The workers are nice and helpful. But the atmosphere makes me cringe.

The website claims they will deliver within a 6 miles radius for 1$/ mile delivery fee . We live 3.5 miles away and they will not deliver .. don't give them your money . They obviously don't want it ...

Ran my card multiple times keeps saying they didn’t charge me yet showing on my bank statement that they did I don’t know what is going on at this place used to order from them and now have to argue with them cause they charged my card after they said they didn’t terrible service. Will be reporting them at this point.

First time here. Food was tasty

Standard Chinese no better or worse then most. My biggest gripe is they use spaghetti noodles in their lomein which is an unforgivable offense .

The staff was very friendly and the food was good. It was freezing cold so decided to take out vs. dining in.

The egg foo young gas multiple flavors comes with good amount of food. The soup it came with is incredible. They are also pretty nice. I would go again!

The lady I don’t know who she is must be the mom. She always rude and seem to have an attitude makes us not even want to order from them. Over all love the food because not that greasy but they way they talk to they customers is a NO. The only one who I love talking to there is the young boy who speaks English very well he is always so nice to me when I call we order all the time. Also when asking for the total she just say card # no I want to know how much my order comes up to just very unprofessional

Very bad food

Today I requested extra vegetables and peanuts in lieu of a lot of chicken on my Kung Pao chicken. Got a funny look and I was told they were out of Kung Pao chicken so I left. Funny thing I called later and started to place an order via phone to validate my interaction. Sure enough they had Kung Pao chicken. I will never go back. I have never had such difficulty in personalizing an order and willing to pay extra to make it more healthy!

This food was so bad . My food had a bad smell to it and it wasn't cooked all the was . I called them to tell them about it and they hung up the phone on me so I called them off another phone number and they yelled at me . So plz ppl don't eat here bc the food is nasty and not cooked all the way and had a bad fishy smell to it an they wouldn't even fix my food ..The health department needs to get involved over this place

ordered large hot and sour soup, very good. shrimp with lobster sauce combo dinner, also very good. Pork fried rice very good. egg rolls and spring rolls are so so. But overall, one of the best chinese places in cecil county

So compared to other Chinese places in Elkton, Happy Panda is one of the better places the foods good but the staff isnt friendly and sometimes are extreme really rude and 60-40 chance of your order being right. (As always my reviews are based on my experiences yours will be different and hopefully better)

Not bad, but not that good either. I ordered delivery from here and the General Tso’s combination platter surprisingly had no flavor, even though it’s covered in sauce. Same goes for the egg roll that came with it and the wonton soup I ordered on the side. I wanted to enjoy the meal but it was just bland overall.

Yummy chinese food closest food to new York chinese food. Clean and fresh ! Their rice is so flavorful and had eggs if you request which is not common at other chinese places. I have to say my favorite thing was the general tso chicken they make it nice and crispy with not to much sauce. Also they read instructions when ordering from grub hub which really does matter.

Absolutely hands down the best pork lo mein I’ve ever had. Boyfriend and I are moving up across the coast from Florida to Maine and this is fantastic; Florida Chinese places couldn’t hold a candle to this lo mein. Very fresh, and there’s real bean sprouts in the rice!!! I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so happy. This Food has made an incredibly difficult trip that much more worth it.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES WITH THE WORST ATTITUDES THAT I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM. The driver was beyond rude calling me names not suitable to post on a public forum. When I contacted the company they basically said Sorry not Sorry and they didn't care. Plus the food was sub-par at best and not worth the price. Adding their terrible customer service makes for a restaurant that I wouldn't suggest to a hated coworker because even I'm not that cruel

The place was really hard to notice from the street but the food was great. Everything was fresh.

I always get the crab rangoons, fried dumplings, and some chicken. I order once a week and they are always fast with their delivery and their food is the best in the area. I've tried every other place in a 5 mile radius and this is by far the best

Best Chinese-takeout in the area!

I live in Middletown, DE and work in Glasgow/Newark, DE, and I've tried just about every Chinese-takeout place for miles (except those close to campus - I don't go near campus because of the traffic), and this place definitely has the best anywhere in central/northwestern part of Delaware or the northeastern corner of Maryland.

Most of the Chinese-takeout places in the area don't rate higher than a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 (there is one place in Middletown, on south 71 that rates about a 6, or maybe a 7), but I would rate this place between a 7 and 8. If they ever got up to 9 or higher, I would give them 5 stars.

My usual Chinese choice was closed last night so my friend used his phone to find Happy Panda. Ordering even on phone was easy and they quickly delivered. I was so surprised! The food was wonderful and all three of us enjoyed our meals very much. I wish I had known of this restaurant earlier. Will certainly order from them again. My only wish is that they serve Hunan Beef in the smaller pint containers vs the Chef meals.

Very nice folks, clean store, good prices and food, delivery, good menu.

We love this place. Their prices are always great, and the staff is super friendly. Delivery is reasonably quick (40-60 minutes typically), and the food always arrives hot and delicious.

Their location is convenient for pick up too, if you order for take out the food is always ready in 10-15 minutes. This is our "go to" Chinese food near Elkton, MD

Our family loves Happy Panda. Their shrimp Pad Thai is one of my favorite foods. We have never had a bad meal from them, and service is always excellent.

Had Shrimp Pad Thai and it was terrible. I should have ordered from Tasti Thai in New Castle! Half of the dish was onions, the noodles were not pad Thai - they were more like angel hair pasta, and the taste was not what I was anticipating. Lesson learned - will not order from here again.

Best Chinese food I've ever had. Everything we ordered was great and none of it was greasy. the pad thai is a must have. The owner was super chill and friendly. He came by and chatted with us for a bit. There tends to be a wait but it's definitely worth it.
