Best Thai in Annapolis area. Always flavorful, always quick and always hot. Servings are large and prices are reasonable.
Thai spicy is not very spicy tho :/
A year ago I would have said this one one of the best restaurants in Severna Park, if not greater Annapolis. A lot of people had also been saying that. Think they got lazy. Drunken noodle had no noodles, pad ka prow missing veggies, soup with shrimp missing shrimp. Sad
I had been recommended Thai Paradise as a place that could beat Lemongrass but I was disappointed. The steak in the Nam Tok was overdone and there was so much toasted rice powder that I could barely taste lime. The noodles in the Drunken Noodle were also overdone and practically disintegrated. Surprisingly the Kra Prow was on point and would recommend that if you get anything giving this a three star when I would normally say two.
Update: omg I’m literally on the toilet having diarrhea at 3:17 am. I will not be returning
Something in their ingredients changed. It doesn’t taste the same. I got pad Thai and it felt like I was eating noodles and ketchup up. It was way too saucy. The curry puff also tasted different. I’m not a fan of the new change of ingredients, this use to be my favorite place besides Thai street for pad Thai. I highly recommend you guys go back to how you guys cooked pad Thai before. Because for pad Thais and curry puff I wasted 29 bucks and it was awfully disgusting
We are from the NY area and finally found a great Thai place! It’s takeout only and we have always had a terrific experience with speedy service and fresh food
I am SO happy we found Thai paradise. We moved from an area with a lot of Thai food so were looking for a new go to spot and boy have we found it.
Our favorites so far are the parang curry, pad see ew, and the Tom kha soup. The spring rolls are amazing too but really everything is delicious and super high quality. If you're in SP this should be your first choice for Thai take out! Great value, quick service, delicious food. Soooo good!
My wife and I order from here when we want a treat, the food is so delicious. I order something different every time and have yet to have a meal I didn't like. I recommend everything!
Ordered using a delivery service Paradise Noodles extra noodles. Big mistake ordering extra noodles because it overwhelmed the meal. Mildly greasy meal that had big shrimp, mussels, squid and scallops. Wish I could have customized this to not get the chewy squid and chewy mussels. The veggies were the best thing as were the huge couple of shrimp and decent sized couple of scallops. It wasn't a delicious meal but I know now and I'll order something else next time.
Food tastes like soap and the kitchen ladies laughed.
Best Thai food in the area, service is always fast and consistent.
Best Thai in Annapolis area. Always flavorful, always quick and always hot. Servings are large and prices are reasonable.
Thai spicy is not very spicy tho :/
Food is AMAZING and service is always quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend
Horrible Massaman Chicken. No coconut milk and no real flavor. How do you overcook rice? Used to be our go to. Will now be our never again.
A year ago I would have said this one one of the best restaurants in Severna Park, if not greater Annapolis. A lot of people had also been saying that. Think they got lazy. Drunken noodle had no noodles, pad ka prow missing veggies, soup with shrimp missing shrimp. Sad

Absolutely horrible. Slowest damn service I have ever seen in my life. Told a 5 minute wait and then told 5 more mins 35 minutes later. Terrible service. The parking lot is tiny as hell and people don't know know to park. Just a horrible restaurant.
I've had hundreds of Pad Thai dishes in my life, even in Thailand. The Pad Thai at this restaurant was a disgrace and one of the worst I've had. It tasted like they didn't add any flavor/spice to it. Extremely bland. Not going back.
My wife and I order from here when we want a treat, the food is so delicious. I order something different every time and have yet to have a meal I didn't like. I recommend everything!

Pad thai was good

Thai Paradise was very good. This was my first trial with take out. Had the steamed dumplings and then the Bangkok Noodles. Not too spicy either. Will go again.
i got the panang curry- just a little heat and absolutely delicious!
We had a promotion for a buy one get one chicken pad Thai which was a great deal, but the food was just okay. We've had fresher and crispier vegetables with other Thai dishes specifically in Rockville where prices are comparable but this restaurant was not nearly as generous in portion sizes. On a positive note, the spices in the beef basil were flavorful.
The Drunken Noodles was bomb!!! Glad I discovered this place!
Ordered from this place for the first time. Authentic Thai food and you can specify the spice level. I’ve been to Thailand and this food is not Americanized. Bangkok noodles and curry excellent. We had two meals for two people
Ordered the Pad Thai (medium spicy)and it did not disappoint! Very delicious! Friendly and fast service too! Would definitely recommend. I plan on trying other menu items as well.
Highly recommend! I've been eating carry out from here for years. I think I've had everything on the menu and it's all so good. But my absolute favorites are Bangkok noodles (Thai spicy), panang curry, curry puffs.
But warning - only order hot or Thai spicy if you really love very spicy food. My husband orders it mild or regular & he loves it but it's very hot for him.
Used to love this place, but it was very disappointing this time. Ordered summer rolls, all cabbage and poor taste, green seafood curry... not much seafood, drunken noodle dish, gobs of cornstarch. Yuk... really disappointed 😞
Ordered spring. Roll, it came with one small shrimp. The rest was lettuce.
Everything tastes amazing. The best Thai I've had in the area.
Honestly some of the best Thai food I have ever had in the entire DMV area. Ordered delivery and it was still piping hot when it arrived to me. The flavor in the drunken noodles was the perfect balance of spicy, salty, and slightly sweet. I got a side of fried rice to eat with the veggies and tofu from my noodles and it was also the perfect combo! And lastly the Kanom Tuay (coconut milk pudding)… it was my first time ever having something like this, and I couldn’t believe I’d been missing out on something so delicious. Warm, the perfect sweetness, and soft. You can’t just have one of them. Well done. Can’t wait to eat from here again when I travel back to this area!!
Hands down the best Thai restaurant in our area, in my opinion! The food is consistently delicious and is just as good as the food I've had in Thailand. My favorites are the chicken dumplings and the green curry. Green curry is one of my favorite foods and theirs checks all the boxes- balanced, spicy, creamy, and salty with a hint of sweetness. I could eat here everyday :)
Fantastic Drunken Noodles, everything was cooked to perfection and spiced well. Will absolutely get again.
Best Thai food in the area! Try the pad kra prow, basil fried rice, nam tok or bangkok noodles
The restaurant isn’t a dine in but the food is good! I would try to pad Thai!
Absolutely Delicious
Thank you for making such Delightful Food
Grateful ❤️
Great option for people with celiacs disease, also just really good Thai!
Great food and fast service.
Super delicious! rice and noodles are tasty.
I’ve had delicious food every time I’ve ordered from here.
I love this place. I'd go here everyday if I could afford it. It's my Thai food away from home remedy. My main dishes of choice are the pad see ew, fried rice, and chicken rad na. Followed by a thai tea. Everything I have had here is pretty good.
Day two of food poisoning after eating here. Will never go back.
Sorry, what's all the hype about. Service is poor, really poor and our food selections were terrible. The proteins, the vegetables and broth were the worst. People are fooling themselves about this place. Must be a click thing to go along. Typical SP nonsense. Wake up!
Messed up the order :/ food was pretty good tho
Great Thai food! No dine in option but quick service if you want to wait 5 minutes for order and take out.
Great take-away food!
Wow! So good. Curry was amazing. Definitely recommend.
Staff are polite, and they have a good assortment of food.
Very busy & on the ball. Great food for only being carry out. I delivery many orders from here.
GREAT food!
Worst Thai food I ever had in my life .
Fried Tofu was soo empty, not sure how it was made but literally 1/5 Food type. Red curry wasn’t Red, it was looking light yellow , more of off white. Anyways,
Not sure where these good reviews came from but didn’t had experience at all.
Best Thai food in the Annapolis Area. This is a takeout only restaurant that is very small and looks quite modest from the exterior. But, the food is extraordinarily delicious. Everything we’ve eaten from Thai Paradise has been a real treat. And we plan to go back regularly.
I order carry out every now and then. Food is always great
I love the Pad Pak with brown rice. And its on my way home from work.
Two dinners and both were good. Little. Too much oil in drunkennoodles but curries were excellent. Salads and apps good and nice. Size and tasting sticky rice w mango
5 stars for the pad Thai when it is fresh.
2 starts for the order ahead option where you can choose a later pickup time. It’s a great feature but I have found there is no delay for them to make the food. If I place my order to be ready an hour they will still make it as soon as I place the order. It will be ready in 15 min and sit on their counter for the other 45 mon
The online website for ordering was brilliant and so easy to use. The food was some of the best Thai food we have had and would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Fresh and excellent quality. Highly recommend, and will be ordering again soon!
Cannot recommend Thai Paradise enough. I have since moved away from the area and come back to visit fairly frequently. All the food is so flavorful and I love how you can adjust spice levels to your liking. I highly recommend the spicy eggplant. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life--it would be that! In DC, I have yet to find a Thai place that compares!
Absolutely lovely food and quick, cheerful window service.
Thai paradise may be the best kept secret in The greater SP area for takeout. My only regret is not giving it a shot years ago. Chose your level of spice (medium spice is just fine unless you really want to sweat out your meal with “Thai spicy”) pineapple fried rice is a family favorite along with the curry’s and the crispy eggplant appetizer is actually crispy when you get home.
Soooo good!
I am a thai food addict and trust me when I tell you this is the best Thai food in Anne Arundel county. I don’t live in Severna park but come just to get this! Prices are great for the amount of food you get too! Love all the vegetarian and vegan options. My absolute favorite thing here is the Tom kha! I usually order the pad prik king with tofu and one of the curries (they’re all good) with tofu and extra vegetables! I love the huge variety of vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, eggplant, red and green bell peppers, brocolli, bamboo shoots! 👍🏻 and all the veggies they give you taste so fresh! And to top it all off the employees are super friendly as well 😀
I ordered Pad Ka Prow, $12.95. I chose ground chicken. Straight to the point. It was some of the best I've had in this area. Amazing the number of choices (Chicken, Pork, Beef, Shrimp, Seafood, Tofu, Veggies, Broccoli, vegan). I'd recommend if you aren't too far. Order - it's all carryout - no sit down.
The food has been amazing! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
Favorite take out spot in SP. Fresh food that is simply delicious. Usually fairly quick and they offer online ordering and window pickup at the restaurant. Definitely check this place out if you haven't yet.
We usually don't expand our pallets very much, but so glad we did this evening. That plum sauce with the shrimp cakes was unlike anything I've ever tried. You'll be seeing us again. Thank you :)
Really good thai food
Quick pick-up service and truly delicious Thai food! Seems unassuming from the outside, but we really enjoyed our meal. It was $40 for two entrees and spring rolls with entree portions that could leave you with leftovers.
The food is always fresh and the curries are delicious! Made with love
Incompetent workers.
Correction: Dear owner, Oops sorry the one star review was mistake I thought I was doing it for McDonald's.
This Thai Place is very solid.
I've been ordering from them for over 4 years and THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT, FULL OF FLAVOR AND SPICES! LOVE THEM!
Had the Bangkok noodles for lunch and they were delicious!!
Consistently amazing.
Absolute favorite!
Love the drunken noodles and the Thai tea is amazing! Great little gem in the middle of severna park
This is my favorite Thai take out. There is no indoor seating for now and the staff is extremely cautious about covid. Order ahead online and pick up. Or order through Door dash / Grubhub for delivery. Food is always consistent and they always get the order right.
They make gluten free items for my kiddo. They even use Gf soy sauce. Crab fried rice, pad see ew, and Thai iced tea here are amazing:)
The curries were over cooked terribly, I've been to better Thai food take-out.
Still a two rating, but a very low one. Sorry, I changed it to a one star because of the price. The Thai fried rice didn't have tomatoes or scallions and was not served spicy as asked for. The eggplant was undercooked and tasteless. The other dishes were just okay. We didn't receive our crushed red pepper on the side. Originally I gave it a strong 4 but over the last couple months the place has gone down hill. Food Is inconsistent and has become more pricy.
Best thai food around. It's 45 minutes from where I live but I still come here because it's worth the drive. Very small place but the food and prices are outstanding. The flavour is genuinely one of the best I've had for Thai food
Great Thai food. Service is good and online ordering service works well!
Slowest restaurant ever I saw.
Usually best to order on weekends but always a solid choice for Thai.
Best Thai in the area!
It's a simple and quaint take out spot only, no dining in. They offer a variance of spicy levels and food quality is fresh and flavorful. Ordering online is a breeze, and they even text you when your food is ready. Portions are adequate. If I'm driving almost 30 minutes to this location, you know it's worth a try.
Food was fresh & hot!!! My 2 favorite adjectives to describe my food HOT & FRESH! The food retained its heat. The Pad thai was flavorful not too sweet but delicious for sure. The Vegetable Basil fried rice entree was exquisite &hearty. Both meals were well prepared with love. The customer service was prompt and efficient. Due to Covid-19 no one is allowed to enter the store. Curbside deliver & pickups are available. You can call in advance to place your order. The parking area is small but the pickup process is easy and fast. I can appreciate the extra effort Thai Paradise owners are taking to ensure the safety of their staff & customers. My food was amazing everything about it was more than I imagined. Thank you Thai Paradise for providing a memorable experience. I love quality food!!
Portions are definitely worth the price.
Very good Thai food and the people are friendly. Two complaints though:
1) Not consistent. Some days the same dish is excellent and other days closer to ok. Never bad though.
2) About 25% of the time my order is incorrect with either missing items or incorrect dishes.
I keep going back though.
This is the best Thai food that I have found in the greater Annapolis area. Everything that I have ever tried here has been awesome. The curry puffs, in particular, are to die for.
Great Thai food, best in the county in my opinion. Just wish they had dining in facilities.
Love this place. Food is always fresh and delicious, and service is always fast and courteous. Best Thai food I’ve had in MD.
Our favorite local spot for Thai food. Everything on the menu is delicious. Easy to order online and food is always ready by the estimated time or earlier.
Better than lemon Grass... thanks for the great food!
My favorite dish from Thai Paradise is thier crab fried rice! It's amazing! Totally recommended. In this picture are crab fried rice and chicken pad thai. Their staff is very nice and friendly.
ข้าวผัดปูอร่อยมากๆค่ะเหมือนกินตอนอยู่ที่ไทยเลย ชาไทยก็อร่อยเช่นกันค่ะ แนะนำเลยค่ะร้านนี้ข้าวผัดปู
Delicious! Our new favorite Thai restaurant.
You have to eat here! The best Thai food I have ever had is a place in Las Vegas and Thai Paradise is making my wife and I reconsider. We both had the Mussamun Curry and it was beyond delicious! I would have posted a picture to make you jealous and your mouth water, but I devoured it before I could. The debate is still out between this place and the place in Vegas, but Thai Paradise is certainly the best in town!!
Panang and Masaman curry were both good
I absolutely love this place :) my go to pad thai spot now
The best thai food around here. I got shrimp thai fried rice, it was really good. And staff are friendly. Recommend!!
Fantastic Thai food and super friendly owners. We tried this on a whim while we were in Severna Park and will definitely go back.
Cool food, good taste ^^
We loved fried rice and spicy pork with sticky rice.
Love coming here
the pad thai noodles and vegetable gyoza are some of the best around.
Food was very bland not enough salt.
Good Thai food
Worth the wait!! Best authentic Thai food in the area!!
Tried for the 1st time last night. Very quick delivery. They have an amazing Wonton soup!! Steamed dumplings a bit small but very tasty. The Coconut Rice Pudding came in adorable little dishes complete with little scoops to eat them. Will definitely buy again.
Most smacking food in Severna park.
Good food, but small entree portion for the price, especially since this is just carry out only.
The food was not very good, but the service was terrible. After being recommended by a friend, I looked forward to getting takeout from here a few Fridays ago. I kept calling, but the call wouldn't go through. Thinking my phone was probably acting up, I called from my friend's phone and got the same result. After I verified the number, I decided to swing by to place my order in person. When I arrived, there seem to be few customers waiting for their orders and none of them looked happy. I should have taken that as a sign and given up then. The guy behind the register seemed overwhelmed and frustrated, but eventually got around to taking my order. I told him about not being able to call in my order and he said that he took it off the hook earlier because they were busy. I'm sure you're reading this thinking that I should have just walked away at that point, but at the time, I was really hungry and thinking that I was going to get some good Thai food and it would make everything better. I ordered the pad thai for my wife, some curry for me, and some tom kha soup for us. I don't remember how long he said the order would take, but there was enough time for me to go home, empty my car, take a shower, and make it back before the order was supposed to be ready; it still took an additional 20 minutes. As I picked up the food I saw the Tom kha soup was in a little cup. I'm used to a larger portion size that my wife and I split, but each place is different so I ordered another cup. I walked out a little frustrated, but happy to be done with it and heading home with some Thai food. The food sucked. The Pad Thai was so bland my wife didn't eat it. My Curry was okay but had no spice. The Tom kha did not even resemble tom kha. It was watery, flavorless, and the color of dirty dishwater. I called to let them know how disappointed I was in the soup; at this point we hadn't actually tried the curry or pad Thai. Surprisingly, the phone was working again and the man who answered asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I had expected him to accept the criticism a little better and maybe even apologize; instead he said he'd refund the soup. Once we started eating the rest of the food, I realized I probably should have waited to make the phone call until we tried everything. Fortunately, we still had some leftovers in the fridge.
Fantastic food and very nice family!
We love authentic Thai food and were excited to try Thai Paradise. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The spring rolls were tiny and flavorless. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai spicy but no heat was added. To make matters worse, the chicken was way overcooked, rubbery and dry. The chopped peanuts were just thrown in a corner of the take out container. You guys need to do better but we probably won't be back. I said thank you after paying and the guy at the register said nothing. I said "Do you thank me?" He was a middle aged white guy so there wasn't a language barrier...
First time there, though they have been open over two years. I will be back!!! The food is delicious, the Pad Khing I got with chicken was very flavorsome and a well balanced example of Thai seasonings. CARRYOUT ONLY!!!! The place is TINY. They have seating while you wait for your order to come up, if you did not pre-order. Check their online menu and place your order that way. Their print menu does not include everything they make. The crispy eggplant I ordered after hearing it mentioned by a waiting regular was light, crispy, not oily and the dipping sauce that came with it made them incredible. Count me a fan!
First time and was very disappointed with the Pad Thai. Very bland and the fried egg was burnt.
First time there. Food was really good and spicy.
Great hidden gem in our own backyard! Super friendly staff and the most authentic Thai you will find in the area. Note: Carry out only.
What can I say but delicious. Family owned business with amazing options. Mango sticky rice ask for one but the cashier said “no your going to want two “ which I’m glad she said 😂Next time I have to try something more spicy which is her Thai spicy 🌶
Awesome!
Having been to Thailand several times, this food brings back memories. Fantastic.
Nice Grub
Awesome food! Highly recommend!
Everything I've gotten here has been really good. Not every Thai restaurant makes pineapple fried rice, which is what initially caught my attention. Everything has been ready on time for takeout.
Great food !!!
This is our favorite Thai food in the area. It's not a dine-in restaurant, but it is worth the drive back and forth to enjoy this amazing food in the comfort of our own home.
I really enjoyed the food here, but I wasn't happy with the amount of time it took to prepare it. We were told it was only going to take about 30-45 minutes for pick-up, but when we got to the location there was an extra 20 minute wait. I would recommend the food, but watch out for the wait times.
The best Thai restaurant in the area. With good customer service, and a solid menu.
We were looking for a good, local and authentic Thai restaurant and this restaurant was much better than The Bangkok Oriental. We tried Shrimp Pad Thai, Shrimp Drunken Noodles, Spring Rolls and Shrimp Cakes. I wouldn't get the Spring Rolls again, but everything else was absolutely delicious especially the shrimp cakes. The drunken noodles were also on the spicy side which I love. Enjoy, this will now be our new local spot.
Absolutely delicious everytime. The drunken noodle is a particular favorite, though very spicy!
Excellent food, helpful staff.
I love this place. I go out of my way get food here. I only wish it was open on Sundays but being a family operated business I understand. They also have better on-line ordering than some of the big chains.
This is a small take-out that recently opened in the Severna Park area. The family that runs it is natively Thai. Food here is very good, although not quite authentic. Like many (most?) Thai restaurants in America they add a sweetness in most of their dishes to cater for their American audience. That said, the entrees are well prepared with a mix of bold Thai flavours that stand out in every bite. Dishes can be quite sharp and spicy, but portion sizes are good. They do a good job making their own dipping sauces. Their plum sauce has a unique fruity flavor from natural ingredients that I have not found anywhere else.
Without many other Thai restaurants in the area, this is kind of a local gem. The family is nice and friendly, so call ahead and give them a try!
Really nice lady and awesome food. She made me something special that came out perfectly for very cheap. Is a take out place with really good food & a short counter if you'd like to eat in.
Seriously... best Thai food in a 100 mile range. Curry was amazing along with the pineapple fried rice. This will be our go to place forever.
Don't let the simple signage on the outside throw you off. This place has very good Thai food. Owner/Cook is from Thailand. Loved the Panang! The Pad Thai was very good but missing something. Owners were very friendly. Better than Lemongrass! I'll definitely be back!!
Delicious!
Food is tasty
Yum!!
This place is amazing! The food is outstanding and the service is great. The owner is an incredibly kind and talented person.
Easily best Thai food in the area. Portions are quite large for the price. I was a little skeptical of strip mall location with no dining room, but that was a mistake. I'll be back here
Hands down the best Thai food in the area. If you like authentic Thai cuisine, this place is paradise.
This place is great! Amazing authentic flavor, get it Thai hot!
First thing, there a sign notifying customers that the location would not be open for family time. After speaking with, I assume, one of the owners he mentioned that they would not be open so that they could dedicate more time to thier child. Any place with the attitude of family first gets my vote and respect.
Food:
Outstanding. Fresh. Authentic. Quality. Seriously, I cannot stress how good the food I ordered was. None of this instant mix sauce or cheap ways to cut corners for time. Fresh veggies, bright flavors, and seasoned as authentically as I have experienced outside of someone's house. The Kaprow chicken was outstanding with no bones (take notes other restaurants) with the appropriate amount of basil. The real surprise was the larb...never had it before but if you like spicy you miss out on this. Portion size was appropriate and greater than expected. Ever have the crab fried rice at Lemongrass? 4 tablespoons of food for $18 doesn't sit well with me.
Take aways:
1. Great food. I am willing to drive the hour I drove for this again.
2. Flavors are diverse and not over seasoned or sweet.
3. Owners. Anyone who puts family first really gets my vote.
4. Time for orders to be prepared was accurate.
Only downside:
No seating. This is an take away place...so ordering out is your only option. Sadly, as much as I would love to grab a table with my foodie friends and order enough food for an army that is not possible. But any place with this level of food is destined to have seating options in the future.
Best Thai food in the area! Carry out with a couple chairs for waiting. Great portions for the price, amazing food, authentic Thai. Can't say enough good things!
Excellent quality. Really wonderful people running it. They said they could make it Thai Thai food, not the American sugary yucky curry you get at other "Thai" restaurants.
Excellent Thai food. Best we have found since visiting Thailand. We order from there frequently. Never disappainted.
Phenomenal food and the owners are such kind people. I'd eat here everyday!
Excellent Thai food at the right price, when a dish says spicy, it's actually spicy!
After Gourmet Asia's disastrous change of ownership, this restaurant has finally found excellent ownership again. Great thai food, and they are pretty nice too. I hope this one lasts.
