We've sampled many Thai restaurants, and this one stands out as one of our favorites. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of parking available. The prices are very reasonable, with dishes averaging around $15. They also cater to dietary needs with gluten-free and soy-free options! The service was exceptional; Eric was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu and answering all our questions. We will definitely be returning for years to come.

Love this place. It’s my favorite Thai in lexington. Love their kee mao (sp?) and pad see ew. Their spring rolls and pot stickers are family favorites, and our kids love their pork fried rice.

A little heavier on the tamarind (?) base in the sauce so it had good color and flavor, not the common, greasy, stir-fried noodles you often get. Those can be tasty, but I prefer this. My pad thai was beyond delish. Heat- a soft medium. Shrimp was fresh. Vegetables were crisp made to order. Portions were appropriate for a lunch/dinner. Crispy vegetable roll was hand rolled not generic. Our server was also playing the role of bartender/host and didnt miss a beat, had a sense of humor, and cared about his job. The price point is $1-2 UNDER charging on all food menu items- factor in overall experience between great service, fresh food quality, clean atmosphere, and presentation that showed effort. You can go somewhere else spend $2-3 dollar more per item for lower quality food and lack luster service while fooling with a mall parking lot or come here and enjoy the full dining experience. I think they should be full house running a wait list. Clearly a fan!

This restaurant has by far the most luxurious and elegant interior design of any Thai eatery that I've been to. The prices may seem a tiny bit higher than what you may be accustomed to for Thai food, but I can assure you that the value you receive is worth every penny. I have only tried the drunken noodles (Kee Mao) and it is absolutely delicious. The wide noodles are cooked perfectly and the flavors are excellent. I literally found myself thanking God for taste buds because it was such a delightful experience. During my first order I informed the staff that there was no option to select "extra noodles" on the online order platform. The owner had the option added the same day!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well and my only wish is that I lived closer to this restaurant!

We reported the issue and the sever took the charge away. But I'm surprised no one from management care to look at the incident and apologize for this blunder. Ambient is great but they should really focus on food quality. Won't recommend.

This is my favorite restaurant in Lexington!! I really enjoy the pumpkin red curry and crispy pork noodle soup. Anyone who wants to experience deliciousness should definitely come here :)

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I have only been to the one at South Elkhorn. It is beautifully decorated and the cleanest restaurant I have been in. Service is always excellent and the food is very well presented and delicious. These people know how to run a restaurant.

Lovely space. Beautiful flowers at door. Pad Thai had 7 large shrimp, lots of peanut, no cilantro & tiny bit of bean sprout. Sticky rice is not sweet, no mango. Fried spring rolls lightly filled.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and showed up at their location, (after a looong 12 hour shift) to pick up my dinner-that was actually located across town. They went above and beyond to help me out by calling to cancel my order at the other location, and remaking my food at their location in less than 10 minutes. They also gave me a complementary Thai tea for my trouble, which was all my fault anyway! EXCELLENT customer service. I will be a lifelong customer!

Food was mediocre. The drunken noodle, roti were below average. The tom yum soup was average but the pineapple fried rice was delicious.
Loved the beautiful atmosphere. Our server was kind, polite and helpful. 5/5 for services

The only complaint is that the tables were so close together, it was like you were eating with strangers. And more awkward because they were loud.

I’ve been to Archa Nine since their only location was in Old Todds. The quality and flavor of their food get improved over the years. I visited their new location a couple of months ago and food was phenomenal! I kept going back every time I’m in town since I tried their new location. Combination of great Thai food, good service and nice ambience is hard to beat in Lex!

Intimate setting, excellent staff and kitchen, good menu selection. Definitely worth a visit.

Lunch special menu was sad, no noodles dishes on it. Prices and quantity were obvious that they were punishing you. Ok so lunch special was $10 for a small plate. But the obvious choice I should have gone for was dinner portions, my neighbors plate was huge, then I could have at least been full.
Food was lacking, I chose to order a curry, EXTRA CRISPY TOFU, off the lunch menu, figured it would be plenty. I was bored with the sauce, the heat was there, but the curry and sweet was lacking, crispy tofu, no.
One more thing, Kayla made me feel extra welcome and dumber then I already am. I love feeling judged. Extra special experience. I have learning disabilities also social anxiety this kind of coldness causes me to feel very nervous and makes things very uncomfortable for me while I was ordering. She seemed to enjoy pointing out my 2 mistakes while I ordered. Embarrassing me in front of my sister

Celebrated my birthday here, and the staff was so friendly and helpful (getting us extra plates for the cake, help lighting the candles, etc.). The food was excellent and came out quickly. Excited to go back!

Archa 9 has reigned Supreme for YEARS in Lexington as far as Thai food is concerned, and having this new location on the south side of town is a gift to all who are lucky enough to know about it. Absolutely delicious, reasonably priced (huge portions!), and their attention to aesthetic really adds to the whole affair. Treat yourself to some amazing food next time you figure "Ramsey's is fine since it's right here." No dis on the parking lot neighbor- they do what they do well. But this is next level for the same price.

I went to Archa 9 when it first opened on Old Todd's and have not eaten there since. I can't recall anything wrong with my first visit I just didn't care for it... maybe it had to do with vegan options when they first opened??? But again don't remember and who cares because what I had last night is like top 5 for Thai dishes I've eaten.

I don't know where to begin it was so good.
We got the mushroom tempura as an appetizer. The tempura was crispy, light, and did not fall apart as you ate it. It was served with a peanut sauce and while I don't typically enjoy peanut sauces (consistency and sweetness) this one was incredibly well balanced (lightly sweet, lightly spicy, distinctly but lightly peanuty) and paired well with the tempura. Which remained crispy after being dipped in the sauce. There was just the right amount of sauce too so no waste which is always nice.
My entree was the vegan yakisoba dish at a spice level 5 (I subbed with glass noodles because they were out of yakisoba but all good cause I love me some glass noodles). This dish was incredible. Great ratio of veg to noodles, fresh light taste with crisp veg, and again balanced- super impressive. The level 5 spiciness is exactly what I wanted. I love and can tolerate very spicy foods but there's this edge where spiciness becomes a hat on a hat and stops enhancing a dish and can be a distraction or detract from a meal. This dish's heat was even, a bit tingly, and just high enough to elevate the flavors.

I'm doing a poor job at describing how good everything was... but the food summarized in a sentence is "The chef understood the assignment".
You should eat here and find out for yourself.

Additionally our waitress was lovely (perfectly attentive) and so were all the staff we interacted with. Timings were good. I don't normally notice things like ambiance but yeah really nice ambiance, good music and lighting (both levels and kind), lovely space.

I'm really glad I came and I will come back as often as I can from now on:]

How have I not found this place before?! It was delicious with many options I'm interested to go back and try. I wish I could remember how to spell what I had, but no such luck. It was the 1st one in the vegetarian box and very tasty. Hubby let me taste his yellow chicken curry, and that was superb!

This was so good that I ordered the drunken noodle to try as well.
Great experience all around, only drawback I can think of is that some of the tables are close together. But that's probably just me being a weirdo and not wanting to be around people.

Duck Palo was fantastic, it has every sensation from spicy, sweet, savory with some crunch from the bean sprouts and lettuce. The pad see ew was also great.

I ordered the duck curry, pad thai, and the massaman curry. It was really good. The duck was especially excellent.

Absolutely love the new location! I ordered the Avocado Green Curry and it was delicious, but didn't have much avocado in it. Would be nice to have more of avocado slices in it since it is an "avocado curry"

I cant say good enough things about this place! 1st -the service and staff are so inviting and kind, offering suggestions on delicious meals.. 2nd- atmosphere was clean, elegant and welcoming...3rd and most important- the food was hot, delicious, authentic and the spice was tailored to my exteme spicy lovers level! It was fresh and had so much flavor! Wonderful wine selection also! I will be back!

Up scale feeling yet casual. Green curry with avocado and eggplant and green pepper very tasty. Prefer my avocado cold though. Leave it out for me. Excited to try more of these their exciting and different menu.

Fantastic place. I came here recently for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the upscale (yet casual) atmosphere, service, and food.

It was also very reasonably priced and quick for a lunch stop.

So glad to finally have a Thai restaurant in our end of town. The food was fantastic. I have had pad Thai and yellow curry, both delicious. Tends on the spicy side, so factor that into your order. My dining companion is not a fan of Thai food but absolutely loved the ribs and ? Tiger, both beef dishes. Even my picky eater son liked the fried rice with chicken the chef prepared it simply with only broccoli and he loved it. Excellent service too from Melissa. We will be back!

So excited this restaurant moved in! Excellent food and service! Our family ate here for lunch today and enjoyed the Tom Kha Soup, a sampler appetizer (Buddha platter), Massaman chicken curry, Phad Thai, and a wide noodle dish (can’t recall name) that was loaded with vegetables, meat, and fresh basil. The flavors and spice were delicious in everything we had. Such friendly staff, nice decor, and very clean. We will definitely return soon.

This is a great second location. The owner has made this new location fresh and trendy. The menu features all the great curries you loved plus a few new items only available here. I highly recommend the green curry.
