorrectly. So they rushed and messed up the order. I let them know via fb message, as they were closed when we made it back home. They insisted I call the store but I was working. Not a good experience.

Update: tried to give them another shot via door dash cause they can just read the order right? No. They messed it up again. Door dash refunded me but the restaurant never made it right for the time they messed it up directly when picking it up. Will stick with other places cause this place isn’t it. Left a bad review on door dash as well. Seeing how many people have liked my comment, I guess I’m not the only one who they’ve done this to. I enjoy the fried basil rice with beef. My spice level is medium. Anything above that, I can not taste the food. It is a perfect small restaurant.

Got the crispy roll and pad Thai earlier this week, liked it so much we ordered again tonight for delivery and was just as good!

Awful crispy rolls. Received burnt, greasy & sloppy crispy rolls. We have been patronizing this restaurant since day one and when my wife called to stress her concerns, she was totally dismissed and was told that they cannot replace or refund any food that comes out of the kitchen.. this is bad business!! I have nothing bad to say about the service, food and atmosphere. When we come here I try to get something new each time. Which brings me to the Pad Thai Curry that I need rave about. So dang good! My family and I had dinner, and we ordered a bunch of different dishes and shared them. Everything we tried was good. We started with the Moo Ping and Cucumber Salad, and both were phenomenal. All the main dishes were also great, as were the fried bananas and coconut ice cream we had for dessert. We will definitely be loyal customers.

First time there had pineapple curry got it to go. Well it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I rinsed it off with water ....still very salty. I called asking why is it so salty, the guy who answered the phone didn't have an answer. It was definitely not sweet, nor spicey but The salt level was a 20 on a scale 1_10. I will never order that again. Place was has a beautiful atmosphere inside and the customer service was nice.

I ordered at this place 3 times in one week. This last time the food was SO SALTY.So yes we contacted them and we were told we can bring the food back so they can "look at it". We bring the food back they remake it, we check it and the pad garlic had a burnt smell which prompted me to check it further. I found that the "remake" barely had any chicken in it, it was 98% rice. So I went back to show them there was only 3 little pieces of chicken
In the whole dish! The little lady from the kitchen was looking at me and stopped what she was doing out and started yelling as she seen I brought the remake back in. She then walks out and yells more AND waves arms. She called someone on the phone and went off to them as smoke was coming out of her ears! i was ready to leave the food there and go home but after the phone call she made to whomever. She made me give her the container back practically trying to take it out my hands and said I'll fix, ill fix!! At that point i didn't want her to fix it because she really acted terribly. I have never seen someone act like that so shamelessly in front of a customer. Get out the business if you can't handle complaints! You lost what could of been regular customers. I'm never coming back and the food still didn't get ate because for all I know she was mad enough to spit in it. Why would I trust food from someone who behaved that way. We work hard, no one wants to get over on you. We want what we pay for. That simple. If we were broke beggers we would go to McDonald's and not order 50 dollars worth of food from you 3x in one week to begin with! Your business will fail so long as you assume ppl want to get over on you rather than making the customer happy within reason AND with grace.

Just what Belleville needed.

We came here to order lunch take out. Purchased Pad Thai and Garlic Fried Rice with chicken. The Pad Thai was just okay, we didn't like the flavor. The rice was good. I couldn't taste the garlic because it was loaded with onions.

Wow! So fresh and full of flavor! The curry fried rice was absolutely delicious.

Their tables are small. They need to learn to clear used plates before the entre's arrive. The food was fabulous, with huge portions. I asked for "Not too hot" and that is what I received .

Decent flavor and prices. I think what’s stopping the 5th star is the lack of meat. Both orders had very little meat but lunch and dinner portions. I paid extra for dinner side hopping for more meat. It had just more veggies.

I've been to a lot of different thai food restaurants in the metro Detroit area and Baan Pad Thai is near the top with a fee others. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. The place has a cool vibe. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying, the food is absolutely incredible! Everything I have tried in the 4 times I have been here has been delicious, and most recently I tried the Strawberry bubble tea which was one of the best bubble teas I've had!

Unfortunately, there is definitely significant room to improve with the service. It took a very long time before a server even came over with our waters, (which tasted really weird by the way, which is unusual since the water from other local businesses in the same strip tastes fine...?), and then she hurried away before we could even order any other drinks. We also waited a while before we could actually place our food order, although the food did come out quickly after placing it, with it only taking about 15 minutes from placing it to receiving it. For some reason it also took a long time to receive my bubble tea, I do not expect to wait 10 minutes for a drink.

There is some nice decorations on the inside, and it appears to be pretty clean, although the tables and menus were a little sticky. However it is extremely cramped in there, they try to fit way too many tables in that small of a space.

Overall, food is amazing, I would just recommend carryout over dining in.

Very enjoyable. Best Crab Rangoon I have had. They are on top of taking care. Very clean. The only issue was there where nats while we were eating. I'm not sure how that could be taken care though. Just a little annoying.

So this is my first time trying Thai food. Omg, so good. Everything was good. The service was exceptional, except for them getting my name right. No big deal. But, the guy upfront (server) was very nice and gave good service. I ordered Mango bubble tea (amazing). And mango sticky rice, also catfish curry was good as well. But that bubble tea and mango sticky rice, top tier. This place is clean, smells clean, great atmosphere. It seemed the customers were also having a great time there. I did take out, but it was nice waiting. If you need Thai food, go here. The prices are fair too. I’m sorry I already started on the food in photo.

Food was extremely salty. So salty that my tongue is all bitter after eating there. The fried rice was wet and salty as well. Mango shrimp salad was too sweet and salty.

The service here is very nice and accommodating. One word of advice: "mild" spicy here is like "very" spicy at other places. I recommend getting none and adding your own to taste.
The only minor criticism is that the curry dishes are a little light on the meat.

Did take out..accurate order..good portions..on time..well priced..med spice for me was perfect..food was tasty..I got a veg pad thai, veg curry rice, veg ramen noodles..overall found the sauce to be too sweet..I like a drier pad thai..this was very wet..besides that it was very good.

Absolutely delicious. Was our first time ordering, we got take out and our order was 100% correct and we loved all of it! I ordered #101 with tofu, mild, and no mushrooms, would eat it over and over again-it was so flavorful! The vegetable rolls were amazing, the peanut dipping sauce was not my favorite but I mixed it with some sauce from my other dish and that really helped. Very impressed!

Note: if you're sensitive to spice, the mild was still a little spicier than I was expecting but still delicious.

First time having Thai in years and they did Not disappoint. My kids even loved it! We had the shrimp Pad Thai noodles, mild and it had the right amount of heat🔥, the flavor was great. We also had the honey chicken wings which were very crispy and glazed beautifully with delicious sauce. Last but not least we had the crispy shrimp wraps, we loved them. Great addition to the downtown area and we’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

Drove 30 min to try the Chicken Pad thai Curry and I was highly impressed! I am very picky with my food and I was so excited it tasted exactly like what I wanted . I usually go to Wyandotte for my Thai curry but I am very happy I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried a new restaurant. I ordered the FR1, My fiancé ordered the Pad Thai with crab meat. The Pad Thai was mediocre at best. There were lots of VERY hard chunks of rice throughout the FR1 dinner (Thai Fried Rice w/chicken)….My fiancé and I called to inform them within 10-15 mins of getting the food home (mind you we only live 8 mins from this Thai restaurant) and was told they would remake a new dinner or a completely different meal if we brought it back up to them. We brought it back to them, the entire meal was still there and then they changed what they told us on the phone and claimed the best they could do was offer a 10% discount IF we purchased another meal. Absolutely NOT acceptable!!! This was our first time ordering Thai food from this business and our last time! I’d rather drive 28 minutes to Suphan Thai Kitchen on Eureka than to ever come here again! Terrible experience overall!

Great new restaurant in downtown Belleville. It was delicious and we had an attentive server.

Service was good. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food came out quickly, it was hot and very delicious. We return again.

The praram with chicken was not good. Praram is supposed to be a thick peanut sauce. What I was given was a thin peanut broth soup with carrots, chicken, and broccoli floating in it. Even adding the rice didn't thicken it up enough. I ended up just throwing it away. Really disappointing. We called and said that it didn't meet our expectations and we were told that they'd speak to the management about it.

I was excited to try this new Thai spot out but was disappointed with the food. The noodle dish I got was overly sweet, the wanton soup (one of my favorite soups) had an unusual taste with sweetness as well. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. Just a one time visit for me.

Parking and entry are available on the Main street curb or behind the restaurant in the parking lot. Came in today for the first time to celebrate a birthday with the extended family. $10 to $20 was the price expected and what we paid. If economizing, the portions are large enough to share an appetizer and full meal between 2 adults. I'll describe the phad thai as 1 step spicier than the norm which the attentive waiter was quick to point out while ordering. The Phad Thai has much more sauce than other thai eateries that sets it apart. It is different, but very good. We took advantage by taking home the thinner sauce and throwing in some rice for another great meal. Soup bowls are large, and appetizers from cucumbers to shrimp rolls are served fresh and are above average for taste and crispiness. The birthday boy received a complimentary piece of cheesecake and whip cream with a pleasant presentation of "Happy Birthday" in chocolate scroll. We enjoyed our time, and the waiter joined in the happy birthday song. We will be back. As usual, I do not know anyone on staff here, and there was no financial interest received for this review. Two of the meals did not come with rice. We called to let them know shortly after we got home of the missing food. The next day I went to grab the rice and the manager or some lady had a bad attitude about the situation as if I was lying to get free rice after I spent $100 on the meal. Idk if she was being racist but she definitely left a bad impression for my first visit to that place.

My husband and I decided to get carryout from Baan Phad Thai for dinner last night. (As it was just a quick pickup, I can't speak much to the atmosphere, but the decor was pleasing to my eye, and it appeared very clean. It looked like it would be a nice place to dine in.) We got the pad thai, drunken noodles, and massamun curry, all medium spice with chicken. All of them were excellent and had a nice kick, and there is plenty left over for another meal. Massamun is probably our favorite Thai dish in general, and this one did not disappoint! The only thing I might do differently next time is order some extra rice for the curry because there is not very much left to go with the remaining curry. (That's not a deal breaker for us, though!) We highly recommend Baan Phad Thai and will definitely be returning!

Edited to add that the food was ready very quickly (much faster than the estimate given on the online ordering system, in fact), so it appears that they have fixed the issues that were mentioned in earlier reviews with wait times.

We ordered a carry-out of almond boneless chicken. It was very dry or overcooked. The portion was very small with more rice than anything.
We plan to give them another try with something else on the menu.

Well people were claiming that this is the "best" Thai food they ever had....well I Do Not agree...the Phad Thai was terrible..too much tomato sauce taste...couldn't even eat but 1/4 of it and that was because I was hungry and had the drunken noodle ...it was just ok ....nothing special ....the soups were good but a bit too salty for me. I will stick with bancok 96 in dearborn ....this is my honest opinion!!!

It's the new kid on the block. It gives downtown Belleville a cosmopolitan flavor, and it has perhaps the best Thai food I have ever tasted. It also serves alcohol so you get a genuine dining experience. A varied menu, which is properly prepared and a lot of it. They seem to mostly carry out business, but it is a good place to sit down in as well. You will enjoy the visit

The pad thai with beef is awesome and so is the drunken noodles. I get mine hot, but if you don't like really spicy food you should definitely get a lower spice level. The spice is extreme!

The Sweet Chili fried rice was also good.
The Tom Yum was awful. It tasted like a bowl of salt water and they definitely forgot the medium spice.
The Tom kha was brown and very bland with only a slight hint of coconut milk. I've never seen brown colored Tom kha.

I treated myself to the most delicious lunch. I was nervous because it was my first time having Thai food. My server was most helpful with recommendations based on my dietary preferences and spice tolerance. I enjoyed a delightful bowl of egg drop soup, vegetable stir fry, fried rice, spring rolls with plum sauce, and a glass of sweet tea. It was by far one of the most flavorful meals I’ve had from a restaurant.
Everything was prepared fresh and the portions were really generous. The service was very welcoming and hospitable. I felt like a VIP guest 🤩
I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for delicious food and quality customer care.

Just kidding. Apparently, this place thinks it’s okay to talk down on you even though one call to the health department could shut this place down. The tables are sticky, the staff is rude, and the food takes too long to come out. Do not come here unless you want to be humiliated by people who can’t even do their jobs right.

We stopped in tonight for dinner. We had chicken curry fried rice and fried pork. Both items were very good. Luckily, we had a nice couple warn us about not ordering anything too hot for our first trip there. We ordered mild and it was warm. The service was excellent as well. I look forward to returning and trying other items.

Food is absolutely amazing. I had the sweet chill fried rice, was delicious. We also had the pad prik and crispy garlic honey chicken. Both were very tasty. The crispy honey was very good. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had. The plum sauce was very good. Definitely will be going back.

Food was very good, portions were large and very well priced. In addition the service was great!

It's a little pricey, but the food is good. Staff are nice. Drinks are good. Place is clean.

I’ve been to the restaurant twice and I was very pleased. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the portions were plentiful for the price. I got carry out for my husband and he absolutely loved it !!

My new favorite spot in Belleville! Beautiful people who make you feel right at home. Clean pretty decor and terrific food. I highly recommend Baan Phad Thai ❤️!!!

this place is not good,
food is bad, service sucks, load and cramped inside. we tried them twice , once when the first opened. took 2 hours for food to come. then it was wrong , we thought we wood give them another shot, food came out quickly, you could tell ot was thrown together. the tast wasn't good.
we are all done with that nasty place

We were 10 people celebrating 2 birthdays Jan 13th 2024. Everything from start to finish was just amazing. The egg drop soup I had was so delicious. Our portions were large and most took home containers of leftovers. Staff was great and the cost was ok, it didn't break the bank. Will definitely go back again!

It was really good food at a great price, but apparently you get what you pay for. The service was AWFUL, we weren't acknowledged when we walked in. We didnt even know what to do. So we just found an open table and sat there and waited. it took over an hour and thirty to receive only two dinners!! The waiter never once asked us if we wanted a refill for our waters or tea. I am not kidding when I say this, I had to go up to the back of the bar to pour myself my own water. We waited over 15 minutes to pay for our bill. Then we asked our waiter for a box and waited another 10 minutes, I ended up having to go back behind the bar once again to grab a to go box for myself. So as long as you don't mind doing the job for them, this is a good place to go to.

I returned to try this place out again after it cooled down from its opening. Was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile, everyone was more interactive. They had music and TV going in the background. Definitely has done a 180 since I've been back!

I didn’t enjoy my experience. 1) Average food (a bit watery and salty and barely any rice) 2) The service/mockery of my name (which I spelled out on the phone) 3) They offered my no utensils (Obviously in 2024, ppl eat curry chicken and rice with their hands..) It’s Emmanuel, not Emio

The food is delicious and the portions are monstrous. Easily 2-3 meals worth. No problems with modifications is always a nice policy. The tables are a bit close together, which made getting to the restroom mildly awkward as I squeezed past other diners.

We had mixed opinions about this place, let me say that the service was great, friendly staff. They are more than happy to make recommendations. I really enjoyed my Pad Thai and the unique sauce it was made in. I've never had it that way before but enjoyed all the flavors in my mouth....yummy. Now my companions liked it but not as much as I did but they are willing to go back.

Really good food, great atmosphere, awesome service. The servers were very friendly. My husband said it was some of the best pad Thai he’s had and he is very picky about his pad Thai. We will for sure return here.

Food was good, a bit pricey for dinner portions though in my opinion. Drunken noodles were good and steak was tender, would like to maybe try other dishes.

Great tasting dishes, fast and efficient service. Interesting decor to look at. During the week, they weren't very busy. Mild spice was enough you could feel it. We'll definitely be back to experience more dishes!

I order from here about twice a week! I love the shrimp pad tai and the crispy shrimp rolls! The food is flavorful, and delicious! The staff is friendly!! Great place!!

So so pleasantly surprised with Baan Pad Thai. We don’t have to drive 30-45 minutes for authentic Thai anymore. Three generations of family making delicious Thai food. Highly Recommend!!

4 star review is now a 2 star review and I won't be back. We spent 50 dollars on food and the main entrees were not good. So we called to let them know and they offered us 4 spring rolls next time we come in also made an excuse for the food not being up to par, one being....no one has ever complained about the crispy chicken and the fried pork is supposed to be hard and difficult to chew apparently.

I explained to her that I have seen negative reviews and I still gave their place a chance. Based off of how they handled my complaint today I will not be back. Too bad because they are 2 minutes away from me.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Thai food and the service was excellent. We can't wait to go back :)

Pad Thai with chicken was very good, had the veggie and pork dumplings and were yummy and crunchy.

Spring rolls with chicken and peanut sauce was great, definitely freshly wrapped.

The red curry was different from what I’ve had before, the sauce was very thin and the eggplant had an odd flavor but that’s just my opinion. Next time, I’ll try a different one.

I ordered extra food to pack with me on my commute tomorrow and I’m excited to eat it again. Prices were not bad at all for the large portions that you get.

The wait staff worked their butts off and were very nice. They were just always in a hurry. But that’s ok. They had jobs to do.

Atmosphere was a little weird. Not a lot of space on there. Tables close together. But was a great atmosphere for overall.

Restaurant is beautiful and clean. The service was fast and attentive. Best part was the food!! Nice sized portions and everything was so tasty. Also, don't forget your Thai iced tea with boba!

We normally eat at Bangkok 96 in Dearborn. Happy to finally find a place that has similar amazing flavor!! Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Appetizer:
Crispy shrimp roll, overall 5/5. Delicious and with good crispiness and great sauce

Dinner:
Drunken noodles with shrimp spice level hot was DELICIOUS. Some of the best I've had, great sauce.
Garlic fried rice was pretty garlicy and the chicken was dry.

Service:
Solid overall, a little disjointed though. Lots of different people taking orders and helping out. Pretty consistent throughout the night timing wise though.

Atmosphere:
A little packed together, but didn't bug me since we were in the corner. Cycles through tables quickly so we didn't wait for long even on a Friday night.

Excellent food: we had chicken pad tai, honey garlic shrimp, and chicken drunken noodles. Service was a bit slow getting our order after we got our waters. But I believe they are still working out the kinks. Would definitely return to try more dishes. Employees were very polite and friendly.

Dined in for lunch. It was so good! We shared the chicken pad thai, crab rangoons, and chicken satay skewers. Everything was fresh and flavorful, the best crab rangoons I've ever had!

One of the satay skewers was undercooked, and we notified the server. They took it off the bill and even offered to make us a new one!

Will definitely be returning 😀

My daughter and I went for the first time a week ago. It’s always crowded when we drive by. So I was curious. The food was great, and the portions were very generous. I had the Drunken Noodles. I’m looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.

It’s so unfortunate that their rough opening cost this establishment its reviews. It seems they have the waitstaff to handle demand now. Everyone should give them another chance! The food. is. incredible! The best Thai I’ve ever had! Ordered the peanut curry and a Thai iced tea. Ready in 20 minutes. The medium spice level is perfect for those who love heat. The only thing I’d critique is there’s no music… it’s a little awkward in such a small space.

We probably get food from this place at least twice a week. Great food. Slow service.

This restaurant is delicious and they really bring the heat! There are folks complaining about the wait times, and I understand the frustration, but when a restaurant first opens and they are immediately very popular, there's bound to be some growing pains. If you are unable to empathize with that and be patient, I suggest not visiting a brand new restaurant during their grand opening period. All that being said, their food is absolutely delicious and I will be eating too much of it for as long as they keep it up! Thanks for opening in Belleville, Bahn Pad Thai!!!

The food was good. It's a bit pricey. Spring rolls were a joke. Bangkok 96 still tops n will forever. Was hoping it would be comparable, but It didn't do it. Sucks, gotta drive 25 mins, but well worth the place at tele n mich ave 👍🏿 .

Do NOT order the papaya salad or ANY OTHER FOOD FROM HERE. My MOTHER was FOOD POISONED BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CANT PROPERLY COOK FOOD THE RIGHT WAY. I ORDED THE DRUNKEN NOODLES AND IT TASTED DISGUSTING. ONE OF THE VEGETABLES TASTED LIKE IT WAS MARINATED IN CHITLINS. COMPLETELY INCONSISTENT HOURS, UNTRUTHFUL REGARDING THE LUNCH MENU. THIS BAD PAD THAI PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FOOD POISONING AND BEING SO SICK TO YOUR STOMACH YOU FEEL LIKE DEATH. SHAME ON YOU!!!! AND THEY ARE ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE. THIS PLACE JUST OPENED UP AND THEIR FOOD ISNT EVEN GOOD, I TASTED NOTHING ETHNIC IN MY DRUNKEN NOODLE.
