Low-key outpost serving modern Thai cuisine, including curries, seafood & vegetarian options.
Wonderful place, delicious food, fast service. And great price. I got red curry while my spouse got duck curry. It doesn't look like a lot of food at first, but it is super filling. Ended up bringing half it home. The sticky rice with mango is perfectly light and thick at the same time, fresh mangos as well.
Wow! A hidden gem on Rt.2 in Bike Shop strip! π Food, service and atmosphere excellent. Truly a 5π experience! Tom Yum soup, Pad Pak w/Shrimp & Scallops fresh food winners! Curteous, attentive staff and very relaxing atmosphere w outdoor seating too! See my new photosπ. Bravo!
I wanted to like this place. I really did. We ordered take out, arrived when the food was supposed to be ready, and it took absolutely forever. Donβt tell people their food is ready at a certain time if you canβt deliver! Canβt say weβll be back. Food was fine.
If there was a long description to make, i would make one. But itβs pretty short and sweet. Imagine if you will, the dollar store opened up a thai food restaurant. And then charged mid scale restaurant pricing for it. That would be the closest description i could offer for this place.
Definitely donβt order online for pickup. Delivery services walk right in and get their food. But if you order 45-50 minutes ahead, you will still wait beyond the pickup timeβ¦ well beyond the time given to pick up. Sat watching dine-in customers order, receive their food, and finish.
The food is great but it feels like it is consistently 20-30 minutes late when we order carry-out. If the website says your order will be ready at 6:10, it should not be 6:40 when I'm finally leaving with my food.
My friend ordered and I picked up. Pick up said 7:24. When I got there at the designated time I was told 5-7 minutes. I waited around until 7:50. I completely understand sometimes they are backed up but I asked the gentleman who got his food as he walked in what time he was supposed to pick up and he said 8:09. So to say I was mad is an understatement. I let the guy giving us our orders that they really need to work on that and he shrugged his shoulders and said ok. Needless to say I won't be back.

I have never left a review before, ever. I was very disappointed the panang curry was pretty bland, I also got wonton soup and Thom kha with chicken the Thom kha didn't have much flavor seemed like chicken in coconut milk only. Got the calamari it was very rubbery. Spent almost $50. The portion sizes are very very disappointing for the cost. I will not be back here.
Best Thai in the area.
I've had good past experiences with this Lemongrass location, but now twice in the past 5 months, horrible. Had it delivered tonight. Completely inedible Spring Rolls. I took one bite and spat it into the trash. Weird bitter taste. Hard to chew. My son described the filling as "like straw". Subpar dipping sauce. I also had the Drunken Noodle with pork. I ate about half before giving up, leaving all of the super tough pork behind. The dish is all heat and no flavor. Not worth the "cheat night" carbs. A few months ago I dined in the restaurant and ordered the "Crispy" Duck. It was over battered and super soggy. Zero "crisp" fresh from the kitchen. Improvement is needed.
Friendly staff, good atmosphere, but the cashew chicken dish was extremely soggy and the pad see yew was very rubbery. Food quality here isn't what it used to be.
Food is great, parking is hassle free. Definitely worth the short trip outside of DTA.
The food and service is incomparable. Certainly come here. Especially when they will change the menu for you or your children or significant other without question, so very kind. SO KIND.
loved the food here and the staff was attentive and friendly
Food was alright, flavor was a little lacking on chicken satay. Overall, decent enough
The meat and chicken curries are reasonably good. Just donβt make the mistake of being a vegetarian or a vegan here. Usually, Thai places are always happy to accommodate vegetarians. 3 times in a row striking out with my vegetarian daughter. We wonβt be back
Went on a Saturday night for an early dinner. Place was quiet, others ventured in while we were eating. Service was good, food was delicious.
The drunken noodles were great, the appetizers were yummy. Service was quick.
Nice quiet atmosphere to have dinner and conversation with your companions.
Some of the best Thai food around the area!
Excellent
The food is not that bad but the service is horrible.the sever named Oriana was extremely Rude.

I really like this restaurant. The food tastes very good every time and Iβve tried multiple menu items.
Always great food and service!
Ordered takeout on a weekend hoping it would be a faster option & was on way to an event. Took 45 min (after being told ~20 min for 1 order noodles & fresh spring rolls). Discovered after leaving they put fried egg rolls in order. Called back and was told they were out of fresh spring rolls & no offer to replace or apologize (cant eat fried foods). The noodles were not very good either- looked like they had been sitting for awhile, only had 1 peice of broccoli and too spicy to eat (and i usually like spice). Reviews made it look good so maybe i just came on a bad night but not likely to return!
I wait my order in 45 minutes. Think about it when order something. Slow cooking!!!
Absolutely delicious food, very clean and the staff very friendly. It became our favorite and weekly lunch or dinner spot.
They are always so sweet to us and the food is so tasty! Especially the curries.
Overall great food but management seriously needs to work on staffing. I came on a Saturday night and there was 1 waitress and 1 hostess and both were running around non stop and clearly overwhelmed. Takeout order was originally supposed to take 30 minutes took an hour. Management should anticipate more of a crowd especially on the weekends.
Delicious and friendly service. The green beans and asparagus appetizers are very good. Recommended.
It was a birthday dinner for my daughter. It was like 10 adults 2 kids. They were able to accommodate the large group. Appetizers were amazing we ordered a bunch to share. Let's see we had lemongrass mussels, crab Rangoon, spring rolls crispy green beans, chicken satay
Entrees were very flavorful. I had the crispy duck, the Mrs. had the Ka Pow with chicken & beef. Food was fantastic. Will definitely be going again
Don't order the add-ons... I ordered extra rice and extra veggies. They only gave me one serving of rice and 4 pieces of broccoli. If you're not going to honor them then why offer them? If you're dining in, your experience will probably be better than mine.
Always a good meal at any of their locations
The best Thai place around. Great for dine in and take out
spend$20 for a shrimp Paid Thai. Thatβs overpriced. And the size is small.
No more arguments over where to get dinner!! Iβve never had any favorites in my entire life until I tried lemongrass. Never had to wait for a table, staff is always friendly and the food is so refreshing. I love the fried green beans and any of the curry dishes! Awesome experiences with dining in and take out :)
First time eating there and nothing but positive things to say. Staff was nice food was great, only criticism would probably be on the deep fried tofu. If it had seasoning prior to being deep fried it would most likely have a lot more flavor but the sauce that came with paired very nicely with it ( I believe it was a sweet and sour/spicy sauce and peanuts were on the top). I got the penang as I saw it was one of the top items and I didnβt regret getting it one bit. First time having any type of curry and it was great. The coconut flavor was very apparent and paired great with the rice. Again overall great experience and the thai tea is 10/10- I would definitely reccomend.
Overall great Thai food, large portions. The crispy chive cakes and masaman curry are unexpectedly delightful, and the fried tofu is excellent.
Delicious meal! The masaman curry was so yummy that I scooped up every last drop of that amazing sauce! The chive cakes were an awesome appetizer, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Thank you Lemongrass π₯°
Must have Tiger Cry Beef! Food is always top notch.
Extremely UNACCEPTABLE!! I called in my order to specify that there was a severe peanut allergy as I could not comment online while placing my pickup order - my mother who is extremely allergic and could honestly go into anaphylactic shock ended up having a swollen lip!! I'm seriously hoping it doesn't get any worse!!! I specifically said there was an allergy and even when she picked it up, they asked about the allergy to her! Do NOT go here if you have allergies as they clearly are not careful when they prepare their dishes or care about their customers!!!!
Update - I tried contacting them and they also did not answer their phone. Seriously beware if you have any sensitivity or food allergies! Iβm extremely upset about this!
Got the order wrong. Twice.
i went here for years, saddened by my recent experience. i was visiting in the area and was craving their thai tea (it had been over a year since i last went), asked for one to-go. staff was nice and service was prompt, drink was ~$3 so i gave them a five and left the change as a tip. hopped in the car and while driving home took a swigβ i had to spit it out. i donβt know if the milk was expired but the drink almost tasted like soap. when i smelled it, though, i thought it had an expired milk smell. while i recognize i couldβve driven back or called and asked for a new drink it honestly just didnβt seem worth the effort. iβm disappointed. more details: the space didnβt seem particularly busy with maybe one table being served and two people at the bar on a saturday at 7:30 PM. i recognize mistakes happen but have been told this locationβs quality has dropped and have now had it confirmed myself.
The food was delicious and the servers were quite nice. However, the wait time on that Friday night was was unpleasantly long to be sitting at our table with no food.
Waited more than 45 minutes for simple order to get ready. Great place for waste your time. Good luck.
I'm not sure what happened, but the noodles were bland and kind of pasty. I had the Chesapeake? The crabmeat was not fresh. It was minced and looked mechanically separated. I only ate a third. Not worth the money. My wife eats there a lot, and she said it's usually much better. I would have given it 2 stars, but she said it's better. I didn't experience that.
Solid general Thai food
Delicious Thai food that shines in an area that lacks a lot of diverse ethnic choices. Lemongrass is our go-to Thai restaurant in the area. While I still think Little Spice is the best in the area, going up to the airport isn't worth it when Lemongrass does so much so well. Their curries are solid, the pad thai has never disappointed, and although the Nam Tok / Waterfall isn't very traditional in terms of it's ingredients, it's my favorite of any preparation I've ever had. Only negatives so far on their menu is the spring rolls are rather bland without dipping sauce and the drunken noodle tends to become a heavy block for takeout when I would hope for a lighter noodle. Still, an excellent place for dine-in or takeout.
It was great. Everyone was nice, helpful and friendly. I want to come back. The food is delicious.
Iβve been here a few times and they have pretty good stuff. Great pineapple martini. Best dishes that Iβve personally tried here are the classics - pad Thai and Penang. I try to experiment more but sometimes tried and true is best if you donβt go very often.
Wasnβt a fan of the spring rolls and the sauce was lacking.
Wow hidden gem, thats not so hidden. Great flavors, everything was spicy and delicious
Hands down best Thai food around
Overall food is good and not as sweet as it used to be and as many other "authentic Thai" restaurants are. Don't know what "Thai hot" means for spiciness level. Biggest gripe is placed a take out order for 5 and only got one container, barely enough for 2-3. Also ordered extra brocolli in two meals and had 4 florets in one and 5 in the other. Good thing we ordered extra! Primary ingredients good quantity but question point in ordering extra add-ins (and paying for it).
Great food with exceptional service.
Tom yum soup was amazing!
Best thai around!
Drunken Noodles were excellent.
Nice quiet evening. Not too busy. Good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Satisfied my thai craving!
Was Very disappointed with the calamari, very bland and way overpriced for the little serving you get
Fantastic service and authentic Thai cuisine!
The food is incredible!!! All of the flavors in your mouth are amazing.
I love this place, but I keep wondering why they send you home such a small container of rice with two dinner entrees. We always end up making more rice at home. Defeats the purpose of carry out.
Just saying.
Food is amazing
My family and I have been going to this location since it opened and it's one of our favorite restaurants. We do both dine in and carry out ordered over the phone. My mom and I always order the veggie fried rice and we also like the edamame and spring rolls. The rest of the family tends to switch up their orders but I've never heard any complaints. Food has always been warm and the portions are a good size. I'm not a tea drinker, but multiple people in my family love the Thai iced tea. Service is good too. Definitely a local gem.
Love Lemongrass!!!
The food is kind of overpriced for Thai food. They also had a long wait to be processed for anything. In addition, the food was good but it wasn't my favorite for any dish. The dishes had some twists and their salads were interesting. The first picture is their tiger crying beef "salad" so naturally the person who ordered it got something they did not expect. The second was their papaya salad and it was great, don't get me wrong but they said there were carrots, string beans, tomatoes and peanuts. There were virtually none of these things in my salad so I was kind of disappointed about eating a pile of green papaya for dinner.
Great hostess, great food, and great cocktails. Highly recommended when you want some great southeast Asain cuisine.
Delicious Thai Food!
Best Thai food in AA County, hands down. Everything Iβve ever had has been served hot, fresh, and delicious. They accommodate to vegan (and vegetarian) options, so I am never lacking for options. We usually get the same server and she is so sweet and attentive. Crispy green beans appetizer is the best. Just go here!
We love Thai and have been customers since Lemongrass opened. The taste is usually good. The portions are no longer worth eating here. The food is overpriced for the serving. When we contacted management with concern, there was no response.
Was extremely disappointed with the food and service. Our soup was served lukewarm, as were our entrees. The Pad Thai noodles were chewy and undercooked, the beef was cold. The Drunken Noodle was cold. The waitress completely forgot about our table and I had to get the hostess to track her down.
Service was slow (nothing new there) but its damn worth the wait.
Great service, great food with great pricing. Can't complain about anything at all. Great location for new st least. In compared to the thai restaurant downtown way better in everything and in all perspectives.
The duck curry hit the spot.
One of my favs me and the wife visit a couple times a week. The Waterfall and the alcoholic thai tea are to die for.
Just really horrible Thai food. My appetizer tasted like it was previously frozen and then reheated.
This was my first time eating here. The service was great. The atmosphere was laid back. We ordered the crispy green beans as an appetizer. I have never had an appetizer come out so fast. For dinner we ordered the Pa- Ram Long Song and the Chicken Pad Thai. Both delicious.
I ordered the drunken noodle combo. I got drunken noodle chicken. They replaced it with what I ordered. The first two bites were lukewarm. Which tells me it was not underneath the warmer. Chicken pork and steak or overcooked and chewy like calamari. It did have good flavor.
Wonderful vegan options!
Delicious
Small portions. Food not bad but $$$ for what you get.
The food is delicious and the service is really above par. Great little spot in a non-buys location. Definitely worth a stop!
Great Thai food that also delivers!
Best place in Annapolis for Thai food! They have great Curry and soups!
The location on Ritchie Highway has the same quality food as the locations on West St or on Housley Rd. I was excited when they opened in Arnold. The location on Ritchie Highway is so close to home (near AACC or the two Middle Schools).
Carry out service sped up after the expansion. The staff is generally friendly, the service is pretty good, but thatβs not why you go. The reason to go to Lemongrass is the food. I love the curries and the chicken satay is a must.
Be careful when youβre ordering carryout. Two or three sides of rice have be served to us in the same sized container as one side before (not in addition to the rice the menu states comes with food). Lemongrass seems to be determined to send as little rice as possible, which is frustrating because their sauces are so good. My favorite leftover-lunch is rice mixed with the peanut sauce from chicken satay, but I never have enough rice. Seriously, Iβve ordered two sides of rice with my entree (menu says is served with rice) and run out of rice.
Iβm not a huge fan of the tv by the bar. It makes the room feel less like a restaurant, but I am prone to get delivery from DoorDash or carry out any way. Lemongrass is my favorite multi-location restaurant in and around Annapolis. If you havenβt been to a location, pick one and go.
Just spent about $42 on 3 entrees for takeout. The food tastes good, but Iβm very disappointed in the portion sizes for the price. The Pad Thai was pretty full, but the Ka Pow chicken was literally only half full. The fried rice had two enormous chunks of tomato that filled up at least 1/3 of the container. Come on. (Included pics.)
Good
Best Thai place in the area, even better than places in DC! Crispy wontons for the win!
Tried the duck curry this time. The duck was very tender and the curry sauce perfect.
Excellent food and service
Amazing food! The Tom Ka soup was fantastic but everyone in my party was very happy with their meals. The owner/manager is a very kind woman. Lots of options, cute atmosphere, lots of drink selections, delicious food. Will return, highly recommend!
Delicious Thai cuisine. This restaurant is a pleasant surprise as they also have a good selection of craft beer on draft. This is quite unusual in my experiences with Asian restaurants (typically bottled beer and not craft). This restaurant has an excellent selection of Thai, Chinese, and other dishes so there is generally some dish even a picky eater can find. They also offer brown rise as an option (not just fried rice). Perhaps the only two minor negatives are the 2 person tables can be a bit small and the furnishings show their age. Honestly, not a big deal. They have a good number of tables for dining and a nice bar. They do have several tv's in the bar area as well. It is definitely not your typical Asian restaurant.
Food is decent, but the place seemed a little understaffed for the business they were getting the day I was there. Wait times were quite long
Good food
The food and service were fine.
Excellent Thai food and they know how to make a dirty Martini.
First the servoce was outstanding. Our waitress was delightful and anything we asked for was quickly received. Spring Rolls were outstanding and tasted fresh. My Ka Pow chicken was delicious. This is my favorite thing to order, try it with an egg on top, you wont be disappointed. My only knock to this place is that he chicken portions seem to be declining over time, even for a lunch. It was just a bit small. Other than that you must try this place for the best Thai food in the area.
Great team and consistently delicious eats!
Great food & service. I would recommend the Masaman curry!
Great food, will be going back.
A standard for our fam, I love the spicy eggplant. They will substitute for you, no problem, which is awesome-i can't eat peppers, and a lot of places can't/won't sub.
Great food and wonderful service
The food was good and the staff was pleasant.
One of my all time favorite places to eat
Waterfall!!!!
Excellent food and great service! Friendly people.
This place is everything! Fried rice is amazing, the edamame is simple yet delicious. Please go
Great flavors. bit too much sugar in curry, but I am sensitive to that.
Usually good food and fast service but tonight the service was, particularly, slow and the food quality was just average, at best. Appetizer was very good, spring rolls, but pad tai and drunken noodles were everyrhing but drunk...they were extremely dry...an extra .50 cent for sauce.
My first time having Thai food and the Pad Thai with shrimp and peanut sauce did not disappoint. It was delicious and a large portion for lunch. Our waitresses were so nice too. Can't wait to go back!!
Delicious Thai food, one of my favorite places to splurge! The masaman curry is amazing as is the drunken noodle and basically everything on the menu. We usually get take out but I also love the atmosphere of the place and the small bar is super cute too.
Flavors are great and staff is great.
Our appetizer (fish cakes) was "ok", but our entrees were delicious. Although the hostess can use some training in customer service, our server and the gentleman who delivered our food were pleasant.
The crispy duck is delicious and a good draft beer selection
Clean location always efficient for dine in and carry out. Love the red curry and drunken noodles here
Amazing...I think even better than lemongrass too. Food was fast and excellently prepared.
Enjoyable indoor and outdoor seating. Have been here for dates and with friends. The drink menu has some fun flavored options as well as the food menu. The duck curry is my favorite with its fresh veggies and a kick of spice!
