This is the best bite I’ve had in Hammond in the four years I’ve been here. I’m a sweet tea connoisseur and their Jasmine tea is a 10/10. Super affordable as well and the staff is so friendly! I could not recommend this place enough Im telling everyone I know about it

I had a large bowl of Tom Kha Gai w/shrimps ($10,95 + a few $ for substituting chicken w/shrimps) and Pad Krapow Gai (spicy basil chicken) with glass noodles ($12,95 + a few $ for noodles). Both were tasty and really decent size. The service was fast and friendly. Nice and cozy family owned place. I definitely recommend it

Staff was very attentive, but not overly so. (Love that) That is to say we were well taken care of and didn't feel rushed. The food was great too and we had more than enough to take home for later. At least my husband and I did. Teenagers are bottomless pits. 🤣🤣We started off with pan-fried dumplings and looooved them! I got the Massaman curry, and my son and husband both got the sesame chicken with fried rice. The amount of food we got,the quality of the food,and the customer service have all but guaranteed that we will return. I didn't catch the young lady's name,but if Kurt is there, I'm sure you'll be treated well too.

Absolutely amazing restaurant!! The dishes are perfectly seasoned and the flavors incredible! It's our new family favorite! Do yourself a favor and try it! Make sure you get a glass of Jasmine tea instead of soda, literally.. Wow!

I arrived there about 15 minutes after 12:00 and I did not get my appetizer until about 12:30 and my entree didn't arrive and until 1:30 so that is why I'm leaving a three-star review. The food on the other hand was really tasty and the staff was very polite and courteous. There was only two servers for the whole building and the place was packed and didn't have any tables available after I sat down many people had to be turned away. If you plan on going here for a quick bite to eat I highly recommend going somewhere else. Or order ahead and have it ready to go but I recommend figuring out what you want an hour in advance.

Tried the curry today and learned it isn't something I would eat on a regular basis. The Triple Delight though with the Spicy Garlic Brown Sauce was good!
On a different note, the location always seems to be understaffed for the amount of business they get.

I ordered the chicken wings very dry I could tell they were not fresh the meat was very hard and I have had them before that's how I know I was given old chicken wings Thai chicken wings

Great food at a great price for the portion size. Had the cashew chicken, loaded with chicken, veggies and cashews in a rich tasty sauce. Fried rice (loadedbowl full) served on the side. It was such a large portion i will be eating for at least 3 days. Could easily fees 2-3 people for less than $20.

Terrible renditions of two standard dishes. Tom kha gai, (chicken, coconut milk soup). The Galangal ginger wasn't visible, nor were the straw mushrooms, though there were some type of chopped up mushroom in there. The taste was pretty good but only a 2 out of 10.

Pad Thai. I can't find ANYTHING good to say about this dish. Another Thai standard ruined.

Had a small bowl of Pork Wonton Soup. The Chef who makes it is, in my book aleast, is the King of Wonton Soup. It is with out a doubt the best I have had. Thai by Ricky in Covington is Second with Kazoko in Mandeville at third. Green Leaf Thai Pork Wonton Soup has a perfect balance of Seafood stock and Chicken stock, salty but not overpowering, with Pork Wontons nice and thin and The pork filling is to perfection. I highly suggest you try it. Thanks Chef for the bowl.

The place is clean and the service is good. Had the hong Kong noodles which were very delicious. The broth of the Thai noodle soup was great and the calamari was tender! Definitely coming back.

Ordered the Tao Hu Hor and vegetarian Spring Rolls (not fried). The entree consisted of fried tofu, jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, and a basil sauce.

1. The tofu was incredibly bland and had a watery texture despite being fried. The batter the tofu was deep fried in taste like plastic and also had the consistency of plastic. I’m pretty sure they took the plastic off of someone’s couch from the 80s, cut it up, rolled up the tofu in it, and then deep fried it. Couldn’t stomach the tofu so that’s going in the trash.

2. The “Basil Sauce” did not taste like there was any basil in it whatsoever. Aside from the that, the sauce was not good.

3. The peanut sauce for the Spring Rolls was entirely too salty. Like I could probably pour salt out of the container into a 16oz cup and drink AND still have consumed less sodium. Now I have to find an alternate sauce to eat with them. I think I have Tobasco. At the very least, maybe I can salvage the Spring Rolls since the entree was a complete bust.

Do not recommend. The host was nice and the food was warm. The restaurant appeared clean, but I also ordered to go. A waste of $22/23. I did not enjoy my food at all.

The food was perfectly balanced with flavor and spice. It was the perfect portion too. I was able to just barely finish the curry I ordered and I was starving. We came with a group and everyone loved their meals. The new restaurant location has really nice decor and very clean.

This might be the most flavorless Thai food I've ever had. I travel for a living, so I've had a lot of Thai food. I got the Tom Yum soup, which tastes so unlike Tom Yum that I thought the Dasher gave me the wrong soup. I got Pad Woon Sen and it had NO flavor. I literally added fish sauce AND Sambal and it is somehow still so lacking. Wow.

Always make a few trips out here a year, great food. Amazing service and over all a staple in our house

Nice place, very quiet and good food. I had the penang curry and it was really good. The waitress was super nice and helpful. I love their food. I wish I could come here more often. Would recommend, curry 8/10 with rice.

One thing they could do better is get a baby changing table in one of the bathrooms. That would be pretty cool.

The service is good and the food is okay. We both got sick after eating here though.

Got the garlic noodles with chicken and the flavor was a 3 but there were pieces of bones all in it. Couldn’t even finish it.

We love this place! Some of the best food in Hammond. This time they messed up our takeout order. Didn’t check till I got home and that was my fault. Called them and they offered to make it right and had my dish waiting for me. All you can ask from an establishment is to make things right. And I appreciate that.

I was here Wednesday, l could not stop praising the food, I ordered the chicken mango the flavors hit every note, the lo mein noodles perfect, service was great. I came back today, Saturday the 26 and I don’t know what happened, the food was not even half as good as Wednesday, the service poor, I left still hungry, thinking McDonald’s would be better at this point, I will try again later just because of my first experience, not the second one, let’s hope for the best.

I wanted to love this place - the gal who took my order was SO friendly. I walked in and the smells reminded me of my favorite restaurants in Thailand. I was on the move so I got pad Thai to go and it was just mediocre. Not a lot of flavor, I think it needed a lot more sauce. No spice at all although it was labeled spicy on the menu.
I did like the iced thai tea because it wasn’t overly sweetened.
I would try this place again with a different dish.

The pan fried dumplings here are fantastic! I always get the basil fried rice, and I love it! It’s sweet, which was surprising at first, but it tastes wonderful! The coconut and pineapple fried rice was amazing, too! The staff is always very kind, considerate, and helpful! A great local spot with a wonderful atmosphere and food!

My husband and I had dinner here the other night. I had the mixed vegetable curry mildly spiced. It was a very fresh and light dish that was seasoned well. They offer jasmine ice tea too! A nice clean place with fast fresh food. You won't be disappointed 😌

Food is good as always, I always enjoy the flavors, seasonings, and everything about the food. A group of 5 eating and we had gratuity automatically applied. We were not aware of the gratuity since we have eaten here before with 5 and had no gratuity added. I do not recall seeing where gratuity would be added as such. I am curious on how the automatic gratuity charge added applies at this restaurant for future purposes. I.e. how many people before it applies to better prepare.
Other than automatic gratuity great place, delicious food that I'd have tipped anyways, just would have liked a heads up on gratuity added.

Traveling through the area. Food was OK. In their defense we only tried the triple delight (2 pcs of shrimp in it), sesame chicken and coconut soup. Everything tasted bland (compared to Mei Wei in AL). That was the first time I had ever had red bell pepper in coconut soup AKA Tom Kha Gai soup.

The food here is sooo packed with flavor! I've loved every dish I have ever ordered! My favorite is eggplant chicken. My friends love cashew chicken. I can substitute brown rice for white rice without an extra charge. Fried rice is also an option in place of white rice. Their Jasmine ice tea and boba tea are delicious! You won't be disappointed!

I have been eating here for years and still always order their Pad Thai and add pineapple. Their Thai iced tea is good, especially if you're a fan of chai tea. Highly recommend Thai Green Leaf if you're in Hammond and looking for a great place to eat.

The foods are alright, I got seafood Tom Yum glass noodle soup, they did put quite a bit of sea food inside but mostly glass noodles. A little too pricey for me tho… the price online isn’t the right price, guess they raised the prices… about $20 per person, not including drinks and tips, btw staffs are really nice.

This place is really good. Every time we go I get the black pepper beef. I love this place!

SAVE YOUR MONEY- DONT GO! Quality of the food absolutely sucks. No love goes into any of it anymore! This used to be a really really nice place with fresh ingredients and well-prepared food.

Basil chicken - couldn’t taste any basil or garlic. Just little bitc of bland chicken and green sprouts floating in the tasteless mix. Big ZERO.

Spring rolls used to be delicate, flakey deliciousness and now they are tasteless, hard, raw cabbage chodes.

My friend had a mango desert that she couldn’t eat because the mango was as hard as furniture.

Save you money or eat someplace better. This place has gone waaaay down. No wonder there was no one there at dinner! That should have tipped me off.

Oh and the service sucks bog time.

Food is very good. The dish that I ordered had calamari that was cooked perfectly, as we're the vegetables. The calamari tender and the veggies crisp. Heat level was a bit too mild for Thai food. Highly recommend.

Very good food. Great menu selection. Super friendly wait staff. Only giving it 4 stars because the pricing is higher than other comparable restaurants with similar menu. Yes, I know food is more expensive now post covid, and the food here is really good, but it's pricey enough we don't eat here as often as we'd like, and that's why.

I have never been here and had bad food until last night. The calamari was soaked in a spilled sauce and cold. I had to return it , they remade and the calamari was poorly battered and very rubbery. Not sure I'll ever order it again from here.
New cooks in the kitchen

Flavors are mouthwatering just thinking about a week later. We are moving to the area and wanted to find our favorite cuisine and this was the first one we tried. We won't be trying any others. (The vibe was also perfect!)

Service was pretty bad. Pad Thai was ok. It was not as sweet as I have had at other Thai places. Spring roll that came with lunch was amazing. $10 for pad Thai and a spring roll is a great deal. Chicken satay was good.

We are regular customers, about every two weeks for the past three years.
Yesterday went in for lunch, only 10 people in the restruant. Ordered my usual L21 on the lunch menu—waited 35 minutes and NEVER did get my order. Finally asked waiter who said, “they had to cook more chicken…”????? Not even an apology

Naya our server was phenomenal! Food was hot and delicious. The Pad Thai was a completely different style than I was used to, but it was yummy. From the appetizers to the entrees it was an overall great experience. Can't believe I've been here two years and haven't tried it yet.

I never got to try the food. The staff was incredibly rude. My family loved Thai food so when we found out about this place we wanted to head over. We walked in. There were only about two other tables in there. We waited about 3 minutes to be approached or acknowledged to be seated. We finally get seated. We sat there at least another 10 minutes before they brought out the menus. The waiter said very little. Then he brought out some water and just put it down on the table and left. I told my family to get up, we are leaving. We left. Never going back.

Very good flavor profiles. Curry was served in a bowl like a soup. Sooo thick and rich. Lemongrass shrimp had tough shoots of the Lemongrass left in the dish and kinda heavy on bell pepper chunks but delicious anyway. Very nice dinner!

My sister turned me on to this place. Each time I’ve visited them they exceed my previous experience. Today, I had coconut curry with chicken, eggplant, onions, bell peppers, and basil. The spices and combination of flavors sent my mouth into a party that I was not expecting. I also had steamed potstickers with garlic soy sauce... it was some mouth watering goodness. The service is great, the wait is short, and the food was hot. 👌🏾

The curry I had was superb! An explosion of flavors and spices that combined in my mouth! The portions were quite large for the affordable price and I was already full and bloated by the time I forced myself to stop, I took home more food than I ate!

I have been here three times now and the food is great. I haven't heard any complaints from anyone who eats here. I get the basil chicken with rice and assorted veggies. L17. It also comes with a large vegetable egg roll that is fantastic. Pricing is average.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍. I will return here. Very pleasant atmosphere, relaxed but elegant. Very clean and beautiful. This place is much nicer than my experience at another local Asian eatery. Food was hot and fresh and great portions. Pictured I have the lunch size of eggplant meal. Confirmed with staff that this is vegan friendly. There were other options as well that offers Tofu if that's what your heart desires. Thank you to the staff for being amazing. They had great attention to detail, takes great care of their customers and stayed busy with wiping down menus, etc. Not just standing around talking!
