We offer Thai cuisine. We have a lot of options from Thai menu from small plates to big flavor such as grandma recipe Thai dumpling, curry, stir fried, noodle, pineapple fried rice and chef recommended. Most of people think Thai food is spicy, however we have a lot more food that not spicy at all, just a few of them spicy in tradition. You can request your spice level from not spicy, mild, medium, hot and Thai spicy.
Visit us when you are thinking of authentic Thai food. We locate in a beautiful place of The Shops at Kenilworth, on lower level, next to fountain. Best access, park at lower level, either left or right entrance, you will see us on the conner.
Cute place. Decorated very festivally for Valentine's Day. Miso soup was good. Sushi was good, needs to be packed a little tighter according to my Asian boyfriend.
Make sure to specify spice level - there is a big difference between American Mild and Thai Mild. Noodles were still very good, just more than I expected. Server was very nice and didn't laugh when I asked for white rice to help with the spice.
We will be back.
Food was very good and the server was extra nice to the three and six year olds that were with us. Just be careful because some dishes may not be marked on the menu with red pepper symbols to show degree of heat yet still be very spicy hot (not mildly). Still delicious though!
2024 update: Under new management, the portions are much smaller. The taste is much more toned down and lacks the same charm it once had. The service was also lacking, but they seemed short-staffed. Very disappointed by the presentation and portions.
Great service and delicious food. Their curry is amazing and the coconut milk is incorporated nicely to create a flavorful broth. They also make most of their spices they use, making the food even more incredible.
Have ordered & eaten from this restaurant many times, since I live nearby. Overall they have good Thai food - HOWEVER, when ordering & selecting from carry-out menu that I want “not spicy or no spice” - they STILL include a significant amount of spice to the point where it’s not even eatable, because it’s so spicy. I order from DoorDash and have them deliver it & I always select “No Spice” - including today, but 8/10 times it still comes extremely spicey. I wish they would be more consistent about not including spice when someone selects “no spicy”. It’s unfortunate my dinner tonight is ruined because I can’t eat it.
Clean, good ambiance, Amazing service by Gina!!! and even better food!
Food came out hot and timely. We had a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to bringing my guests here in the future.👍👍
This place is a great find. The food was delicious and the service was good. The curries were actually spicy, tasted unique, and have different ingredients based on the type of curry you ordered. The curry was not watered down or made into a gravy, it was just right. My review only gets 4 stars overall because the chicken satay appetizer and rice portion that came with the curry was small relative to the prices on the menu.
Absolute Thai-Sushi is a nice little restaurant on the lower level of the Kenilworth Mall. It has takeout and table service.
My wife and I had lunch there. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious.
The ambiance was pleasant. My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant.
They even had a way to pay for the meal by scanning a QR code at the bottom of the check. That method of payment worked perfectly. I recommend this place.
Love their food!

The food was excellent; I got the duck in red curry. Perfectly seasoned, the vegetables al dente
Best wonton soup ever !
This restaurant is amazing. So far i've tried the pad thai and it's the best pad thai i've had in baltimore. The pad see ew is perfect, i do wish it had real chinese broccoli included. The tuna nigiri yummmmmmmm. The soring rolls beautifully made. I do only wish the restaurant closed at a later time, around 10-11, i feel this would bring in more customers. Great restaurant.
Does not have the staff to function properly. Took 30 minutes for one vegetable tofu soup. Extremely slow and poor service. Will not be back!

Food made me sick

It is was my first came this place it is amazing my husband love their pad Thai and I love their papaya salad and padkraw I forgot the name but it is made of ground chicken with basil, carrot, bell pepper and green beans. The place is nice and clean.
Amazing food, excellent service, great decor/ambience. They also went out of their way to help our young child without us asking. Love this place!
Just had lunch here and everything from the Thai tea to the sushi to the Thai lo mein was amazing! This will definitely be a go-to spot moving forward.
Restaurant is really pretty and the food and service were both outstanding. Will definitely be back to eat more of the menu. Drunken noddles with shrimp are so good.
Food is so yummy and service perfect, love this restaurant, definitely will going back.
I felt like they have authentic food.
Prices are super great. Their Tom Yum soup was REALLY good. Super flavorful, you could taste the lemon grass super well. It's very much on the sour side, but that's exactly how I like my Tom Yum. Thai tea wasn't too sweet or milky, perfect ratio of milk to tea.
Update: This restaurant has gone back down hill. Friendly staff but the slowest service! Whatever your expected wait time add 20 minutes. They haven’t had sushi in years. There is a strong need for new management here to expedite kitchen service and have online orders prioritized along with dine in. I heard a customer say the flavor is also not as good as it used to be. Let’s see if the $58 is worth it tonight.
We used to like their food after they first opened, before Thai Landing took over, but now the food is prepared sloppily, with less flavor, coconut milk is thinned out, and the noodles are overcooked and cut into pieces, and it’s not fresh any more. We really miss having quality Thai food in Towson. We won’t be returning, but we will be campaigning for authentic Thai food restaurants here!
I had lunch Tom Yum and Ka Pow, the food was very good. You could distinguish the spicy, lemon, sweetness and salty flavors. Very quick lunch service. New owner is starting off strong!
Flavorful, they have steamed tofu you can substitute instead of fried
They can get busy so I always call ahead so my food is ready when I get there

I ordered 63 dollars worth of food and never got my delivery. When you call the store they never pick up. Scam.
I collected a Grubhub order from this establishment and I will never come back again. Not for service or work. The restaurant is extremely slow and short staffed. I was told my order would take another 15 minutes at 7pm. They did not get me the order until 7:40pm. The customer ordered at 6:46pm. I told another Grubhub driver that this establishment is always slow and I would not be picking up from here anymore because it throws off my entire night. The owner then tells me “Good, please don’t come back. We don’t want you here.” Imagine being rude to a customer because you’re slow and don’t want to hire more people. They aren’t kind or professional. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your night and be served in an appropriate amount of time.
Best Thai food in the area.
The food came out fast and was yummylicious
Love this place , it is in the cut very lowkey but the food is amazing . You definitely will be satisfied
The food is excellent and the owner is really nice. The tea is yummy!
Staff is great, food is delicious, service is fast. One of my regular spots!
I love this place. Never crowded and great food
We came to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our server Ben was absolutely amazing 👏 He made us feel so welcome and the service was wonderful. We will sure be to come back!
Pleasantly surprised! The food was phenomenal and the service was friendly. I can’t wait to come back.
I got takeout, trying the edamame, tom yum, papaya salad, basil stir fry, and thai iced tea, all really common American Thai options. Everything tasted great. Very flavorful without being too salty. I got everything mild, and the restaurant honored that request; something which I find Thai restaurants struggle to do (their mild is America's hot or at least medium). The tom yum wasn't fishy tasting, and all the meats (I got chicken throughout) were cooked well—nothing rubbery, fatty, or questionable.
The man who gave me my order upon pickup was cheerful. The food was already waiting, with my drink outside the bag so that it wouldn't spill. Nothing was leaking or spilled.
I didn't eat there, but the place was really nice looking and clean. It made quite an ambiance for being in a mini-mall. I'd eat in sometime.
Have been there twice. Both times we got delicious and well made dinners.
I went with a friend. Good friendly service. I loved the food. I got the chicken with cashews. I also liked the crab dish my friend got. Will definitely go again
Absolutely a delight - not a pun. You will just love the food, service, and the staff. The foods are so fresh with a rich and robust flavor profile. The environment is light and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had the duck with a curry. Unbelievable. Don’t miss this place - SUPERB!!!
Super cute spot that offers crab fried rice! Really lovely spot for a quick bite at the mall.
Fantastic food. Just need to bite the bullet and hire more staff. The wait can be a little long.
Food was very very good. Big portions, but a little pricy. Service needs a big improvement. Don't use the online order system. Its like they don't know you're there. They brought out my appetizer and I had to ask for my drink and utensils. No refill on my drink. The waiter never came over until I was standing to leave.
Went back again, since the food was so good. Was met by tables, everywhere, covered with dirty dishes, unbussed. Food again was delish. Wait staff stood to the back arguing about the management again as if I wasn't there. Service again was very poor. I asked for the owner and was told they have three locations and don't come here. Really sad
Tried this place for a Pad Thai take-out. It was delicious!
Food was great when we ate before. Tried to eat in at 730, refused service. Never again
Saw this place while walking by a couple of months ago. So, decided to check it out with my family. Bottom line? It's a good find and we'll be going back for more soon.
Ordered several items including pad thai, drunken noodle, and massaman curry, etc., etc. All good. The noodle dishes were especially memorable. They did the noodles well ... better than other places I can remember. It's a simple small place inside the mall. Food and service were good. Looking to try out all the different dishes on the menu in the near future. Definitely recommended.
Delicious drunken noodle, pad Thai, Thai tea, and tom yum soup in the Lutherville/Towson area!
Absolutely delish. The food is amazing.
Very good Thai food.
Best Thai in Baltimore!
You never know how much of you miss great Thai food until you finally have GREAT Thai food.
Absolute Thai has:
Great customer service
Attentive service
Authentic Thai dishes
Well mapped out menu
Did I mention great Thai dishes?
I highly recommend the crab fried rice 🍚
The best Thai in the US.
Wow! Service 10, food 10. People who run this restaurant knows what they are doing. Love it. You should go. Today.
I ordered from here through DoorDash. The shrimp pad Thai was good However, I wish they would have included a lime. There was no way to specify on DoorDash to include a lime but I thought it was pretty standard so that was a little disappointing. The noodles were a tad dry but I was home so I added a tiny bit of sauce to it and it was perfect. I would eat here again. Nothing was a deal breaker. I’d probably dine in next time.
Friendly staff and great food. I'm a fan of the Pad Si-yu and this is the best I've found in the area. The location has seen quite some turnover in past years so hope this venture sticks. The seating isn't the most comfortable and there is a good bit of environmental noise from the adjacent food court and fountain, but it suits the need.
This is my favorite place to get Thai food. I’ve been here twice and ordered the same exact thing on both occasions. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is also very friendly. I usually get the Panang Curry, Crab Rangoons, side of peanut sauce, and Thai Tea. I ordered the sticky rice dessert on one of my trips. The dish was okay, slightly sweet with a hint of coconut. I would order that again if I’m in the mood, as it was a little plain to me.
Okay, hear me out… this is the best restaurant in Towson! I moved here from San Francisco and this is better than any Thai food I had in SF. I was so surprised that this little restaurant in an unassuming location is so great.
We’ve been coming here once a week and everything on their menu is incredible. If you like Thai food, you will not be disappointed.
Had a business meeting here.
The place is cozy and clean.
Had drunken noodles and sushi.
Absolutely had a great time.
Very good food. The way they make Thai I really like. Nice atmosphere and good price. Great place!
really good food, great service, at a good price
The Green Curry was delicious….the rice a little undercooked but I spooned some in the curry and it was fine….give this little gem a go!
The Green Curry was amazing and the staff were wonderful!
This is my new favorite Thai spot. They always use the freshest vegetables and I have been impressed with the quality of everything I've tried. I think the longer they have been open the better it has gotten. Other restaurants nearby might give bigger portions of rice but I don't really use much rice usually, and to get an extra container it's not much more $. The lunch specials are a great value too.
My original review was not very kind because the service on my first visit was not very good. It took an hour to get food as they forgot about us even though it was not busy. That was almost a year ago and we gave it another try last night with better results. There was only one couple eating at the restaurant but takeout service was good and they did not forget about us.
The pad thai there is really pretty decent, maybe the best among the local options. No clumps of unseasoned noodles, a decent distribution of sprouts and chicken. I almost always get spicy basil and I got it there last night. The chicken was quite decent and there was a decent amount of onion which I thought was good. They improved on the amount of rice they serve which is helpful because it was spicy. After talking to the waitperson, I decided to go for medium and I did find it spicier than your average medium. It was edible and good but uncomfortable and I think I will have to admit that I am not quite a medium at this restaurant.
First time there. I will go back soon!
It was one of the best meals I've eaten at a Thai restaurant
My nanny friends and I met up at the playground and for lunch after. For reference because this is important, E is white, L is black, I am asian. L’s birthday was over the weekend so we were treating her for lunch and she wanted thai food. We get our food and we needed duck sauce. It was us and 4 of our nanny kids. We ordered white rice, mixed vegetables, drunken noodles, and 4 egg rolls.
E goes up to ask for duck sauce and gets one. We realize we need more because L and the kids also loves duck sauce so she goes up to ask for more. She comes back upset telling us the woman told her they didn’t have any duck sauce.
Does that even make any sense? When E just went up there and was given one? So I went up to address the front desk person. I want to note NO ONE was up front and watching the area. I’m not sure how long I would have been waiting if I didn’t walk over in front of the kitchen doors to where you can see me.
A woman walks out to which I asked her if you guys have duck sauce or not? She looks confused and points to our table and responds “The one I just gave you?”
I said “Yes. The one you just gave me. We need more duck sauce. We ordered a lot of food. I can literally pay for it, it’s not even that big of a deal. She asked me how many did I want? I responded how many is she willing to give because at this point, even 1 is enough for me. I’m annoyed I even have to argue over duck sauce. She tells me the duck sauce is $1. I handed her $4 and told her to keep the change.
As she starts ringing me up, i said “Next time, don’t tell my white friend you have sauce and my black friend you don’t have sauce. That’s racist and that’s not okay”. Her response was to explain that they only give 1 duck sauce per order (which you need to change. Just charge people for duck sauce if it’s that big of a deal. Who wants to share 1 duck sauce across 7 people when you ordered plenty of food and paid a good amount of money?) I told her that’s fine but you lied to my friend and said you didn’t have any and you can just charge people for sauce. You’d rather keep duck sauce than make money?
All she said back was okay and gave me my duck sauce. She did not have any response after I said thank you. We will never be returning which is a shame because your food was actually really good but we have no interest in coming back to experience hostility over again….. SAUCE. Please do better and train your staff to handle these situations better.
The food is super tasty and authentic. You must DOUBLE the quoted wait time (online and in person/called in orders) though and you will never be disappointed!!
I don’t expect Thailand like food necessarily, but I have found some local spots that are close. This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever ordered. Complete lack of flavor. I ordered tigers tears beef salad, papaya salad, Tom Yum and crispy duck and a curry. The Tom Yum had no lemongrass and no flavor. It just tasted like tomato broth. The two salads had no fish sauce or lime in the sauce. The point of a Thai salad is the salty citrusy sauce. The curry had no flavor at all TBH I can’t even imagine how you make a curry that has no taste of curry.
Big disappointment. First and last order at this restaurant.
Great food, lots of flavor and great service. Best sizzling beef we ever had.
So glad my yoga teacher told me about this place. Tasty, fresh, food. Nice ambience. Reasonable prices.
Great food.
My husband and I ordered from here through door dash. We were pleasantly surprised at good the food was. We would definitely come back!
Better Thai not too far away.
Good in a pinch.
The food is way better under new management. I loved the drunken noodles
Great service, good food!
Decent thai food but could be much better. 1. Agree with another reviewer that dishes are too "oily." 2. The amount of rice provided with curry is way too small. 4/1 curry/rice ratio. Please provide a pint container of rice, not a mini container. 3. This is probably an anomaly since I didn't see it in any other reviews, but they have 4 levels of spicy from which to select. I was between the middle two and actually chose the less spicy to be safe. I've eaten a lot of Thai food in my life and this is close to the species I've ever tried. And the lack of rice didn't help to balance it out. Hopefully ownership or management reads this review and takes it into account because I would certainly like to go back for a second try.
Great food, fast service! Best panang curry I have found outside of Thailand! Highly recommend!
Good food, but nothing I'd go out of the way to get.
A somewhat confusing menu, but the sushi here is amazing. Try the big boy sushi roll, it’s a great fusion roll. Will try again when i come back here.
Great flavor and presentation. Friendly service.
I was excited to know that the owner of Thai Landing - opened this restaurant in Kenilworth. I ordered food and it does not come close to the quality or taste of Thai landing. Also, the description of my dish is not what I received. If I wanted average Thai I would just go to the Thai Restaurant closer to my house. Very disappointed and now understand why it not called Thai Landing.
*Update- ordered from here again and I think it was even better than the first time, good stuff!
Came here for some takeout after catching a movie at the Cinemark and jonesing for some Thai. There weren't a lot of options so we figured we'd try this one even though it seems like a fairly new option. The food was ready in a timely manner and when we got home we were thrilled with the quality. Chicken satay was juicy, Tom Yum Soup had great flavor, curries were rich, and the Pad See Ew was just right and not too oily. I'm excited to try some more dishes here. I'd definitely recommend!
We ordered 2 bags of food 1 cold and one hot. Unfortunately the hot bag broke open and spilled everywhere on our way to the car. We went back inside and they remade our order and after about 5 minutes they came and gave us both (myself and my mom) two free drinks for compensation. Amazing service and very good drinks. I never have liked tea but surprisingly I loved their Thai Milk Tea I recommend it. Our first time in they also asked if we wanted water while we waited. Overall really nice people best wishes to your guys business.
Friendly and freshly made sushi.
When I placed my order by phone, I was told it would take 30-40 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at the 40 minute mark and waited another 10 minutes. At that time they informed me they'd overlooked one of the dishes I'd ordered and asked me to wait an additional 25 minutes. I understand it's hard to get help but that's a bit over the top.
The mall itself I have some trouble understanding because everything was closed for some reason. But this restaurant was one of the things that were open. Food and service was good, prices were a bit higher but nonetheless I enjoyed it.
Recommendation are calamari, Soup gang dang, dynamite roll, pad Thai, Service is really good cause we were the only customer! You will be happy!
Every dish was delicious. Very fresh and flavorful. Good variety.
My meal was excellent and my friend said hers was great also. Service was friendly and good
Really delicious, freshly made, authentic food. It is definitely a little pricier than your typical mall eatery but our meal was high quality. The service was quick and courteous. We got the crispy pork belly, chicken satay, and massaman curry. I am excited to go back and try more of their menu items.
Found this new awesome place in my Valpak envelope. We ordered some dishes online that we've never had before and they were amazing! I recommend starting with the fried chive dumplings,SO GOOD!!
Very friendly and food was done fast! Can't wait to go back!!!
Good food and service, this place’s just opened not for long, had to give sometimes to be prepared
So good! We got the pad si ew, khao pad sappraod and neau ping halal and they were tasty and good sized portions. Particularly the neau ping halal and sticky rice transported me back to thailand - authentic street food.
Gave his new (I think) thai place a try. It was good. BUT in comparison to our regular spot, I found the food more oiley ...portions smaller...and much more expensive. It also took a while for our order to be ready
