Food was prepared fast, served hot and delicious. Very good service and restaurant was clean. Value for the cost….. I’d give 3 stars. Although a lunch special it was a small portion for the price. Would suggest you add a cup of soup or small spring roll to offer a bit more value.
This is our second time here in the past month and we have enjoyed it both times. My wife loves the Drunken Noodles and the kids and I have gotten sushi. The sushi is very good, but the rolls are a bit smaller than other sushi places we visit (I started eating it before I remembered to take a pic!). Prices are reasonable and we haven't had to wait for a table on either visit. Service was good and the casual atmosphere is good for kids. They are BYOB as well. They automatically apply a "suggested" tip of 20% to the bill, so be mindful to check for this so you don't double tip.
I’ve had drunken noodles all over Baltimore and I can confidently say fuji San offers the best! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
Pad Thai is excellent and different style than most other places. They use a thin rice noodle and wok fry the noodle/egg/veg medley before putting on dish, so it has a little charbroil taste. Had mine with shrimp which were good. Ask for the spice rack!
Tod Mun app was excellent, four ground shrimp & fish cake balls lightly fried. Very tasty, not the most economic of apps, but it takes more work to make these.
Vegetarian wife had the Spring Roll app (surprise, it's fried) but said it had no flavor without the syrup dip which she doesn't eat. Her Basil Kapow was a nice medley of veg and tofu they charbroiled a little too much. Basil sauce was a little weak, not her fav, but she ate half of it.
Visited multiple times and the food is always delicious. Tried many different dishes and all have been great. I highly recommend the drunken noodles. Tempura veggies are also delicious.
Perhaps the best Thai I’ve had out, the wonton soup was excellent, the Drunken Noodles lived up to the hype of being the best around. I’m retired, so finding great Thai food is a hobby, countless meals in both MD & FL, this food is legit. Price wise on point, far from being too pricey for a strip mall restaurant.
Great Thai restaurant in Timonium. Staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was quite delicious, with generous portions of Pad Thai with chicken and chicken Pad See Ew. The place is large enough for small groups and easily can accommodate persons with wheelchairs. We went on an early Friday afternoon and it wasn't crowded but busy with pickup and to go orders. It was a little dark but nevertheless comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Fuji San restaurant for over 10 years, and it used to be my favorite Thai spot in the area. They always had great food with a consistent taste. However, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The portion size, especially the Pad Thai, has been drastically reduced to what feels like a kid's meal, while the price has gone up by 20%. I understand inflation is impacting businesses, but shrinking the portions while increasing prices is just unfair to customers. Sadly, I won’t be returning unless they address this issue.
Enjoyed the food and friendly service!

Best Drunken Noodle in the tri-state area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Foodcwas ok. Didn't taste very authentic Thai dishes we ordered. Service was very good. Very attentive server. Sushi was good. Overall good experience.
One of our favorite restaurants in the area! Both the sushi and entrees are amazing. We especially love the basil fried rice, pad prik khing curry, and thom kha soup. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. If you haven't tried their food yet you are missing out!
Delicious, fresh, amazing
It was a takeout.
Best Thai food in Baltimore County, in my opinion. The only place around that has a duck option for it's entrees.
Visited multiple times and the food is always delicious. Tried many different dishes and all have been great. I highly recommend the drunken noodles. Tempura veggies are also delicious.
Used to be a fan of this restaurant for its taste but had an unfriendly experience for my pickup today. Weekend prices are of dinner size but portion size is of Lunch. I don’t think I’ll return here unless they change their attitude.
I actually like their food but their customer service is terrible!! I'm not big on writting negative reviews but i must voice out what happened to me recently! I ordered a Tom Yum and noticed that it didnt have any tomatoes, i called immediately to let them know and they offered to give me 10% on my next order.
I called a few days later and noticed that my phone was blocked? (It kept going to the VM) I used a different # and spoke to someone for clearification he apologiezed and said it must have been a mistake. I said thank you and hung up. Can you believe he called me back using the last # i used to call him and asked if i was the customer with the blocked #....i said yes and they blocked my other #??🤣🤣🤣. Because of a mere 10% discount that they offered??
Liked i said before, i actually liked your food but if this is how you treat a regular customer then you have lost my business!
You catch more bees with honey than salt! God bless your business but i will not support you all again.
Keep my number block so just in case i make a mistake and forget.....that sound will remind me of my fake 10% offer 🙄
Service was amazing. Lots of help with vegan and gluten-free selections. My bf expressed his meat selections were also very good. Will return if we are in the area again.

An outstanding Thai, Japanese fusion restaurant. Superb stir fry. Worth tff visit. You'll want to go back.
Fried Rice was good but not amazing. Tom Kah soup was, once again, good but not great. Sushi was, you guessed it! Good but not great. Solid but not a must-have. Service was relaxed but good. Atmosphere is quaint but a bit dated.
Family owned restaurant with a lot of care taken in the service and food. Will be back.
Delicious food and excellent service! We got chicken satay, Tom kha soup and drunken noodles. Shout out to the server she was running the show super efficiently on a busy day. Will be back!
Delicious Thai food. Honestly would be THE staple if we lived nearby.
Best Thai food in Maryland.
Best Tom Yum soup I've ever hsd and consistantly get it often. All the other dishes are great as well.
Excellent sushi. Satisfying Thai food. Wonderful service.Consistently fresh and flavorful for the 10 years I've been eating their food.
I come here every Thursday for Thai Thursday! The young lady that serves us every Thursday is fantastic. Highly recommend drunken noodles and the basil fried rice.
I love this place. Drunken Noodles are second to none!
Great drunken chicken noodles.
Typical thai food and food taste
Service was excellent and the food was very good. Went for lunch after a recommendation and now it's on my list of places to eat in the area.
Very tasty food!
Update: I realize this is my favorite place for any Asian style food in the Greater Baltimore area. I'd highly recommend their Pad Thai.
Old review: Literally everything we had was amazing.
Save Your Money and Your Sanity - Avoid
Fuji San!
Absolutely terrible experience at Fuji San tonight. Used to be a regular, but after this, I won't be back.
I ordered my usual dish, the one I always get - you know, the dependable one they can't possibly mess up. Well, mess up they did! When got home and tried the dish, it was completely wrong. I called the restaurant to explain the mistake, hoping for a quick resolution.
Here's where things went downhill fast. Instead of admitting their error, they argued with me, insisting I ordered incorrectly! After a frustrating conversation, they finally "offered" to exchange the dish, on one condition: that I drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant (which was about to CLOSE in 3 min ) to pick up the correct order!
This is unbelievable! It's clear they don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Their only concern seems to be being "right" and keeping my money, even if it means leaving a customer high and dry (with the wrong food!).
If you're looking for a restaurant that values its customers and offers even a basic level of service, avoid Fuji San at all costs!
Update:
Your previous response came across as arrogant, and the lack of acknowledgment of my concerns only reinforces my point about the need for improvement in your customer service. Good luck!
We have gotten take out sushi from here a few times, and this is probably the best and freshest sushi we had around York road! Reasonable prices too
Me encanta volcano sushi
Food was very good. The vegetables in curry dishes are catered to Americans which I don’t mind since the broth was very good. Service was a bit slow but everyone who works there are wearing many hats so we can understand. Overall good experience, we would dine again. Highly recommended to give it a try.
I came with my family
We tried the pineapple fried rice with chicken and satay I was all delicious
Pad see ew was really good! Would definitely stop by again next time I'm at the maryland faire grounds
some of the best drunken noodles !! curries are also amazing. I love this place. It never disappoints
I absolutely LOVE Fuji San! I moved to the area almost two years ago and this was the first place I ordered from. I order almost once a week, and occasionally done in for date night. The atmosphere is laid back and cozy. The service is cordial and prompt. And the food is AMAZING! Wether dining in, taking out, or delivery, you're going to love Fuji San!
It's small on the inside but the food is amazing. It is also quiet and peaceful. I will be returning.
Really great food get it once a week 🙂 good price for the yummy food.
**KIDS LOVED IT**
Reasonably priced, the children loved the fried rice, good wonton soup, delicious gyoza, enjoyed my sushi, kids loved the Rumi drink… and candy. We will be back.
One of my favorites! I'm in love with the Tom Kha (soup). If you love Masaman curry and you love avocado, try The Pink Lady. Delicious pad thai, drunken noodles, and mango sticky rice. Cozy vibe and kind staff. 😊
Best Thai food in the area
i've been here a few times and each time its been fantastic. today i ordered the prik khing curry with tofu and it was delicious and flavorful. other times i've ordered sushi and it was great too. inside the restaurant is beautiful and the workers are always attentive and welcoming.

I love this place! It’s a standard of excellence. The food is the among the best Thai in the region and the customer service is impeccable. I am always warmly welcomed and treated with stellar courtesy.
The food was authentic, the service was good, and the atmosphere was very calming. 10/10.
One of my new favorite places to get Pad Thai from. I have been passing by this restaurant for many years now. The food is incredible. I highly recommend it.
Small, quaint, restaurant. Food was decent. Came out very fast.
I ordered Panang Curry with chicken and it was fantastic.
Best Drunken Noodles in the area, hands down. Most other stuff is good too but they're killing it on the Drunken Noodles.
Great Thai restaurant in Timonium. Staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was quite delicious, with generous portions of Pad Thai with chicken and chicken Pad See Ew. The place is large enough for small groups and easily can accommodate persons with wheelchairs. We went on an early Friday afternoon and it wasn't crowded but busy with pickup and to go orders. excellent service, food and place. totally recommended
Chicken Pad Thai is always a good choice here. The sushi is great. Decent prices, friendly staff, and quick service.
Good food and service but they need to let some light in and freshen the atmosphere. Unfortunately there was no sushi because the chef was on vacation. Maybe get a backup?
not very welcoming, just sat us down with just a fork and napkin, did not have the all the utensils out, had to ask for everything . served salmon without a knife and the dishes just came out with a small spoon and was expected to use the old forks, i was finished my dish before my mums came out , i got a noodle dish and the noodles were quite over cooked for my liking, i prefer them not to be mushy never asked us what we thought of the food also the fried tofu was not very crispy and a bit oily, maybe coulda dried them a bit
vegetable soup said it had all these vegetables in and while it was correctly labelled, they gave me 1 slice of carrot, 1 green bean , etc was not very enjoyable
First time here and This little place surprised me, my husband and I stopped in for lunch and had vegatable dumpling as an appetizer they were well done, tastey and the sweet& sour chicken which was good too! Only complaint was I which the dumpling were bigger to see and tasty the ingredients better and more chicken to balance w/ the veggies. For dessert, we tried the Taro(single serve) and the pumpkin custards.both good. The Taro had more flavor but serving size to small to share one spoonful and it was over. Staff was great and attentive. Over all would try again.
That poor waitress - she was rushing around & I felt bad for her. My 2nd time and my food was 👍🏼.
Best Thai food in Baltimore County hands down. Incredible service, delicious food, and everything was fresh. Lots of vegetarian options too, which is a vibe. I’ve yet to have Thai food better than this in the area.
Get the Penang curry and drunken noodles!
First time here and it was delicious! Best drunken noodles and dumplings I’ve had in the Towson area! Flavorful, decent portions and good price!
Went for lunch and got takeout. The order was right for except one thing I had ordered the green curry with tofu and it had chicken in it good thing we looked as the person does not eat meat. Now for the food it was one of the best I have had we will be back and I hope they get it right this time
I spent 4 days in Hunt Valley for a Kung fu tournament and I have to say that Fuji San's food was delicious. I spent a lot of time looking for places where I could eat but there was no where like Fuji San's. Needless to say, the atmosphere and service were also incredible, the staff here is super nice, very attentive, and extremely clean. The sweet & sour with chicken & pineapple fried rice were absolutely amazing and served promptly with a neat presentation. If I go back to Hunt Valley, I know that I will be re-visiting Fuji San's and bringing friends along if possible as well!
Thank you!
Great Thai food and extremely fresh ingredients. I loved their take on Drunken Noodles and the Thom Yum soup was spot on!
They had the best drunken noodles I've eaten
The ramen was a religious experience. That broth was SO good! 10/10 best broth I’ve ever had (and I LOVE soup)
Their chicken pad see ew is phenomenal!
Love this place! Definitely my go to lunch spot for fried rice. My faves are the vegetable fried rice and the shrimp fried rice. Service is always speedy and food is piping hot upon pick up or dine in. The portion size is definitely enough for two meals and for the price that is top tier.
If you're ever in the area check out this place!
Fujisan is a hidden treasure of authentic Japanese/Thai cuisine. With exquisite dishes, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a culinary experience worth savoring. Highly recommend to try their delicious Pad Thai.
Delicious food and great service! The experience started with shrimp spring rolls - deeelish. Followed by pad thai, drunken noodles and basil fried rice - all yummy!!! The seafood is very tasty and fresh. Service was great!!
They gave me burned pad Thai. Smelled burned looked burned and tasted burned. Threw it away and didn’t eat. Won’t be back
The atmosphere is quaint and the food is exceptional. The prices are reasonable. I recommend you try the sushi.
Food was great, service was lacking.
The food here is outstanding. We got their Thai Honey with shrimp and Panang Curry with Duck. Absolutely fantastic.
We have been going to Fuji San for years and the food and service have always been great. I cant recommend them enough.
Been there many times for take out
Amazing Thai food. Been going here for years and the food is always amazing.
My favorite Thai restaurant. I've been eating their food at least once a week for over a decade. Everything on their menu is tasty, but I prefer their Drunken Noodles, Pad See Ew, Pineapple Fried Rice, Basil Fried Rice, Panang Curry, and Red Curry.
Best fried rice I have had anywhere, and friendly service!
Always a wonderful experience, whether take out or dine in. Drunken noodles are delicious, veggies are crispy and fresh, perfect amount of spice. Wontons are scrumptious. Iced Thai tea is a personal favorite of mine. No wait for pick up. Dining in experiences have also been good. Dining room is a bit small so during dinner rush it can be a smidge crowded - but that just means more business for this fabulous little restaurant. Customer service is prompt and friendly.
We had not been in at least 10 years but we'll be back. Green Curry was wonderful. Steamed dumplings, won ton soup and Kiss Me sushi roll were also great. Service was good. Drunken noodles were a bit overdone & salty.
The Pad Thai is fantastic!
Good food, good service and great prices.
I really DON'T want to write this review because I want to keep this GEM to myself. But I am a good person and have to share.
I am STILL thinking about the duck pad thai I had 2 weeks later. It was so good... SO, SO GOOD!! My bestie got the duck pad thai, and I got the duck fried rice. We split the dishes. The duck fried rice made me re-think why had I been ignoring fried rice. Then I tasted the duck pad thai, and I was mad at my momma for not being Thai.
Don't yall eat up all of the duck before I can get back to have another round.
First time ordering and tum yum soup and drunken noodles excellent service excellent food will visit again and recommend
Exelente
Food is great here, like all the reviews recommend-- the drunken noodle is a must! The panang curry is good, the red curry had no taste to me.... But I recommend the yellow curry so if you are having a hard time deciding, go with that one! I also recommend the tofu. Great neighborhood Thai staple.
Everyone is always nice.
I really appreciate that every time, it’s a pleasant experience.
Not going to mess up their rating. Tried calling to place order, phone was busy, moved on. I’ll try again some other time. Don’t use third party delivery.
Spring rolls with chicken, Thai peanut salad and Tom Kha noodle soup were all delicious!
I have tried their Basil friend rice and Drunken noodles both we’re amazing in taste and very good seasoned. However, i am only giving them 4starts because of their Quantity/Money ratio. For amount of money i am paying the quantity is very less. For 1 person 1 thing is not enough even if you order spring rolls it is not enough. I think the restaurant should increase the quantity even increase the price from 12$ to 15$ but just give enough portion. Please change the box size and increase the portion. Nobody wants to go to sleep feeling half full. FYI for reference, I am the person who can’t even eat 1 whole chipotle.
Really like the food and the service was great too.
Worst Thai food, curry us watery, pad thai sweet.....would not recommend try spice and dice instead you will thank me!!!
Best pad thai in the area. Everyone working there is super cool, food is great, place is great, just good stuff all around man good stuff this a slapper
oh, it was absolutely lovely! a delightful restaurant ran by very hard-working people.
Absolutely scrumptious Thai food. Definitely worth a visit.
I Love Jesus Christ! And Thai Food!
I’ve been ordering from here for years, the food is always delicious and the staff always makes sure to remember our many adjustments for our meals.
The food was delicious and they have great customer service!
Good food and the staff are super friendly.
Honestly, The customer service is so good. I have never been unsatisfied or unhappy with a visit. I am so happy this place is nearby and so available. I will be coming back soon.
Been trying different Thai places over the past year and this one easily tops the others. Great food and even greater service. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Thai food or those trying it for the first time.
Great customer service and delicious Thai food
Delicious food! Pad Thai was wonderful and curry excellent. Family owned gem in a sea of chain restaurants.
Amazong food quality and service, I genuinely felt like i was apart of the family and the asthetic of the shop is unmatch. This is definitely a place worth eating at.
Worst Thai food I ever ate and more expensive. Never go there. There are many better restaurants around.
EVERY DISH I HAVE HAD HERE IS WONDERFUL...GREAT ICED TEA TOO!!!
Excellent chicken pad Thai and reasonably priced! Love getting take out from here!
Food was very good!! Customer service was awesome, very nice. The interior decor was also very unique. I wasn’t huge on the chicken spring rolls or the thai tea with boba. It was instant 5 minute boba, you can always tell by the taste & texture. It’s fine but I did ask if it was instant and got told it wasn’t. Other than that, I will be back for the basil fried rice!!
Simply family owned restaurant with good food. The dancing duck was amazing.
great food. friendly service
Food is fantastic and made to order. Vegan options are vast and plenty. I am partial to the tofu fried rice and tofu pad Thai. I love tofu. and you can l ask for vegan sauce instead of fish sauce in order to make a dish vegan. Make sure to ask for no egg if you are vegan. I love Thai food and this is the best place to get it.
A bit pricey. Good, not great. I'm not as big of a fan of Thai food, but my husband is and he really liked it. Also they have these coffee or tea flavored hard candies that are quite a nice little treat. You can grab one on your way out.
Deliciosa la comida!
I love the Stir Fried Basil and my husband really enjoyed the heat of his Level 2 Basil Fried Rice. Order is always ready when we go for pick up.
Love this restaurant! It's our go-to place for Thai food. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is attentive but not hovering. Excellent comfort food for a chilly day; even the kids love it.
Go-To Restaurant Choice. Nice Employees and Great food.
Their Pad Thai is fantastic, as is almost all of their curries. Sushi is also above average, if not great.
What really sets them apart is that they KNOW spice... not just "make it hot", but so flavorful at any level. From not spicy at all by request, to proper Thai level spice that can make most Americans weep and not finish a dish, all off it is balanced and flavorful heat when applied.
I have a very low tolerance for spicy food, so I stay to mild at all times and sometimes add a dash of their chili oil or Thai curry sauce. Plenty of flavorful heat there.
If you love spicy foods, go ahead and roll with one or two pepper levels (they rate from 1-3 peppers on the menu). But START with no more than 2 so you can see where you fall and still be able to eat your meal. I know you spice lovers are going to scoff at that...
Just know, 3 peppers is more like Thailand spicy than American Spicy. No shame in your game if you avoid it, but I've seen it crush more than one person. ;)
Drunken noodles here are the best
My first visit but it will not be my last. Food was excellent.
The food is always great. The Drunken Noodles are one of our favorite dishes
Delicious food every time!
Food was tasty, but difficult to choose from so many great choices. Not your typical Chinese or Japanese restaurant. Soup was a bit salty for me, but I generally don't add salt to my food. Service was also slow, but that seems to be the norm right now.
First time ordering here I ordered the Red Curry and mango sticky rice. Curry was good although I would prefer my original spot in Towson MD. But the mango sticky rice had a long straight hair in it (on the rice). Unfortunately I was eating this in dim lighting and had put part of the hair in my mouth. I’m sick just thinking about it….(By the way my hair is black and locked but IF a strand of my own hair was to fall in my food it would be a tight coil/ curly hair.) I wouldn’t recommend.
Best in Cockeysville in my opinion. When u ask for spicy they make it the right amount of spicy.
Also the sushi here is amazing
Fantastic food, prices are reasonable, a go to restaurant for sure!
I was so anxious to try the Thai Shrimp fried rice here and finally did today. Boy was I extremely disappointed. I expected Jasmine rice with vegetables, meat and very light oil, not dark with no soy sauce. I also ordered the Drunken noodles with beef. I specifically requested that each order be mild with no soy sauce, I was told that they make it with soy sauce but that it would be light. Contrary to what I requested, the shrimp fried rice was as dark as night, laden with soy sauce, hard vegetables, not much shrimp and NO FLAVOR! The Drunken noodles had no sauce whatsoever and the beef looked white and old with NO FLAVOR. What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Especially for $30.00! For some odd reason, each dish tasted like lemon. At first I thought it was the zucchini, which clearly does not belong in Drunken noodles. - I was so looking forward to this for weeks! What a COLOSSAL disappointment!
Love the drunken noodles
One of my favorite places to eat. I’ve had the fried rice, pad thai, drunken noodle and various sushi’s. The food is very tasty and I’ve yet to find another place that beats it.
The customer service and food were fantastic!
Great food and service was just as good. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options! Will return and glad it’s so close.
My parents and I dined in and were disappointed by the gruff unwelcome we received. We felt the dishes were disproportionately composed of vegetables and were not noteworthy in execution. I will not be returning nor do I recommend it.
best sushi in timonium >>>
I love the food! Some of the best I've had anywhere.
Between the Spicy Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and their selection of sushi, everything is so good I can't help but order often. It doesn't hurt that the staff is very friendly as well.
Always good food. Great Service
Got the drunken noodles from here and It was amazing! Must try
Best Thai food i have had in a long time.
