Very good food, and service, me and my fiance went here for dinner before I had to go to work. He loved how spicy his food was and the mango sticky rice as well as the Thai ice tea. I loved the beef and broccoli, the beef buns, the Thai ice tea and the mango sticky rice, I will come back for it any day. Very friendly staff and very great food.

I’ve been to the west coast in larger cities and the food here compares! It’s awesome that we have this place in Clinton. The staff here are so so nice and welcoming. I love the Tom Yum soup, they make it so well. The Pad Thai is also great.

I ordered chicken pad Thai (spicy level 3), bbq pork buns, crab rangoons, egg rolls, and a side of fried rice.

I’ve eaten a lot of Thai food, coming from a larger city and this place was decent. I enjoyed the pad Thai. It was good and I loved the spicy level, it was hot and I’m a big spice fan. My boyfriend got his a level one for the beef pad Thai and thought it was just borderline too spicy.

I didn’t eat the crab rangoons but my bf said they were decent. He finished them all. I wasn’t a huge fan of the egg rolls because I don’t like white pepper and there was a fair amount inside these. So I probably wouldn’t order them again. We both enjoyed the BBQ Pork Buns. Those were good and I’d order them again. As for the side of fried rice, it was just okay. Nothing memorable or special. Next time I would probably skip the side order of it unless I got a meat to go inside of it as well.

Overall I would go back. If you haven’t tried Thai food this is a good place to see if you’d like it.

Not Americanized at all. My Fiery Pad Thai was so much better than what I had in Chicago two days before. My wife had Tom Yum soup - fresh ingredients and delicious. The mango sticky rice was the best we’ve had since visiting Thailand.

They are working on the atmosphere, but the taste is perfect!

Delicious Thai food! I got the red curry with egg rolls and pork dumplings. All were excellently prepared and very flavorful. So lucky to have great Thai curry with fresh veggies and real basil in town.

Extremely fast to get my Togo order, it was ready for me after my 5 minute drive there. The "fresh rolls" are super good, the dipping sauce that comes with them is amazing. I had the beef and broccoli and it was exactly how it should be. I also ordered pineapple chicken fried rice but at that point I was already full so I saved it as a leftover, the few bites I took were very tasty. I'm just visiting but I plan on getting some fresh rolls to take home with me to eat later.

So happy to have this in town! Loving the dumplings! Cant wait to eat my way through the menu!

Wonderful people! The food is legit Thai, the Curries and Larb are equal to the food we had in Chiang Mai! Definitely recommend! Easy parking and location.

Food was good! This was my first time trying tai food. Very unique and flavorful. Did find a hair in my food at the end of meal so that ruined my appetite, but not like that’s a first in this world. Service was very quick food came out within couple minutes of sitting. Atmosphere could be better but maybe there new to opening their restaurant. Would recommend if you wanna try I enjoyed the spicy tai with chicken and shrimp. Beef and broccoli was also good and the pho was different. Again this is my first tai restaurant so keep that in mind when reading this review!

Thai done well! Pumpkin Curry was outstanding, Mango chicken excellent, fried rice excellent. Haven't had a bad meal yet.

This was some of the best Thai I've had in the Midwest outside of a major US city. Quite good.

I've not had such tasty cuisine in this realm.We ordered take out and it was fabulous -the crab rangoons were decadent ! Will definitely order again !Great addition to 5th Ave and a safe way to "Thai" one on :)

Wonderful food and Wonderful service

Place is fast to get your order. Waiter was nice. Food was just ok. In my opinion was very bland lacking much taste. I tried it gave it a chance, just not for me.

I travel across the country this place is by far the best Thai food ever if your in clinton iowa this place is the best flavor full food in a 50 miles I eat out allot and just simply the best food around I'm still savoring the flavor of the food as I'm writing this review

My wife and I are super picky about Thai food, but we were both blown away by the quality and kindness of the staff.

I would DEFINITELY recommend that anyone that wants to have quality Thai food to give this place a shot!

Food is very good. I had Fiery Pad Thai heat was just right for me. They will adjust to your liking also the pork dumplings are very good. Just wish they served Thai Iced Coffee. I will definitely be back.

This was our first time to try Soi5 Thai restaurant and we were 100% satisfied! My wife is Asian and far more “worldly” than I am, so she grew up eating this style of food. She LOVED this Thai restaurant because it is AUTHENTIC Thai food with fresh ingredients and prepared with authentic Thai seasonings and cooking methods. We are going to tell all our friends about Soi5! Do yourself a favor and get food from this downtown Clinton restaurant! Don’t let this restaurant leave Clinton!

Food is really good quality. Portions are a bit small for the price and the atmosphere is sterile. Bad location being downtown but there really aren't any places in town to get good food so I really hope they can stay in business and keep growing.

The chicken fried rice was very good, and filling my order took a while, but that's to be expected with how many people were there

Good food! We tried a little bit of everything and it was decently good. The pad Thai was a little more "soy sauce-y" than what I am used to, but still good regardless! Hopefully they can stay in Clinton because I don't always want to drive to Davenport for Thai. Glad Soi 5 came to town :)

We stopped by to try this exciting new place in town and got the pad thai w/ tofu. It was amazing! My husband hasn't quit talking about how good it was since we left. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having veggie options! 💚

I got two entres to go, the Spicy Pad Thai and the Mango Chicken. Both have fresh veggies, lots of meat, and just absolutely hit the spot. Neither was too spicy for me, but I do eat spicy food, the mango chicken did have a tiny bit of heat to it.
I am very very excited to try nearly everything on their menu!

I got Fresh Rolls and Larb E-SAN to go for dinner. It was delicious, hit the spot. Excellent customer service. Will definitely eat here again.
